Decomposition kinetics of peroxide compounds in the liquid phase of the system KOH-H2O2-H2O at an initial hydrogen peroxide concentration of about 14.5 M and pH 12.7 in vessels made of Pyrex glass, polyethylene terephthalate, and 12Kh18N10T steel was studied in the temperature range from ?10 to +50°C. The main kinetic parameters of the processes under study were determined. The influence exerted by the material of the reaction vessel on the kinetics and mechanism of decomposition of peroxide compounds in the liquid phase of the system under study were determined. 相似文献

Summary The solubility isotherm of the system Tb2O3-SeO2-H2O at 100° was studied. The compounds of the three-component system were identified by the Schreinemakers’ method as well as by chemical and X-ray phase analyses. Coexisting solid solutions with spinel and corundum structure were synthesized at 1773 K and two pressures, 1 bar and 25 kbar.
Samples were analyzed by electron microprobe analysis and X-ray powder diffraction.
Pressure and temperature were shown to affect the properties of the solid solutions in different ways. Pressure governs the
composition of the defect spinel Mg1−xAl2O4, and temperature changes the cation distribution between coexisting phases. This allows one to separate the effects of cation
exchange and magnetic contribution to the heat capacity in thermodynamic modeling. The defect spinel itself can form only
because γ-Al2O3 exists, polymorph with spinel structure. 相似文献

Solubilities and solid phases in the system Mn(NO3)2-HCONH2-H2O were studied by an isothermal method at 25°C. The congruently saturating compound Mn(NO3)2 · 2HCONH2 · 2H2O was isolated; the concentration conditions for its crystallization in the system were determined. The results of studies of solid solutions with the overall composition of Bi4V2 ? x Ge x O11 ? δ and Bi4Ge3 ? x V x O12 + δ are presented. The process of phase formation are studied during the synthesis of solid solution using the ceramic method and through liquid precursors. Crystallochemical parameters of the obtained compounds are determined. The size distribution of the particles is studied. Conductivity of annealed of polycrystalline samples as a function of temperature and composition is studied using the impedance spectroscopy method. Solubility in the Na2MoO4-Na2SO4-H2O system was studied using isothermal saturation at 5–100°C. The boundaries of crystallization fields were determined for sodium sulfate and sodium molybdate. Solid solutions were not observed within the range of the temperatures studied. The density, refractive index, and dynamic viscosity of the saturated solutions of the system were determined, and these data were used to calculate the molar volume, kinematic viscosity, and apparent molar volume of the sum of salts in these solutions. All property isotherms of solutions are in a strict correlation with the solubility in the system; this correlation is represented as an isobaric-isothermal diagram. 相似文献

(Ba1 ? x Ca x )6Nb2O11 solid solutions were synthesized. The compositions were shown to be single-phase at 0.23 ≤ x ≤ 0.47 and have a double perovskite cubic structure with an incomplete oxygen sublattice. The interaction of solid solutions with water vapor and their electrical properties were studied. In dry atmosphere, these complex oxides were mixed oxygen-hole conductors. In humid atmosphere, they intercalated water and exhibited protonic conductivity. The influence of Ba/Ca isovalent substitution, the dynamics of the oxygen sublattice, and the concentration of intercalated water on the value and contribution of protonic and hole conductivity was analyzed. 相似文献

Using heat conducting Tian—Calvet calorimetry and volumetric measurements, the first hydrogen absorption—desorption cycles in the LaNi5-H2 and CeNi5-H2 systems were studied. The pressure—composition isotherms were plotted, the equilibrium pressures of hydrogen along the absorption and desorption branches and in the region of hysteresis for different activation steps were determined, and the enthalpies of phase transitions α → β and β → α were calculated. The profiles of the heat evolution curves were analyzed. We show a feasibility of preparing a highly homogeneous composite gel (CG) based on hydrolysis products of Al2O3-ZrO2 salts. The phase composition of a sample calcined at 1250°C for 2 h is as follows: α-Al2O3, t-ZrO2, and m-ZrO2 where the t-ZrO2/m-ZrO2 phase ratio ranges from 2.8 to 3.8 depending on gel preparation conditions. 2CaO·3B2O3·H2O which has non-linear optical (NLO) property was synthesized under hydrothermal condition and identified by XRD, FTIR and
TG as well as by chemical analysis. The molar enthalpy of solution of 2CaO·3B2O3·H2O in HCl·54.572H2O was determined. From a combination of this result with measured enthalpies of solution of H3BO3 in HCl·54.501H2O and of CaO in (HCl+H3BO3) solution, together with the standard molar enthalpies of formation of CaO(s), H3BO3(s), and H2O(l), the standard molar enthalpy of formation of −(5733.7±5.2) kJ mol−1 of 2CaO·3B2O3·H2O was obtained. Composites ZrO2-(Bi2CuO4+ 20 wt % Bi2O3) (50–80 vol % ZrO2) are synthesized and their physicochemical properties are studied. It is demonstrated that the composites comprise triple-phase mixtures of ZrO2 of a monoclinic modification, Bi2CuO4, and solid solution Bi2?x Zr x O3 + x/2 and retain their mechanical strength up to 800°C. Impedance spectroscopy is used to examine their electroconductivity at 700–800°C in the interval of partial oxygen pressures extending from 37 to 2.1 × 104 Pa. Contributions made by electronic and ionic constituents to their overall conductivity are evaluated. The best specimens’ conductivity is ~0.01 S cm?1, with the electronic and ionic transport numbers nearly equal. The composite consisting of 50 vol % ZrO2 and 50 vol % (Bi2CuO4 + 20 wt % Bi2CuO4) is tested in the role of an oxygen-separating membrane. The selective flux of oxygen in the temperature interval 750–800°C amounts to (2.2–6.3) × 10?8 mol cm?2 s?1, testifying that these materials may be used as gas-separating membranes. 相似文献

Al2O3-Cr2O3 solid solutions with 0, 4, 7, 10 and 20 mol% of corundum were synthesized using a high-pressure/high-temperature apparatus
and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction.
Calorimetric measurements were carried out using DSC-111 (Setaram). Heat capacity was measured by the enthalpy method in a
temperature range of 260–340 K, near magnetic phase transition in pure Cr2O3 (305 K). Magnetic contribution into the heat capacity was derived and found to change irregularly with the composition. 相似文献
