Triterpene glycosides from Pulsatilla chinensis   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Four triterpene glycosides were isolated from the roots of Pulsatilla chinensis (Bunge) Regel (Ranunculaceae). Two new glycosides, chinensiosides A (1a) and B (2), were identified as 3-O-[-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(12)--L-arabinopyranosyl]-28-O-[-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(14)--D-glucopyranosyl-(16)--D-glucopyranosyl]-3,23-dihydroxylup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid and 3-O-{-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(12)-[-D-glucopyranosyl-(14)]--L-arabinopyranosyl}-28-O-[-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(14)--D-glucopyranosyl-(16)--D-glucopyranosyl]-3,23-dihydroxylup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid. The other two glycosides were identified as previously known hederasaponin C (3) from Hedera helix and glycoside III (4) from Pulsatilla cernua.  相似文献

Methods for the synthesis of imidazo[1,2-a]benzimidazole haloketone derivatives have been investigated. It has been found that -bromoketone derivatives of this heterocycle can be prepared either by bromination of 3-acylimidazo[1,2-a]benz-imidazoles with bromine in glacial acetic acid or by acylation of 3-unsubstituted imidazo[1,2-a]benzimidazoles with haloanhydride derivatives of -bromoalkanoic acids. Treatment of imidazo[1,2-a]benzimidazoles with 3-chloropropionyl chloride results in the formation of imidazo[1,2-a]benzimidazolyl-3-propionyl chloride and bis(imidazo[1,2-a]benzimidazolyl)propan-3-one derivatives as side products. Reaction of 2-phenylimidazo[1,2-a]benzimidazoles with 3-bromopropionic acid in polyphosphoric acid gives benzocyclohepten[5,6:4,5]imidazo[1,2-a]benzimidazole derivatives.For Communication 20, see [1].Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 3, pp. 339–345, March, 1986.  相似文献

It was found that cyclocondensation of (benzimidazol-2-yl)cyanamide with -diketones and -ketoesters proceeds in the presence of -ketoenolates or nickel(2+) acetate with the formation of 2-aminopyrimido[1,2-a]benzimidazole derivatives. From the leaves of Algerian ivyHedera canariensis Willd. (fam. Aralaceae) we have isolated 13 triterpene glycosides: the 3-O--L-arabinopyranosides of oleanolic acid (A), of echinocystic acid (B1), and of hederagenin (B2); the 3-O-[O--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(2)--L-arabinopyranoside]s of oleanolic acid (C), of echinocystic acid (D), and of hederagenin (E1); the 3-O--L-rhamnopyranoside] 28-O-[O--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(14)--gentiobioside of hederagenin (G1); the 3-O-[O--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(12)--L-arabinopyranoside] 28-O--gentiobioside of hederagenin (G3); the 3-O-[O--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(12)--L-arabinopyranoside] 28-O-[O--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(14)--gentiobioside]s of oleanolic acid (G2), of echinocystic acid (H1), and of hederagenin (H2); the 3-O-[O--L-rhanmopyranosyl-(12)--D-glucopyranoside] 28-O-(O--L-rhamno-pyranosyl-(14)--gentiobioside] of hederagenin (H2); and the 3-O-(O--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(12)-O-gentiobiosyl)-O-(14)--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(12)-a-L-arabinopyranoside] of hederagenin (G4). Research on synthesis of polycyclic spirans of the 1, 6-dioxaspiro-[4, 4]nonane group is continued. Electrolysis of methanol solutions of 2-furylcyclopentanol, 2-(5-methyl-furfuryl)cyclopentanol, and 2-furfuryl-1-indanol, gives, by intramolecular alkoxylation, spiro{perhydrocyclopenta[b]furan-2, 2-(5dihydrofuran)}, spiro{perhydrocyclopenta[b]furan-2, 2-(5-methoxy-5-methyl-2, 5-dihydrofuran)}, and spiro{2, 3, 3a, 8b-tetrahydro-4H-indeno[1, 2-b]furan-2, 2-(5-methoxy-2, 5-dihydrofuran)}, hitherto undescribed in the literature. Depending on the conditions, catalytic hydrogenation of these gives: spiro{perhydiocyclopenta[b]furan-2, 2-(5-methoxytetrahydrofuran)}, spiro{2, 3a, 8b-tetrahydro-4H-indeno[1, 2-b]furan-2, 2-(5-methoxytetrahydrofuran)}, spiro{perhydrocyclopenta[b]furan-2, 2-tetrahydrofuran}, and spiro{2, 3, 3a, 8b-tetrahydro-4H-indeno[1, 2-b]furan-2, 2-tetrahydrofuran}.For Part XXXI see [1].  相似文献

The interaction of condensed nitrogen-containing bridge systems with chloral has been studied and the high sensitivity of the reaction to the -excess of the initial heteroaromatic system has been established. It has been shown that chloral is a convenient formylating agent for systems with a moderate -excess —imidazo[l,2-a]imidazole, 9H-imidazo[1,2-a]benzimidazole, imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine, imidazo[1,2-a]naphtho[2,3-d]imidazole. Heterocycles with a high -excess (indolizine, pyrrolo[1,2-a]benzimidazole) form cyanine dyes under the action of chloral. Systems with a lowered -excess (1H-imidazo[1,2-a]benzimidazole, imidazo[1,2-a]quinoline, imidazo[2,1-a]isoquinoline, imidazo[1,2-a]perimidine, imidazo[5,1-b]benzoxazole, imidazo[1,2-a]benzothiazole, and imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidine) do not react with chloral in a neutral medium. IR spectra of adsorbed alcohols on alumina were measured under the reaction conditions at elevated temperatures. The transient response of IR absorption intensity indicates that alkoxides are reactive adsorbed species but carboxylates are not. The rate constants of surface reactions were calculated from the transient response.

In a continuation of investigations of proanthocyanidins of the roots ofRhodiola pamiroalaica, we have isolated proanthocyanidins RP-3 and RP-4. New coumarin glycosides — haploperosides C, D, and E — have been isolated from the epigeal part of theHaplophyllum performatum (MB) Kar et Kir. On the basis of chemical transformations and spectral characteristics, haploperoside D has the structure of 6-methoxy-7-[0--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 2)--D-glucopyranosyloxy]-2H-benzopyran-2-one, and haploperoside C that of 6-methoxy-7-[0--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 6)-(2-0-acetyl--D-glucopyranosyloxy)]-2H-benzopyran-2-one. The structure of haploperoside E has been established as 7-[0--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 2)-0--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 6)--D-glucopyranosyloxy]-2H-benzopyran-2-one. By means of thin-layer and gas chromatography the reaction products have been determined in the oscillation system of aniline, KBrO3 and H2SO4. These products include: 2-bromoaniline, 4-bromoaniline, 2,4-dibromoaniline, 2,4,6-tribromoaniline, 1,4-benzoquinone, 2-bromo-1,4-benzoquinone, 2,6-dibromo-1,4-benzoquinone and a brominated oxidation product. The brominated aniline derivatives do not exhibit an oscillating behavior, and the addition of these substances to an oscillating mixture damps the course of other oscillations.

Zusammenfassung Aus [3] und [3][3](1,3)Ferrocenophan wurden die isomeren Carbonsäuren über ihreN,N-Diphenylamide dargestellt und über die -Phenäthylaminsalze in die Antipoden gespalten. Die absoluten Konfigurationen der Säuren (und damit aller Derivate und Folgeprodukte) wurden sowohl durch chemische Korrelation mit Methylferrocen--und-carbonsäuren bekannter Konfiguration als auch durch kinetische Racematspaltung ihrer Anhydride mit (-)--Phenäthylamin ermittelt.Aus der Methylferrocen-1-carbonsäure wurden durch Kettenverlängerung zur Propionsäure, Cyclisierung und Racematspaltung der Ringketone mit Menthydrazid ebenfalls aktive Ferrocenophane gewonnen, und ihre Konfiguration durch chemische Korrelation bestimmt.Die beschriebenen 45 optisch aktiven Ferrocenophanderivate sind wegen ihrer starren Konformation und der dadurch bedingten Fixierung chromophorer Gruppen-vor allem im Vergleich mit analogenhomoanular überbrückten Ferrocenen-für die Diskussion und Interpretation der Ferrocenchiralität von großem Interesse.From [3] and [3][3](1.3)ferrocenophane the isomeric carboxylic acids were preparedvia theirN,N-diphenylamides and resolvedvia the -phenethylamine salts. The absolute configurations of the acids (and thereby of all derivatives and subsequent products) were established both by chemical correlations with methylferrocene--and--carboxylic acids of known configurations and by kinetic resolutions of their anhydrides with (-)-- phenethylamine.From methylferrocene-1-carboxylic acid by chain lengthening, cyclization of the propionic acid and resolution of the ring ketones with menthydrazide, likewise active ferrocenophanes were obtained and their configurations determined by chemical correlations.The described 45 optically active ferrocenophane derivatives are because of their rigid conformations and the thereby caused fixation of chromophoric groups-mainly in comparison with analogoushomoanular bridged ferrocenes-of great interest for the discussion and interpretation of the ferrocene chirality.

The holothurianEupentacta pseudoquinquisemita Deichmann collected in Kraternaya Bay, Ushishir Islands has yielded two triterpene pentaosides — the previously known cucumarioside C2, and cucumarioside H, which is a new glycoside. With the aid of13C NMR spectroscopy and solvolytic desulfation its structure has been determined as 6-acetoxy-3-([3-O-methyl--D-xylopyranosyl-(1 3)--D-glucopyranosyl-(1 4)] [-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 4)] [-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 2)]--D-quinovopy-ranosyl-(1 2)-(4-O-sulfato--D-xylopyranosyloxy)holosta-7,22,24(trans)-triene.
