Eight new benzotriazoloazepine derivatives have been synthesized starting from 7‐methoxy‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1H‐2‐benzo[c]azepin‐1‐one. The compounds 2a–c have been synthesized by the reaction of 7‐methoxy‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1H‐2‐benzo[c]azepin‐1‐thione with various hydrazides. Reaction of 5 with hydrazine hydrate, followed by treatment of the resultant hydrazone with formic acid, gave corresponding 9‐alkoxy‐6,7‐dihydro‐5H‐benzo[c][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3‐a]azepine(6 a , b ). Cyclization of 5 with methyl carbazate gave 9‐alkoxy‐6,7‐dihydro‐2H‐benzo[c][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3‐a]azepin‐3(5H)‐one (7 a–c ). The structures of the compounds were confirmed by their elemental analysis and spectral data. Their anticonvulsant activities have been initially screened.  相似文献

New series of substituted thiazole and thiadiazoles were prepared starting from N ′‐(3,4‐dihydronaphthalen‐1(2H )‐ylidene)hydrazinecarbothiohydrazide by reacting with different types of hydrazonoyl chlorides. In addition, 7‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐5,6,6a,7‐tetrahydrobenzo [b ]naphtha‐[1,2‐e ][1,4]thiazepine reacted with hydrazonoyl halides to afford a new derivatives of 7‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐14‐phenyl‐5,6,6a,7‐tetrahydro‐16H‐benzo[b]naphtho[1,2‐e][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3‐d ][1,4]thiazepine. Structures of the newly synthesized compounds were elucidated on the basis of elemental analyses and spectral data.  相似文献

In this study, a series of benzotriazole (BTz) and triphenylamine (TPA)‐based random copolymers; poly4‐(5‐(2‐dodecyl‐7‐methyl‐2H‐benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol‐4‐yl)thiophen‐2‐yl)‐N‐(4‐(5‐methylthiophen‐2‐yl)phenyl)‐N‐phenylaniline ( P1 ), poly4′‐(2‐dodecyl‐7‐methyl‐2H‐benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol‐4‐yl)‐N‐(4′‐methyl‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4‐yl)‐N‐phenyl‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4‐amine ( P2 ), and poly4‐(5′‐(2‐dodecyl‐7‐(5‐methylthiophen‐2‐yl)?2H‐benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol‐4‐yl)‐[2,2′‐bithiophen]‐5‐yl)‐N‐(4‐(5‐methylthiophen‐2‐yl)phenyl)‐N‐phenylaniline ( P3 ) were synthesized to investigate the effect of TPA unit and π‐bridges on electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical properties of corresponding polymers. The synthesis was carried out via Stille coupling for P1 , P3 , and Suzuki coupling for P2 . Electrochemical and spectral results showed that P1 has an ambipolar character, in other words it is both p‐type and n‐type dopable, whereas P2 and P3 have only p‐doping property. Effect of different π‐bridges and TPA unit on the HOMO and LUMO energy levels, switching time, and optical contrast were discussed. The reaction of 6‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐5‐nitrosoimidazo[2,1‐b][1,3]thiazole 1b , 6‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐2‐methyl‐5‐nitrosoimidazo[2,1‐b][1,3]thiazole 1c , 6‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐2,3‐dimethyl‐5‐nitrosoimidazo‐[2,1‐b][1,3]thiazole 1d and 2‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐3‐nitrosobenzo[d]imidazo[2,1‐b][1,3]thiazole 1e with hydrochloric acid has been carried out in order to investigate the effect of substituents on the thiazole ring in a recently reported ring‐ring interconversion reaction. In every case the corresponding [1,4]‐thiazino[3,4‐c][1,2,4]oxadiazol‐3‐ones 2b‐e have been obtained. In particular, the benzoderivative 1e furnished the 4‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐4‐hydroxy‐4H‐benzo[5,6][1,4]thiazino[3,4‐c][1,2,4]oxadiazol‐1‐one 2e , containing a new tricyclic system with a quasi‐planar geometry whose pharmacological potentialities appear promising.  相似文献

Preparation of 4‐chloro‐3H‐benzo[b][1,4]diazepine‐2‐carbaldehyde 5 , which is used as a key intermediate in the synthesis of chalcones derivatives, via its condensation with some aromatic acetophenone derivatives under ethanol piperidine condition was described. Also illustrated was the reaction of such chalcones with available nucleophilics and reagents of active methylene group to afford new series of fused and isolated pyrazoles, isoxazolines pyrimidines, pyridines, triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidines, benzo[1,4]oxa(thia)zepines, and pyrido[1,2‐a]benzimidazoles incorporating 4‐chloro‐3H‐benzo[b][1,4]diazepine moiety, which have a potential pharmaceutical interest. Furthermore, condensation reaction of 4‐chloro‐3H‐benzo[b][1,4]diazepine‐2‐carbaldehyde with aromatic amine derivatives to afford the Schiff's bases was described. The C═N double bond of the latter compounds has been reacted with chloroketene to give β‐lactams and with sulfanylacetic acid to give the 2‐(4‐oxo‐1,3‐thiazolidinyl)‐substituted derivative. The structures of the newly prepared compounds were established by elemental analysis, IR, MS, and 1H NMR spectral analysis.  相似文献

The double Knoevenagel condensation of 1,4‐dibenzoyloxyanthraquinone with methyl esters of arylacetic acids affords a series of compounds based upon a previously unknown 1,8‐dioxa‐benzo[e]pyrene‐2,7‐dione heterocyclic core. The aryl groups incorporated in the 3‐ and 6‐positions can be oxidatively coupled to the π‐expanded backbone to produce a further new heterocyclic core: 1,10‐dioxa‐dibenzo[dj]coronene‐2,9‐dione. The intriguing optical properties of these π‐expanded coumarin derivatives are discussed and rationalized through quantum chemical calculations. The broad absorption bands of 1,8‐dioxa‐benzo[e]pyrene‐2,7‐dione‐based dyes are attributed to both HOMO?1→LUMO and HOMO→LUMO transitions, which have a similar energy. Weakly coupled electron‐donating aryl substituents result in a moderate bathochromic shift of both the absorption and emission by 30–60 nm in toluene. The emissive properties of these compounds are in part determined by the oscillator strength of the main transition, lifetimes of the excited state, and by the energy match of the excited state with a triplet state of a similar energy. The 1,10‐dioxa‐dibenzo[dj]coronene‐2,9‐dione displays a much smaller Stokes shift, yet a markedly increased fluorescence quantum yield of 90 % owing to the increased rigidity compared with the 1,8‐dioxa‐benzo[e]pyrene‐2,7‐dione core.  相似文献

A divergent synthesis of substituted benzo[c][2,7]naphthyridines 5a-h is described, which features an intramolecular pyridyne cyclization step as the key reaction. The pyridyne precursors are conveniently prepared from the pyridinium hydrochloride 2 and the requisite anilines. Cyclization of the non-symmetric substrates 3e and 3f did not proceed with significant regioselectivity.  相似文献

Two novel thiazolo[5,4‐d]thiazole containing donor–acceptor type alternating copolymers, poly[2‐(5‐(2‐decyl‐2H‐benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol‐4‐yl)thiophen‐2‐yl)‐5‐(thiophen‐2‐yl)thiazolo[5,4‐d]thiazole] (BTzTh) and poly[2‐(5‐(2‐decyl‐2H‐benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol‐4‐yl)furan‐2‐yl)‐5‐(furan‐2‐yl)thiazolo[5,4‐d]thiazole] (BTzFr) were synthesized by Stille coupling polymerization and their electrochemical and electrochromic properties were explored. Electrochemical activities of the spray‐casted polymer films were determined by cyclic voltammetry. To evaluate the effect of thiophene and furan moieties on the optical properties of the copolymers, spectroelectrochemistry studies were performed. To examine the switching abilities, copolymer films were subjected to a double potential step chronoamperometry in their local maximum absorptions. Both thiazolothiazole‐containing copolymers showed multichromic properties with low band‐gap values 1.7 and 1.9 eV for BTzTh and BTzFr, respectively. The decent electrochromical properties together with solution processability make them important candidates for electrochromic applications. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Two benzotriazole derivative dyes 4,7‐bis(2,3‐dihydrothieno[3,4‐b][1,4]dioxin‐5‐yl)‐2‐dodecyl‐2H‐benzo[1,2,3]triazole, and 2‐dodecyl‐4,7‐bis(4‐hexylthiophen‐2‐yl)‐2H‐benzo[d][1,2,3]triazole are shown to work as efficient photosensitizers for a diphenyliodonium salt initiator in cationic photopolymerization of epoxide and vinyl monomers. Substituted thienyl groups are attached to benzotriazole backbone to extend conjugation and enhance electron density of the molecules. Thereby, it was possible to initiate polymerizations at room temperature using long wavelength UV and visible light. The progress of photopolymerizations was monitored using optical pyrometry. Benzo[c][2,7]naphthyridines bearing electron-withdrawing substituents (bromo, acetyl) at C-4 undergo regioselective homolytic substitutions at C-5 with nucleophilic 1,3,5-trioxanyl and ethoxycarbonyl radicals under Minisci conditions. Surprisingly, mainly 5,6-dihydro derivatives are formed in these reactions. Rearomatization with manganese dioxide leads to 4,5-disubstituted benzo[c][2,7]naphthyridines, which should be attractive building blocks for the synthesis of pyridoacridine alkaloids. Homolytic methylation at C-5 takes place with methyl radicals generated from acetic acid and acetaldehyde, respectively.  相似文献

When we attempted to synthesize (E)‐3‐(benzo[d][1,3]dioxol‐5‐ylmethylene)‐4‐(propan‐2‐ylidene)‐dihydrofuran‐2,5‐dione, we found a novel rearrangement and obtained the unexpected compound that is assigned as benzo‐medium‐ring anhydride instead of the expected compound. We described the novel rearrangement and a potential method for the synthesis of benzo‐medium‐ring anhydride derivatives.  相似文献

Methods have been developed for the synthesis of new substituted 7,8,9,10-tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazolo-[3,4-a][2,7]naphthyridines from 3-chloro-1-hydrazino-7-methyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-[2,7]naphthyridine-4-carbonitrile. It was shown that on heating in an amine (ethanolamine, pyrrolidine, 2-hydroxy-propylamine), they undergo a Dimroth rearrangement at the triazole fragment, being converted into 7,8,9,10-tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazolo[5,1-a][2,7]naphthyridine derivatives.  相似文献

4,4‐Dialkyl and 4,4‐diaryl‐4H‐benzo[d][1,3]oxathiin‐2‐ones were synthesized by the reaction of 2‐(mercapto‐phenyl)‐dialkyl‐ (or diaryl)‐methanol with CDI in excellent yield. Demonstrated herein is an AuI‐catalyzed annulation of sulfonyl‐protected ynamides with substituted 1,2‐benzisoxazoles for the synthesis of E‐benzo[e][1,3]oxazine derivatives. The transformation involves the addition of benzisoxazole to the gold‐activated ynamide, ring expansion of the benzisoxazole fragment to provide an α‐imino vinylic gold intermediate, and 1,2‐migration of the sulfonamide motif to the masked carbene center to deliver the respective ring‐expanded benzo[e][1,3]oxazine of predominant E configuration. A trapping experiment justifies the participation of the α‐imino masked gold carbene. DFT computations also support the hypothesized mechanism and rationalize the product stereoselectivity.  相似文献

A total of 25 benzo[j ][1,7]phenanthroline and cyclopenta[j ][1,7]phenanthroline derivatives were synthesized in EtOH under catalyst‐free conditions. This procedure included a three‐component reaction of aromatic aldehydes, quinolin‐7‐amine, and active methylene compounds and provided an efficient and green access to the synthesis of [1,7]phenanthrolines in high yields.  相似文献

Four new 2,1,3‐benzooxadiazole‐based donor–acceptor conjugated polymers, namely poly{9‐(9‐heptadecanyl)‐9H‐carbazole‐alt‐5,6‐bis(octyloxy)‐4,7‐di(selenophen‐2‐yl)benzo[c][1,2,5]oxadiazole)}(PSBSC), poly{9‐(9‐heptadecanyl)‐9H‐carbazole‐alt‐5,6‐bis(octyloxy)‐4,7‐di(furan‐2‐yl)benzo[c][1,2,5]oxadiazole)}(PFBFC), poly{9,9‐dioctyl‐9H‐fluorene‐alt‐5,6‐bis(octyloxy)‐4,7‐di(selenophen‐2‐yl)benzo[c][1,2,5]oxadiazole)}(PSBSFL), and poly{9,9‐dioctyl‐9H‐fluorene‐alt‐5,6‐bis(octyloxy)‐4,7‐di(furan‐2‐yl)benzo[c][1,2,5]oxadiazole)}(PFBFFL), were synthesized via Stille polycondensation reaction. All polymers were found to be soluble in common organic solvents such as chloroform, tetrahydrofuran, and chlorobenzene. Their structures were verified by 1H‐NMR and the molecular weights were determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The polymer films exhibited broad absorption bands. Among all polymers, photovoltaic cells based on the device structure of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/PSBSC:PC71BM(1:3, w/w)/LiF/Al revealed an open‐circuit voltage of 0.62 V, a short circuit current of 7.63 mA cm?2 and a power conversion efficiency of 1.89%. This work demonstrates a good example for tuning absorption range, energy level, and photovoltaic properties of the polymers with different spacers and donor units can offer a simple and effective method to improve the efficiency of PSCs. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Studies on methoxylation in the 7H-naphtho[1,2,3-i,j][2,7]naphthyridin-7-one (sampangine) system represented by 3-bromo- and 4-bromosampangine as well as sampangine itself are described. We have found that regioselectivity of nucleophilic substitution in the sampangine system can be directed by reaction conditions. Under kinetic control (lower temperatures) substitution at C-4 is the predominant reaction, regardless of whether 3-bromo or 4-bromosampangine were used. At higher temperatures, when the reaction is thermodynamically controlled, substitution of the bromine atom at C-3 predominates. This is the first reported example of nucleophilic substitution in ring A of the 7H-naphtho[1,2,3-i,j][2,7]naphthyridin-7-one system.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of novel benzo[f]Chromeno[2,3-d]pyrimidine and unknown benzo[f]chromeno[2,3-d][1,2,4]triazolopyrimidine derivatives is described utilizing ethyl-2-amino-4-phenyl-4H-benzo[f]chromene-3-carboxylate as precursor via aza-Wittig reaction.
