Preparation, Crystal Structure, and Magnetism of [(CH3)2NH2][PrCl4(H2O)2] The complex water containing chloride [(CH3)2NH2][PrCl4(H2O)2] has been prepared for the first time and the crystal structure has been determined from single crystal X‐ray diffraction data. The compound crystallizes orthorhombically in the space group Cmca (Z = 8) with a = 1796.6(2) pm, b = 940.7(1) pm, and c = 1238.4(2) pm. The anionic part of the structure is built up by chains of edge‐connected trigondodecahedra [PrCl6(H2O)2]3– according to [PrCl4/2Cl2(H2O)2], which are held together by dimethylammonium cations ([(CH3)2NH2]+). In order to study the interactions between the praseodymium cation (Pr3+) and the ligands magnetic measurements were carried out. The magnetic data were interpreted by ligand field calculations applying the angular overlap model.  相似文献

New dinuclear pentacoordinate molybdenum(V) complexes, [Mo2VO3L2] [L = thiosemicarbazonato ligand: C6H4(O)CH:NN:C(S)NHR′ and C10H6(O)CH:NN:C(S)NHR′; R′ = H, CH3, C6H5) were obtained either by oxygen atom abstraction from MoVIO2L with triphenylphosphine or by using [Mo2O3(acac)4] in the reaction with the corresponding ligands H2L. Crystal and molecular structure of [Mo2O3{C6H4(O)CH:NN:C(S)NHC6H5}2] · CH3CN has been determined by the single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction method.  相似文献

Synthesis and Crystal Structures of [P(C6H5)4][1-(NH3)B10H9] and Cs[(NH3)B12H11] · 2CH3OH The reduction of [1-(NO2)B10H9]2? with aluminum in alkaline solution yields [1-(NH3)B10H9]? and by treatment of [B12H12]2? with hydroxylamine-O-sulfonic acid [(NH3)B12H11]? is formed. The crystal structures of [P(C6H5)4][1-(NH3)B10H9] (triclinic, space group P1 , a = 7.491(2), b = 13.341(2), c = 14.235(1) Å, α = 68.127(9), β = 81.85(2), γ = 86.860(3)°, Z = 2) and Cs[(NH3)B12H11] · 2CH3OH (monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 14.570(2), b = 7.796(1), c = 15.076(2) Å, β = 111.801(8)°, Z = 4) reveal for both compounds the bonding of an ammine substituent to the cluster anion.  相似文献

A novel organic-inorganic hybrid compound {[Cu(2,2′-bpy)2]2Mo8O26} has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group, Pna21,with a=2.4164(5),b=1.8281(4),c=1.1877(2)nm,V=5.247(2)nm^3,Z=4,and final R1=0.0331,wR2=0.0727.The structure consists of discrete {[Cu(2,2′-bpy)2]2Mo8O26} clusters,constructed from a β-octamolybdate subunit[Mo8O26]^4- covalently bonded to two [Cu(2,2′-bpy)2]^2 coordination complex cations via bridging oxo groups.In addition,the spectroscopic properties and thernal behavior of this compound have been investigated by spectroscopic techniques (UV-vis,IR,Raman and EPR spectra) and TG analysis.  相似文献

The title compound was prepared by the reaction of Mo_3S_4(dtp)_4(H_2O)[ctp=S_2P(OEt)_2]with NaOAc·3H_2O and C_4H_8NCS_2NH_4.Crystallographic data:[Mo_3(μ_3-S)(μ-S)_2(μ-OAc)-(S_2CNC_4H_8)_3(O)_2]·0.5CH_2CI_2·2H_2O,Mr=980.18,triclinic,space group P,α=12.360(3),b=16.653(6),c=9.206(2)A,α=101.97(2),β=108.32(2),γ=86.14(3)°.V=1759.6(9)A~3,Z=2,Dc=1.85 g/cm~3,F(000)=962,μ(Mo K_α)=16.53 cm~(-1).Final R=0.044 for 4301 reflections with I≥3σ(I).This compoundmay be regarded as a mixed-valent trinuclear molybdenum cluster{Mo_2(V)Mo(Ⅳ)(μ_3-S)(μ-S)_2-(μ-OAc)(S_2CNC_4H_8)_3(O)_2}.The Mo-Mo distances are 2.783(1),2.833(1)and 3.374(2)A in the Mo_3non-equilateral triangle and there exist only two Mo-Mo bonds.The cluster was obtained by oxi-dation and ligand substitution of{Mo_3(μ_3-S)(μ-S)_3[μ-S_2P(OEt_2)][S_2P(OEt)_2]_3(H_2O)}.  相似文献

A novel organic/inorganic hybrid molybdenum phosphate, [NH3(CH2CH2)2NH3]3[NH3(CH2CH2)2NH2]Na5-[Mo6O12(OH)3(PO4)(HPO4)3]2·4H2O (1), involving molybdenum presented in V oxidation, has been hydrothermally prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, i.r., u.v.–vis., x.p.s., t.g. and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The structure of the title compound (1) may be considered to consist of two [Mo6O12(OH)3(PO4)(HPO4)3] units bonded together with NaO6 octahedra, forming dimers. Further, these dimers connect with each other through four Na+ cations as bridges, giving rise to novel one-dimensional chain-like skeleton. Piperazines exist among inorganic chains acting as charge balancing cations.  相似文献

Crystal Structures of the Hexachlorometalates NH4[SbCl6], NH4[WCl6], [K(18‐crown‐6)(CH2Cl2)]2[WCl6]·6CH2Cl2 and (PPh4)2[WCl6]·4CH3CN The crystal structures of the title compounds were determined by single crystal X‐ray methods. NH4[SbCl6] and NH4[WCl6] crystallize isotypically in the space group C2/c with four formula units per unit cell. The NH4+ ions occupy a twofold crystallographic axis, whereas the metal atoms of the [MCl6] ions occupy a centre of inversion. There exist weak interionic hydrogen bridges. [K(18‐crown‐6)(CH2Cl2)]2[WCl6]·6CH2Cl2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group R3¯/m with Z = 3. The compound forms centrosymmetric ion triples, in which the potassium ions are coordinated with a WCl3 face each. In trans‐position to it the chlorine atom of a CH2Cl2 molecule is coordinated so that, together with the oxygen atoms of the crown ether, coordination number 10 is achieved. (PPh4)2[WCl6]·4CH3CN crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with Z = 4. This compound, too, forms centrosymmetric ion triples, in which in addition the acetonitrile molecules are connected with the [WCl6]2— ion via weak C—H···Cl contacts.  相似文献

A tetranuclear copper‐calcium complex of pyridinioacetate (C5H5N+CH2CO2), namely [Cu2Ca2(C5H5NCH2CO2)(H2O)3](ClO4)8·H2O was synthesized and characterized by X‐ray crystallography. The complex crystallizes in triclinic, P1¯ (No. 2), a = 15.658(2), b = 18.260(2), c = 18.456(2)Å, α = 91.552(2), β = 94.004(3), γ = 104.928(2)°, V = 5081(1)Å3, Z = 2. In the crystal structure, a square‐planar [Cu(C5H5NCH2CO2)4]2+ entity uses three of its four carboxylate groups to chelate to a calcium atom forming a [CuCa(C5H5NCH2CO2)4]4+ dinuclear subunit, and a pair of such dinuclear subunits are linked by the two remaining pyridinioacetate ligands through the calcium atoms to furnish a tetranuclear [Cu2Ca2 (C5H5NCH2CO2)10(H2O)3]8+ cation.  相似文献

[Mo3,OS3(dtp)4(H2O)] reacts with NaOAc·3H2O in Py to give the title compound. The crystal data are as follows: [Mo2OS3)(OAc)2(dtp)2·Py]?0.5H,O(dtp = [S3P(OC2H5)2]?, Py = C5H5N); M = 976.64; triclinic; space group P1 ; a=11.704(5), b=14.169(7), c= 11.688 (5) Å α=109.94(4) β = 91.53(4), γ = 91.93(4)°; V= 1819(1) Å2; Z=2; Dc = 1.78 g·cm?3 λ(Mo Kα) = 0.71069 Å μ=15.15 cm?1; F(000) = 970 T=296 K; final R=0.071 for 1652 reflections with I>3σ(I). In the molecule, the [Mo3OS3] core is surrounded by two bridging OAc groups and two terminal chelate dtp groups attached to the {Mo3} triangle in a symmetric style, and the Py ligand is coordinated to the Mo atom at the apex of {Mo3} triangle with the nitrogen. This novel configuration is obtained for the first time with Mo—N bond length being 2.27 (2) Å and three Mo—Mo bond lengths 2.584 (4), 2.587 (4) and 2.657(4) Å, respectively. As a whole, the molecule has a virtual C2 symmetry.  相似文献

A new porous 3D vanadophosphate, [NH3(CH2)6NH3][P2V5O17] · 3.83H2O ( 1 ) is synthesized by using NH2(CH2)6NH2 as template, and characterized by single crystal structural analysis, X‐ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, TG analysis, and powder XRD. Single crystal analysis shows that compound 1 crystallizes in cubic shape, space group Im m with cell dimensions: a = b = c = 26.5068(8) Å, V = 18624.0(10) Å3, Z = 24. Structural refinement indicates that the inorganic framework of 1 is constructed from nanosized P–O–V wheels.  相似文献

The reaction of TbCl3 with K[2,4-(CH3)2 C5H5] at 0°C in THF followed by crystallization at ?90°C led to a pale yellow hexagonal prismatic crystalline product [2,4-[CH3)25-C5H5]3-Tb·1/ 2THF , which is highly sensitive to air and water and rapidly efflorescent at ambient temperature. The single crystal X-ray diffraction data of the compound have been collected at low temperature (-60°C) and the crystal structure has been solved by heavy atom method. It belongs to triclinic system, space group P1 with lattice parameters α=8.477 Å , b=12.583 Å , c=12.858 Å , α=118.08°, β=91.38°, γ=108.75°, V=1120.36 Å3 and Z=2. Least-squares refinement converged to a final value R=0.043. The compound possesses an idealized C3h symmetry with three 2,4dimethylpentadienyl ligands bound to the central terbium atom in a pentahapto mode (η5). Each unit cell contains two molecules of [2,4-(CH3)25-C5H5]3Tb and one molecule of solvent THF, of which the role in the lattice has been discussed in detail.  相似文献

Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis of [2,6‐(Me2NCH2)2C6H3]2SnF2 reveals that only one of the two dimethylaminomethyl groups of each pincer‐type ligands [2,6‐(CH2NMe2)2C6H3]? is coordinated to the tin atom at Sn‐N distances of 2.576(2) and 2.470(2) Å, inducing chirality of the latter. The tin atom exhibits a distorted octahedral trans(C,C)cis(N,N)cis(F,F) configuration. Extensive intra‐ and intermolecular C‐H···F hydrogen bonding is observed with the latter giving rise to formation of polymeric chains.  相似文献

The black crystal of (NH4)[Mo2(S2)6]* 8/3 H2O belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group D32-P22121, with a = 12.064(6), b = 12.534(4), c = 19.558(9)Å, V =2957(3)Å3, Z = 4 and Dc = 2.23g.cm?3. The intensity data were collected on a Syntex R3 four-circle diffractometer. The structure was solved by Patterson method and direct method, the light atoms (except H atoms) were obtained from ΔF syntheses. The structure was refined by least-squares with anisotropic thermal parameters. The values of R and Rw were 0.092 and 0.072 respectively. The crystal structure contains discrete dimeric cluster [Mo2(S2)6]2? ions, NH4+ cations and H2O molecules. There are two crystallographically independent [Mo2S2)6]2? ions in the crystal, one locates on general position [Figure 1(a)], the other locates on two-fold axis [Figure 1(b)]. It contains one and a half [Mo2S2)6]2? ions in an asymmetric unit. In [Mo2S2)6]2? each Mo is coordinated side on by four S22? groups in a distorted dodecahedral arrangement, two of which are bridging and the other two are terminal. The Mo? S bond length is 2.441 Å (mean), and S? S is 2.049 Å (mean). The Mo? Mo distance is 2.784 Å (mean), which is to be regarded as a single bond length. The formal oxidation state of Mo is five, it is probably a mixed valence MoIV? MoVI, and so shows a remarkable deep colour.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structures of [Cu(phen)3] Cl2 · CH2Cl2.9H2O (PHEN= 1, 10‐pbenanthroline) have been determined by X‐ray crystallography. The complex crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1, with lattice parameters a = 1.26000(3), b = 1.37525(4), c = 1.42750(3)nm, α = 85.2970(1),β = 66.8400(1), γ= 83.09(1)°, and Z = 2. The coordinated cations contain a six‐coordinated copper atom chelated by three PHEN ligands, and the Jahn‐Teller effect of the Cu(II) ion results in a distorted octahedral arrangement with the six Cu? N distances ranging from 0.2112(6) to 0.2265(7) nm. In addition to the copper coordinated cation, there are two chloride ions, one dichloromethane solvate and nine water molecules in its asymmetric unit. In the solid state, the title compound forms three dimensional network structures through hydrogen bonds. The intermolecular hydrogen bonds connect the [Cu(phen)3]2+, chloride ion, dichloromethane solvate and H2O moieties altogether.  相似文献

New neptunium(VI) complex {H3NCH2CH(NH3)CH3}[(NpO2)2(CrO4)3(H2O)] · 3H2O is synthesized; its crystal structure is determined and IR and near-IR absorption spectra are recorded. The crystallographic data are: a = 10.805(2) Å, b = 11.238(2) Å, c = 17.615(8) Å, space group P212121, Z = 4, V = 2139(1) Å3, R = 0.051, wR(F 2) = 0.109. The crystal structure of the compound is built of the anionic layers of [(NpO2)2(CrO4)3(H2O)]2n n . The {H3NCH2CH(NH3)CH3}2+ cations and crystallization water molecules are arranged between the layers. Coordination polyhedron of two crystallographically independent Np atoms has the shape of a pentagonal bipyramid. The equatorial plane in one Np polyhedron is formed by the oxygen atoms of four chromate ions and water molecule and by the oxygen atoms of five chromate ions in the other one.  相似文献

Two triangular molybdenum‐tellurium clusters, Mo3Te7‐[S2CN (CH2CH2OH2]3I (1) and Mo3Te4Y3[S2P(iPrO)2]3I (Y3 = 1. 43Te+ 1.57S) (2), were obtained from the reaction of K · HOdtc [HOdtc = S2CN(CH2CH2OH)2] or K·iPr2dtp (iPr2dtp = S2P[OCH(CH3)2]2) with a mixed product of elements Mo, Te(S) and I2 at high temperature. The structures of the two compounds were determined by X‐ray crystallography study. Crystal data are, (1): monoclinic, P21/n, a = 1.6256(3), b = 1.3264(2), c = 1.8808(4) nm, β=96.923°, V = 4.025.9 (14) nm3, Dcal = 3.050g·cm‐3, Z = 4, and (2): monoclinic, P21/n, a = 1.4564(2), b = 2.3917(4), c = 1.5094(3) nm, β = 114.35(2)°, V = 4.0259(14) nm3, Dcal = 2.449 g·cm?3 and Z = 4. Single crystal analyses show that 1 consists of discrete Mo3Te7[S2CN(CH2CH2OH)2]3I connected into three‐dimensional framework via hydrogen bonds, while 2 forms a linear chain via Te(S)—I interaction.  相似文献

A new metal‐oxo cluster supported transition metal complex, [Cu(en)2(H2O)]2[Cu(en)2]0.5[MoVI8VIV6VVO42{Cu(en)2}], has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Its structure was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group (No. 2), a = 12.245(5), b = 12.669(5), c = 20.949(8) Å, α = 77.120(13), β = 78.107(17), γ = 65.560(14)°, V = 2860(2) Å3, Z = 2. The metal‐oxo cluster contains a novel bicapped a‐Keggin structure unit and a [Cu(en)2]2+ unit covalently bonded to the [Mo8V7O42]7? cluster.  相似文献
