用高分辨二极管激光光谱仪对乙炔v_5区域的几个Q支作了研究.在725cm~(-1)附近观察到(2v_4+v_5)I-2v_4的Q支.并对(2v_5-v_5)和(v_4+v_5)-v_4的Q支进行了观察.观测到一些微扰现象.对观测到的谱线利用最小二乘法进行了拟合,得到了部分分子常数.  相似文献

Giant low temperature intrinsic magnetic hardness is observed in structurally homogeneous CaCu5 type compounds RFe5−x Ni x . In SmFe5−x Ni x , this magnetic hardness peaks approximately at a composition SmFe0.2Ni4.8, with an extrapolated coercive force of 230 kOe at absolute zero. The transition metal sublattice is not anisotropic. Thus, the rare earth alone creates giant coercivity. Only compounds withc-axis preference exhibit substantial magnetic hardness (Sm, Er, Tm). Partial substitution of a tetravalent rare earth to produce crystal field anisotropy fluctuations apparently increases coercivity somewhat in the axis-preference compound SmFeNi4, but has no effect in the plane-preferred compound TbFeNi4.  相似文献

CuFe2O4 nanoparticles and (CuFe2O4)0.95(SnO2)0.05 nanocomposites were studied by XRD, Mössbauer spectroscopy and SQUID magnetometer. The XRD pattern shows the well-defined sharp peaks characterized tetragonal structure of CuFe2O4. The Mössbauer spectrum of CuFe2O4 showed ferrimagnetic structure while spectrum of (CuFe2O4)0.95(SnO2)0.05 composite demonstrated a mixture of ferrimagnetic and paramagnetic components. The D.C. magnetization revealed that SnO2 addition leads to overcoming the “superparamagnetic limit.”  相似文献

Homogeneous (LiCl) x (P2O5)1 − x glasses were synthesised using a melt-quenching method for x = 0.1–0.6 in the interval of 0.05. The amorphous structure of the samples was evident by the X-ray diffraction spectrum. The short range structures of the binary phosphate samples were examined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, whilst the density of the samples was measured as supportive data for the investigations. The results of refractive indices as measured using an ellipsometer reveal the homogeneity of samples and was found to depend on the glass composition. The electrical properties of the glasses were investigated by ac impedance spectroscopy from 10 mHz to 1 MHz for temperatures ranging from room temperature to 573 K. An estimation of the bulk resistivity was obtained by taking the intercepts on the real axis at low frequencies of the complex impedance plot. The dc conductivities derived from the reciprocal of resistivity values were found to obey the Arrhenius relationship, and its activation energy shows a decreasing trend with the increase in LiCl content in the glass. Lastly, an equivalent circuits consisting of real and complex capacitors is proposed to describe the dielectric response of the glass.  相似文献

High-resolution FTIR spectra of 1,1,1-trifluoroethane (HFC-143a) have been recorded in the region from 1370 to 1470 cm(-1) with an unapodized resolution of 0.0016 cm(-1) at room temperature and of 0.004 cm(-1) at 183 and 100 K. The two main infrared active bands of A(1) symmetry have been shown to be nu(2) at 1407.5 cm(-1) and nu(4) + nu(5) at 1440.5 cm(-1). With the aid of Raman spectra, the two infrared inactive bands of E symmetry in this spectra region have been shown to be nu(8) at 1457.5 cm(-1) and nu(6) + nu(9) at 1446.2 cm(-1). The nu(2) band was analyzed as an isolated band, whereas the nu(4) + nu(5) band was analyzed as part of the triad nu(4) + nu(5), nu(6) + nu(9), and nu(8). Copyright 2000 Academic Press.  相似文献

Phase manipulation between c(4x2) and p(2x2) on the Si(100) surface has been demonstrated at 4.2 K for the first time using a low-temperature scanning tunneling microscope. We have discovered that it is possible to change the c(4x2) surface into the p(2x2) surface, artificially, through a flip-flop motion of the buckling dimers by using a sample bias voltage control. Also, scanning at a negative bias voltage or applying a pulse voltage can restore the c(4x2) surface. The STM images as a function of bias voltage and tunneling current reveal the interesting dynamics of the buckling dimers on the long debated surface. Our results will show that energetic tunneling electrons are most likely responsible for the observed phase transition from c(4x2) to p(2x2).  相似文献

Layer-by-layer radiometric analysis in the temperature range 800–950 °C was used to measure the diffusion coefficients of 90Sr, 45Ca, 133Ba radionuclides in Sr3−3x La2x x(VO4)2 (x=0,0.1,0.15,0.2,0.25) solid solutions. It was established that D Ca * >D Sr * >D Ba * . An increase in the concentrations of vacancies (□) in the strontium sublattice leads to increased coefficients of diffusion of rare-earth metal cations. (Ta_2O_5)_(1-x)(TiO_2)_x陶瓷结构相变研究   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
采用固相反应技术制备了x分别为 0 0 5、0 0 8和 0 1 1的 (Ta2 O5) 1-x(TiO2 ) x 陶瓷 ;在室温至 6 0 0℃范围内 ,测量了这些陶瓷样品的拉曼光谱随温度的变化。随着温度的升高 ,拉曼光谱中位于 35~38cm- 1的最低频移的声子模发生软化 ,并随之发生结构相变。拉曼光谱和实验结果都表明 :组分x分别为0 0 5、0 0 8和 0 1 1的 (Ta2 O5) 1-x(TiO2 ) x 陶瓷分别在 36 0、4 5 0和 5 4 0℃发生了由三斜至单斜相的结构相变。上述结论得到了 (Ta2 O5) 0 92 (TiO2 ) 0 0 8单晶热膨胀系数测量数据的支持。  相似文献

Crystals of the compounds CuInSe2, CuInTe2, ZnSe, and ZnTe, and the solid solutions (CuInSe2) x ·(2ZnSe)1–x and (CuInTe2) x ·(2ZnTe)1–x were grown by the Bridgman and chemical transport reactions methods. Their transmission and reflection spectra in the region of the main absorption line edge were studied. The forbidden band gap of the indicated materials was determined and its concentration dependences were built for the solid solutions. It is established that the forbidden band gap changes linearly with the x composition and is satisfactorily described by the square-law dependence.  相似文献
