So far, fast spectroscopic imaging (SI) using the U-FLARE sequence has provided metabolic maps indirectly via Fourier transformation (FT) along the chemical shift (CS) dimension and subsequent peak integration. However, a large number of CS encoding steps Nω is needed to cover the spectral bandwidth and to achieve sufficient spectral resolution for peak integration even if the number of resonance lines is small compared to Nω and even if only metabolic images are of interest and not the spectra in each voxel. Other reconstruction algorithms require extensive prior knowledge, starting values, and/or model functions. An adjusted CS phase encoding scheme (APE) can be used to overcome these drawbacks. It incorporates prior knowledge only about the resonance frequencies present in the sample. Thus, Nω can be reduced by a factor of 4 for many 1H in vivo studies while no spectra have to be reconstructed, and no additional user interaction, prior knowledge, starting values, or model function are required. Phantom measurements and in vivo experiments on rat brain have been performed at 4.7 T to test the feasibility of the method for proton SI.  相似文献

通过一内空的圆柱体模型,对在快中子照相时由样品引起的散射中子强度与样品形状和探测距离之间的关系进行模拟,并用^241Am—Be作中子源对散射中子的影响进行实验验证。结果表明,在快中子照相时,由样品引起的散射中子的强度与探测距离以及样品形状有关。对于同一样品,探测距离增加,散射中子的影响则降低。The relationships between intensities of scattered neutrons by specimens and their shapes and detecting distances have been simulated using a hollow cylinder model, and the results were validated by experiments of fast neutron imaging using ^241Am-Be neutron source. The results showed that the intensities of scattered neutrons are closely related to the detecting distances and sample' s shapes. The influences of scattered neutronns in fast neutron imaging will be reduced while detecting distances increased.  相似文献

多通道磁共振成像方法采用多个接收线圈同时欠采样k空间以加快成像速度,并基于后处理算法重建图像,但在较高加速因子时,其图像重建质量仍然较差.本文提出了一种基于PCAU-Net的快速多通道磁共振成像方法,将单通道实数U型卷积神经网络拓展到多通道复数卷积神经网络,设计了一种结构不对称的U型网络结构,通过在解码部分减小网络规模以降低模型的复杂度.PCAU-Net网络在跳跃连接前增加了1×1卷积,以实现跨通道信息交互.输入和输出之间利用残差连接为误差的反向传播提供捷径.实验结果表明,使用规则和随机采样模板,在不同加速因子时,相比常规的GRAPPA重建算法和SPIRiT重建方法,本文提出的PCAU-Net方法可高质量重建出磁共振复数图像,并且相比于PCU-Net方法,PCAU-Net减少了模型参数、缩短了训练时间.  相似文献

利用9Be(d,n)反应在北京大学4.5MV静电加速器上产生小于7MeV能区的快中子,采用胶片法进行了快中子照相的初步实验.对快中子胶片成像法的基本性能进行了初步的测试和研究.用国产的原材料研制了一种适用于快中子照相的关键部件-快中子转换屏.实验结果表明研制的快中子转换屏能够满足快中子照相的需要.A preliminary experiment is conducted with direct film method under the condition that fast neutron is generated by the reaction of 9Be (d,n) on the Peking University 4.5 MV Van de Graff, whose energy is lower than 7 MeV.Basic characteristics of direct-film neutron radiography system is researched with the help of samples in different materials, different thickness and holes of different diameter. The fast neutron converter, which is vital for fast neutron imaging, is produced with the materials made in china. The result indicates that fast neutron converter can meet the requirment of fast neutron imaging; what's more, further research of fast neutron imaging can be conducted on the accelerator and neutron-generator in China.  相似文献

Magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging (MRSI) provides information about the spatial metabolic heterogeneity of an organ in the human body. In this way, MRSI can be used to detect tissue regions with abnormal metabolism, e.g. tumor tissue. The main drawback of MRSI in clinical practice is that the analysis of the data requires a lot of expertise from the radiologists. In this article, we present an automatic method that assigns each voxel of a spectroscopic image of the brain to a histopathological class. The method is based on Canonical Correlation Analysis (CCA), which has recently been shown to be a robust technique for tissue typing. In CCA, the spectral as well as the spatial information about the voxel is used to assign it to a class. This has advantages over other methods that only use spectral information since histopathological classes are normally covering neighbouring voxels. In this paper, a new CCA-based method is introduced in which MRSI and MR imaging information is integrated. The performance of tissue typing is compared for CCA applied to the whole MR spectra and to sets of features obtained from the spectra. Tests on simulated and in vivo MRSI data show that the new method is very accurate in terms of classification and segmentation. The results also show the advantage of combining spectroscopic and imaging data.  相似文献

建立了后向散射光在二维光敏面上能量分布的理论模型,结合典型水下激光成像系统,提出用像面表观衬比度来评价系统极限探测距离的方法,并推导了计算公式;通过选取水下激光成像系统的典型参量进行模拟计算,进一步讨论了系统主要组成部分的相对位置对像面表观衬比度分布的影响;得到像面表观衬比度与目标距离的关系曲线以及系统极限探测距离随海水衰减系数的变化曲线,从而估算出不同水质条件下系统的极限探测距离。模拟仿真数据与实际实验结果基本一致。  相似文献

化学交换饱和转移(Chemical Exchange Saturation Transfer,CEST)技术作为一种新型的磁共振成像(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)技术.它的原理为溶质池中被激发饱和的质子与游离水中未被饱和的质子间的化学交换,能够引起水质子磁共振信号的下降,从而获得组织内生物分子的相关信息.由于质子间的交换速率kex与组织微环境的pH值之间存在直接联系,因而可以通过溶质质子的CEST信号对活体组织进行pH成像.目前用于pH成像的溶质分子既包括内源性游离的蛋白质、多肽分子,还包括一系列的外源性小分子和金属螯合物.通过不同类型的比率法、内源性胺和酰胺浓度-独立检测(Amine and Amide Concentration-independent Detection,AACID)等成像方法,能够获得肾脏、中风脑组织以及肿瘤组织的pH图谱.本文详细总结了2000年以来利用CEST技术进行pH成像方面的研究进展,包括对比剂、成像方法和相关应用,展望了活体组织pH成像的发展趋势和应用前景.  相似文献

为了研究温度对成像光谱仪谱线漂移的影响,分析了谱线漂移与光谱成像系统各镜面刚体位移之间的关系,建立了温度对成像光谱仪谱线漂移影响的理论模型,通过软件仿真和热光学试验对理论模型进行了验证和修正。基于线性光学理论建立了镜面刚体位移对谱线漂移影响的数学模型,使用蒙特卡罗法对理论模型进行了数值仿真验证;采用有限元法求解了温度载荷下各镜面的刚体位移,在Matlab软件环境下利用Code V的API函数对变形后的光学系统进行了光线追迹,求解了镜面刚体位移导致的谱线位置变化,研究了成像光谱仪的谱线漂移特性,得到了温度载荷作用下的谱线漂移模型;通过热光学试验对理论模型进行了验证和修正。结果表明,在8℃~28℃范围内,谱线在光谱方向仅发生整体平移,没拉伸或压缩效应;基于线弹性理论和线性光学模型建立的理论模型与试验结果吻合较好,最大偏差不超过12%,修正后的谱线漂移模型相对误差小于5%,绝对精度优于0.2pixel。  相似文献

为了减小常规波束形成所需的庞大计算量以实现快速成像,本文提出了一种新的波束形成算法——分级聚焦波束形成。将基阵划分成各级子阵分级进行处理,对较短的子阵进行远场近似处理,逐级合并子阵进行子阵间的近场聚焦波束形成,并逐级进行波束插值。MAT- LAB仿真计算结果表明,分级聚焦法与常规波束形成相比,计算量和数据存储量大幅下降。该方法尤其适用于多焦点近场聚焦的场合。  相似文献

化学成像技术结合光谱分析和成像技术从而同时获得物质的光谱和空间各点的组成和结构信息。振动光谱方法(红外和拉曼光谱)与成像相结合,具有灵敏、快速、无损检验等优点,能够为检验鉴定提供定性定量的准确信息,近年来在物证鉴定领域获得了重要的应用。手印的显现和增强有多种方法,化学成像技术作为一种潜力巨大的方法可以显现多种客体上的潜在手印而不需要任何前处理。该技术还可以增强用其他方法显现后的手印,使之与背景形成较大反差。随着成像仪器的发展,化学成像技术在手印显现领域的应用将会一步拓展。文章介绍了化学成像技术的基本原理和仪器,综述了化学成像技术在潜在手印的显现和增强方面的具体应用,展望了化学成像技术的发展前景。  相似文献

计算光谱成像是一种新型的光谱成像技术,具有高通量、快照式成像等优点,但关于其成像质量评价的研究还很少。工作中探索了一种计算光谱成像系统成像质量的定量评价方法。该方法利用ISO 12233靶标作为目标源,进行成像、图谱信息重构,并通过测量重构图的调制传递函数(MTF)作为计算光谱成像系统的成像质量评价标准。结果表明,对于单帧采样,随着混叠谱段数的增加,重构图MTF迅速下降,当混叠波段的数目达到9个时,重构图MTF与目标场景图像相比已下降50%。该研究有助于理解计算光谱成像技术的优缺点,合理安排混叠谱段的数量,以精确地复原目标信息。  相似文献

针对实时SAR成像处理中相关运算量大的特点,提出了新的频域分解快速算法和优化设计方法.根据参数优化准则,选择合适的填零个数和DFT点数分解方式,分析出利用频域分解和频域分段两种算法,可以大大减少相关运算中FFT变换的运算量.在不同情况下,详细分析了多种算法的速度性能和适用性.在并行多处理器上利用此算法,降低了SAR实时成像的运算量和成像延迟,显著提高了SAR实时成像的处理速度.  相似文献

分析了谱线漂移在地面辐射定标、星上辐射定标和在轨对地观测等环节对成像光谱仪辐射测量的影响,建立了从实验室辐射定标到星上辐射定标再到在轨对地观测全过程的辐射传递模型,并通过仿真分析求解了成像光谱仪入瞳处辐射测量不确定与谱线漂移之间的关系。结果表明,谱线漂移导致的辐射测量误差与谱线漂移量和入瞳辐亮度的分布梯度成正比;光谱带宽偏差对测量精度的影响程度较中心波长误差高一个数量级。对于可见近红外(VNIR)波段平均光谱带宽10 nm、短波红外(SWIR)波段平均光谱带宽20 nm的典型成像光谱仪,要保证谱线漂移引起的辐射测量不确定度小于6%,实现成像光谱仪在轨观测时入瞳处的辐射测量绝对精度优于10%,可见近红外波段中心波长偏差应不大于2 nm,光谱带宽偏差应不大于0.1 nm,短波红外波段中心波长偏差应不大于3 nm,光谱带宽偏差应不大于0.1 nm。  相似文献

Blends of poly(vinylacetate) (PVAc) and poly(cyclohexylmethacrylate) (PCHMA) labeled by copolymerization with 4-methacryloylamine-4-nitrostilbene (Sb), with (1-pyrenylmethyl)methacrylate (Py), or with 3-(methacryloylamine)propyl-N-carbazole (Cbz) were prepared by casting dilute solutions in tetrahydrofurane (THF) or chloroform. Films about 10 m thick were formed. Phase separation in two types of domains is observed by transmission optical microscopy (TOM) and epifluorescence microscopy (EFM): small craters of 1 to 10 m placed at the polymer-air interface and larger domains, on the scale of 100 m. The morphology of samples depends on the composition of the polymer blend and on solvent. The green fluorescence of Sb, the violet of Py, or the blue of Cbz provides imaging of the distribution of PCHMA in the different domains and in the matrix. It is thus observed that (i) superficial craters and large domains are formed mainly by PCHMA and (ii) the matrix is composed of PVAc in films cast from THF and it is a blend of the two polymers, homogeneous at the submicrometric scale, for chloroform. The emission intensity of Py, recorded by microfluorescence spectroscopy (MFS), yields a mapping similar to imaging detection. It is remarkable that in films cast from chloroform, the smaller domains are distributed with a 2D hexatic order disrupted by dislocations and disclinations, whereas in films cast from THF, a larger heterogeneity is found, denoting different mechanisms of solvent evaporation.  相似文献

该文以2种不同立构聚丙烯(iPP和sPP)为讨论对象,首先研究了量化计算方法在预测高分子13C 各向同性和各向异性化学位移(CSA)中的应用,然后讨论了近年来发展的测定13C CSA粉末线形的2种重要固体NMR实验技术(SUPER和RAI)的特点和实验优化问题. 最后,利用可获得接近无扭曲线形的SUPER技术测定了等规立构聚丙烯样品的13C CSA粉末线形,并与量化计算理论结果比较. 结果表明:13C 各向同性化学位移及CSA粉末线形的理论计算结果均与固体NMR实验结果有很好的符合,预示通过13C CSA量化计算结合固体NMR实验是阐明高分子微观结构的有力工具.  相似文献
