以4-(2,3-二氯苯基)-1,4-二氢-2,6-二甲基-3,5-吡啶二羧酸(2-氰基乙基)(甲基)酯(5)为起始原料,合成了丁酸氯维地平的5种降解杂质:4-(2,3-二氯苯基)-1,4-二氢-2,6-二甲基-3,5-吡啶二羧酸单甲酯(A), 4-(2,3-二氯苯基)-1,4-二氢-2,6-二甲基-3-吡啶羧酸甲酯(B), 4-(2,3-二氯苯基)-2,6-二甲基-3,5-吡啶二羧酸单甲酯(C), 4-(2,3-二氯苯基)-2,6-二甲基-3,5-吡啶二羧酸(丁酰氧基甲基)(甲基)酯(D)和4-(2,3-二氯苯基)-2,6-二甲基-3-吡啶羧酸甲酯(E)。其中A由5水解制得;B由A脱羧制得;C由5氧化后再经水解制得;D由C和丁酸氯甲酯缩合制得;E由C脱羧制得,化合物结构经1H NMR和MS(ESI)确证。  相似文献

介绍了在碘-二甲基亚砜(I_2-DMSO)促进作用下,通过Pictet-Spengler反应合成噻唑并[3',2':2,3]吡啶并[4,5-d]吡啶并[1,2-a]嘧啶酮(5)衍生物的合成方法.该反应的关键中间体2-(3-氨基-5-苯氨基噻唑-2-基)-4H-吡啶[1,2-a]嘧啶-4-酮(3),由2-氯甲基-4H-吡啶[1,2-a]嘧啶-4-酮(1)与N-苯基-N'-氰基-咪唑硫代碳酸钾(2)通过Thorpe-Ziegler异构化反应制得.该合成方法反应条件温和,操作简单,收率高.  相似文献

以2,3-丁二酮为原料,依次与苯甲醛和对苯二甲醛经缩合反应制得4-{4,5-二[(E)-苯乙烯]-1H-咪唑-2-基)苯甲醛}(2);以对二氯苄作为连接链,2与其经取代反应制得4-{1-[4-(氯甲基)苄基]-4,5-二[(E)-苯乙烯]-1H-咪唑-2-基}苯甲醛(3);3与单羟基四苯基卟啉(4)连接合成了4-{4,5-二[(E)-苯乙烯]-1H-咪唑-2-基}苯甲醛共价键连单羟基四苯基卟啉化合物(5),其中2,3和5为新化合物,其结构经1H NMR,MS和元素分析表征。用荧光光谱研究了5中基团3与基团4之间的能量转移过程。结果表明,当激发取代基团3时,能量能够从基团3转移至基团4上。  相似文献

以3,5-二甲基苯胺和2-莰酮为起始原料,在微波促进下,经缩合反应制得N-(3,5-二甲基苯基)-1-(1S,4S)-1,7,7-三甲基二环[2.2.1]庚烷-2-亚胺(1);1经硼氢化钠还原后再与羟胺-O-磺酸经胺化反应合成了1-(3,5-二甲基苯基)-1-[(1S,4S)-1,7,7-三甲基双环[2.2.1]庚烷-2-基]肼,总收率70.4%,其结构经1H NMR和ESI-MS确证。  相似文献

以(S)-2-氨甲基-1-乙基吡咯烷为原料,合成了新型手性双功能有机催化剂(S)-1-[3,5-二(三氟甲基)苯基]-3-(1-乙基吡咯烷基-2-甲基)硫脲(2,产率82.2%).用2催化对甲氧基苯甲醛与硝基甲烷的不对称Henry反应,制得(R)-1-(4-甲氧基苯基)-2-硝基乙醇(3, 84%ee);3经Pd/C催化氢化得到(R)-2-氨基-1-(4-甲氧基苯基)乙醇(4);4与反式肉桂酰氯反应合成了(R)-aegeline,总产率37.6%(以对甲氧基苯甲醛计).化合物的结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR和MS表征.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.  相似文献

The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides.
