In this paper, we construct a new fractional weighted reproducing kernel space, which is the minimum space containing the exact solution. The closed form of the reproducing kernel is obtained. Using this fractional reproducing kernel space, a class of fractional integro‐differential equations with a weakly singular kernel is solved. The error estimation is given. The final numerical experiments demonstrate the correctness of the theory and the effectiveness of the method.  相似文献

The main aim of this paper is to apply the trigonometric wavelets for the solution of the Fredholm integro‐differential equations of nth‐order. The operational matrices of derivative for trigonometric scaling functions and wavelets are presented and are utilized to reduce the solution of the Fredholm integro‐differential equations to the solution of algebraic equations. Furthermore, we get an estimation of error bound for this method. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this paper, we develop a high‐order finite difference scheme for the solution of a time fractional partial integro‐differential equation with a weakly singular kernel. The fractional derivative is used in the Riemann‐Liouville sense. We prove the unconditional stability and convergence of scheme using energy method and show that the convergence order is . We provide some numerical experiments to confirm the efficiency of suggested scheme. The results of numerical experiments are compared with analytical solutions to show the efficiency of proposed scheme. It is illustrated that the numerical results are in good agreement with theoretical ones.  相似文献

In this paper, a collocation method based on the Bessel polynomials is introduced for the approximate solution of a class of linear integro‐differential equations with weakly singular kernel under the mixed conditions. The exact solution can be obtained if the exact solution is polynomial. In other cases, increasing number of nodes, a good approximation can be obtained with applicable errors. In addition, the method is presented with error and stability analysis. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this paper, a spectral collocation approximation is proposed for neutral and nonlinear weakly singular Volterra integro‐differential equations (VIDEs) with non‐smooth solutions. We use some suitable variable transformations to change the original equation into a new equation, so that the solution of the resulting equation possesses better regularity, and the the Jacobi orthogonal polynomial theory can be applied conveniently. Under reasonable assumptions on the nonlinearity, we carry out a rigorous error analysis in L norm and weighted L2 norm. To perform the numerical simulations, some test examples (linear and nonlinear) are considered with nonsmooth solutions, and numerical results are presented. Further more, the comparative study of the proposed methods with some existing numerical methods is provided.  相似文献

In this paper, a new computational scheme based on operational matrices (OMs) of two‐dimensional wavelets is proposed for the solution of variable‐order (VO) fractional partial integro‐differential equations (PIDEs). To accomplish this method, first OMs of integration and VO fractional derivative (FD) have been derived using two‐dimensional Legendre wavelets. By implementing two‐dimensional wavelets approximations and the OMs of integration and variable‐order fractional derivative (VO‐FD) along with collocation points, the VO fractional partial PIDEs are reduced into the system of algebraic equations. In addition to this, some useful theorems are discussed to establish the convergence analysis and error estimate of the proposed numerical technique. Furthermore, computational efficiency and applicability are examined through some illustrative examples.  相似文献

The aim of this article is to present an efficient numerical procedure for solving nonlinear integro‐differential equations. Our method depends mainly on a Taylor expansion approach. This method transforms the integro‐differential equation and the given conditions into the matrix equation which corresponds to a system of nonlinear algebraic equations with unkown Taylor coefficients. The reliability and efficiency of the proposed scheme are demonstrated by some numerical experiments and performed on the computer program written in Maple10. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this paper, an efficient and accurate numerical method is presented for solving two types of fractional partial differential equations. The fractional derivative is described in the Caputo sense. Our approach is based on Bernoulli wavelets collocation techniques together with the fractional integral operator, described in the Riemann‐Liouville sense. The main characteristic behind this approach is to reduce such problems to those of solving systems of algebraic equations, which greatly simplifies the problem. By using Newton's iterative method, this system is solved and the solution of fractional partial differential equations is achieved. Some results concerning the error analysis are obtained. The validity and applicability of the method are demonstrated by solving four numerical examples. Numerical examples are presented in the form of tables and graphs to make comparisons with the results obtained by other methods and with the exact solutions much easier.  相似文献

In this paper, a new two‐dimensional fractional polynomials based on the orthonormal Bernstein polynomials has been introduced to provide an approximate solution of nonlinear fractional partial Volterra integro‐differential equations. For this aim, the fractional‐order orthogonal Bernstein polynomials (FOBPs) are constructed, and its operational matrices of integration, fractional‐order integration, and derivative in the Caputo sense and product operational matrix are derived. These operational matrices are utilized to reduce the under study problem to a nonlinear system of algebraic equations. Using the approximation of FOBPs, the convergence analysis and error estimate associated to the proposed problem have been investigated. Finally, several examples are included to clarify the validity, efficiency, and applicability of the proposed technique via FOBPs approximation.  相似文献

In this study, a matrix method is developed to solve approximately the most general higher order linear Fredholm integro‐differential‐difference equations with variable coefficients under the mixed conditions in terms of Taylor polynomials. This technique reduces the problem into the linear algebraic system. The method is valid for any combination of differential, difference and integral equations. An initial value problem and a boundary value problem are also presented to illustrate the accuracy and efficiency of the method. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this study, a practical matrix method is presented to find an approximate solution for high‐order linear Fredholm integro‐differential equations with piecewise intervals under the initial boundary conditions in terms of Taylor polynomials. The method converts the integro differential equation to a matrix equation, which corresponds to a system of linear algebraic equations. Error analysis and illustrative examples are included to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the technique. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this paper, we develop an efficient matrix method based on two‐dimensional orthonormal Bernstein polynomials (2D‐OBPs) to provide approximate solution of linear and nonlinear weakly singular partial integro‐differential equations (PIDEs). First, we approximate all functions involved in the considerable problem via 2D‐OBPs. Then, by using the operational matrices of integration, differentiation, and product, the solution of Volterra singular PIDEs is transformed to the solution of a linear or nonlinear system of algebraic equations which can be solved via some suitable numerical methods. With a small number of bases, we can find a reasonable approximate solution. Moreover, we establish some useful theorems for discussing convergence analysis and obtaining an error estimate associated with the proposed method. Finally, we solve some illustrative examples by employing the presented method to show the validity, efficiency, high accuracy, and applicability of the proposed technique.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the numerical solution of delay integro‐differential equations. The main purpose of this work is to provide a new numerical approach based on the use of continuous collocation Taylor polynomials for the numerical solution of delay integro‐differential equations. It is shown that this method is convergent. Numerical illustrations confirm our theoretical analysis. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The main purpose of this work is to investigate an initial boundary value problem related to a suitable class of variable order fractional integro‐partial differential equations with a weakly singular kernel. To discretize the problem in the time direction, a finite difference method will be used. Then, the Sinc‐collocation approach combined with the double exponential transformation is employed to solve the problem in each time level. The proposed numerical algorithm is completely described and the convergence analysis of the numerical solution is presented. Finally, some illustrative examples are given to demonstrate the pertinent features of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

In this work, we propose a Jacobi-collocation method to solve the second kind linear Fredholm integral equations with weakly singular kernels. Particularly, we consider the case when the underlying solutions are sufficiently smooth. In this case, the proposed method leads to a fully discrete linear system. We show that the fully discrete integral operator is stable in both infinite and weighted square norms. Furthermore, we establish that the approximate solution arrives at an optimal convergence order under the two norms. Finally, we give some numerical examples, which confirm the theoretical prediction of the exponential rate of convergence.  相似文献

In this paper, we establish sufficient conditions for the global relative controllability of nonlinear neutral fractional Volterra integro‐differential systems with distributed delays in control. The results are obtained by using the Mittag–Leffler functions and the Schauder fixed‐point theorem. Examples are presented to illustrate the results. A novel collocation method based on Genocchi wavelet is presented for the numerical solution of fractional differential equations and time‐fractional partial differential equations with delay. In this work, to achieve the approximate solution with height accuracy, we employed the operational matrix of integer derivative and the pseudo‐operational matrix of fractional derivative in Caputo sense. Also, based on Genocchi function properties, we presented delay and pantograph operational matrices of Genocchi wavelet functions (GWFs). Due to operational and pseudo‐operational matrices, the equations under this study can be turned into nonlinear algebraic equations with the unknown GWF coefficients. For illustrating the upper bound of error for the proposed method, we estimate the error in the sense of Sobolev space. In addition, to demonstrate the efficacy of the pseudo‐operational matrix of fractional derivative, we investigate the upper bound of error for the mentioned matrix. Finally, the algorithm based on the proposed approach is implemented for some numerical experiments to confirm accuracy and applicability.  相似文献

The main objective of the paper is to find the approximate solution of fractional integro partial differential equation with a weakly singular kernel. Integro partial differential equation (IPDE) appears in the study of viscoelastic phenomena. Cubic B‐spline collocation method is employed for fractional IPDE. The developed scheme for finding the solution of the considered problem is based on finite difference method and collocation method. Caputo fractional derivative is used for time fractional derivative of order α, . The given problem is discretized in both time and space directions. Backward Euler formula is used for temporal discretization. Collocation method is used for spatial discretization. The developed scheme is proved to be stable and convergent with respect to time. Approximate solutions are examined to check the precision and effectiveness of the presented method.© 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Numer Methods Partial Differential Eq 33: 1565–1581, 2017  相似文献

We introduce the concept of fast wavelet‐Taylor Galerkin methods for the numerical solution of partial differential equations. In wavelet‐Taylor Galerkin method discretization in time is performed before the wavelet based spatial approximation by introducing accurate generalizations of the standard Euler, θ and leap‐frog time‐stepping scheme with the help of Taylor series expansions in the time step. We will present two different time‐accurate wavelet schemes to solve the PDEs. First, numerical schemes taking advantage of the wavelet bases capabilities to compress the operators and sparse representation of functions which are smooth, except for in localized regions, up to any given accuracy are presented. Here numerical experiments deal with advection equation with the spiky solution in one dimension, two dimensions, and nonlinear equation with a shock in solution in two dimensions. Second, our schemes deal with more regular class of problems where wavelets are not efficient procedure for data compression but we can use the good approximation properties of wavelet. Here time‐accurate schemes lead to consistent mass matrix in an explicit time stepping, which can be solved by approximate factorization techniques. Numerical experiment deals with more regular class of problems like heat equation as well as coupled linear system in two dimensions. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper deals with 2 core aspects of fractional calculus including existence of positive solution and Hyers‐Ulam stability for a class of singular fractional differential equations with nonlinear p‐Laplacian operator in Caputo sense. For these aims, the suggested problem is converted into an integral equation via Green function , for ε∈(n−1,n], where n≥4. Then, the Green function is examined whether it is increasing or decreasing and positive or negative function. After these properties, some classical fixed‐point theorems are used for the existence of positive solution. Hyers‐Ulam stability of the proposed problem is also considered. For the application of the results, an expressive example is included.  相似文献
