(S)-Asparagine and (S)-glutamine ortho-carboranyl derivatives with free amino and carboxy groups in the α-position were synthesized. By an example of N γ-(1,2-dicarba-closo-dodecarboran-3-yl)-(S)-glutamine it was demonstrated that the developed synthetic approach carboranyl derivatives of amino acids allowed the preparation of optically pure isomers.  相似文献

A series of new monomers have been synthesized on the basis of O- and N-acryloyl derivatives of polyfluorinated chalcones via acylation of 4-hydroxypiperidin-1-yl and piperazin-1-yl substituents introduced in succession into different positions of the perfluorinated benzene rings. Polyfluorinated chalcone containing an epoxy group and acrylamide fragments has been obtained according to an original procedure.  相似文献

Stereochemistry of the oxidation of N-arylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-endo-and-exo-2,3-dicarboximides at the double bond with peroxyacetic acid generated in situ in the presence of sulfuric acid and with an anhydrous dioxane solution of peroxyacetic acid was studied. In both cases, the reaction was stereospecific, regardless of the substituent in the N-aryl group and configuration of the imide ring, but the reaction direction depended on the presence of water in the system. In the first case, the corresponding trans-5,6-dihydroxy derivatives were formed, while in the second, exo-5,6-epoxy derivatives. The oxidation of N-arylbicyclo[2.2.1]-hept-5-ene-endo-and-exo-2,3-dicarboximides with a solution of potassium permanganate in aqueous acetone gave the corresponding N-aryl-cis-5,6-dihydroxybicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-endo-and-exo-2,3-dicarboximides. The exo,cis,exo and exo,cis,endo configurations of the synthesized compounds were determined by 1H NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Three p-phenylenediamine antioxidants (p-phenylenediamine-N,N,N′,N′-tetrapropionic acid tetramethyl ester, p-phenylenediamine-N,N,N′-tripropionic acid trimethyl ester, and p-phenylenediamine-N, N′-dipropionic acid dimethyl ester) were successfully synthesized via atom-economic aza-Michael addition of pphenylenediamine to methyl acrylate p-romoted by graphene oxide in water. The synthesized compounds were characterized by NMR, ESI-MS spectra, and elemental analyses. The effects of the solvent and graphene oxide on the reaction were investigated.  相似文献

Hydroxymercuration-demercuration of N-p-tolysulfonyl-4,4a,9,9a-tetrahydro-3H-carbazoles and N-p-tolyl(or methyl)sulfonyl-1,3a,4,8b-tetrahydrocyclopenta[b]indoles leads to the formation of the corresponding N-p-tolylsulfonyl-2,3,4,4a,9,9a-hexahydro-1H-carbazol-2-ols and N-p-tolyl(or methyl)sulfonyl-1,2,3,3a,4,8b-hexahydrocyclopenta[b]indol-2-ols. The latter are oxidized to 2-oxo derivatives with potassium dichromate. The oxidation of 2-methoxy-8-methyl-N-p-tolylsulfonyl-2,3,4,4a,9,9a-hexahydro-1H-carbazol-1-ol under analogous conditions gives 2-methoxy-8-methyl-N-p-tolysulfonyl-2,3,4,4a,9,9a-hexahydro-1H-carbazol-1-one.  相似文献

Palladium-catalyzed reaction of ethynyl-substituted pyridine and quinoline derivatives with 2-iodo-p-carborane and 9-iodo-m-carborane gives the corresponding pyridylethynyl- and quinolylethynyl-substituted carboranes. Carborane-containing steroids in which the carborane fragment is linked to the steroid skeleton through acetylene bridge were synthesized by the Sonogashira reaction.  相似文献

Two series of new amide derivatives containing 2,6-diisobornylphenol moiety were synthesized based on 3,5-diisobornyl-4-hydroxybenzoic acid and 4-butylaminomethyl-2,6-diisobornylphenol. Toxicity, membrane-protective (MP) and antioxidant (AO) activity of the obtained compounds were evaluated using red blood cells of laboratory mice as the test object. The tests demonstrated the absence of hemolytic activity for all the synthesized derivatives and the presence of high MP and AO activity under conditions of acute H2O2-induced oxidative stress for (3,5-diisobornyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)(morpholino)methanone and N-n-butyl-N-(3,5-diisobornyl-4-hydroxybenzyl)acetamide. A comparison of the data of the newly obtained compounds and those of described earlier 2,6-diisobornylphenol derivatives with N- and O-containing fragments at position 4 (alkoxymethyl, carboxy, and aminomethyl derivatives) led to a conclusion that the most promising for further studies of pharmacological activity are compounds containing methoxycarbonyl, methoxymethyl, ethoxymethyl, morpholinomethyl, di-n-butylaminomethyl, (azepan-1-yl)methyl, or N-acetyl-N-alkylaminomethyl function, which provide low toxicity and high MP and AO activity.  相似文献

A series of PEO45-b-PtBA53-b-PS x (x = 42, 84, 165) triblock terpolymers were synthesized by the atom transfer radical polymerization and characterized by size exclusion chromatography and 1H NMR. Their self-assemblies were conducted by a two-step hierarchical self-assembly method and a one-step dialysis method and the self-assembly behaviors were investigated. The morphologies, sizes, and size distributions of micelles produced by the self-assembly were determined by transmission electron microscopy and dynamic light scattering. The secondary self-assembled structure of PEO45-b-PtBA53-b-PS x obtained by the two-step hierarchical self-assembly could be controlled by tuning the length of PS block, the core forming block. The micelles were uniform with diameters of 20–25 nm and their size distributions, except for that of PEO45-b-PtBA53-b-PS165, were narrow with particle size distribution indexes ranging from 0.014 to 0.246. The one-step dialysis of the triblock terpolymers produced vesicular micelles with distinct vesicle walls that exhibited similar thicknesses. The vesicles did not show significant aggregation. The size distribution of PEO45-b-PtBA53-b-PS42 vesicle was the narrowest with a particle size distribution index value of 0.135. The PEO45-b-PtBA53-b-PS165 vesicles tended to overlap with each other.  相似文献

The first cyclic unsaturated S-functional derivatives of 4,4-diphenyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,4-thiasiline, S-oxide, S,S-dioxide, and S-sulfonimide, were prepared. Oxidation of the hydrolytically less stable 4,4-dimethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,4-thiasiline leads to the corresponding sulfoxide and sulfone along with the ring opening products, siloxanes containing the sulfoxide or sulfonyl group.  相似文献

Precursors to terpene alcohols of the o- and p-menthane series (o-cimen-7-ol and o- and p-cimen-9-ols) were synthesized, and their reduction with lithium in ethylenediamine was studied. The reduction of o- and p-cimen-9-ols in the presence of isopropyl alcohol selectively afforded the corresponding 1,4-dihydro derivatives. Under analogous conditions, o-cimen-7-ol was converted into a mixture of unsaturated hydrocarbons. The reduction with lithium in ethylenediamine in the absence of isopropyl alcohol in all cases gave mixtures of menthene alcohols.  相似文献

Treatment of 5-amino-1,3-dialkyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones with sodium nitrite in aqueous HCl gave 1,3-dialkyl-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine-2,5(3H,4H)-diones which were nitrated with potassium nitrate in sulfuric acid to 6-nitro derivatives, and the latter underwent recyclization into 4-amino-1,3-dialkyl-5-(1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazol-2-ones by the action of hydrazine hydrate.  相似文献

A series of novel arylidene derivatives of 5,6-dihydro-4H-cyclopenta[b]-thiophene-2-carboxylic acid and 4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]-thiophene-2-carboxylic acid were synthesized by reacting benzylidene derivatives of chloro aldehyde with 2-mercaptoacetic acid. Benzylidene derivatives of chloro aldehyde were prepared from Vilsmeier reaction of 2-benzylidenecyclopentanone and 2-benzylidenecyclohexanone derivatives, obtained from condensation of various aromatic aldehydes with cyclopentanone and cyclohexanone. All synthesized compounds were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), infrared (IR), and mass spectroscopy and X-ray single-crystal analysis. The synthesized compounds were screened for their in vitro antimicrobial and antifungal activity. Good antimicrobial activity, especially against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, was observed for most of the compounds tested. In particular, compound 9f emerged as an effective antibacterial agent and may be a potential candidate for future drug discovery and development.  相似文献

Method of synthesis has been developed for a series of 3,6-di-tert-butyl-9H-carbazole derivatives and their photochemical properties have been investigated. The dependence of the Steglich esterification reaction on the nature of the catalyst was studied. N-(2,2,2-Trichloroethylidene)arenesulfonamides react with 1H-pyrrole and 1-methyl-1H-pyrrole to give the corresponding N-[2,2,2-trichloro-1-(1H-pyrrol-2-yl)ethyl]arenesulfonamides. The reaction of N-(2,2,2-trichloroethylidene)trifluoromethanesulfonamide with pyrrole leads to a mixture of 2-mono-and 2,5-disubstituted pyrroles, whereas in the reaction with 1-methyl-1H-pyrrole only the 2-substituted compound is formed. N-(2,2-Dichloro-2-phenylethylidene)-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide reacts with 1H-pyrrole to form N-[2,2-dichloro-2-phenyl-1-(1H-pyrrol-2-yl)ethyl]-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide, and its reaction with 1-methyl-1H-pyrrole gives a mixture of 2-and 3-monosubstituted derivatives. The results of quantum-chemical calculations of the initial reactants and products indicate that the process is orbital-controlled. A good agreement is observed between the experimental data and theoretical conclusions concerning the dependence of the reaction regioselectivity on the nature of substituents in the electrophile molecule.  相似文献

N-Substituted 7-amino-4-methyl-2H-chromen-2-ones containing one or two functionalized azole or azine moieties were synthesized. The structures of all synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectroscopy. Some of the synthesized compounds exhibited weak antibacterial activity against Rhizobium radiobacter, Escherichia coli, and Xanthomonas campestris.  相似文献

Nitration of 1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one and its N-methyl derivatives at 0–5°C and 60°C gives 5-nitro-and 5,6-dinitro-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones, respectively. The latter can also be obtained by nitration of 5-mononitro derivatives under similar conditions. The nitration of 6-chloro-and 6-bromo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones and their N-methyl-substituted analogs leads to the formation of the corresponding 6-chloro(bromo)-5-nitro compounds. The same products are formed in the nitration of 5,6-dichloro-and 5,6-dibromo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones. In this case, the process involves replacement of the halogen atom in position 5 of the pyridine fragment by nitro group. The nitration of 6-bromo-5-methyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one is accompanied by oxidation of the 5-methyl group to carboxy.  相似文献

Two pairs of amino-acid functionalized poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) derivatives, namely, poly(N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-L-methionyl (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene-2’-yl)methylamide) (L-PEDOT-Boc-Met) and poly(N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-D-methionyl (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene-2’-yl)methylamide) (D-PEDOT-Boc-Met); poly(L-methionyl (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene-2’-yl)methylamide) (L-PEDOT-Met) and poly(D-methionyl (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene-2’-yl)methylamide) (D-PEDOT-Met) were synthesized via chemical oxidative polymerization of corresponding monomers. The structural characterization, spectroscopic properties and thermal stability of these monomers and polymers were systematically explored by FTIR spectra, Raman spectra, XRD spectra, UV-Vis spectra and thermogravimetric analysis. As chiral electrode materials, these polymers were employed to successfully recognize 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine (DOPA) enantiomers by cyclic voltammetry (CV) in sulphuric acid solution. The measurement results reveal that the tendency was hetero-chiral interaction between L-PEDOT-Met/PVA/GCE and D-DOPA, D-PEDOT-Met/PVA/GCE and L-DOPA, respectively. Also, the mechanism of chiral discrimination was discussed. All the results implied that the combination of electrochemical molecular recognition technology and chiral PEDOT materials can be a promising approach for chiral recognition and may open new opportunities for facile, biocompatible, sensitive and robust chiral assays in biochemical applications.  相似文献

Cyclocondensation reaction of 3-hydrazinyl-2-naphthoic acid with diphenyl-N-cyanoimidocarbonate furnished the target 2-phenoxy-benzo[g][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]quinazolin-5(4H)-one (1) in high yield. Alkylation, thionation and chlorination of the lactam group in the compound 1 produced a variety of derivatives 2–17. Their structures were characterized by NMR and HREI-MS analyses.  相似文献
