In this paper we study the asymptotic stabilization of linear distributed parameter control systems with unbounded delay. Assuming that the semigroup of operators associated with the uncontrolled and nondelayed equation is compact and that the phase space is a uniform fading memory space, we characterize those systems that can be stabilized using a feedback control. As consequence we conclude that every system of this type is stabilizable with an appropriated finite dimensional control. 相似文献

In this paper we establish the existence of mild solutions for a non-autonomous abstract semi-linear second order differential equation submitted to nonlocal initial conditions. It is well known that if a finite order linear differential operator with polynomial coefficients has as eigenfunctions a sequence of orthogonal polynomials with respect to a positive measure (with support in the real line), then its order has to be even. This property no longer holds in the case of orthogonal matrix polynomials.
