Two new monoterpene indole alkaloids named ibogamine‐7,8‐dione ( 1 ) and 12‐methoxyvoachalotine ( 2 ), and eight known ones, coronaridine ( 3 ), coronaridine hydroxyindolenine ( 4 ), 5‐oxocoronaridine ( 5 ), 3‐oxocoronaridine hydroxyindolenine ( 6 ), 3‐oxocoronaridine ( 7 ), vobasine ( 8 ), ibogamine ( 9 ), and olivacine ( 10 ), were isolated from a CH2Cl2 extract of the root bark from Tabernaemontana hystrix. The structures of the compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data analyses, mainly 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, including 2D experiments (1H,1H‐COSY, HMBC, and HMQC).  相似文献

甘肃产三颗针植物中生物碱的测定及分布状态的研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
建立梯度洗脱双波长HPLC法同时测定小檗属植物中小檗胺、药根碱、巴马汀、小檗碱含量的方法,并应用该法分析采集于甘肃不同产地、不同品种小檗属植物的茎木、根木、茎皮、根皮样品,研究小檗属植物中生物碱的分布状态,考察其药用价值。小檗胺、药根碱、巴马汀、小檗碱线性范围分别为:0.015~2.56μg(r=0.9998);0.012~2.0μg(r=0.9996);0.010~0.52μg(r=0.9999);0.028~4.74μg(r=0.9998)。结果表明,甘肃不同产地、不同品种,不同部位三颗针植物中生物碱的含量分布有明显的差异。  相似文献

Since the emergence of severe acute respiratory syndrome caused by coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) first reported in Wuhan, China in December 2019, COVID-19 has spread to all the continents at an unprecedented pace. This pandemic has caused not only hundreds of thousands of mortalities but also a huge economic setback throughout the world. Therefore, the scientific communities around the world have focused on finding antiviral therapeutic agents to either fight or halt the spread of SARS-CoV-2. Since certain medicinal plants and herbal formulae have proved to be effective in treatment of similar viral infections such as those caused by SARS and Ebola, scientists have paid more attention to natural products for effective treatment of this devastating pandemic. This review summarizes studies and ethnobotanical information on plants and their constituents used for treatment of infections caused by viruses related to the coronavirus family. Herein, we provide a critical analysis of previous reports and how to exploit published data for the discovery of novel therapeutic leads to fight against COVID-19.  相似文献

Cell-free systems from Catharanthus roseus plants are utilized for various studies relating to the biosynthesis of indole alkaloids.     The analgesic components were isolated from a Bornean medicinal plant, Tabernaemontana pauciflora Blume (syn. Ervatamia blumeana Mark gr.), and the major components were identified as coronaridine and 3-(2-oxopropyl)coronaridine. Four minor components were estimated to be 5R- and 5S-(2-oxopropyl)coronaridine, 3-(2-oxopropyl)voacangine and 3,3'-(oxopropyl)dicoronaridine, which might be produced during the isolation process. Voacangine was also isolated as a major component of T. pandacaqui Poir. Coronaridine and voacangine exhibited significant analgesic and hypothermic effects in mice at a dose of 25 mg/kg, p.o., while 3-(2-oxopropyl)coronaridine was less effective.     Polyene cyclizations generate molecular complexity from a linear polyene in a single step. While methods to initiate these cyclizations have been continuously expanded and improved over the years, the majority of polyene substrates are still limited to simple alkyl-substituted alkenes. In this study, we took advantage of the unique reactivity of higher-functionalized bifunctional alkenes. The realization of a polyene tetracyclization of a dual nucleophilic aryl enol ether involving a transannular endo-termination step enabled the total synthesis of the tricyclic diterpenoid pimara-15-en-3α-8α-diol. The highly flexible and modular route allowed for the preparation of a diverse library of cyclization precursors specifically designed for the total synthesis of the tetracyclic nor-diterpenoid norflickinflimiod C. The tetracyclization of three diversely substituted allenes enabled access to complex pentacyclic products and provided a detailed insight into the underlying reaction pathways.  相似文献
