This paper details the design and simulation of a novel low-loss four-bit reconfigurable bandpass filter that integrates microelectromechanical system(MEMS)switches and comb resonators.A T-shaped reconfigurable resonator is reconfigured in a'one resonator,multiple MEMS switches'configuration and used to gate the load capacitances of comb resonators so that a multiple-frequency filtering function is realized within the 7-16 GHz frequency range.In addition,the insertion loss of the filter is less than 1.99 dB,the out-of-band rejection is more than 18.30 dB,and the group delay is less than 0.25 ns.On the other hand,the size of this novel filter is only 4.4 mm×2.5 mm×0.4 mm.Our results indicate that this MEMS reconfigurable filter,which can switch 16 central frequency bands through eight switches,achieves a low insertion loss compared to those of traditional MEMS filters.In addition,the advantages of small size are obtained while achieving high integration.  相似文献

A new 1×32 wavelength de-multi/multiplexer utilizing the microring resonator and interleave filter is proposed in this paper. A novel formula of transfer functions is presented, the parameters of microring are optimized, and the transmission characteristics of the system are analyzed. The channel spacing of the presented device is 0.4 nm. The analytical result shows that the crosstalk between adjacent channels can be reduced greatly and the filter response of the device can be improved by using the interleave filter. A bandwidth (3 dB) of 0.21 nm, an insertion loss less than 1.1 dB, and crosstalk below −32 dB were obtained for the optimized device. A method for compensating the manufacturing tolerances is discussed.  相似文献

本文中,我们介绍一个中心频率大约为2.015GHz,相对带宽小于0.35%,通带内回波损耗大于20dB,带外零点高度大约为-45dB,通带内插损小于0.2dB的窄带四阶双模片型高温超导滤波器.我们对该滤波器在不同输入功率下的传输特性曲线进行了测试,测试结果表明,在输入微波信号功率值为11.7W的情况下,该器件的传输特性曲线没有发生显著退化.  相似文献

介绍了一种通过使用多个薄膜法布里—珀罗滤光片的叠加来实现密集波分复用中使用的梳状滤波器的设计的新方法。采用间隔层为熔融石英的薄膜法布里—珀罗滤光片作为基本结构的光学梳状滤波器可以比较容易地控制各腔的厚度,因而能精确地达到波分复用系统中波长间隔非常窄的要求。分析了如何确定间隔层厚度和各法布里—珀罗腔的反射镜的反射率以及它们之间的匹配问题,最后给出了与设计吻合较好的实验结果,制作的梳状滤波器在C波段的信道间隔为100GHz,相邻通道窜音小于-24dB,最小插入损耗约-0.4dB。  相似文献

文中提出一种紧凑型的c波段高温超导双工器的设计方法,利用一个公共输入节点和两个带通滤波器组成双工器。公共节点是由中心谐振频率处在防护频带上的开环微带环实现,每个带通滤波器都包括四个矩形螺旋线谐振器。双工器的中心频率为4GHz,带宽为0.23GHz。该双工器采用氧化镁衬底双面镝钡铜氧高温超导薄膜加工而成,薄膜上下表面均溅射金保护层。将超导双工器封装在铜制屏蔽盒中并在机械制冷机(77K温度条件)中测试。实验结果表明,每个信道的插入损耗低于0.1dB,两个信道间的隔离度超过40dB。仿真和实验结果达到很好的吻合,有效的说明了设计方法的正确性。  相似文献

Novel formulas of transfer functions are presented, some parameters are optimized, and bending effect of microrings on characteristics is analyzed for a polymer microring resonant wavelength multiplexer (MRRWM) around the central resonant wavelength of 1.55 μm with the wavelength spacing of 1.6 nm and with eight vertical output channels. Simulated results show that the bending of microrings causes the variation of the propagation constant, leads to the shift of the transmission spectrum, and increases the insertion loss. A method is proposed for eliminating the shift of the transmission spectrum and realizing the accurate demultiplexing of the device. The polymer MRRWM designed possesses the 3-dB bandwidth of 0.2 μm, insertion loss less than 0.57 dB, and crosstalk below −20 dB for every vertical output channel.  相似文献

聚合物微环谐振波分复用器传输特性的理论分析   总被引:9,自引:6,他引:3  
根据耦合模理论,给出了1×N信道微环谐振波分复用器(MRRWM)的光强传递函数通用公式,并分析了微环谐振波分复用器的传输特性。利用参量优化结果,在中心工作波长约为 1.55μm、波长间隔约 5.6 nm的情况下,对1×8信道硅基聚合物微环谐振波分复用器进行了数值模拟。计算结果表明,该器件具有以下优良的性能:分波光谱准确,自由光谱区约为18 nm,对于半径10μm以上的微环弯曲损耗很小,且器件的插入损耗主要由波导的传输损耗决定,振幅耦合比率为0.2时对应的每条竖直输出信道的插入损耗在0.57 dB以下,信道间的串扰小于-18.5 dB,输出谐振峰3 dB带宽可达0.25 nm,最小背景光的强度约为3.8×10-4。  相似文献

研制了用于CDMA移动通信基站接收机前端的14阶高温超导带通滤波器。该滤波器的设计带宽为10.9 MHz,中心频率为830MHz;仿真得到的回波损耗约为28 dB,带内波动小于0.008 dB,带外抑制大于90 dB;该滤波器由MgO衬底上的双面DyBa2Cu3O7超导薄膜加工而成。该滤波器在无后期调谐的情况下,72K温度的实测带宽为10.9MHz,回波损耗好于20dB,插入损耗0.001 dB,边带陡峭度高达80dB/16.3MHz,实测的中心频率等指标也与仿真设计结果吻合很好,各项指标均满足应用要求。  相似文献

The principle in the method is to make periodic asymmetrical deformation in the core of fiber without microbends by electrode discharging so as to induce periodic refractive index changes. Two kinds of filters whose rejection peak wavelength at 1550 nm and 1310 nm are obtained. The insertion loss is less than 0.6 dB and 1.4 dB respectively. The 20 dB bandwidth ranges from 10 nm to 39 nm. The backward reflection loss is extremely small (less than - 70 dB). Such devices can be used as isolation filters in 1310/1550 nm WDM system and other fields.  相似文献

从传统的频率选择选择表面(frequency selective surface,简称FSS)Y孔单元出发,提出了一种新单元.经优化设计,给出了Y孔单元和新单元的FSS结构参数,运用谱域Galerkin法对两种单元FSS的传输特性进行了数值计算.采用镀膜和光刻技术制作出相应的等效平板样件,在微波暗室对两种FSS等效平板在8—12GHz频段内的传输特性进行了测试,测试值与计算值基本一致.结果表明:与Y孔单元相比,新单元FSS在电磁波大角度(66°)入射时具有高的透过率,在电磁波大扫描角范围内(0°—66°)新单元FSS中心频率的漂移量更小.因此,所提出的新单元更适合于电磁波大角度入射下的应用,为FSS在曲面雷达罩上的应用提供了一种新单元. 关键词: 频率选择表面 中心频率 雷达罩  相似文献

为了保证移动设备在Wi-Fi频段正常工作且不受相邻频段的干扰,设计了一种用于Wi-Fi IEEE802.11b频段(2402~2482 MHz)的BAW滤波器。设计基于薄膜体声波谐振器(FBAR)的一维Mason等效电路模型构成初始结构的梯形滤波器。然后,将串联FBAR的谐振区面积值以及串、并联FBAR的谐振区面积的比值设置为优化参数,以所需的滤波器的带内插损和带外抑制为优化目标,使用ADS软件基于遗传和梯度的优化算法对滤波器进行优化。在滤波器的设计过程中,为了使仿真结果更加精确,采用声电磁协同仿真方法对滤波器进行仿真,并与Mason 等效电路模型仿真结果对比,结果表明,滤波器性能有所下降,带内插损增大1.6 dB,带内纹波增大1.1 dB,带外抑制基本一致。所设计的Wi-Fi频段的BAW滤波器具有低插入损耗(小于3 dB)、高带外抑制(大于40 dB)性能。  相似文献

分析了不同宽边情况下对滤波器加工精度的影响,分析结果表明对于不同频段的滤波器,需要选择合适的谐振腔的宽边才能达到较好的性能,同时分析了不同谐振模式的滤波器对加工精度的影响,分析表明,对于太赫兹频段滤波器,选用TE101谐振模式时存在腔体长度会比波导的宽边小很多的情况,而选用高阶谐振模式不但可以提高滤波器的品质因数Q值,减少损耗,同时也能在一定程度上降低滤波器对加工精度的要求。最后以0.34 THz 4阶带通滤波器为例验证此方法的正确性,测试表明该滤波器最低损耗为-0.73 dB,在0.335~0.349 THz范围内损耗在-2 dB以内。  相似文献

高温超导滤波器已在移动通信、射电天文、雷达探测等多个领域获得了重要应用.当前高温超导滤波器的研究和应用主要集中于10GHz以下的频段,针对超高频段(>10GHz)高温超导滤波器的研究很少.本文设计优化了具有无载Q值高、耦合强、尺寸短等特点的H型阶跃阻抗谐振器,并讨论了超高频段滤波器端口激发源的电容效应对滤波器响应的影响,最后采用优化的H型谐振器,应用去嵌入(De-Embed)设计方法消除端口效应,设计了中心频率为16GHz,相对带宽12.5%的6节高温超导滤波器.研制的超导滤波器在未经调谐的情况下,测试结果与仿真结果符合得很好,插入损耗小于0.3dB,反射损耗优于-14dB,带外抑制达到了-70dB.  相似文献

Novel formulas of amplitude coupling ratio and transmission functions are presented for a smooth square microring resonant (MRR) wavelength multiplexer. By using these formulas, transmission characteristics are analyzed and some parameters are optimized for such a 1 × 8 polymeric device around the central wavelength of 1550.92 nm with the wavelength spacing of 1.6 nm. In the design of the device, by using the smooth squares, a thicker coupling layer is obtained, and by resonating the light at different resonant orders in different filter elements, the ring radius increment is increased sufficiently, which is of benefit to the fabrication of the device. When the amplitude coupling ratio is 0.2, the 3-dB bandwidth of the spectral response is about 0.2 nm; the ratio between -1 dB and -10 dB bandwidths is about 0.2; the insertion loss is less than 1.33 dB; and the crosstalk is below -21 dB for every vertical output channel of the device.  相似文献

常见的开路短截线和阶跃阻抗结构在微带低通器设计中较为成熟,但是这些结构的低通滤波器受到寄生通带的影响,阻带不够宽。提出了一种基于分离指标的宽阻带低通滤波器设计方法,利用计算机仿真软件ADS,对常见的阶跃阻抗低通滤波器进行结构改进。该方法将低通滤波器设计指标重点分为滚降率和宽阻带抑制两部分,分别利用椭圆滤波器和巴特沃斯滤波器的本身特性实现设计目的,最后进行级联优化。此结构综合设计方法简单严谨,易于实现,改进的低通滤波器性能优越,实现了宽阻带的设计需求,通带0~3GHz,插入损耗<0.5dB,阻带4~12GHz,抑制>45dB。  相似文献

A compact and monolithic four-channel demultiplexer with 20-nm spacing was fabricated by use of a high-spatial-frequency transmission grating buried in a silica waveguide. The grating was successfully buried in a silica slab waveguide by overcladding by plasma-enhanced chemical-vapor deposition. The device's size was approximately 5.1 mm x 9.2 mm. The average insertion loss was 13 dB. The average cross talk was -15 dB for adjacent channels and -19 dB for nonadjacent channels. The polarization-dependent loss was estimated to be as low as 0.7 dB.  相似文献

将多边开缝式电阻型频率选择表面 (frequency selective surface, FSS)与传统的磁性吸波材料(radar absorption materials, RAM)复合, 提出了一种新型吸波体模型. 在分析该模型材料结构和拓扑结构的基础上, 得到等效电路模型; 基于传输线理论获得该模型的反射率及输入阻抗. 采用CST仿真软件对电阻型FSS与无电阻型FSS进行对比仿真, 通过分析吸波效率, 结果表明电阻型FSS在8.7 GHz附近具有更加优良的吸波性能, 实物测试结果与仿真结果一致. 同时FSS复合传统的磁性吸波材料RAM 产生了拓频效果, 在8–15 GHz范围内起到全频段吸收.  相似文献

本文设计了应用于800MHz无线通信系统基站的8节和14节高温超导滤波器,中心频率在800MHz附近,相对带宽为2.1%,并在以0.51mm厚度的MgO为衬底的双面YBCO薄膜上制作了14节滤波器.测试结果表明,该滤波器具有较好的性能,在60K温度下,其带内插损小于0.3dB,带边陡峭度大于25dB/MHz,带外抑制优于70dB.  相似文献

用多模干涉原理分析和设计了光通信波长(1.30μm~1.55μm)的Si1-xGex/Si滤波器,并用模的传播分析方法对其传输特性进行了研究。结果发现,在Ge含量x=0.04时,干涉区的脊高和宽度分别为6.35μm和8μm。如果多模干涉区长度LM=2302.5μm,可滤1.30μm而通1.55μm的波长。且具有31dB的对比度和0.01dB的插入损耗;如果多模干涉区长度LM=2512.5μm,可滤1.55μm而通1.30μm的波长。具有16dB的对比度和0.09dB的插入损耗。  相似文献
