A submodel of the Ovsyannikov vortex with projective symmetry is studied. Integration of the factor system of the submodel reduces to solving a first-order differential equation which is not solved with respect to the derivative. The properties of the solutions of this equation are studied. It is shown that the submodel describes gas ow with a nonstationary source and a nonstationary sink. A system of the Navier-Stokes equations of two-dimensional motion of a viscous heat-conducting perfect gas with a polytropic
equation of state is considered. Regular, partially invariant solutions of rank 1 and defect 1 are studied. A sufficient condition
of their reducibility to invariant solutions of rank 1 is proved. All solutions of this class with a linear dependence of
the velocity-vector components on spatial coordinates are examined. New examples of solutions that are not reducible to invariant
solutions are obtained.

All invariant and partially invariant solutions of the Green-Naghdi equations are obtained that describe the second approximation
of shallow water theory. It is proved that all nontrivial invariant solutions belong to one of the following types: Galilean-invariant,
stationary, and self-similar solutions. The Galilean-invariant solutions are described by the solutions of the second Painleve
equation, the stationary solutions by elliptic functions, and the self-similar solutions by the solutions of the system of
ordinary differential equations of the fourth order. It is shown that all partially invariant solutions reduce to invariant
solutions.

The paper addresses the occurrence of possible restrictions on the flows defined by scalar retarded functional differential equations (FDEs), locally around certain simple singularities, compared with the possible flows of ordinary differential equations (ODEs) with the same singularities. It is found that for the Hopf and the Bogdanov-Takens singularities, there are no restrictions on the local flows defined by scalar FDEs, even when the nonlinearities depend on just one delayed value of the solutions. On the other hand, for the singularity associated with a zero and a conjugated pair of pure imaginary numbers as simple eigenvalues, it is shown that there occur restrictions on the flows defined by scalar FDEs with nonlinearities involving just one delay, as well as two delays satisfying a certain resonance condition. These restrictions are of geometric significance, since they amount to the impossibility of observing the homoclinic orbits that occur in arbitrarily small neighborhoods of the singularity for ODEs. Versal unfolfings for the considered singularities by FDEs and the possible restrictions on the associated flows are also studied. 相似文献

The unsteady plane-parallel motion of a incompressible viscoelastic Maxwell medium with constant relaxation time is considered.
The equations of motion of the medium and the rheological relation admit an extended Galilean group. The class of solutions
of this system which are partially invariant with respect to the subgroup of the indicated group generated by translation
and Galilean translation along one of the coordinate axes is studied. The system does not have invariant solutions, and the
set of partially invariant solutions is very narrow. A method for extending the set of exact solutions is proposed which allows
finding solutions with a nontrivial dependence of the stress tensor elements on spatial coordinates. Among the solutions obtained
by this method, the solutions describing the deformation of a viscoelastic strip with free boundaries is of special interest
from a point of view of physics.

Exact steady and self-similar solutions of the Euler equations are considered, which possess the property of partial invariance with respect to a certain six-parameter Lie group. New examples of vortex motion of a swirled liquid in curved channels are presented. The purpose is to extend the existence result of vortex solutions to semilinear elliptic equations for a large class of nonlinearities. M. I. Weinstein used variational techniques to show the existence of nodal solutions for the specific nonlinear term f(¦¦)=(1–¦¦2). We study the model describing thermal motion of gas in the rarefied space. This model can be used, in particular, in the study of the state of the medium behind the front of shock wave after very strong blast, in the study of the processes taking place inside of tornado, in the study of the motion of the gas in outer space. For any given initial distribution of the pressure a specific selection of mass Lagrange variables leads to reduction of the system of differential equations describing this motion to the system, for which the number of independent variables is less on the unit. For the obtained system we found all nontrivial conservation laws of the first order. In addition to the classical conservation laws the system has other conservation laws, which generalizes the energy conservation law. We obtained the exact solutions of this system. These solutions describe a variety of different physical processes taking place in the rarefied medium. Using the symmetry properties of the system we got the generating formulas for the receipt of the new solutions using already found earlier solutions of the system. 相似文献

目前随着工程实际问题复杂程度的增加及分析的要求,特别是材料非线性分析的引入,尽管计算机的运算速度、内存、外存容量等不断提高,但并不能完全满足大规模计算的需要,更快、更节省存贮空间的算法一直是有限元法分析过程中的一项核心技术要求。本文针对一些结点及单元均规律化地排列的有限元问题,提出可以透过其相邻结点的关系记录结点平衡方程中系数矩阵的非零元素,无需再像等带宽存贮那样去记录带宽内大量的零元素。此方法可以大大地减少系数矩阵元素的存贮量,从而可以提高计算机读取数据的速度及改善利用迭代法求解的效率。 相似文献

This paper is concerned with corner singularities of weak solutions of boundary value problems in the theory of plane linearized
elasticity. The presence of angular corner points or points at which the type of boundary conditions changes yields generally
local singularities in the solution. This singular behavior in the vicinity of such points can be described with the help
of asymptotic singular representations for the solution, which essentially depend on the zeros of certain transcendental functions.
These transcendental functions will be derived and analyzed for all ten possible combinations of boundary conditions, generated
by the four basic ones, prescribing in the tangential and normal direction of the boundary, respectively, either the displacement
or the tractions. The regularity of the corresponding weak solutions will be investigated.
