In the structures of the title compounds, 6,7‐di­hydro­dibenzo[e,g]­azulen‐8(5H)‐one, C18H14O, (I), and 12,13‐di­hydro­benzo[e]­napth­[2,1‐g]­azulen‐14(11H)‐one, C22H16O, (II), the azulene group is in a boat‐envelope conformation. The structures are stabilized by weak C—H?O interactions.  相似文献

A number of 4,5‐dihydrobenzo[e]imidazo[2,1‐c][1,4,2]diazaphosphinine derivatives were prepared by the direct phosphorylation of 1‐(4‐Chlorophenylcarboxamido)‐2‐(1H‐1‐imidazolyl)‐5‐trifluoromethylbenzene in basic medium with phosphorus(III) bromide and dibromophenylphosphine. The tricyclic compounds 6a, 6b , and 9 having a trivalent phosphorus atom undergo the diazaphosphinine ring opening upon treatment with secondary amines in the presence of sulfur. © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 3‐Amino‐4‐(3‐indolyl)pyrrolin‐2,5‐diones are condensed with various aldehydes and ketones to the cor responding imines. Under Pictet‐Spengler conditions, the latter do not cyclize to pyrrolo‐β‐carbolines, but readily yield pyrrolo[3′,4′:2,3]azepino[4,5,6‐cd]indole‐8,10‐diones.  相似文献

Biginelli compounds 1 were first brominated at Me? C(6) with 2,4,4,6‐tetrabromocyclohex‐2,5‐dien‐1‐one to give Br2CH? C(6) derivatives 2 . The hydrolysis of the 6‐(dibromomethyl) group of 2c to give the 6‐formyl derivative 3c in the presence of an expensive Ag salt followed by reaction with N2H4?H2O yielded tetrahydropyrimido[4,5‐d]pyridazine‐2,5(1H,3H)‐dione ( 4c ; Scheme 1). However, treatment of the 6‐(dibromomethyl) derivatives 2 directly with N2H4?H2O led to the fused heterocycles 4 in better overall yield (Schemes 1 and 2; Table).  相似文献

Novel 2‐Alkylamino‐6‐aryl‐8,9‐dihydropyrimido[4,5‐b][1,4]diazepin‐4(7H)‐ones 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j , 5k , 5l , 5m , 5n , 5o were prepared regioselectively by the reaction of 2‐alkylamino‐5,6‐diaminopyrimidin‐4(3H)‐ones 3a , 3b , 3c and dimethylamino propiophenones (Mannich bases) 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f . The combination of conventional heating and microwave irradiation approaches provided the possibility of working with both stable and sensitive diaminopyrimidines by controlling parameters such as reaction rates, temperature, and power of irradiation. All products were fully characterized by detailed NMR measurements.  相似文献

A number of thiosemicarbazones of 2‐acetyl‐imidazo[4,5‐b]pyridine were prepared in order to investigate their in vitro antineoplastic activities. Three compounds: (i) 2‐acetylimidazo[4,5‐b]pyridin‐4‐ sec ‐butyl‐3‐thiosemicarbazone [(A7), NSC674098], (ii) 2‐acetylimidazo[4,5‐b]pyridin‐4‐tert‐butyl‐3‐thiosemi‐carbazone [(A9), NSC674099], (iii) 2‐acetylimidazo[4,5‐b]pyridin‐4‐cyclohexyl‐3‐thiosemicarbozone [(A11), NSC674101] showed remarkable activity against some of the cell lines tested. The Biological Evaluation Committee of N.C.I. determined that further secondary testing should be carried out (these compounds were tested against prostate cancer).  相似文献

6‐Butyl‐3‐((dimethylamino)methylene)pyrano[3,2‐c]quinolinone and 6‐butyl pyrano[3,2‐c]quinolone‐3‐carbonitrile were efficiently synthesized in good yield. These two new precursors were used to obtain some novel heteroannulated pyrano[3,2‐c]quinolone derivatives from heterocyclization reactions with various binucleophiles. These heteroannulation reactions afforded novel heterocyclic systems fused to the pyranoquinolinone at face c, such as pyrazole, pyrimidine, pyridine, and pyrazolopyranone.  相似文献

In the present investigation, the synthesis of a series of structurally new and interesting tert‐butyl‐ and bromo‐functionalized [1,2,4]triazino[5,6‐b ]indoles ( 6a – f ) and indolo[2,3‐b ]quinoxalines ( 8a – f ) has been achieved, involving the condensation reaction of 7‐bromo‐5‐tert‐butylisatins ( 4a – f ) with thiosemicarbazide ( 5 ) and benzene‐1,2‐diamine ( 7 ). The substrates 4a – f were prepared through bromination reaction of 5‐tert‐butylisatin ( 3 ) with NBS in PEG‐400 followed by alkylation reaction. The molecular structures of these newly synthesized compounds were elucidated on the basis of their elemental analyses and spectral data.  相似文献

Some new derivatives of spiro[3H‐indole‐3,2′‐thiazolidine]‐2,4′(1H)‐dione with the heterocyclic ring such as substituted thiazole and 1,2,4‐oxadiazole attached to the indolinone ring via CH2 linkage has been synthesized in moderate yields. The synthesis have been carried out by making use of the reactivity of the NH group of the indolinone moiety present in spiro[3H‐indole‐3,2′‐thiazolidine]‐2,4′(1H)‐dione.  相似文献

Poly[[μ4‐4,4′‐bipyridazine‐μ5‐sulfato‐disilver(I)] monohydrate], {[Ag2(SO4)(C8H6N4)]·H2O}n, (I), and poly[[aqua‐μ4‐pyridazino[4,5‐d]pyridazine‐μ3‐sulfato‐disilver(I)] monohydrate], {[Ag2(SO4)(C6H4N4)(H2O)]·H2O}n, (II), possess three‐ and two‐dimensional polymeric structures, respectively, supported by N‐tetradentate coordination of the organic ligands [Ag—N = 2.208 (3)–2.384 (3) Å] and O‐pentadentate coordination of the sulfate anions [Ag—O = 2.284 (3)–2.700 (2) Å]. Compound (I) is the first structurally examined complex of the new ligand 4,4′‐bipyridazine; it is based upon unprecedented centrosymmetric silver–pyridazine tetramers with tetrahedral AgN2O2 and trigonal–bipyramidal AgN2O3 coordination of two independent AgI ions. Compound (II) adopts a typical dimeric silver–pyridazine motif incorporating two kinds of square‐pyramidal AgN2O3 AgI ions. The structure exhibits short anion–π interactions involving noncoordinated sulfate O atoms [O...π = 3.041 (3) Å].  相似文献

The Gewald reactions of 5‐substituted‐1,3‐cyclohexanedione, malononitrile, and powdered sulfur were carried out to give the corresponding products 2‐amino‐5‐substituted‐7‐oxo‐4,5,6,7‐tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene‐3‐carbonitrile derivatives 1 . The intermediate enamines 2 were prepared by reaction of compounds 1 and 5‐substituted‐1,3‐cyclohexanedione with hydrochloric acid as catalyst. The title compounds 11‐amino‐2,8‐substituted‐2,3,8,9‐tetrahydrobenzo[4,5]thieno[2,3‐b]quinolinone 3 were synthesized by cyclization of compounds 2 in the presence of K2CO3 and Cu2Cl2. The structures of all compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, MS, and 1H‐NMR spectra.  相似文献

A new series of benzo[g]thiazolo[2,3‐b]quinazolin‐4‐ium and benzo[g]benzo[4,5]thiazolo[2,3‐b]quinazolin‐14‐ium hydroxide derivatives have been synthesized by the one‐pot, three‐component reaction of aryl glyoxal monohydrates, 2‐hydroxy‐1,4‐naphthoquinone, and 2‐aminothiazole or 2‐aminobenzothiazole in the presence of triethylamine and p‐toluenesulfonic acid as organocatalysts in H2O/acetone (2:1) at room temperature. This method offers mild reaction conditions, excellent yields, easy workup, and readily accessible starting materials and catalysts.  相似文献

A series of novel benzo[f]thiopyrano[3,4‐b]quinolin‐11(8H)‐one derivatives were synthesized via the reaction of aryl aldehyde, 2H‐thiopyran‐3,5(4H,6H)‐dione, and β‐naphthylamine in glacial acetic acid. This protocol features mild reaction conditions, high yields, and short reaction time.  相似文献

A new heterocyclic bioreductive bis‐alkylating agent, 2,3‐bis(chloromethyl)benzo[g]quinoxaline‐5,10‐dione, was prepared in a four‐steps synthesis. It was shown to react under electron transfer conditions with 2‐nitropropane anion by an bis‐SRN1 mechanism to give three C‐alkylation products in excellent yields. Extension of this bis‐SRN1 reaction to various nitronate or malonate anions and S‐centered anions led to a new class of potentially active benzo[g]quinoxaline‐5,10‐dione derivatives.  相似文献

This paper describes the synthesis of the previously unknown 11H-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-b]pyridazino[4,5-b]indoles (2) and 11H-tetrazolo[4,5-b]pyridazino[4,5-b]indoles (3) from 4-hydrazino-5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indoles (1) , as well as the synthesis of 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-f]-1,2,4-triazino-[4,5-a]indoles (10) from 2-indolecarbohydrazide (4) . Compounds 2 were obtained by acylation of compounds 1 , followed of thermal cyclization and compounds 3 by treating compounds 1 with nitrous acid. The reactions of compound 4 with formic acid or ethyl orthoformiate gave 1,2-dihydro-1-oxo-1,2,4-triazino[4,5-a]indole (6) . Treating this last compound with phosphorus oxychloride or phosphorus pentasulfide, followed by hydrazine, gave 1-hydrazino-1,2,4-triazino-[4,5-a]indole (9) . Acylation of this last compound, followed of cyclization gave compounds 10 . All the compounds were characterized by elemental analysis and ir and 1H-nmr spectra.  相似文献

Phosphorylation of 4‐ and 1‐substituted 1,2,4‐triazoles with PCl3, PhPCl2, Ph2PCl, and (Et2N)2 PCl was carried out. A novel phosphorus‐containing condensed heterocyclic system ( 18, 23 ) was constructed by the reactions of 2‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)‐1‐(4‐chlorophenylcarboxamido)‐5‐trifluoromethylbenzene with PBr3 and PhPBr2. Treatment of the bromophosphonite 18 with an excess of morpholine in the presence of sulfur resulted in a diazaphosphinine ring opening and provided functionalized 1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐5‐ylphosphonic acid derivatives 21 and 22 . © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
