Copolymerization of (4‐hexylphenyl)allene and of (4‐dodecylphenyl)allene with carbon monoxide (1 atm) catalyzed by Rh[η3‐CH(Ar′)C{C(CHAr′)CH2C (CHAr′)CH2CH2CHCHAr′}CH2](PPh3)2 (A; Ar′ = C6H4OMe‐p) gives the corresponding polyketones: I‐[—CO—C(CHAr)—CH2—]n [1: Ar = C6H4C6H13p, 2 : Ar = C6H4C12H25p; I = CH2C(CHAr′)C(CHAr′)CH2C(CHAr′)CH2CH2CHCHAr′]. Molecular weights of the polyketone prepared from (4‐hexylphenyl)allene and CO are similar to the calculated from the monomer to initiator ratios until the molecular weight reaches to 45,000, indicating the living polymerization. Melting points of the polyketones I‐[—CO—C(CHC6H4R‐p)—CH2—]n (n = ca. 100) increase in the order R = C12H25 < C6H13 < C4H9 < CH3 < H. Block and random copolymerization of phenylallene and (4‐alkylphenyl)allene with carbon monoxide gives the new copoly‐ ketones. The polymerization of a mixture of (4‐methylphenyl)allene and smaller amounts of bis(allenyl)benzene under CO afforded the polyketone with a crosslinked structure. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The 6‐aza‐nido‐decaboranes RNB9H11 ( 1a—d ; R = H, Ph, 4‐C6H4Me, 4‐C6H4Cl) act as 1, 2‐hydroboration agents via their 9‐BH vertex, giving products RNB9H10R′. The boranes 1a, b and 3‐hexyne yield the 9‐(1‐ethyl‐1‐butenyl)‐6‐aza‐nido‐decaboranes 2a, b (R′ = CEt = CHEt). 2, 3‐Dimethyl‐2‐butene is hydroborated by 1a—d under formation of the 9‐(1, 1, 2‐trimethylpropyl)‐6‐aza‐nido‐decaboranes 3a—d (R′ = —CMe2 —CHMe2). With the boranes 1a—c and (trimethylsilyl)ethene, a 85:15 mixture of the products (RNB9H10)CH2CH2(SiMe3)( 4a—c ) and their chiral isomers (RNB9H10)CH(SiMe3)CH3 ( 5a—c ) is obtained. The action of BH3(SMe2) on the mixtures 4b/5b or 4c/5c results in a closure of the nido‐NB9 skeleton of 4b or 4c , respectively, with a closo‐NB11 skeleton of the products RNB11H10R′ ( 6b or 6c;R′ = CH2CH2(SiMe3)); R′ is found in position 7 of 6b, c . All products of the type 2—6 are characterised by NMR.  相似文献

Propargyl (HCC CH2) and methyl radicals were produced through the 193‐nm excimer laser photolysis of mixtures of C3H3Cl/He and CH3N2CH3/He, respectively. Gas chromatographic and mass spectrometric (GC/MS) product analyses were employed to characterize and quantify the major reaction products. The rate constants for propargyl radical self‐reactions and propargyl‐methyl cross‐combination reactions were determined through kinetic modeling and comparative rate determination methods. The major products of the propargyl radical combination reaction, at room temperature and total pressure of about 6.7 kPa (50 Torr) consisted of three C6H6 isomers with 1,5‐hexadiyne(CHC CH2 CH2 CCH, about 60%); 1,2‐hexadiene‐5yne (CH2CC CH2 CCH, about 25%); and a third isomer of C6H6 (∼15%), which has not yet been, with certainty, identified as being the major products. The rate constant determination in the propargyl‐methyl mixed radical system yielded a value of (4.0 ± 0.4) × 10−11 cm3 molecule−1 s−1 for propargyl radical combination reactions and a rate constant of (1.5 ± 0.3) × 10−10 cm3 molecule−1 s−1 for propargyl‐methyl cross‐combination reactions. The products of the methyl‐propargyl cross‐combination reactions were two isomers of C4H6, 1‐butyne (about 60%) and 1,2‐butadiene (about 40%). © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Methyl 4‐(4‐fluorophenyl)‐6‐methyl‐2‐oxo‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydropyrimidine‐5‐carboxylate, ( I ), was found to exhibit solvatomorphism. The compound was prepared using a classic Biginelli reaction under mild conditions, without using catalysts and in a solvent‐free environment. Single crystals of two solvatomorphs and one anhydrous form of ( I ) were obtained through various crystallization methods. The anhydrous form, C13H13FN2O3, was found to crystallize in the monoclinic space group C2/c. It showed one molecule in the asymmetric unit. The solvatomorph with included carbon tetrachloride, C13H13FN2O3·0.25CCl4, was found to crystallize in the monoclinic space group P2/n. The asymmetric unit revealed two molecules of ( I ) and one disordered carbon tetrachloride solvent molecule that lies on a twofold axis. A solvatomorph including ethyl acetate, C13H13FN2O3·0.5C4H8O2, was found to crystallize in the triclinic space group P with one molecule of ( I ) and one solvent molecule on an inversion centre in the asymmetric unit. The solvent molecules in the solvatomorphs were found to be disordered, with a unique case of crystallographically induced disorder in ( I ) crystallized with ethyl acetate. Hydrogen‐bonding interactions, for example, N—H…O=C, C—H…O=C, C—H…F and C—H…π, contribute to the crystal packing with the formation of a characteristic dimer through N—H…O=C interactions in all three forms. The solvatomorphs display additional interactions, such as C—F…N and C—Cl…π, which are responsible for their molecular arrangement. The thermal properties of the forms were analysed through differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), hot stage microscopy (HSM) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) experiments.  相似文献

The crystal structures of rare‐earth diaryl‐ or dialkylphosphate derivatives are poorly explored. Crystals of bis[bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)phosphato‐κO ]chloridotetrakis(methanol‐κO )neodymium methanol disolvate, [Nd(C24H34O4P)Cl(CH4O)4]·2CH3OH, (1), and of the lutetium, [Lu(C24H34O4P)Cl(CH4O)4]·2CH3OH, (2), and yttrium, [Y(C24H34O4P)Cl(CH4O)4]·2CH3OH, (3), analogues have been obtained by reactions between lithium bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)phosphate and LnCl3(H2O)6 (in a 2:1 ratio) in methanol. Compounds (1)–(3) crystallize in the C 2/c space group. Their crystal structures are isomorphous. The molecule possesses C 2 symmetry with a twofold crystallographic axis passing through the Ln and Cl atoms. The bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)phosphate ligands all display a κ1O‐monodentate coordination mode. The coordination polyhedron for the metal atom [coordination number (CN) = 7] is a distorted pentagonal bipyramid. Each [Ln{O2P(O‐2,6‐iPr2C6H3)2}2Cl(CH3OH)4] molecular unit exhibits two intramolecular O—H…O hydrogen bonds, forming six‐membered rings, and two intramolecular O—H…Cl interactions, forming four‐membered rings. Intermolecular O—H…O hydrogen bonds connect each unit via four noncoordinating methanol molecules with four other units, forming a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond network. Crystals of bis[bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)phosphato‐κO ]tetrakis(methanol‐κO )(nitrato‐κ2O ,O ′)neodymium methanol disolvate, [Nd(C24H34O4P)(NO3)(CH4O)4]·2CH3OH, (4), have been obtained in an analogous manner from NdCl3(H2O)6. Compound (4) also crystalizes in the C 2/c space group. Its crystal structure is similar to those of (1)–(3). The κ2O ,O ′‐bidentate nitrate anion is disordered over a twofold axis, being located nearly on it. Half of the molecule is crystallographically unique (CNNd = 8). Unlike (1)–(3), complex (4) exhibits disorder of all three methanol molecules, one isopropyl group of the phosphate ligand and the NO3 ligand. The structure of (4) displays intra‐ and intermolecular O—H…O hydrogen bonds similar to those in (1)–(3). Compounds (1)–(4) represent the first reported mononuclear bis[bis(diaryl/dialkyl)phosphate] rare‐earth complexes.  相似文献

The crystal structures of three new solvates of olanzapine [systematic name: 2‐methyl‐4‐(4‐methylpiperazin‐1‐yl)‐10H‐thieno[2,3‐b][1,5]benzodiazepine], namely olanzapine acetic acid monosolvate, C17H20N4S·C2H4O2, (I), olanzapine propan‐2‐ol hemisolvate monohydrate, C17H20N4S·0.5C3H8O·H2O, (II), and olanzapine propan‐2‐one hemisolvate monohydrate, C17H20N4S·0.5C3H6O·H2O, (III), are presented and compared with other known olanzapine forms. There is a fairly close resemblance of the molecular conformation for all studied analogues. The crystal structures are built up through olanzapine dimers, which are characterized via C—H...π interactions between the aliphatic fragment (1‐methylpiperazin‐4‐yl) and the aromatic fragment (benzene system). All solvent (guest) molecules participate in hydrogen‐bonding networks. The crystal packing is sustained via intermolecular Nhost—H...Oguest, Oguest—H...Nhost, Oguest—H...Oguest and Chost—H...Oguest hydrogen bonds. It should be noted that the solvent propan‐2‐ol in (II) and propan‐2‐one in (III) show orientational disorder. The propan‐2‐ol molecule lies close to a twofold axis, while the propan‐2‐one molecule resides strictly on a twofold axis through the carbonyl C atom. In both cases, the water molecules present positional disorder of the H atoms.  相似文献

2‐{1‐[(4‐Chloroanilino)methylidene]ethyl}pyridinium chloride methanol solvate, C13H13ClN3+·Cl·CH3OH, (I), crystallizes as discrete cations and anions, with one molecule of methanol as solvent in the asymmetric unit. The N—C—C—N torsion angle in the cation indicates a cis conformation. The cations are located parallel to the (02) plane and are connected through hydrogen bonds by a methanol solvent molecule and a chloride anion, forming zigzag chains in the direction of the b axis. The crystal structure of 2‐{1‐[(4‐fluoroanilino)methylidene]ethyl}pyridinium chloride, C13H13FN3+·Cl, (II), contains just one anion and one cation in the asymmetric unit but no solvent. In contrast with (I), the N—C—C—N torsion angle in the cation corresponds with a trans conformation. The cations are located parallel to the (100) plane and are connected by hydrogen bonds to the chloride anions, forming zigzag chains in the direction of the b axis. In addition, the crystal packing is stabilized by weak π–π interactions between the pyridinium and benzene rings. The crystal of (II) is a nonmerohedral monoclinic twin which emulates an orthorhombic diffraction pattern. Twinning occurs via a twofold rotation about the c axis and the fractional contribution of the minor twin component refined to 0.324 (3). 2‐{1‐[(4‐Fluoroanilino)methylidene]ethyl}pyridinium chloride methanol disolvate, C13H13FN3+·Cl·2CH3OH, (III), is a pseudopolymorph of (II). It crystallizes with two anions, two cations and four molecules of methanol in the asymmetric unit. Two symmetry‐equivalent cations are connected by hydrogen bonds to a chloride anion and a methanol solvent molecule, forming a centrosymmetric dimer. A further methanol molecule is hydrogen bonded to each chloride anion. These aggregates are connected by C—H...O contacts to form infinite chains. It is remarkable that the geometric structures of two compounds having two different formula units in their asymmetric units are essentially the same.  相似文献

The polyfluorinated title compounds, [M Cl2(C16H16F4N2O2)] or [4,4′‐(HCF2CH2OCH2)2‐2,2′‐bpy]M Cl2 [M = Pd, ( 1 ), and M = Pt, ( 2 )], have –C(Hα)2OC(Hβ)2CF2H side chains with H‐atom donors at the α and β sites. The structures of ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) are isomorphous, with the nearly planar (bpy)M Cl2 molecules stacked in columns. Within one column, π‐dimer pairs alternate between a π‐dimer pair reinforced with C—H…Cl hydrogen bonds (α,α) and a π‐dimer pair reinforced with C—Hβ…F(—C) interactions (abbreviated as C—Hβ…F—C,C—Hβ…F—C). The compounds [4,4′‐(CF3CH2OCH2)2‐2,2′‐bpy]M Cl2 [M = Pd, ( 3 ), and M = Pt, ( 4 )] have been reported to be isomorphous [Lu et al. (2012). J. Fluorine Chem. 137 , 54–56], yet with disorder in the fluorous regions. The molecules of ( 3 ) [or ( 4 )] also form similar stacks, but with alternating π‐dimer pairs between the (α,β; α,β) and (β,β) forms. Through (C—)H…Cl hydrogen‐bond interactions, one molecule of ( 1 ) [or ( 2 )] is expanded into an aggregate of two inversion‐related π‐dimer pairs, one pair in the (α,α) form and the other pair in the (C—Hβ…F—C,C—Hβ…F—C) form, with the plane normals making an interplanar angle of 58.24 (3)°. Due to the demands of maintaining a high coordination number around the metal‐bound Cl atoms in molecule ( 1 ) [or ( 2 )], the ponytails of molecule ( 1 ) [or ( 2 )] bend outward; in contrast, the ponytails of molecule ( 3 ) [or ( 4 )] bend inward.  相似文献

Crystals of bis(2‐ethyl‐3‐hydroxy‐6‐methylpyridinium) succinate–succinic acid (1/1), C8H12NO+·0.5C4H4O42−·0.5C4H6O4, (I), and 2‐ethyl‐3‐hydroxy‐6‐methylpyridinium hydrogen succinate, C8H12NO+·C4H5O4, (II), were obtained by reaction of 2‐ethyl‐6‐methylpyridin‐3‐ol with succinic acid. The succinate anion and succinic acid molecule in (I) are located about centres of inversion. Intermolecular O—H...O, N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds are responsible for the formation of a three‐dimensional network in the crystal structure of (I) and a two‐dimensional network in the crystal structure of (II). Both structures are additionally stabilized by π–π interactions between symmetry‐related pyridine rings, forming a rod‐like cationic arrangement for (I) and cationic dimers for (II).  相似文献

Dicarbon (C2), the simplest bare carbon molecule, is ubiquitous in the interstellar medium and in combustion flames. A gas‐phase synthesis is presented of the benzyl radical (C6H5CH2) by the crossed molecular beam reaction of dicarbon, C2(X1Σg+, a3Πu), with 2‐methyl‐1,3‐butadiene (isoprene; C5H8; X1A′) accessing the triplet and singlet C7H8 potential energy surfaces (PESs) under single collision conditions. The experimental data combined with ab initio and statistical calculations reveal the underlying reaction mechanism and chemical dynamics. On the singlet and triplet surfaces, the reactions involve indirect scattering dynamics and are initiated by the barrierless addition of dicarbon to the carbon–carbon double bond of the 2‐methyl‐1,3‐butadiene molecule. These initial addition complexes rearrange via multiple isomerization steps, leading eventually to the formation of C7H7 radical species through atomic hydrogen elimination. The benzyl radical (C6H5CH2), the thermodynamically most stable C7H7 isomer, is determined as the major product.  相似文献

The X‐ray structure analysis of the unexpected product of the reaction between 4‐(4‐methylphenyl)but‐3‐en‐2‐one and aminoguanidine revealed the title compound, C12H17N4+·C2H3O2?·0.5C3H6O, consisting of a protonated amidine moiety joined to a substituted pyrazoline ring at the N1 atom. The amidine group is protonated and the positive charge is delocalized over the three C—N bonds in a similar manner to that found in guanidinium salts. The amidinium moiety of the cation is linked to the acetate anions through four N—H?O hydrogen bonds, with N?O distances of 2.749 (4), 2.848 (4), 2.904 (4) and 2.911 (4) Å. The pyrazoline ring adopts a flattened envelope conformation and the substituted phenyl ring is oriented perpendicular to the attached heterocycle. The acetone solvate molecule lies across a twofold rotation axis.  相似文献

The title compound, 7‐[(Ph2P)Au(PPh3)]‐8‐(CH3)‐7,8‐nido‐C2B9H10]·0.5CH2Cl2 or [Au(C15H23B9P)(C18H15P)]·0.5CH2Cl2, is the first reported gold derivative of the ligand [7‐(Ph2P)‐8‐(CH3)‐7,8‐nido‐C2B9H10]?. It has a mononuclear structure with the gold centre in an essentially linear coordination [P—Au—P 174.041 (15)°]. The open C2B3 face contains one H atom that is strongly bonded to the central B atom and semi‐bridging to a neighbouring B atom [B—H distances 1.070 (16) and 1.45 (3) Å].  相似文献

The stepwise reaction of Me2SiCl2 with K[C5H3 tBuMe‐3] or Li[C9H7] and then with K[C9H6CH2CH2‐ NMe2‐1] followed by double deprotonation with NaH or LiBu, yields the two dimethylsilicon bridged cyclopentadienyl‐indenyl and indenyl‐indenyl donor‐functionalized ligand systems K2[(C5H2 tBu‐3‐Me‐5)SiMe2(1‐C9H5CH2CH2NMe2‐3)] ( 1 ), and Li2[(1‐C9H6)SiMe2(1‐C9H5CH2CH2NMe2‐3)] ( 2 ), respectively. Treatment of 1 with YCl3(THF)3, SmCl3(THF)1.77, TmI3(DME)3, and LuCl3(THF)3 gives the mixed ansa‐metallocenes [(C5H2 tBu‐3‐Me‐5)SiMe2(1‐C9H5CH2CH2NMe2‐3)]LnX (X = Cl, Ln = Y ( 3 ), Sm ( 4 ), Lu ( 5 ); X = I, Ln = Tm ( 6 )), respectively. The reaction of 2 with LuCl3(THF)3 yields [(1‐C9H6)SiMe2(1‐C9H5CH2CH2NMe2‐3)]LuCl ( 7 ). Compound 4 reacts with LiMe to give the corresponding alkyl derivative [(C5H2 tBu‐3‐Me‐5)SiMe2(1‐C9H5CH2CH2NMe2‐3)]Sm(CH3) ( 8 ). The new complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, MS spectrometry, and NMR spectroscopy. The molecular structures of 5 and 6 were determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

The title compound, C6H9N2O2+·Cl·C6H8N2O2·H2O, contains one 2‐(3‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐3‐ium‐1‐yl)acetate inner salt molecule, one 1‐carboxymethyl‐3‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐3‐ium cation, one chloride ion and one water molecule. In the extended structure, chloride anions and water molecules are linked via O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds, forming an infinite one‐dimensional chain. The chloride anions are also linked by two weak C—H...Cl interactions to neighbouring methylene groups and imidazole rings. Two imidazolium moieties form a homoconjugated cation through a strong and asymmetric O—H...O hydrogen bond of 2.472 (2) Å. The IR spectrum shows a continuous D‐type absorption in the region below 1300 cm−1 and is different to that of 1‐carboxymethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium chloride [Xuan, Wang & Xue (2012). Spectrochim. Acta Part A, 96 , 436–443].  相似文献

Some new N‐4‐Fluorobenzoyl phosphoric triamides with formula 4‐F‐C6H4C(O)N(H)P(O)X2, X = NH‐C(CH3)3 ( 1 ), NH‐CH2‐CH=CH2 ( 2 ), NH‐CH2C6H5 ( 3 ), N(CH3)(C6H5) ( 4 ), NH‐CH(CH3)(C6H5) ( 5 ) were synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, IR and Mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The structures of compounds 1 , 3 and 4 were investigated by X‐ray crystallography. The P=O and C=O bonds in these compounds are anti. Compounds 1 and 3 form one dimensional polymeric chain produced by intra‐ and intermolecular ‐P=O···H‐N‐ hydrogen bonds. Compound 4 forms only a centrosymmetric dimer in the crystalline lattice via two equal ‐P=O···H‐N‐ hydrogen bonds. 1H and 13C NMR spectra show two series of signals for the two amine groups in compound 1 . This is also observed for the two α‐methylbenzylamine groups in 5 due to the presence of chiral carbon atom in molecule. 13C NMR spectrum of compound 4 shows that 2J(P,Caliphatic) coupling constant for CH2 group is greater than for CH3 in agreement with our previous study. Mass spectra of compounds 1 ‐ 3 (containing 4‐F‐C6H4C(O)N(H)P(O) moiety) indicate the fragments of amidophosphoric acid and 4‐F‐C6H4CN+ that formed in a pseudo McLafferty rearrangement pathway. Also, the fragments of aliphatic amines have high intensity in mass spectra.  相似文献

The structures of the anhydrous 1:1 proton‐transfer compounds of the dye precursor aniline yellow [4‐(phenyldiazenyl)aniline], namely isomeric 4‐(phenyldiazenyl)anilinium 2‐carboxy‐6‐nitrobenzoate, C12H12N3+·C8H4NO6, (I), and 4‐(phenyldiazenyl)anilinium 2‐carboxy‐4‐nitrobenzoate, C12H12N3+·C8H4NO6, (II), and 4‐(phenyldiazenyl)anilinium 3‐carboxy‐5‐nitrobenzoate monohydrate, C12H12N3+·C8H4NO6·H2O, (III), have been determined at 130 K. In (I) the cation has longitudinal rotational disorder. All three compounds have substructures comprising backbones formed through strong head‐to‐tail carboxyl–carboxylate hydrogen‐bond interactions [graph set C(7) in (I) and (II), and C(8) in (III)]. Two‐dimensional sheet structures are formed in all three compounds by the incorporation of the 4‐(phenyldiazenyl)anilinium cations into the substructures, including, in the cases of (I) and (II), infinite H—N—H to carboxylate O—C—O group interactions [graph set C(6)], and in the case of (III), bridging through the water molecule of solvation. The peripheral alternating aromatic ring residues of both cations and anions give only weakly π‐interactive step features which lie between the sheets.  相似文献

In the crystal structures of both title compounds, [1,3‐bis(2‐hydroxybenzylidene)‐2‐methyl‐2‐(2‐oxidobenzylideneaminomethyl)propane‐1,3‐diamine]nickel(II) [2‐(2‐hydroxybenzylideneaminomethyl)‐2‐methyl‐1,3‐bis(2‐oxidobenzylidene)propane‐1,3‐diamine]nickel(II) chloride methanol disolvate, [Ni(C26H25.5N3O3)]2Cl·2CH4O, and [1,3‐bis(2‐hydroxybenzylidene)‐2‐methyl‐2‐(2‐oxidobenzylideneaminomethyl)propane‐1,3‐diamine]zinc(II) perchlorate [2‐(2‐hydroxybenzylideneaminomethyl)‐2‐methyl‐1,3‐bis(2‐oxidobenzylidene)propane‐1,3‐diamine]zinc(II) methanol trisolvate, [Zn(C26H25N3O3)]ClO4·[Zn(C26H26N3O3)]·3CH4O, the 3d metal ion is in an approximately octahedral environment composed of three facially coordinated imine N atoms and three phenol O atoms. The two mononuclear units are linked by three phenol–phenolate O—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a dimeric structure. In the Ni compound, the asymmetric unit consists of one mononuclear unit, one‐half of a chloride anion and a methanol solvent molecule. In the O—H...O hydrogen bonds, two H atoms are located near the centre of O...O and one H atom is disordered over two positions. The NiII compound is thus formulated as [Ni(H1.5L)]2Cl·2CH3OH [H3L is 1,3‐bis(2‐hydroxybenzylidene)‐2‐(2‐hydroxybenzylideneaminomethyl)‐2‐methylpropane‐1,3‐diamine]. In the analogous ZnII compound, the asymmetric unit consists of two crystallographically independent mononuclear units, one perchlorate anion and three methanol solvent molecules. The mode of hydrogen bonding connecting the two mononuclear units is slightly different, and the formula can be written as [Zn(H2L)]ClO4·[Zn(HL)]·3CH3OH. In both compounds, each mononuclear unit is chiral with either a Δ or a Λ configuration because of the screw coordination arrangement of the achiral tripodal ligand around the 3d metal ion. In the dimeric structure, molecules with Δ–Δ and Λ–Λ pairs co‐exist in the crystal structure to form a racemic crystal. A notable difference is observed between the M—O(phenol) and M—O(phenolate) bond lengths, the former being longer than the latter. In addition, as the ionic radius of the metal ion decreases, the M—O and M—N bond distances decrease.  相似文献

Podand‐type ligands are an interesting class of acyclic ligands which can form host–guest complexes with many transition metals and can undergo conformational changes. Organic phosphates are components of many biological molecules. A new route for the synthesis of phosphate esters with a retained six‐membered ring has been used to prepare 2,2′‐[benzene‐1,2‐diylbis(oxy)]bis(5,5‐dimethyl‐1,3,2‐dioxaphosphinane) 2,2′‐dioxide, C6H4{O[cyclo‐P(O)OCH2CMe2CH2O]}2 or C16H24O8P2, (1), 2‐[(2′‐hydroxybiphenyl‐2‐yl)oxy]‐5,5‐dimethyl‐1,3,2‐dioxaphosphinane 2‐oxide, [cyclo‐P(O)OCH2CMe2CH2O](2,2′‐OC6H4–C6H4OH), (2), and oxybis(5,5‐dimethyl‐1,3,2‐dioxaphosphinane) 2,2′‐dioxide, O[cyclo‐P(O)OCH2CMe2CH2O]2, (3). Compound (1) is novel, whereas the results for compounds (2) and (3) have been reported previously, but we record here our results for compound (3), which we find are more precise and accurate than those currently reported in the literature. In (1), two cyclo‐P(O)OCH2CMe2CH2O groups are linked through a catechol group. The conformations about the two catechol O atoms are quite different, viz. one C—C—O—P torsion angle is −169.11 (11)° and indicates a trans arrangement, whereas the other C—C—O—P torsion angle is 92.48 (16)°, showing a gauche conformation. Both six‐membered POCCCO rings have good chair‐shape conformations. In both the trans and gauche conformations, the catechol O atoms are in the axial sites and the short P=O bonds are equatorially bound.  相似文献

3‐tert‐Butyl‐7‐(4‐chlorobenzyl)‐4′,4′‐dimethyl‐1‐phenyl‐4,5,6,7‐tetrahydro‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐spiro‐1′‐cyclohexane‐2′,6′‐dione ethanol hemisolvate, C30H34ClN3O2·0.5C2H6O, (I), its 7‐(4‐bromobenzyl)‐ analogue, C30H34BrN3O2·0.5C2H6O, (II), and its 7‐(4‐methylbenzyl)‐ analogue, C31H37N3O2·0.5C2H6O, (III), are isomorphous, with the ethanol component disordered across a twofold rotation axis in the space group C2/c. In the corresponding 7‐[4‐(trifluoromethyl)benzyl]‐ compound, C31H34F3N3O2·0.5C2H6O, (IV), the ethanol component is disordered across a centre of inversion in the space group P. In each of (I)–(IV), the reduced pyridine ring adopts a half‐chair conformation. The heterocyclic components in (I)–(III) are linked into centrosymmetric dimers by a single C—H...π interaction, with the half‐occupancy ethanol component linked to the dimer by a combination of C—H...O and O—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds. The heterocyclic molecules in (IV) are linked into chains of centrosymmetric rings by C—H...O and C—H...π hydrogen bonds, again with the half‐occupancy ethanol component pendent from the chain. The significance of this study lies in the isomorphism of the related derivatives (I)–(III), in the stoichiometric hemisolvation by ethanol, where the disordered solvent molecule is linked to the heterocyclic component by a two‐point linkage, and in the differences between the crystal structures of (I)–(III) and that of (IV).  相似文献

The structures of the 1:1 proton‐transfer compounds of 4,5‐dichlorophthalic acid with 8‐hydroxyquinoline, 8‐aminoquinoline and quinoline‐2‐carboxylic acid (quinaldic acid), namely anhydrous 8‐hydroxyquinolinium 2‐carboxy‐4,5‐dichlorobenzoate, C9H8NO+·C8H3Cl2O4, (I), 8‐aminoquinolinium 2‐carboxy‐4,5‐dichlorobenzoate, C9H9N2+·C8H3Cl2O4, (II), and the adduct hydrate 2‐carboxyquinolinium 2‐carboxy‐4,5‐dichlorobenzoate quinolinium‐2‐carboxylate monohydrate, C10H8NO2+·C8H3Cl2O4·C10H7NO2·H2O, (III), have been determined at 130 K. Compounds (I) and (II) are isomorphous and all three compounds have one‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded chain structures, formed in (I) through O—H...Ocarboxyl extensions and in (II) through N+—H...Ocarboxyl extensions of cation–anion pairs. In (III), a hydrogen‐bonded cyclic R22(10) pseudo‐dimer unit comprising a protonated quinaldic acid cation and a zwitterionic quinaldic acid adduct molecule is found and is propagated through carboxylic acid O—H...Ocarboxyl and water O—H...Ocarboxyl interactions. In both (I) and (II), there are also cation–anion aromatic ring π–π associations. This work further illustrates the utility of both hydrogen phthalate anions and interactive‐group‐substituted quinoline cations in the formation of low‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded structures.  相似文献
