α‐Fe2O3 nanoparticles are uniformly coated on the surface of α‐MoO3 nanorods through a two‐step hydrothermal synthesis method. As the anode of a lithium‐ion battery, α‐Fe2O3@α‐MoO3 core–shell nanorods exhibit extremely high lithium‐storage performance. At a rate of 0.1 C (10 h per half cycle), the reversible capacity of α‐Fe2O3@α‐MoO3 core–shell nanorods is 1481 mA h g?1 and a value of 1281 mA h g?1 is retained after 50 cycles, which is much higher than that retained by bare α‐MoO3 and α‐Fe2O3 and higher than traditional theoretical results. Such a good performance can be attributed to the synergistic effect between α‐Fe2O3 and α‐MoO3, the small size effect, one‐dimensional nanostructures, short paths for lithium diffusion, and interface spaces. Our results reveal that core–shell nanocomposites have potential applications as high‐performance lithium‐ion batteries.  相似文献

A new cathodic scheme for hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) measurement by Fe3O4‐based chemical sensor was described. The unique characteristic of electrocatalytic property was firstly investigated by voltammetry. And then the amperometric response of H2O2 was measured at ?0.2 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) by Fe3O4 modified glassy carbon rotating disk electrode. The kinetic parameter was also calculated from Koutecky‐Levich plot, and the value was 6.4×10?4 cm s?1 in pH 3 citrate buffer. In order to benefit the possible biomedical applications, Fe3O4/chitosan modified electrode was also investigated in this experiment. There were several characteristic enhancements by the coated chitosan thin film for H2O2 sensor. The calibration curves were found to be linear up to 4.0 and 5.0 mM (r=0.999) in pH 3 and 7 with the detection limits of 7.6 and 7.4 μM L?1 (S/N=3). The stability was evaluated by the results of half‐life time (t50%) for 9 months at room temperature and 24 months at 4 °C.  相似文献

A new electrochemical sensor based on Fe3O4@SiO2‐PANI‐Au nanocomposite was fabricated for modification of glassy carbon electrode (Fe3O4@SiO2‐PANI‐Au GCE). The Fe3O4@SiO2‐PANI‐Au nanocomposite was characterized by TEM, FESEM‐EDS‐Mapping, XRD, and TGA methods. The Fe3O4@SiO2‐PANI‐Au GC electrode exhibited an acceptable sensitivity, fast electrochemical response, and good selectivity for determination of quercetin. Under optimal conditions, the linear range for quercetin concentrations using this sensor was 1.0×10?8 to 1.5×10?5 mol L?1, and the limit of detection was 3.8×10?9 mol L?1. The results illustrated that the offered sensor could be a possible alternative for the measurement of quercetin in food samples and biological fluids.  相似文献

Non‐enzymatic glucose sensor is greatly expected to take over its enzymatic counterpart in the future. In this paper, we reported on a facile strategy to construct a non‐enzymatic glucose sensor by use of NiCo2O4 hollow nanocages (NiCo2O4 HNCs) as catalyst, which was derived from Co‐based zeolite imidazole frame (ZIF‐67). The NiCo2O4 HNCs modified glassy carbon electrode (NiCo2O4 HNCs/GCE), the key component of the glucose sensor, showed highly electrochemical catalytic activity towards the oxidation of glucose in alkaline media. As a result, the proposed non‐enzymatic glucose sensor afforded excellent analytical performances assessed with the aid of cyclic voltammetry and amperometry (i–t). A wide linear range spanning from 0.18 μΜ to 5.1 mM was achieved at the NiCo2O4 HNCs/GCE with a high sensitivity of 1306 μA mM?1 cm?2 and a fast response time of 1 s. The calculated limit of detection (LOD) of the sensor was as low as 27 nM (S/N=3). Furthermore, it was demonstrated that the non‐enzymatic glucose sensor showed considerable anti‐interference ability and excellent stability. The practical application of the sensor was also evaluated by determination of glucose levels in real serum samples.  相似文献

Nitrogen‐doped hollow cobalt oxide nanofibers (Co3O4 NFs) with both glucose catalytic activity and pH sensitivity were fabricated through core‐sheath electrospinning technique, followed by calcination. The as‐developed nitrogen‐doped hollow Co3O4 NFs were thoroughly characterized using various techniques, and then employed to fabricate a dual electrochemical sensor for both pH sensing and glucose sensing. The pH sensitivity of the developed nitrogen‐doped hollow Co3O4 NFs demonstrated a Nernst constant of 12.9–15.9 mV/pH in the pH range of 3.0~9.0 and 6.8–10.7 mV/pH in the pH range of 9.0~13.0, respectively. The developed hollow cobalt oxides nanofibers sensor also possesses glucose sensitivity of 87.67 μA mM?1 cm?2, the limit of detection of 0.38 μM (S/N=3), and an acceptable selectivity against several common interferents in non‐enzymatic glucose determination. High accuracy for monitoring glucose in human serum sample was also demonstrated. These features indicate that the as‐synthesized nitrogen‐doped hollow cobalt oxides nanofibers hold great potential in the development of a unique dual sensor for both solid‐state pH sensing and superior non‐enzymatic glucose sensing.  相似文献

A liquid/liquid interfacial reaction system was designed to fabricate α‐Fe2O3 cubes. The reaction system uses a hydrophobic ionic liquid containing iron ions ([(C8H17)2(CH3)2N]FeCl4) for manufacturing α‐Fe2O3 cubes by a novel and environmentally friendly hydrothermal method under low‐temperature conditions (140 °C). The iron‐containing ionic liquid is hydrophobic and can form a liquid/liquid interface with water, which is vital for fabrication of the α‐Fe2O3 cubes. Nanomaterials synthesized from hydrophobic iron‐containing ionic liquids show good crystallinity, well‐developed morphology, and uniform size. The effect of different ionic liquids on the morphology of α‐Fe2O3 was investigated in detail. [(C8H17)2(CH3)2N]FeCl4 is assumed to perform the triple role of forming a liquid/liquid interface with water and acting as reactant and template at the same time. The effect of the reaction temperature on the formation of the α‐Fe2O3 cubes was also studied. Temperatures lower or higher than 140 °C are not conducive to formation of the α‐Fe2O3 cubes. Their photoelectrochemical properties were tested by means of the transient photocurrent response of electrodes modified with as‐prepared α‐Fe2O3 cubes. The photocurrent response of an α‐Fe2O3 cubes/indium tin oxide electrode is high and stable, and it shows great promise as a photoelectrochemical glucose sensor with high sensitivity and fast response, which are beneficial to practical applications of nanosensors.  相似文献

An amperometric tyramine biosensor based on poly‐L‐lysine (PLL) and Fe3O4 nanoparticles (Fe3O4NP) modified screen printed carbon electrode (SPCE) was developed. PLL was formed on the SPCE by the electropolymerization of L‐lysine. Subsequently, Fe3O4NP suspension prepared in chitosan (CH) solution was casted onto the PLL/SPCE. Tyrosinase (Ty) enzyme was immobilized onto the modified Fe3O4?CH/PLL/SPCE and the electrode was coated with Nafion to fabricate the Ty/Fe3O4?CH/PLL/SPCE. Different techniques including scanning electron microscopy, chronoamperometry (i–t curve), cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were utilized to study the fabrication processes, electrochemical characteristics and performance parameters of the biosensor. The analytical performance of the tyramine biosensor was evaluated with respect to linear range, sensitivity, limit of detection, repeatability and reproducibility. The response of the biosensor to tyramine was linear between 4.9×10?7–6.3×10?5 M with a detection limit of 7.5×10?8 M and sensitivity of 71.36 μA mM?1 (595 μA mM?1 cm?2). The application of the developed biosensor for the determination of tyramine was successfully tested in cheese sample and mean analytical recovery of added tyramine in cheese extract was calculated as 101.2±2.1 %. The presented tyramine biosensor is a promising approach for tyramine analysis in real samples due to its high sensitivity, rapid response and easy fabrication.  相似文献

This work describes the development of a novel method for glucose determination exploiting a photoelectrochemical‐assisted batch injection analysis cell designed and constructed with the aid of 3D printer technology. The PEC‐BIA cell was coupled to a LED lamp in order to control the incidence of light on the Cu2O/Ni(OH)2/FTO photoelectroactive platform. The electrochemical characteristics of Cu2O/Ni(OH)2/FTO photoelectroactive platform were evaluated by cyclic voltammetry, amperometry, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The PEC‐BIA cell presented linear response range, limit of detection based on a signal‐to‐noise ratio of three, and sensitivity of 1–1000 μmol L?1, 0.76 μmol L?1 and 0.578 μA L μmol?1, respectively. The PEC‐BIA method presented a mean value of the recovery values of 97.0 % to 102.0 % when it was applied to glucose determination in artificial blood plasma samples which indicates the promising performance of the proposed system to determine glucose.  相似文献

We studied sensor application of a graphene oxide and hematite (α‐Fe2O3/GO) composite electrode well‐characterized by the SEM and XRD. Through differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), oxidation of dexamethasone sodium phosphate (DSP) was studied at the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with graphene oxide nanosheets (GO) and the α‐Fe2O3/GO composite. The values of the transfer coefficient (α) and the diffusion coefficient (D) of DSP were 0.5961 and 4.71×10?5 cm2 s?1 respectively. In the linear range of 0.1–50 μM, the detection limit (DL) was 0.076 μM. In the second step, a GCE was modified with α‐Fe2O3/GO composite and the DSP measurement step was repeated to analyzed and compare the effects of hematite nanoparticles present on graphene oxide surfaces. According to the results, α and D were 0.52 and 2.406×10?4 cm2 s?1 respectively and the DL was 0.046 μM in the linear range of 0.1–10.0 μM. The sensor is simple, inexpensive and uses blood serum.  相似文献

In this study, magnetite nanorods stabilized on polyaniline/reduced graphene oxide (Fe3O4@PANI/rGO) was synthesized via a wet‐reflux strategy. The possible formation of Fe3O4@PANI/rGO was morphologically and structurally verified by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE‐SEM), Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Furthermore, the thermal stability of Fe3O4@PANI/rGO was measured by a thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA); the composite had good thermal stability owing to the ceramic nature of Fe3O4. The Fe3O4@PANI/rGO has been applied as a potential sensing platform for electrochemical detection of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). By the combined efforts of extended active surface area, active carbon support, more catalytic active sites and high electrical conductivity, the Fe3O4@PANI/rGO exhibited an improved performance toward the non‐enzymatic detection of H2O2 in 0.5 M KOH with a fast response time (5 s), high sensitivity (223.7 μA mM?1 cm?2), low limit of detection (4.45 μM) and wide linear range (100 μM–1.5 mM). Furthermore, the fabricated sensor exhibited excellent recovery rates (94.2–104.0 %) during real sample analysis.  相似文献

We developed a novel iron‐tetrasulfophthalocyanine‐graphene‐Nafion (FeTSPc‐GR‐Nafion) modified screen‐printed electrode to determine hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) with high sensitivity and selectivity. The nanocomposite film (FeTSPc‐GR‐Nafion) exhibits an excellent electrocatalytic activity towards oxidation of H2O2 at a potential of +0.35 V in the absence of enzyme. A comparative study reveals that the FeTSPc‐GR complexes play a dual amplification role. Amperometric experiment indicates that the sensors possess good sensitivity and selectivity, with a linear range from 2.0×10?7 M to 5.0×10?3 M and a detection limit of 8.0×10?8 M. This sensor has been successfully used to develop the glucose biosensor and has also been applied to determine H2O2 in sterile water.  相似文献

Flowerlike noble‐metal‐free γ‐Fe2O3@NiO core–shell hierarchical nanostructures have been fabricated and examined as a catalyst in the photocatalytic oxidation of water with [Ru(bpy)3](ClO4)2 as a photosensitizer and Na2S2O8 as a sacrificial electron acceptor. An apparent TOF of 0.29 μmols?1 m?2 and oxygen yield of 51 % were obtained with γ‐Fe2O3@NiO. The γ‐Fe2O3@NiO core–shell hierarchical nanostructures could be easily separated from the reaction solution whilst maintaining excellent water‐oxidation activity in the fourth and fifth runs. The surface conditions of γ‐Fe2O3@NiO also remained unchanged after the photocatalytic reaction, as confirmed by X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).  相似文献

A long wavelength emission fluorescent (612 nm) chemosensor with high selectivity for H2PO4? ions was designed and synthesized according to the excited state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT). The sensor can exist in two tautomeric forms ('keto' and 'enol') in the presence of Fe3+ ion, Fe3+ may bind with the 'keto' form of the sensor. Furthermore, the in situ generated GY‐Fe3+ ensemble could recover the quenched fluorescence upon the addition of H2PO4? anion resulting in an off‐on‐type sensing with a detection limit of micromolar range in the same medium, and other anions, including F?, Cl?, Br?, I?, AcO?, HSO4?, ClO4? and CN? had nearly no influence on the probing behavior. The test strips based on 2‐[2‐hydroxy‐4‐(diethylamino) phenyl]‐1H‐imidazo[4,5‐b]phenazine and Fe3+ metal complex ( GY‐Fe3+ ) were fabricated, which could act as convenient and efficient H2PO4? test kits.  相似文献

Herein, the α‐Fe2O3@carboxyl‐functionalized yeast composite (α‐F@CFYC) was synthesized by direct oxidation of yeast with K2FeO4 and used as a novel adsorbent/heterogeneous Fenton catalyst for removal of methylene blue (MB). The obtained α‐F@CFYC was fully characterized by scanning electron microscopy, EDX, X‐ray diffraction analysis, Fourier‐transform infrared, thermogravimetry, and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, respectively, and the corresponding results showed that α‐Fe2O3 nanoparticles were successfully obtained and deposited on yeast surface, as well as more functional groups were introduced/exposed on yeast surface. Furthermore, various influence parameters (eg, contact time, initial pH, and MB concentration) on the adsorption/catalysis ability of α‐F@CFYC for MB have been investigated in detail under ambient conditions. As a result, owing to the synergetic effect of the loaded α‐Fe2O3 and the introduced/exposed functional groups on yeast surface, the as‐obtained α‐F@CFYC exhibited high adsorption capacities and good catalysis degradation properties for MB.  相似文献

A new enzyme‐based amperometric biosensor for hydrogen peroxide was developed relying on the efficient immobilization of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to a nano‐scaled particulate gold (nano‐Au) film modified glassy carbon electrode (GC). The nano‐Au film was obtained by a chitosan film which was first formed on the surface of GC. The high affinity of chitosan for nano‐Au associated with its amino groups resulted in the formation of nano‐Au film on the surface of GC. The film formed served as an intermediator to retain high efficient and stable immobilization of the enzyme. H2O2 was detected using hydroquinone as an electron mediator to transfer electrons between the electrode and HRP. The HRP immobilized on nano‐Au film maintained excellent electrocatalytical activity to the reduction of H2O2. The experimental parameters such as the operating potential of the working electrode, mediator concentration and pH of background electrolyte were optimized for best analytical performance of amperometry. The linear range of detection for H2O2 is from 6.1×10?6 to 1.8×10?3 mol L?1 with a detection limit of 6.1 μmol L?1 based on signal/noise=3. The proposed HRP enzyme sensor has the features of high sensitivity (0.25 Almol?1cm?2), fast response time (t90%≤10 s) and a long‐term stability (>1 month). As an extension, glucose oxidase (GOD) was chemically bound to HRP‐modified electrode. A GOD/HRP bienzyme‐modified electrode formed in this way can be applied to the determination of glucose with satisfactory performance.  相似文献

At present, a highly sensitive hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) sensor is fabricated by ferrocene based naphthaquinone derivatives as 2,3‐Diferrocenyl‐1,4‐naphthoquinone and 2‐bromo‐3‐ferrocenyl‐1,4‐naphthoquinone. These ferrocene based naphthaquinone derivatives are characterized by H‐NMR and C‐NMR. The electrochemical properties of these ferrocene based naphthaquinone are investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) on modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The modified electrode with ferrocene based naphthaquinone derivatives exhibits an improved voltammetric response to the H2O2 redox reaction. 2‐bromo‐3‐ferrocenyl‐1,4‐naphthoquinone show excellent non‐enzymatic sensing ability towards H2O2 response with a detection limitation of 2.7 μmol/L a wide detection range from 10 μM to 400 μM in H2O2 detection. The sensor also exhibits short response time (1 s) and good sensitivity of 71.4 μA mM?1 cm?2 and stability. Furthermore, the DPV method exhibited very high sensitivity (18999 μA mM?1 cm?2) and low detection limit (0.66 μM) compared to the CA method. Ferrocene based naphthaquinone derivative based sensors have a lower cost and high stability. Thus, this novel non‐enzyme sensor has potential application in H2O2 detection.  相似文献

Nanotubular Fe2O3 is a promising photoanode material, and producing morphologies that withstand high‐temperature calcination (HTC) is urgently needed to enhance the photoelectrochemical (PEC) performance. This work describes the design and fabrication of Fe2O3 nanotube arrays that survive HTC for the first time. By introducing a ZrO2 shell on hydrothermal FeOOH nanorods by atomic layer deposition, subsequent high‐temperature solid‐state reaction converts FeOOH‐ZrO2 nanorods to ZrO2‐induced Fe2O3 nanotubes (Zr‐Fe2O3 NTs). The structural evolution of the hematite nanotubes is systematically explored. As a result of the nanostructuring and shortened charge collection distance, the nanotube photoanode shows a greatly improved PEC water oxidation activity, exhibiting a photocurrent density of 1.5 mA cm−2 at 1.23 V (vs. reversible hydrogen electrode, RHE), which is the highest among hematite nanotube photoanodes without co‐catalysts. Furthermore, a Co‐Pi decorated Zr‐Fe2O3 NT photoanode reveals an enhanced onset potential of 0.65 V (vs. RHE) and a photocurrent of 1.87 mA cm−2 (at 1.23 V vs. RHE).  相似文献

The design of complex heterostructured electrode materials that deliver superior electrochemical performances to their individual counterparts has stimulated intensive research on configuring supercapacitors with high energy and power densities. Herein we fabricate hierarchical tectorum‐like α‐Fe2O3/polypyrrole (PPy) nanoarrays (T‐Fe2O3/PPy NAs). The 3D, and interconnected T‐Fe2O3/PPy NAs are successfully grown on conductive carbon cloth through an easy self‐sacrificing template and in situ vapor‐phase polymerization route under mild conditions. The electrode made of the T‐Fe2O3/PPy NAs exhibits a high areal capacitance of 382.4 mF cm−2 at a current density of 0.5 mA cm−2 and excellent reversibility. The solid‐state asymmetric supercapacitor consisting of T‐Fe2O3/PPy NAs and MnO2 electrodes achieves a high energy density of 0.22 mWh cm−3 at a power density of 165.6 mW cm−3.  相似文献

A simple, efficient and eco‐friendly procedure has been developed using Cu(II) immobilized on guanidinated epibromohydrin‐functionalized γ‐Fe2O3@TiO2 (γ‐Fe2O3@TiO2‐EG‐Cu(II)) for the synthesis of 2,4,5‐trisubstituted and 1,2,4,5‐tetrasubstituted imidazoles, via the condensation reactions of various aldehydes with benzil and ammonium acetate or ammonium acetate and amines, under solvent‐free conditions. High‐resolution transmission electron microscopy analysis of this catalyst clearly affirmed the formation of a γ‐Fe2O3 core and a TiO2 shell, with mean sizes of about 10–20 and 5–10 nm, respectively. These data were in very good agreement with X‐ray crystallographic measurements (13 and 7 nm). Moreover, magnetization measurements revealed that both γ‐Fe2O3@TiO2 and γ‐Fe2O3@TiO2‐EG‐Cu(II) had superparamagnetic behaviour with saturation magnetization of 23.79 and 22.12 emu g?1, respectively. γ‐Fe2O3@TiO2‐EG‐Cu(II) was found to be a green and highly efficient nanocatalyst, which could be easily handled, recovered and reused several times without significant loss of its activity. The scope of the presented methodology is quite broad; a variety of aldehydes as well as amines have been shown to be viable substrates. A mechanism for the cyclocondensation reaction has also been proposed.  相似文献

We present a novel strategy for the scalable fabrication of γ‐Fe2O3@3DPCF, a three‐dimensional porous carbon framework (PCF) anchored ultra‐uniform and ultra‐stable γ‐Fe2O3 nanocatalyst. The γ‐Fe2O3@3DPCF nanocomposites were facilely prepared with the following route: condensation of iron(III) acetylacetonate with acetylacetonate at room temperature to form the polymer precursor (PPr), which was carbonized subsequently at 800 °C. The homogeneous aldol condensation offered an ultra‐uniform distribution of iron, so that the γ‐Fe2O3 nanoparticles (NPs) were uniformly distributed in the 3D carbon architecture with the average size of approximate 20 nm. The Fe2O3 NPs were capped with carbon, so that the iron oxide maintained its γ‐phase instead of the more stable α‐phase. The nanocomposite was an excellent catalyst for the reduction of nitroarene; it gave >99 % conversion and 100 % selectivity for the reduction of nitroarenes to the corresponding anilines at 100 °C. The fabrication of the γ‐Fe2O3@3DPCF nanocatalyst represents a green and scalable method for the synthesis of novel carbon‐based metal oxide nanostructures.  相似文献
