We consider the strongly elliptic operator A of order 2m in the divergence form with bounded measurable coefficients and assume that the coefficients of top order are uniformly continuous. For 1<p<∞, A is a bounded linear operator from the Lp Sobolev space Hm,p into Hm,p. We will prove that (Aλ)−1 exists in Hm,p for some λ and estimate its operator norm.  相似文献

Let Γ(H) be the symmetric Fock space over a Hilbert space H and ε:H→Γ(H) the exponential mapping. By an E-operator we mean an operator defined on ε(H). For an E-operator A, the composition mapping Φ=A°ε is called its W-transform. We first prove a local weighted integral inequality for conjugate A-harmonic tensors. Then, as an application of our local result, we prove a global weighted integral inequality for conjugate A-harmonic tensors in Ls(μ)-averaging domains, which can be considered as a generalization of the classical result. This paper investigates the robust finite-time H control problem for a class of uncertain switched neutral systems with unknown time-varying disturbance. The uncertainties under consideration are norm bounded. By using the average dwell time approach, a sufficient condition for finite-time boundedness of switched neutral systems is derived. Then, finite-time H performance analysis for switched neutral systems is developed, and a robust finite-time H state feedback controller is proposed to guarantee that the closed-loop system is finite-time bounded with H disturbance attenuation level γ. All the results are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, two numerical examples are provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of robust H control for a class of switched nonlinear cascade systems with parameter uncertainty using the multiple Lyapunov functions (MLFs) approach. Each subsystem under consideration is composed of two cascade-connected parts. The uncertain parameters are assumed to be in a known compact set and are allowed to enter the system nonlinearly. Based on the explicit construction of Lyapunov functions, which avoids solving the Hamilton-Jacobi equations, sufficient conditions for the solvability of the robust H control problem are presented. As an application, the hybrid robust H control problem for a class of uncertain non-switched nonlinear cascade systems is solved when no single continuous controller is effective. Finally, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method.  相似文献

A general framework for an algorithmic procedure based on the variational convergence of operator sequences involving A-maximal (m)-relaxed monotone (AMRM) mappings in a Hilbert space setting is developed, and then it is applied to approximating the solution of a general class of nonlinear implicit inclusion problems involving A-maximal (m)-relaxed monotone mappings. Furthermore, some specializations of interest on existence theorems and corresponding approximation solvability theorems on H-maximal monotone mappings are included that may include several other results for general variational inclusion problems on general maximal monotonicity in the literature.  相似文献

Let SB(X,Y) be the set of the bounded sublinear operators from a Banach space X into a Banach lattice Y. Consider π2(X,Y) the set of 2-summing sublinear operators. We study in this paper a variation of Grothendieck's theorem in the sublinear operators case. We prove under some conditions that every operator in SB(C(K),H) is in π2(C(K),H) for any compact K and any Hilbert H. In the noncommutative case the problem is still open.  相似文献

In this paper we study smooth classification of hyperbolic vector fields based on their linear approximations only and obtain the following. On Rn, n?5, with only two kinds of exceptions, any two hyperbolic vector fields with generic nonlinear parts and where Ai are n×n matrices, are C1 conjugate to each other if and only if A1 and A2 are strictly similar, and they are C1 orbitally equivalent if and only if A1 and A2 are similar.  相似文献

Let H be a finite-dimensional weak Hopf algebra and A a left H-module algebra with its invariant subalgebra A~H.We prove that the smash product A#H is an A-ring with a grouplike character, and give a criterion for A#H to be Frobenius over A. Using the theory of A-rings, we mainly construct a Morita context connecting the smash product A#H and the invariant subalgebra A~H , which generalizes the corresponding results obtained by Cohen, Fischman and Montgomery.  相似文献

In this paper we show the equivalence between Goldman-Rota q-binomial identity and its inverse. We may specialize the value of the parameters in the generating functions of Rogers-Szegö polynomials to obtain some classical results such as Euler identities and the relation between classical and homogeneous Rogers-Szegö polynomials. We give a new formula for the homogeneous Rogers-Szegö polynomials hn(x,y|q). We introduce a q-difference operator θxy on functions in two variables which turn out to be suitable for dealing with the homogeneous form of the q-binomial identity. By using this operator, we got the identity obtained by Chen et al. [W.Y.C. Chen, A.M. Fu, B. Zhang, The homogeneous q-difference operator, Advances in Applied Mathematics 31 (2003) 659-668, Eq. (2.10)] which they used it to derive many important identities. We also obtain the q-Leibniz formula for this operator. Finally, we introduce a new polynomials sn(x,y;b|q) and derive their generating function by using the new homogeneous q-shift operator L(bθxy).  相似文献

Let H be some fixed graph of order p. For a given graph G and vertex set SV(G), we say that S is H-decomposable if S can be partitioned as S=S1S2∪?∪Sj where, for each of the disjoint subsets Si, with 1?i?j, we have |Si|=p and H is a spanning subgraph of 〈Si〉, the subgraph induced by Si. We define the H-domination number of G, denoted as γH(G), to be the minimum cardinality of an H-decomposable dominating set S. If no such dominating set exists, we write γH(G)=∞. We show that the associated H-domination decision problem is NP-complete for every choice of H. Bounds are shown for γH(G). We show, in particular, that if δ(G)?2, then γP3(G)?3γ(G). Also, if γP3(G)=3γ(G), then every γ(G)-set is an efficient dominating set.  相似文献

Let A be the 2mth-order elliptic operator of divergence form with bounded measurable coefficients defined in a domain Ω of . For 1<p<∞ we regard A as a bounded linear operator from the Lp Sobolev space to H−m,p(Ω). It is known that when , we can construct the resolvent (Aλ)−1 and estimate its operator norm for some λ if the leading coefficients are uniformly continuous. In this paper, we try to extend this result to a general domain. It is successful when m=1 if Ω is the half-space or a domain with C2 bounded boundary. For m>1 it is shown that the problem is reduced to the case where Ω is the half-space and A is a homogeneous operator with constant coefficients. We also give a perturbation theorem.  相似文献

Estimates for maximal functions provide the fundamental tool for solving problems on pointwise convergence. This applies in particular for the Menchoff-Rademacher theorem on orthogonal series in L2[0,1] and for results due independently to Bennett and Maurey-Nahoum on unconditionally convergent series in L1[0,1]. We prove corresponding maximal inequalities in non-commutative Lq-spaces over a semifinite von Neumann algebra. The appropriate formulation for non-commutative maximal functions originates in Pisier's recent work on non-commutative vector valued Lq-spaces.  相似文献

Sufficient conditions for the similarity of the operator with an indefinite weight r(x)=(sgnx)|r(x)| are obtained. These conditions are formulated in terms of Titchmarsh-Weyl m-coefficients. Sufficient conditions for the regularity of the critical points 0 and ∞ of J-nonnegative Sturm-Liouville operators are also obtained. This result is exploited to prove the regularity of 0 for various classes of Sturm-Liouville operators. This implies the similarity of the considered operators to self-adjoint ones. In particular, in the case r(x)=sgnx and , we prove that A is similar to a self-adjoint operator if and only if A is J-nonnegative. The latter condition on q is sharp, i.e., we construct such that A is J-nonnegative with the singular critical point 0. Hence A is not similar to a self-adjoint operator. For periodic and infinite-zone potentials, we show that J-positivity is sufficient for the similarity of A to a self-adjoint operator. In the case q≡0, we prove the regularity of the critical point 0 for a wide class of weights r. This yields new results for “forward-backward” diffusion equations.  相似文献
