Six [RuCl2(1-alkylbenzimidazole)(p-cymene)] complexes have been prepared and the new compounds characterized by C, H, N analyses, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR. The reduction of ketones to alcohols via transfer hydrogenation was achieved with catalytic amounts of the complexes in the presence of t-BuOK.  相似文献

The synthetic, spectroscopic, and biological studies of some new palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes derived from biologically active sulfur donor ligands 1H-indol-2,3-dione benzothiazoline (Bzt 1 H) and 5-nitro-1H-indol-2,3-dione benzothiazoline (Bzt 2 H) have been described. The reactions were carried out in 1:2 molar ratios. The authenticity of the benzothiazolines and their complexes has been established on the basis of elemental analyses; molecular weight determinations; and IR, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, and UV spectral studies. Based on IR and 1 H NMR spectral studies, a square-planar structure has been assigned to these complexes. Studies were conducted to assess the comparative growth inhibiting potential of the synthesized complexes against the benzothiazolines for a variety of fungal and bacterial strains. The studies demonstrate that the ligands and complexes possess antimicrobial properties. Further, it was noted that the growth-inhibiting potential of the complexes is greater than the parent benzothiazolines.  相似文献

Cadmium(II) complexes of thiones and thiocyanate, [(>C=S)2Cd(SCN)2], have been prepared and characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopy. An upfield shift in the >C=S resonance of thiones in the 13C NMR and downfield shift in N–H resonance in 1H NMR are consistent with sulfur coordination to cadmium(II). The presence of ν(N–H) of thiones in IR spectra of the complexes indicates the thione forms of the ligands in the solid state; some contribution of the thiolate form was observed in one complex. The appearance of a band around 2100 cm?1 in IR and a resonance around 132 ppm in 13C NMR indicates the binding of thiocyanate to cadmium(II).  相似文献

Summary. The coordination behavior of newly developed bicyclophosphite ligands toward Mo(0), Rh(I), and Pt(II) was studied.Reactions at different ratios of metal to ligand were done. It was found that the ligands act as monodentate ones and form with hexacarbonylmolybdenum(0) complexes with the general formula Mo(CO)5L by replacing only one carbonyl ligand. Coordination experiments toward acetylacetonatodicarbonylrhodium(I) resulted in the formation of undefined compounds. Toward dichlorocyclooctadienylplatinum(II) the monomeric phosphorus ligands act as monodentate ligands forming complexes of the general structure cis-PtCl2L2. All the synthesized platinum-complexes possess cis-configuration (proven by 31P NMR). The corresponding coordination compounds were isolated and characterized by elemental analyses and 1H, 13C, and 31P NMR.  相似文献

Methoxide abstraction from gold acetylide complexes of the form (L)Au[η1‐C≡CC(OMe)ArAr′] (L=IPr, P(tBu)2(ortho‐biphenyl); Ar/Ar′=C6H4X where X=H, Cl, Me, OMe) with trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate (TMSOTf) at −78 °C resulted in the formation of the corresponding cationic gold diarylallenylidene complexes [(L)Au=C=C=CArAr′]+ OTf in ≥85±5 % yield according to 1H NMR analysis. 13C NMR and IR spectroscopic analysis of these complexes established the arene‐dependent delocalization of positive charge on both the C1 and C3 allenylidene carbon atoms. The diphenylallenylidene complex [(IPr)Au=C=C=CPh2]+ OTf reacted with heteroatom nucleophiles at the allenylidene C1 and/or C3 carbon atom.  相似文献

A series of new mixed ligand complexes of Zn(II), Cd(II), and Hg(II) with cis-3,7-dimethyl-2,6-octadienthiosemicarbazone (CDOTSC; LH) and N-phthaloyl amino acids (AH) have been synthesized by the reaction of metal dichloride with ligands CDOTSC and N-phthaloyl derivative of DL-glycine (A1H), L-alanine (A2H), or L-valine (A3H) in a 1:1:1 molar ratio in dry refluxing ethanol. All the isolated complexes have the general composition [M(L)(A)]. The plausible structure of these newly synthesized complexes has been proposed on the basis of elemental analyses, molar conductances, molecular weight measurement, and various spectral (IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR) studies, and four coordinated geometries have been assigned to these complexes. All the complexes and ligands have been screened for their antibacterial activity.  相似文献

Abstract

Mercury(II) complexes of imidazolidine-2-thione and its derivatives have been synthesized and their 1H, 13C and 199Hg NMR spectra measured. HgCl2 forms L2HgCl2 type complexes (where L = imidazolidine-2-thione and its derivatives). The NH group of the ligand is shifted downfield by about +1.37 ppm in the 1H NMR after complexation. The C-2 carbon in the 13C NMR is shifted by—6.50 ppm for mono N-substituted ligands, but by—5.30 ppm for N,N''-disubstituted ligands. The 199Hg NMR resonance is shifted by about—60 ppm for N-substituted ligands, but—140 ppm shifts were observed for N',N'-disubstituted ligands.  相似文献

A 1H, 13C and 31P NMR study of monoethyl (HL1) and monobutyl (HL2) esters of (α‐anilinobenzyl)phosphonic acid and their metallocyclic dipalladium complexes (Pd2L4,L = L1, L2) in DMSO‐d6 was performed, based on 1D and 2D homo‐ and heteronuclear experiments including 1H,13C,31P,APT,1H–1H COSY, 1H–13C COSY, gs‐HMQC and gs‐HMBC NMR techniques. Novel ruthenium‐1,3‐dialkylimidazolin‐2‐ylidene complexes ( 2a–e ) have been prepared and characterized by C, H, N analysis, 1H‐NMR and 13C‐NMR. The ortho position of the aromatic ring of pyridyl group substituted aromatic compound was directly arylated with aryl bromides and chlorides in the presence of a catalytic amount of [RuCl2(1,3‐dialkylimidazolin‐2‐ylidene)] complexes. o-Hydroxyacetophenone (N-benzoyl)glycyl hydrazone (o-HABzGH) forms complexes of the types [M(o-HABzGH)Cl2(H2O)2]Cl and [M(o-HABzGH-2H)OH(H2O)2], where M = Y(III), Gd(III), Tb(III) and Dy(III). The complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductance, magnetic susceptibility, infrared, electronic,1H NMR and13C NMR spectral techniques. The nephelauxetic ratio (β), covalency (δ), bonding parameter (b 1/2) and angular overlap parameter (η) have been calculated from Dy(III) complexes. Infrared and NMR spectral studies show thato-HABzGH acts as a neutral bidentate ligand in the adduct complexes and as a dinegative tridentate one in the neutral complexes. A coordination number of six has been proposed for the metal ion in all the complexes.  相似文献

Cationic alkoxycarbene complexes of platinum(II) have been isolated in the reactions of trans-[(PR3)2PtX(R′OH)]PF6 (X  H or Me; R′  Me or Et) with Me3SiCCR′′ (R′′  H, Me or SiMe3). In these reactions cleavage of the carbon-silicon bond by the nucleophilic attack of alcohol has been observed. These carbene complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses and by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectral data. 13C NMR chemical shift data for carbene carbon atoms suggest that the carbene carbon may be very positively charged.  相似文献

Two vic-dioxime ligands (LxH2) containing morpholine group have been synthesized from 4-[2-(dimethylaminoethyl)] morpholine with anti-phenylchloroglyoxime or anti-monochloroglyoxime in absolute THF at -15 ℃. Reaction of two vic-dioxime ligands with MCl2·nH2O (M: Ni, Cu or Co and n=2 or 6) salts in 1 : 2 molar ratio afforded metal complexes of type [M(LxH)2] or [M(LxH)2·2H2O]. All of metal complexes are non-electrolytes as shown by their molar conductivities (Am) in DMF (dimethyl formamide) at 10^-3 mol·L^-1. Structures of the ligands and metal complexes have been solved by elemental analyses, FT-IR, UV-Vis, ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR, magnetic susceptibility measurements, molar conductivity measurements. Furthermore, redox properties of the metal complexes were investigated by cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

The interaction of Rocuronium Bromide, and a model steroid Org 7402, with three cyclodextrins (β‐cyclodextrin, γ‐cyclodextrin and Org 25969) was studied by solution state NMR experiments. Stoichiometries and binding constants were determined from 1H chemical shift titrations. All of the systems formed 1 : 1 complexes. Most of the complexes were in fast exchange with unbound species on the NMR time scale, but the most tightly bound complex (Rocuronium Bromide–Org 25969) was in the slow exchange regime. The geometry of the complexes was inferred from 1H and 13C NMR shift changes upon complexation and from intramolecular NOE correlations. Rocuronium Bromide forms a weak complex with β‐cyclodextrin (Ka = 3.3 ± 0.5 × 103 M ?1) and no clear picture of the structure of the complex emerges. The complexes with γ‐cyclodextrin (Ka = 1.8 ± 0.2 × 104 M ?1) and Org 25969 (Ka > 105 M ?1) are true inclusion complexes with the steroid located inside the central void of the cyclodextrin. A series of new diphenyltin(IV) complexes of the type Ph2SnL (L1: N‐phenacyl‐5‐bromosalicylideneimine, Ph2SnL1; L2: N‐phenacyl‐3,5‐dichlorosalicylideneimine, Ph2SnL2; L3: N–phenacyl‐4‐methoxysalicylideneimine, Ph2SnL3) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H, 13C, 119Sn NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry techniques. The C―Sn―C angles in the complexes were calculated using equations with the 1J(117/119Sn―13C) values from 13C NMR spectra. The possible structures, NMR and electronic properties of the studied molecules were calculated through density functional theory and results compared with experimental data. 二苄基二氯化锡分别与对甲氧基苯甲酰肼缩丙酮酸及对硝基苯甲酰肼缩丙酮酸反应,合成了2个二苄基锡配合物(C1、C2),通过元素分析、IR、~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR、~(119)Sn NMR、HRMS以及X射线单晶衍射等表征了配合物结构。测试了配合物C1、C2的热稳定性以及配合物对癌细胞H460、HepG2、MCF7的体外抑制活性;在Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,以EB做为荧光探针,用荧光光谱法初步研究了配合物C1与小牛胸腺DNA的相互作用;并且用凝胶电泳法研究了配合物C1切割质粒DNA pBR322的能力。结果表明:配合物C1、C2对3种癌细胞都有较好的抑制作用,但是C1更优于C2;配合物C1与小牛胸腺DNA作用是插入结合作用所致,能有效的将超螺旋DNA pBR322切割成缺刻型DNA。  相似文献

New N‐silver(I) acetylbenzamide complexes of type Ln?AgNC9H8O2 (L = PPh3; n = 1, 2a; n = 2, 2b; n = 3, 2c; L = P(OEt)3; n = 1, 2d; n = 2, 2e; n = 3, 2f) were prepared. These complexes were obtained in high yields and characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, 13C{H} NMR, 31P{H} NMR and IR spectroscopy, respectively. The molecular structure of 2b has been determined by X‐ray single‐crystal analysis in which the silver atom is in a distorted tetrahedral geometry and crystallizes as cis–trans. New N‐silver(I) acetylbenzamide complexes have a four‐membered ring, which could influence their chemical and physical properties and modulate volatility. Metal organic chemical vapor deposition experiments were carried out successfully at 400°C and 450°C using 2e as precursor for the deposition of silver films, respectively. A number of complexes of nickel(II) with 5(2′-hydroxyphenyl)-3-(4-X-phenyl)pyrazolines of the type (C15H12N2O ··· X)2Ni [where X = H, Cl, CH3 and OCH3] were synthesized by the reaction of anhydrous nickel(II) chloride with sodium salts of pyrazoline in 1 : 2 molar ratio. Their addition complexes with 2,2′-bipyridine, 1,10-phenanthroline and triphenylphosphine were prepared in 1 : 1 molar ratio. These complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, molecular weight, magnetic, conductivity, IR, electronic, 1H, 13C, 31P NMR and FAB mass spectral data. All complexes are amorphous. Square planar geometry around nickel confirms the presence of two bidentate pyrazoline ligands in nickel(II)5(2′-hydroxyphenyl)-3-(4-X-phenyl)pyrazolinates. In the addition complexes pyrazoline is monodentate. Bidentate and monodentate pyrazoline was confirmed by IR, 1H, 13C and 31P NMR spectral data. All the metal complexes exhibit very good antibacterial and antifungal activity. Coordination of metal ion has pronounced effect on the microbial activities of the ligand. The brine shrimp bioassay was also carried out to study their in vitro cytotoxic properties; all complexes and adducts display potent cytotoxic activity against Artemia salina.  相似文献

High‐spin FeII–alkyl complexes with bis(pyridylimino)isoindolato ligands were synthesized and their paramagnetic 1H and 13C NMR spectra were analyzed comprehensively. The experimental 13C—1H coupling values are temperature (T?1)‐ as well as magnetic‐field (B2)‐dependent and deviate considerably from typical scalar 1JCH couplings constants. This deviation is attributed to residual dipolar couplings (RDCs), which arise from partial alignment of the complexes in the presence of a strong magnetic field. The analysis of the experimental RDCs allows an unambiguous assignment of all 13C NMR resonances and, additionally, a structural refinement of the conformation of the complexes in solution. Moreover the RDCs can be used for the analysis of the alignment tensor and hence the tensor of the anisotropy of the magnetic susceptibility.  相似文献
