The dielectric spectra of ferroelectric hydrogen bonded betaine phosphate0.05 betaine phosphite0.95 (DBP0.05DBPI0.95) was investigated in the very wide temperature (300–20 K) and frequency (20–35 GHz) regions. The dielectric dispersion was analyzed in terms of distribution of relaxation times, using Tichonov regularization method. Strongly asymmetric and broad distribution of relaxation times below ferroelectric phase transition temperature T c?≈?253 K clearly differs from the one that is usually observed in ferroelectrics. The observed disorder in deuterons system close to ferroelectric phase transition temperature is an embryo of coexistence ferroelectric order and dipolar glass disorder observed at low temperatures.  相似文献

We discuss the possibility of the coexistence of spin density waves (antiferromagnetism) and triplet superconductivity as a particular example of a broad class of systems where the interplay of magnetism and superconductivity is important. We focus on the case of quasi-one-dimensional metals, where it is known that antiferromagnetism is in close proximity to triplet superconductivity in the pressure versus temperature phase diagram. Over a range of pressures, we propose an intermediate nonuniform phase consisting of antiferromagnetic and triplet superconducting orders. In the coexistence region, we propose a flop transition in the spin density wave order parameter vector, which affects the nature of the superconducting state and leads to the appearance of several new phases.  相似文献

The bulk magnetic susceptibility chi(T,B) of YbRh(2)(Si(0.95)Ge(0.05))(2) has been investigated close to the field-induced quantum critical point at B(c) = 0.027 T. For B < or= 0.05 T a Curie-Weiss law with a negative Weiss temperature is observed at temperatures below 0.3 K. Outside this region, the susceptibility indicates ferromagnetic quantum critical fluctuations, chi(T) proportional, variantT-0.6 above 0.3 K. At low temperatures the Pauli susceptibility follows chi(0) proportional, variant(B-B(c))(-0.6) and scales with the coefficient of the T(2) term in the electrical resistivity. The Sommerfeld-Wilson ratio is highly enhanced and increases up to 30 close to the critical field.  相似文献

The magneto-elastic properties of single-crystalline La0.95Sr0.05MnO3 have been studied ultrasonically. Our investigations focussed on the temperature interval where magnetic ordering starts to evolve and results in a spin canted antiferromagnetic ground state. In detail the experiments revealed that the magnetic order parameter in low-doped manganite is only weakly coupled to lattice strains. Furthermore, the anomalous temperature dependence of the order parameter as found resembles highly that in stoichiometric LaMnO3. However, the main and most surprising finding is that external magnetic fields favor the spin canted phase in La0.95Sr0.05MnO3. It is unclear at present how the exchange interaction can be tuned by magnetic fields in the way observed and we are not aware of existing theoretical concepts which might give a plausible explanation for the unexpected field dependent behavior of the critical temperature. We believe, however, that this behavior primarily results from the fact that the exchange interaction depends sensitively on the orbital configuration of the manganese d electrons. Structural, microstructural, X-ray photoemission spectra (XPS) and magnetic properties of transition metal ion [5 mol% of Co (SC5) and Fe (SF5)]-doped SnO2 nanoparticles have been studied. The SC5 and SF5 nanoparticles were synthesized by a chemical route using polyvinyl alcohol as surfactant. The doped SnO2 crystallites were found to exhibit a tetragonal rutile structure and the average grains size was measured by the Scherer relation of X-ray diffraction. Transmission electron micrographs showed that the average grain size of SC5 is smaller than SF5. SC5 nanoparticles showed strong ferromagnetic behaviour but SF5 exhibited an F-centre exchange (FCE) mechanism. Temperature-dependent magnetization showed the values of phase transition temperature. XPS confirmed the presence of Sn–O–Co and Sn–O–Fe bonds in these SC5 and SF5 nanoparticles. The oxidation states of Sn, Co and Fe were found to be +4, +2 and +2, respectively, while the core level XPS peaks of Sn 3d, O 1s, Co 2p and Fe 2p were analyzed.  相似文献

The frequency dependence of the freezing temperatureT f(ν) is determined for the dilute spin glass systems (La, Gd)B6 and (Y, Gd)Al2 in the frequency range 10–1,000 Hz. While for (La, Gd)B6,T f(ν) is found to be weak, for (Y, Gd)Al2 T f(ν) is even stronger than for the previously studied system (La, Gd)Al2. Both, measurements of the temperature dependence of the susceptibility nearT f and calculations of the RKKY pair interaction, suggest that this difference is correlated with a different sign of the nearest-neighbor interaction, which appears to be antiferromagnetic for (La, Gd)B6 and ferromagnetic for (Y, Gd)Al2 as well as (La, Gd)Al2.  相似文献

The thermal diffusion and heat conductivity of BiFeO3 and Bi0.95La0.05FeO3 multiferroics at high temperatures (300–1200 K) have been examined. The dominant mechanisms of phonon heat transfer in the region of ferroelectric and antiferromagnetic phase transitions have been revealed. Neutron scattering measurements on the amorphous spin glass Al2Mn3Si3O12 have been made using the time-of-flight method. The scattering lawS(Q, ) reveals a quasielastic line with temperature andQ-dependent linewidth and an elastic line with constant intensity between 15 and 294K. The linewidth of the quasielastic scattering diminishes with decreasing temperature following an Arrhenius law at least down to 15K. Deviations from this exponential form are strictly correlated with an increase of the elastic intensity below 15K. We favour the opinion that this effect is caused by the instrumental resolution rather than by the onset of spin glass freezing.  相似文献

We report the study of a low temperature cluster glass state in 5% Mn-doped UGa_3 heavy fermion compound. This compound transforms from a paramagnetic state to a spin-cluster glass state, which is confirmed by measuring the dc susceptibility and magnetization. The ac susceptibility exhibits a frequency-dependent peak around Tf, which provides direct evidence of the cluster glass state. By analyzing the field-dependent magnetization and frequency-dependent ac susceptibility in detail, we deduce that this compound forms a spin-cluster glass state below T_f.  相似文献

采用尿素溶胶法合成(Y0.95Eu0.05)2O3纳米粉,用超临界干燥技术制备了n-(Y0.95Eu0.05)2O3/SiO2气凝胶介孔组装体。结果表明,当Y^3+:Eu^3+=20:1,均相反应时间为4h,且经680℃、4h灼烧热处理后得到的n-(Y0.95Eu0.05)2O3中,光致发光强度最大(发光峰位于612nm),以Si与2Y摩尔比为1:7的n-(Y0.95Eu0.05)2O3/SiO2气凝胶介孔组装体,经同样条件热616nm)。对产生上述发光强度减弱和峰位红移现象进行讨论。  相似文献

The strontium and ruthenium doped lanthanum chromite was synthesized by the Pyrosol technique. This method has allowed to insert ruthenium in the perovskite powder. The catalytic behavior for the methane reforming was determined using a catalytic bench. In the presence of a few percent of water vapor, this material transforms the methane into hydrogen without generating carbon deposition. The electrochemical behavior of this material as anode has been studied by impedance spectroscopy under Ar/H2O, H2/H2O and CH4/H2O mixtures. The overpotential resistance values are of the same order of magnitude under hydrogen and under methane. An additional contribution at low frequencies is observed under argon, resulting probably of the electrode polarization. Structural transitions in polycrystalline Ba-doped lanthanum manganite La0.95Ba0.05Mn0.98Fe0.02O3?+?δ have been investigated under different cooling conditions after vacuum annealing (fast and slow cooling) by Mössbauer spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. A rhombohedral structure of the synthesized La0.95Ba0.05Mn0.98Fe0.02O3?+?δ sample transfers into a mixture of the orthorhombic PnmaI, PnmaII* and PnmaII phases (common space group Pnma) with a stoichiometric oxygen composition under vacuum annealing. The further vacuum annealing leads to fluctuations in a partial relation of the orthorhombic phases on fast cooling. This unusual behavior of the structural transitions are discussed.  相似文献

We report low temperatures ESR and Superconductivity experiments on Nd3+ and Gd3+ in the superconducting cubic intermetallic compound ZrIr2. The ratio of the squares of the effective 4f-conduction electron exchange parameters corresponding to Nd3+ and Gd3+ (J2s-NdJ2s-Gd) were extracted both from the thermal broadening of the ESR linewidths and from the initial depression of the superconducting critical temperature, and were found to be comparable. Nd3+ was found to have a larger exchange parameter than of Gd3+.  相似文献

A complex structure of the superconducting order parameter in Ln2C3 (Ln=La,Y) is demonstrated by muon spin relaxation measurements in their mixed state. The muon depolarization rate sigma v(T)] exhibits a characteristic temperature dependence that can be perfectly described by a phenomenological double-gap model for nodeless superconductivity. While the magnitude of two gaps is similar between La2C3 and Y2C3, a significant difference in the interband coupling between those two cases is clearly observed in the behavior of sigma v(T).  相似文献

GeSi/Si异质结布拉格反射光栅是硅基光电集成领域一种重要的集成光学器件,分析GeSi/Si异质结的传光特性和布拉格条件,通过求解布拉格光栅方程,得出耦合系数和耦合效率.利用上述原理设计出入射角为66°,波导层的厚度为2 μm,光栅长度为4 252 μm,槽深为0.05 μm,光栅周期为0.456 μm,滤波带宽为0.214 nm,耦合效率为84.1%的1.3 μm Ge0.05Si0.95/Si异质结单模共面布拉格反射光栅,并用数值模拟了入射光渡电场和反射光波电场的分布.  相似文献
