A metal-organic coordination polymer [Cu(cbba)2(bix)]n(Hcbba = 2-(4'-chlorine-benzoyl)-benzoic acid,bix = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-benzene) 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,TG,UV and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Blue crystals crystallize in the monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a = 26.127(3),b = 10.6143(14),c = 14.5676(19) ,β = 111.289(2),V = 3764.3(8) 3,C42H30Cl2CuN4O6,Mr = 821.14,Dc = 1.449 g/cm3,F(000) = 1684,Z = 4,μ(MoKα) = 0.777 mm 1,the final R = 0.0528 and wR = 0.1200 for 2241 observed reflections(I > 2(I)).The structure of 1 exhibits a one-dimensional chain-like structure.  相似文献

The title coordination polymer, [Co(bib)(L)].0.5H2O 1 (bib = 1,1'-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(imidazole) and L = 4,4'-oxy(bisbenzoate) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group Cc with a = 8.8568(5), b = 19.936(1), c = 26.209(2) γ, y = 97.510(1)°, V= 4587.8(5) A3, Z = 8, CoC24H23N4O5.5, Mr = 514.39, Dc = 1.489 g/cm3, F(000) = 2128, μ(MoKa) = 0.795 mm^-1, R = 0.0419 and wR = 0.1002. Compound 1 exhibits a rare two-fold interpenetrating CdSO4 type topology. The O-H...O hydrogen bonds stabilize the structure of 1.  相似文献

A binicotinic biscarbohydrazone compound,2,2'-bipyridyl-3,3'-bis(N,N'-disali- cylidene)-formyhydrazone,1 has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis,FT-IR,1H- NMR,ESI-MS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic,space group P1 with a = 9.419(3),b = 11.745(4),c = 12.035(5)A,V = 1178.8(7)A^3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.354 g/cm^3,μ = 0.095 mm^-1,F(000) = 500,λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 ,C26H20N6O4,Mr = 480.48,the final R = 0.0480 and wR = 0.1084 for 3634 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that a 1D supramolecular structure of 1 has been constructed by multiply intermolecular N–H···N and O–H···O H-bonding interactions. Besides,compound 1 exhibits a strong green-light emission in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

A new tripodal P,N ligand (C63H48N3O3P3) was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 13.013(3), b = 28.406(6), c = 14.911(3) A^°, β= 111.04(3)°, V= 5144.6(18) A^°^3 Z = 4, Dc = 1.276 g/cm^3, Mr = 987.95, λ(MoKa) = 0.71073 A^°,μ = 0.17 mm^-1, F(000) = 2064, R = 0.0786 and wR = 0.1545. A total of 43260 unique reflections were collected, of which 5112 with I 〉 2σ(I) were observed. The title compound has a central benzene ring, which is linked by -NH-CO- bonds to three 2-aminophenyltriphenylphosphium moieties, of which two with P(1) and P(2) centers are pointing to the same face of the central aryl ring, while the third one directs oppositely, forming a pseudo-propeller. In the crystal structure, there exist face-to-face π-π stacking interactions which increase the stability of the crystal structure.  相似文献

A novel (Z)-nitromethylene neonicotinoid analogue (C23H27Cl2N5O4·2H2O) (II) with optical activity has been synthesized, the structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectra, and the (Z)-configuration was confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a = 7.4638(3), b = 12.6232(5), c = 15.2990(6), α = 71.907(1), β = 89.397(2), γ = 80.314(1)°, V = 1349.28(9)3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.340 g/cm3, μ = 0.286 mm-1, Mr = 544.43, F(000) = 572, S = 1.056, R = 0.0801 and wR = 0.2366 for 4998 unique reflections with 3012 observed ones (I > 2σ(I)). In the crystal, the dihedral angle between the pyridine and 4-Cl-phenyl rings is 58.13°. Intermolecular O–H···O, C–H···O and C–H···Cl hydrogen bonds involving water molecules stabilize the crystal structure.  相似文献

A new complex associated with Mn ion,[Mn(Hbibm)(SO4)]·0.5H2O(1,Hbibm= 2,2'-bibenzimidazole),was prepared under solvothermal conditions,and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analysis and IR spectra.The complex belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1 with a=8.9250(5),b=12.8022(8),c=13.3505(8),α=66.614(2),β= 72.567(2),γ=80.627(2)°,V=1334.1(1)3,Z=1,Dc=1.565 g/cm3,S=0.996,μ=0.628 mm-1,F(000)=644,R=0.0447 and wR=0.0586 for 5155 observed reflections(Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ)).Complex 1 is a mononuclear Mn(II) complex.The π-π interactions and interchain hydrogen-bonding interactions further extend the mononuclear for 1,generating a 3D supramolecular architecture.Complex 1 shows strong blue fluorescent emissions in the solid state upon 395 nm photo-excitation at room temperature.  相似文献

The compound 3,3'-(anthracene-9,10-diyl)bis(1-phenylpropan-1-one)(C32H26O2,Mr=442.55) has been synthesized by the reaction of 2,2'-(anthracene-9,10-diylbis(methy-lene))bis(1,3-diphenylpropane-1,3-dione) with CsCO3,and its structure was characterized by 1H NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal of the title compound belongs to monoclinic,space group P21/c with a=9.154(3),b=5.2777(16),c=24.897(7) nm,β=107.337(10)°,Z=2 and V=1.1482 nm3.X-ray analysis indicates that an intermolecular hydrogen bond C(8)-H(8A)…O(1),weak C-H···π between H(9A) and the centre of anthracene rings and weak π-π interactions between two anthracene ring planes are observed.  相似文献

The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1^- with a = 10.722(3), b = 18.170(4), c = 20.923(7)A,α = 105.297(9), β = 101.701(10), γ = 105.74(1)°, V= 3615(1)A^3, Z = 2, C58.50H64.50Cu4N1l.50O3150, Mr = 1686.90, Dc = 1.550 g/cm^3,μ= 1.255 mm^-1, F(000) = 1728.00, T = 150(2) K, the final R = 0.0640 and wR = 0.173 for 11310 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). In the crystal, each formular unit consists of two dinuclear copper(H) compounds, between which the O-H…O hydrogen bonds exist. Each Cu^Ⅱ cation is six-coordinated in an octahedral geometry. The intermolecular hydrogenbonding interaction leads to a 3-D framework of the title compound.  相似文献

Treatment of complex [(μ-SCH 2) 2 NCH 2 Ph]Fe 2 (CO) 6 with PPh 3 in the presence of decarbonylating agent Me 3 NO·2H 2 O afforded the title complex [(μ-SCH 2) 2 NCH 2 Ph]Fe 2 (CO) 5 (PPh 3) in 70% yield.The new complex was characterized by elemental analysis,IR,and 1 H (31 P,13 C) NMR spectroscopic techniques as well as by X-ray crystallography.It crystallizes in triclinic,space group P 1 with a=9.3016(19),b=12.698(3),c=13.904(3),V=1519.8(7)3,Z=2,C 32 H 26 Fe 2 NO 5 PS 2,M r=711.33,D c=1.554 g/cm 3,μ(MoKα)=1.187 mm-1,F(000)=728,T=113(2) K,the final R=0.0288 and wR=0.0680 for 3982 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)).The PPh 3 ligand resides in an axial position of the square-pyramidal geometry of the neighboring Fe atom and trans to the benzene ring in order to minimize the steric repulsion between PPh 3 and the benzene ring.  相似文献

The title compound [Cd(C20H14N4)2Cl2] 1 was synthesized via the hydrothermal reaction of CdCl2·7H2O and NaOH with 1,3-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)benzene (BMB), and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. The crystal of 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 21.021(6), b = 9.489(3), c = 18.302(6), β = 108.686(6)o, V = 3458.2(19)3, Z = 4, C40H28CdN8Cl2, Mr = 804.01, Dc = 1.544 g/cm3, F(000) = 1624 and μ(MoKα) = 0.829 mm-1. The final R = 0.0306 and wR = 0.0779 for 3334 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I) and R = 0.0796 and wR = 0.0360 for all data. The cadmium atom is four-coordinated by the BMB ligands and Cl atom with a tetrahedral geometry. The extensive N-H···N hydrogen bonding interactions are observed in the structure, which further extend the [Cd(C20H14N4)2Cl2] units into a 1D structure. The thermogravimetric analysis measurement showed that compound 1 has thermal stability as no strictly clean weight loss step occurred below 425 ℃.  相似文献

By hydrothermal synthesis, a manganese(H) tetracarboxylate [Mn(2,2′-bipyridi- ne)(btec)0.5(HEO)]En (H4btec = 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid) was obtained and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR, elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1, with a = 7.721(4), b = 8.905(5), c = 10.712(6)A, a = 80.899(8), β = 70.371(8), y = 78.201(8)°, Z = 2, V= 675.8(7)A3, Mr= 354.20, De= 1.741 g/cm^3,μ = 1.007 mm^-1, F(000) = 360, S = 0.956, (△/σ)max = 0.000, the final R = 0.0490 and wR = 0.1262. This compound presents an infinite 1D polymer featuring a double-chain structure. The Mn(Ⅱ) ion is five-coordinated. The four carboxylate groups of btec4- are all deprotonated and coordinated to four Mn atoms in a monodentate fashion, forming a 1D double chain structure with a cavity. Such chains are interconnected by π-π stacking interactions into 2D layers which are further interlinked into a supramolecular structure by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound [2-(2,6-dioxacyclohexyl)-5-methoxylphenols]2 was synthesized by the reaction of 2-hydroxyl-3-methoxylbenzaldehyde and 1,3-propanediol in the presence of DMF-DMS adduct and characterized by IR spectrum, UV-Vis spectrum and X-ray crystallography. The title compound belongs to monoclinic, space group P21 with a = 9.8967(10), b = 8.2240(9), c = 13.3654(14) A^°, β= 90.016(2)°, C11H14O4, Mr = 210.22, V = 1087.8(2)A^°3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.284 Mg/m^3, F(000) = 448,μ = 0.098 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0300 and wR = 0.0761 for 2070 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The molecules are connected via intermolecular O-H…O hydrogen bonds into a 2D network structure. Moreover, theoretical investigations of the title compound with HF/6-31G(d) method were performed, and its stability, frontier molecular orbital composition and Mulliken charge distribution were also discussed. The compound is a bis-molecule. The two molecules stay together and could not be separated. Two crystallographically independent molecules exist in an asymmetric unit. The bond lengths and bond angles of the two molecules are slightly different with each other.  相似文献

A Cu(II) complex of tetra(3,5-diphenyl pyrazole) [Cu(C15H12N2)2Cl2]2 (1) was synthesized, and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and further characterized by elemental analysis, NMR and IR. 1 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 13.3780(5), b = 15.1392(6), c = 15.5923(6) , β = 124.522(2)°, Z = 2 and V = 2601.86(17) 3. In 1, each Cu2+ ion is coordinated with two N atoms from two tetra(3,5-diphenyl pyrazole) ligands and three Cl- anions to give a distorted square-pyramidal geometry, which is further linked through edge-sharing bridging by Cl- anions to form a centrosymmetric dinuclear structure.  相似文献
