ON THE EMDEN-FOWLER EQUATION u″（t）u（t） = c1＋c2u′（t）^2 WITH c1≥0, c2≥0

In this article, we study the following initial value problem for the nonlinear equation
{u″u（t）=c1＋c2u′（t）^2, c1≥0, c2≥0,
u（0）=u0, u′（0）=u1.
We are interested in properties of solutions of the above problem. We find the life-span, blow-up rate, blow-up constant and the regularity, null point, critical point, and asymptotic behavior at infinity of the solutions.

本文给出了ｍａｘ＿ｍｉｎ原理的一个非变分形式，证明了非线性两点边界值问题ｕ″＋ｇ（ｔ，ｕ）＝ｆ（ｔ），ｕ（０）＝ｕ（２π）＝０的解的一个存在性和唯一性定理·     

THE STABILITY OF RDDE (?)(t) p_1(t)x(t) q_1(t)x(t) p_2(t)x(t-r(t)) q_2(t)x(t-r(t))=0

In this paper, the author considered the stability of zero solution of linear RDDEx(t) p_1(t)x(t) q_1(t)x(t) p_2(t)x(t-r(t)) q_2(t)x(t-r(t))=0,(1)x(t) p_1(t)x(t) q_1(t)x(t) q_2(t)x(t-r(t))=0 (2)using Liapunov-Razumikhin functional and transformations and obtained some sufficient condi-tions for the stability of Eqs.(1) and (2). These results are suitable both for bounded p_i(t), q_i(t)and r(t).i =1, 2.     

On Embeddings of AG(tn,k) into AG(t,K) with t≥2, n≥1

Let k and K be commutative fields with dim_kK=2n, n1 and char(k)2, 3. If k satisfies one of the following conditions: (1) k is a finite field and k contains a 3-th root of unity, or (2) K is a cyclic extension of k where k is not 3-closed, and k contains a 2^a3^b-th root of unity, where 6n=2^a3^bc and c is coprime to 2, 3, then there exists an embedding of the tn-dimensional affine space AG(tn,k) into the t-dimensional affine space AG(t,K), for all t2.

我们知道 0 =0 ,但在解题过程中 ,却常常忽视了 ,这反映了我们考虑问题的片面性 .例 1　当α、β取什么范围内的值时 ,式子sin2αcosβ有意义 ?错解　由 sin2 α≥ 0知　 sin2 αcosβ≥ 0等价于 cosβ≥ 0 .即β∈ [2 kπ - π2 ,2 kπ π2 ](k∈ Z) .分析　因为学生牢记“实数的平方为非负数”,即α∈ R时 ,sin2 α≥ 0 .所以由sin2 αcosβ≥ 0推导出 cosβ≥ 0 .事实上 ,这漏掉了另一种情况 :sinα =0 ,cosβ∈ R时原式也有意义 .即α =kπ,且β∈ R,k∈ Z.正解　原式有意义等价于 cosβ≥ 0或sinα =0 .解得β∈ [2 kπ - π2 ,2 k…

当n≥7时,已经证明对任意的λ∈(0,λ_1)以及任意整数k≥0,R~n中的单位球B(0,1)上的方程⊿u+|u|~(p-1)u+λu=0在H_0~1(B(0,1))中必有一个径向解具k个结点。本文证明当3≤n≤6时这一结果不再成立。还讨论了上述方程径向正解的唯一性。     

An Existence Result of the Elliptic Equation Δu+K(x)e~(2u)=0

This paper considers the existence problem of an elliptic equation, which is equivalent to solving the so called prescribing conformal Gaussian curvature problem on the hyperbolic disc H2. An existence result is proved. In particular, K(x) is allowed to be unbounded above.

We continue to study the ‘fermion — 4-vector potential’ interactions in the framework of the McLennan-Case construct which is a reformulation of the Majorana theory of the neutrino. This theory is shown after applying Majorana-likeanzatzen to give rise to appearance of unusual terms as σ [A×A^*], which were recently discussed in non-linear optics.
