Necessary and sufficient conditions are given for the boundedness of Hausdorff operators on the generalized Hardy spaces H E p ( G ) $H^p_E(G)$ , real Hardy space H R 1 ( G ) $H^1_{\mathbb {R}}(G)$ , BMO ( G ) $\text{BMO}(G)$ , and BMOA ( G ) $\text{BMOA}(G)$ for compact Abelian group G. Surprisingly, these conditions turned out to be the same for all groups and spaces under consideration. Applications to Dirichlet series are given. The case of the space of continuous functions on G and examples are also considered.  相似文献

We observe that a formula for the adjoint of a composition operator, known only for special symbols in some spaces of analytic functions, actually holds for every admissible symbol and in any Hilbert space of analytic functions with reproducing kernels. Along with some new results, all known formulas for the adjoint obtained so far follow easily as a consequence, some in an improved form.  相似文献

We characterize disjoint hypercyclicity and disjoint supercyclicity of finitely many linear fractional composition operators acting on spaces of holomorphic functions on the unit disc, answering a question of Bernal-González. We also study mixing and disjoint mixing behavior of projective limits of endomorphisms of a projective spectrum. In particular, we show that a linear fractional composition operator is mixing on the projective limit of the Sv spaces strictly containing the Dirichlet space if and only if the operator is mixing on the Hardy space.  相似文献

Hausdorff operator is an important operator raised from the dilation on Euclidean space and rooted in the classical summability of number series and Fourier series. It is also connected to many well known operators in real and complex analysis. This article is a survey of some recent developments and extensions on the Hausdorff operator. Particularly, various boundedness properties of the Hausdorff operators, studied recently by our research group, are addressed.  相似文献

We consider, for G a simply connected domain and 0<p<∞, the Hardy space formed by fixing a Riemann map τ of the unit disc onto G, and demanding of functions F holomorphic on G that the integrals of |F|p over the curves τ({|z|=r}) be bounded for 0<r<1. The resulting space is usually not the one obtained from the classical Hardy space of the unit disc by conformal mapping. This is reflected in our Main Theorem: supports compact composition operators if and only if∂Ghas finite one-dimensional Hausdorff measure. Our work is inspired by an earlier result of Matache (Proc. Amer. Math. Soc. 127 (1999) 1483), who showed that the spaces of half-planes support no compact composition operators. Our methods provide a lower bound for the essential spectral radius which shows that the same result holds with “compact” replaced by “Riesz.” We prove similar results for Bergman spaces, with the Hardy-space condition “∂G has finite Hausdorff 1-measure” replaced by “G has finite area.” Finally, we characterize those domains G for which every composition operator on either the Hardy or the Bergman spaces is bounded.  相似文献

We characterize bounded and compact composition operators on weighted Dirichlet spaces. The method involves integral averages of the determining function for the operator, and the connection between composition operators on Dirichlet spaces and Toeplitz operators on Bergman spaces. We also present several examples and counter-examples that point out the borderlines of the result and its connections to other themes.

We prove Carleson-type embedding theorems for weighted Bergman spaces with Békollé weights. We use this to study properties of Toeplitz-type operators, integration operators and composition operators acting on such spaces. We derive exact formulas for the essential and weak essential norms of weighted analytic composition operators acting on certain function spaces in the unit disc, extending and improving earlier results due to Sarason and to Kriete and Moorhouse. Differences of composition operators are also considered. The formulas involve the Aleksandrov measures associated to the symbol of the operator. The results are based on a variant of a general method due to Weis of constructing best compact and weakly compact approximants for linear operators on L1 spaces.  相似文献

In this paper, we study two different extensions of the Hausdorff operator to the multilinear case. Boundedness on Lebesgue spaces and Herz spaces is obtained. Let φ:DD be a non-constant linear fractional transformation (necessarily of the form ). Let D denote the Dirichlet space of analytic functions. We determine the spectrum of the composition operator C?:DD defined by C?(f)=f°φ. Eigenfunctions for the operator C?:H2H2 frequently do not belong to the space D. This paper is devoted to the high-dimensional and multilinear Hausdorff operators on the Heisenberg group H n. The sharp bounds for the strong type(p, p)(1 ≤ p ≤∞) estimates of n-dimensional Hausdorff operators on H n are obtained. The sharp bounds for strong(p, p) estimates are further extended to multilinear cases. As an application, we derive the sharp constant for the multilinear Hardy operator on H n.
