A novel multiwall carbon nanotube-chitosan modified electrode has been prepared. The modified electrode resolves the overlapping voltammetric response of dopamine and ascorbic acid into two well-defined peak by 212 mV. The mechanism of discrimination of dopamine from ascorbic acid is discussed. Dopamine can be determined selectively with the carbon nanotube-chitosan modified electrode. A novel chemically modified electrode is prepared on the basis of the attachment of multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) to the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) in the presence of a hydrophobic surfactant. The electrochemical behavior of tannins at the MWNTs-modified GCE is investigated. Tannins yield a well-defined oxidation at about 0.30 V (SCE) at the MWNTs-modified GCE. MWNT-film shows remarkable enhancement effect on the oxidation peak current of tannins. The experimental parameters are optimized, and a direct electrochemical method to detect tannins is proposed. The oxidation peak current is proportional to the concentration of tannins over the range from 4 × 10–7 to 2 × 10–4 M, and the detection limit is 1 × 10–7 mol/l after 5 min of accumulation. The relative standard deviation of 6% for determination of 2 × 10–6 mol/l tannins indicates excellent reproducibility. The analysis method is demonstrated by using tea and Chinese gall samples. 相似文献

The nickel tetrasulfonated phthalocyanine (NiTsPc) functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) nanocomposite was prepared by a simple sonochemical method. Here, NiTsPc served as a dispersing agent for MWCNT via π? π interaction between MWCNT and NiTsPc. The activated glassy carbon electrode (AGCE) modified with MWCNT‐NiTsPc composite exhibited a good electrocatalytic ability toward dopamine and displayed a good linear dependence in the concentration range of 20 nM–1.384 mM with a sensitivity of 0.17 µA µM?1 cm?2. 报道了一种测定肾上腺素的化学修饰电极和电化学分析方法。与裸金电极相比,刚果红改性的多壁碳纳米管修饰金电极可显著提高肾上腺素的氧化峰电流。实验优化了底液、pH值、修饰剂量、富集电位和富集时间等条件,建立了一种直接测定肾上腺素的高灵敏的电化学分析方法。该方法测定肾上腺素的线性范围为4.0×10-7~2.0×10-4mol.L-1;富集30 s后的检出限为8.5×10-8mol.L-1;对2.0×10-5mol.L-1的肾上腺素平行测定10次的相对标准偏差为4.9%。此方法已成功用于盐酸肾上腺素注射液中含量的测定。 相似文献

以分子线二苯乙炔为修饰剂和粘合剂制备了一种新型的碳糊电极-碳分子线电极(CMWE),并以其为基底电极采用电化学还原法将石墨烯(GR)沉积到CMWE表面得到电沉积石墨烯修饰碳分子线电极(GR/CMWE)。考察了多巴胺(DA)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。实验结果显示DA在GR/CMWE上出现了1对峰形良好的氧化还原峰,与裸电极相比,该氧化还原峰的电流增大,峰电位差减小,表明修饰电极对DA的电化学反应有催化作用。在最佳实验条件下峰电流与DA浓度在8.0×10-7~2.0×10-3mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限(3σ)为2.55×10-7mol/L。将该电极用于多巴胺注射液样品的检测,结果满意。 相似文献

制备了胆碱(Ch)共价键植的碳纤维电极(Ch/CFE),进而吸附涂敷一薄层Nafion膜得到了Nafion/Ch/CFE。以循环伏安(CV)法和差分脉冲伏安(DPV)法研究了该电极上多巴胺(DA)的电化学响应。使用DPV法,该电极能良好抵抗代谢产物3,4-二羟苯乙酸(DOPAC)和抗坏血酸(AA)的干扰而选择性测量DA。在1.0 mmol/L AA存在下,使用5 mm长Nafion/Ch/CFE测定DA,检出限(S/N=3)为0.1μmol/L;线性范围为0.4~16μmol/L。该电极适于活体监测。将该电极插入小白鼠大脑纹状体内,实时监测了神经递质DA的浓度及其变化,观察到DA水平由静脉注射药物左旋多巴(L-DOPA)后随时间的响应,并发现针刺激对应于中医"风府穴"的头部皮下组织可引起脑内DA的即时性脉冲释放。 相似文献

根据鸟嘌呤在短单壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(S-SWCNT/GCE)上发生的电催化氧化特性,及其氧化电位对支持电解质溶液的pH值具有灵敏的响应,制备了以鸟嘌呤为指示剂的固体电位型pH传感器。在优化各种影响因素后,其电位在pH2.0~12.0范围内具有线性响应,回归方程为Epa(V)=-0.0497pH 0.8931。该传感器制备简单,使用方便,响应时间<20 s。在pH响应范围内待测液中离子强度对测定没有影响。酸碱滴定终点具有明显的突跃。对Na 、K 和Ca2 的选择性系数小。已成功地应用于实际样品的测定。 相似文献

Electrochemical Study and Selective Determination of Dopamine at a Multi-Wall Carbon Nanotube-Nafion Film Coated Glassy Carbon Electrode 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
A homogeneous and stable suspension of multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNT) was achieved by dispersing MWNT into 0.1% Nafion ethanol solution. A uniform MWNT-Nafion cast film was obtained over a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) via solvent evaporation. The electrochemical behavior of dopamine (DA) was examined, and a reversible two-electron redox reaction was observed. In comparison with the bare GCE and the Nafion-modified GCE, the MWNT-Nafion modified GCE shows obvious electrocatalytic activity towards DA. Moreover, the MWNT-Nafion film coated electrode exhibits excellent selectivity towards DA even in the presence of high concentrations of ascorbic acid (AA) and uric acid (UA). The oxidation peak current was proportional to the concentration of DA over the range of 1×10–8 to 1×10–5molL–1, and a detection limit of 2.5×10–9molL–1 was obtained after 2min. of open-circuit accumulation. 多金属氧酸盐作为一类阴离子簇合物,由于其结构的多样性和尺寸大小的可调变性,在电化学、催化和药学等领域引起了人们的广泛关注.本文制备了多酸Co(C15N6H12)2[PW12O38]·5H2O(Co[PW12O38])修饰碳糊电极并通过电化学阻抗谱、循环伏安法以及差分脉冲伏安法对多巴胺的传感性能进行了研究.对其制备条件和检测条件分别进行了优化.在优化条件下,制备的传感器对多巴胺具有良好的选择性和灵敏度的检测能力.多巴胺的线性响应范围为8.0x10-6 mol·L-1至3x10-5 mol·L-1,灵敏度为0.039 μA·(μmol·L-1)-1,检出限(S/N=3)为5.4 x10-6 mol·L-1. 制备的多酸修饰碳糊电极用于检测多巴胺表现出良好的稳定性和重现性,并且对抗坏血酸、尿酸等常见的干扰物质,具有良好的抗干扰性. 多酸修饰的碳糊电极制备过程简单方便,成本低,传感性能良好,对应用于电化学传感器检测多巴胺具备潜在的应用前景. 相似文献

用电化学聚合法制备了聚氨基黑10B/Nafion修饰电极,利用循环伏安法研究了多巴胺在此修饰电极上的电化学行为.在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH 6.0)中,多巴胺在修饰电极上呈现可逆的氧化还原峰.其峰电位都随pH值的增加而负移.多巴胺氧化还原峰电流与其浓度在0.2~30 μmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系;检出限为1.0×10~7 mol/L.实验结果表明:本修饰电极具有良好的重现性、稳定性和较强的抗干扰能力.将此修饰电极用于多巴胺注射液和小牛血清中多巴胺的检测,结果令人满意. 相似文献

研究了多壁纳米碳管修饰电极的制备及其对对苯二酚的电催化作用。讨论了支持电解质种类、酸度、修饰层厚度和扫速等因素对对苯二酚伏安响应的影响 ,获得了较为优化的实验条件。在 0 .1mol/L磷酸盐 (pH 6 .0 )缓冲溶液中 ,采用示差脉冲伏安法测定对苯二酚 ,其浓度在 5 .0× 1 0 -6~ 1 .1× 1 0 -3 mol/L范围内与其氧化峰电流呈良好的线性关系 ,检出限达 2 .7× 1 0 -6mol/L。共存的多种金属离子、抗坏血酸及等量的苯酚、邻苯二酚等不干扰测定。该电极用于模拟废水样中对苯二酚的测定 ,结果令人满意 相似文献

多巴胺在聚亚甲基蓝/石墨烯修饰电极上的电化学行为研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
利用电聚合方法在石墨烯修饰的玻碳电极表面制备了聚亚甲基蓝/石墨烯修饰电极(PMB/GH/GCE)。采用循环伏安法(CV)和差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)研究了多巴胺(DA)和抗坏血酸(AA)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。在pH 6.9的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,DA和AA分别在0.208 V和-0.108 V处产生灵敏的氧化峰,与其在聚亚甲基蓝和石墨烯单层修饰电极上的电化学行为相比,两者的峰电流明显增加,峰电位差达316 mV。研究表明,电聚合方法使亚甲基蓝牢固地非共价修饰到石墨烯上,并产生协同增效作用,较好地提高了电极的灵敏度和分子识别性能,有利于在大量AA存在下实现对DA的选择性测定。在1.00×10-3mol/L AA的存在下,DA的差分脉冲伏安法峰电流与其浓度在1.00×10-7~5.00×10-3mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限达1.00×10-8mol/L。将该方法用于盐酸多巴胺注射液的测定,结果满意。 相似文献

A novel perylenediimide derivative, N,N′-bis(4-{2-[2-(2-methoxyethoxy ethoxy]ethoxy}phenyl)-3,4:9,10-perylene tetracarboxydiimide, was utilized for the modification of a carbon paste electrode to develop a practical and sensitive electrochemical sensor for dopamine detection. The effects of experimental parameters (modifier amount, pH, and scan rate) on the dopamine peak current were examined. The performance of the modified carbon paste electrode was evaluated under optimum conditions and 4.6-fold increase in the peak current was obtained compared to an unmodified carbon paste electrode. The linear range was between 1 and 100?µM dopamine and the limits of detection and quantification were 0.011 and 0.036?µM, respectively. The developed sensor was also applied for the quantitative determination of dopamine in injections and promising results were obtained. 相似文献

研究了芦丁和抗坏血酸在碳纳米管与聚电解质复合材料修饰电极(PDDA/SWCNTs/GC)上的电化学行为.循环伏安测试结果表明,在该修饰电极上芦丁的电子传递反应受吸附控制.在碳纳米管和PDDA的共同作用下,芦丁和抗坏血酸的氧化峰电位分离大于200 mV.利用微分脉冲伏安法测定了不同浓度芦丁的电流响应,线性范围为2.5~110μmol.L-1,检出限0.5μmol.L-1.即使抗坏血酸浓度较高时,氧化峰电流与芦丁的浓度仍然呈良好的线性关系.该修饰电极制作简便,可应用于药物中芦丁含量的直接检测. 相似文献

在N,N-二环已基碳酰亚胺(DCC)存在介质下,通过酰氨键使羧基化的多壁碳纳米管(MCNTs)与L-半胱氨酸(L-Cys)缩合,功能化的MCNTs通过S Au键自组装(SAM s)到金电极表面,制备了修饰电极(MCNTs-L-Cys-Au/SAM s-CME),并对电极的表面结构进行电化学表征。研究表明,该修饰电极对对乙酰氨基酚的电化学氧化具有明显的催化作用。同时,对其催化氧化的机理进行了初步探讨。将此修饰电极用于流动注射不可逆双安培(FI-IB)体系的构建,即利用对乙酰氨基酚在MCNTs-L-Cys-Au/SAM s-CME上的氧化和KMnO4在另一支铂电极上的还原构建了双安培检测体系,成功的建立了在外加电压为0 V条件下流动注射双安培法直接测定对乙酰氨基酚的新方法。在0 V外加电压下,在0.05 mol/L硫酸载液中,该氧化峰峰电流与对乙酰氨基酚浓度在2.0×10-6~2.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,其线性回归方程为i(nA)=8.21×107C 200(r=0.9984,n=9);在2.0×10-4~1.0×10-3mol/L范围内呈线性关系,其线性回归方程为i(nA)=2.30×107C 104(r=0.9938,n=4),方法检出限为1.0×10-6mol/L(S/N=3);连续测定1.00×10-4mol/L对乙酰氨基酚标准溶液20次,电流值RSD为2.7%,进样频率为90样/h。该方法具有较高的选择性和灵敏度。对乙酰氨基酚片中的对乙酰氨基酚的含量的测定,结果比较满意。 相似文献

以双功能化试剂鞣酸一步还原法制备了鞣酸功能化的石墨烯纳米材料(TA-G)。鞣酸不仅起到还原剂的作用,还用作功能化试剂包裹石墨烯纳米片。将所制备的TA-G用于构建芦丁电化学传感器,可实现电化学信号放大并获得较好的检测灵敏度。电极反应动力学结果表明,芦丁在该修饰电极的电化学行为受表面准可逆过程控制。优化后的实验条件为p H 3.0,TA-G(1.0μg/m L)的电极修饰量为8μL,扫速为100m V/s,富集圈数为100圈。在优化条件下,芦丁的还原峰电流在1.0×10-8~1.0×10-5mol·L-1浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)为6.0×10-9mol/L。该传感器具有较高的稳定性、选择性和特异性,可实现实际样品中芦丁的灵敏检测,从而拓宽了石墨烯的应用领域并为药物的快速检测提供了新思路。 相似文献
