A novel polyoxometalate [Ni(bpy)3]2[W4V2O19] (Ni2V2W4) has been synthesized by the hydrothermal method and the structure determined by X‐ray crystallography. Ni2V2W4 crystallizes in a trigonal system with space group R ‐3c (a = 15.8984 (5) Å, b = 15.8984 (5) Å, c = 43.855 (3) Å). In the structure of the compound, terminal and bridging oxygen atoms are bond to the metal centers by σ or π bonds. The W6+ and V5+ ions in isopolyanion [W4V2O19]4‐ statistically distribute over the six metal centers. Using cathodic adsorptive voltammetric method with a carbon paste electrode, the redox property and the electron transferring process were studied. The results show that electrochemical behavior about W(VI) and V(V) atoms give one‐electron, three‐electron and two‐electron reduction waves. Three successive oxidation waves are observed too. Single‐crystals of the layered copper hydroxide acetate Cu2(OH)3(CH3COO)·H2O were synthesized by heating copper acetate solution at 60 °C. The standard synthesis of the title compound based on slow titration of copper acetate solution with NaOH yielded materials with worse morphology and an additional phase present. The obtained products were characterized with powder X‐ray diffraction, high temperature powder X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy. The crystal structure was determined from single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction data, collected both at 120 K and at 293 K. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic botallackite‐type layered structure, space group P 21, with the lattice parameters a = 5.5776(3) Å, b = 6.0733(2) Å, c = 18.5134(8) Å, β = 91.802(4)° and a = 5.5875(4)Å, b = 6.0987(4) Å, c = 18.6801(10)Å, β = 91.934(5)° for 120 K and for 293 K, respectively. Acetate groups and water molecules are interlayered between corrugated sheets of edge‐sharing CuO6 octahedra exhibiting strong distortion resulted from the Jahn‐Teller effect. One metalorganic complex [K(cis‐syn‐cis‐ dicyclohexyl‐18‐crown‐6)]2[Cu(mnt)2] (mnt = maleonitriledithiolate) has been obtained by the reaction of dicyclohexyl‐18‐crown‐6 with K2mnt and CuCl2·2H2O. The title complex has been characterized by elementary analysis, FT‐IR, UV‐Vis spectroscopy and x‐ray single crystal diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with crystallographic data: a = 10.870(6) Å, b = 11.536(6) Å, c = 12.904(7) Å, α = 101.541(10)°, β = 110.573(9)°, γ = 99.441(9)°, V = 1435.2(13) Å3, Z = 1, Dcalcd = 1.350 g/cm3, F(000) = 615, R1 = 0.0641, wR2 = 0.1475. It displays one‐dimensional chain‐like structure formed by [K(cis‐syn‐cis‐ dicyclohexyl‐18‐crown‐6)]+ complex cations and [Cu(mnt)2]2‐ complex anions through N‐K‐N interactions. The structure of the title complexes [Cu(AFO)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2.2(AFO).2H2O (AFO = 4,5‐Diazafluoren‐9‐one)has been established by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P‐1 with cell constants a = 7.659(3) Å, b = 11.066(3) Å, c = 14.203(5) Å, alpha = 75.16(3)°, β = 79.87(3)°, gamma = 85.71(3)°, Z = 1. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R1 = 0.0595 (wR2 = 0.1164). The X‐ray analysis reveals that a pair of AFO ligands chelate to a Cu(II) atom in an asymmetric fashion with one Cu‐N bond being much longer than the other, the Cu(II) atom is further coordinated by a pair of aqua ligands to form an elongated octahedral geometry. In the crystal of the complex, the mononuclear complex cations [Cu(AFO)2(H2O)2]2+, uncoordinated AFO molecules, lattice water molecules and perchlorate anions are assembled into 3‐D structure via hydrogen bonds and π‐π stacking interaction.  相似文献

A polymeric silver(I) complex of (carboxymethyl‐amino)‐acetic acid (H2bea) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, which features a very interesting structure. The complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic crystal system, space group Pbca, with cell constants a = 7.050(3) Å, b = 9.649(7) Å, c = 19.65(2) Å, Z = 4. The structure was solved and refined to R = 0.0599 (wR = 0.1710). In the structure of this polymer, there are μ‐carboxylate‐bridged Ag(I) dimeric structural subunits, which are interlinked by bea2‐ ligands and the interaction between adjacent silver ions into an overall covalent three‐dimensional framework.  相似文献

The crystal structure of 2‐cyano‐3‐(2‐thienyl)prop‐2‐enethioamide (C8H6N2S2), a propanethioamide derivative was solved from high resolution laboratory X‐ray powder diffraction data collected at ambient conditions. Structure determination was performed by means of the global optimization method of simulated annealing at a resolution of 1.5 Å. Rietveld refinement yielded an RWP value of 4.02% (P21/a, a = 15.8174(2) Å, b = 5.6502(1) Å, c = 11.0952(1) Å, β = 116.9923(7)°, V = 883.6(5) Å3, Z = 4). Two new isostructural open‐framework zeotype transition metal borophosphate compounds, (H)0.5M1.25(H2O)1.5[BP2O8]·H2O (M = Co(II) and Mn(II)) were synthesized by mild hydrothermal method. The structure of compounds were characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction which have ordered, alternating, vertex‐sharing BO4, PO4, and (MO4)OM(H2O)2 groups with hexagonal, P 61 2 2 (No 178) space group and unit cell parameters for Co a = 9.4960(6) Å, c = 15.6230(13) Å, for Mn a = 9.6547(12) Å, c = 15.791(3) Å, Z = 1 for both of them. TGA/DTA analysis, IR spectroscopy were used for characterization. Magnetic susceptibility measurements for both of the compound indicate strong antiferromagnetic interaction between metal centers. The title compound (C19H21F3N2O5) has been determined from three dimensional X‐ray diffraction data. The crystals are monoclinic, a = 7.626(4)Å, b = 17.515(4)Å, c = 15.066(3)Å, β = 101.02(3)°, V = 1975(1)Å3, Z = 4, Dcalc = 1.393g cm‐3, space group P21/c. The semiconducting compound TlGaSe2 was grown by solid state reaction technique. The crystal structure of this material was confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. TlGaSe2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system with space group C2/c (No. 15), Z = 16 and unit cell parameters a = 10.779(2) Å, b = 10.776(1) Å, c = 15.663(5) Å, β = 99.993(6)°. The structural refinement converged to R(F) = 0.0719, R(F2) = 0.0652 and S = 1.17. The structure consists of a three‐dimensional arrangement of distorted TlSe8 and GaSe4 polyhedrons. The structure of the semiconducting alloy Cu2Cd0.5Mn0.5GeSe4 was refined from an X‐ray powder diffraction pattern using the Rietveld method. The present alloy crystallizes in the wurtz‐stannite structure, space group Pmn21 (No 31), and unit cell parameters values of a = 8.0253(2) Å, b = 6.8591(2) Å, c = 6.5734(2) Å and V = 361.84(2) Å3. A supramolecular compound, {[CuMn(pydc)2(H2O)5]·2H2O} ( 1 ) (pydc = pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate dianion), has been synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Single‐crystal X‐ray analysis reveals that it crystallizes in the triclinic space group P‐1, a = 8.4763(17) Å, b = 9.7715(19) Å, c = 13.909(3) Å, α =101.234(3)°, β =102.520(3)°, γ= 97.375(4)°. The complex of (Me4N)2Mo3S13 ( I ) has been synthesized under mild hydrothermal condition. The crystal structure was determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction at room temperature. Crystal data: M = 854.91, Trigonal, space group P3 (No. 143), a = 11.2351(8) Å, c = 5.8885(6) Å, and Z = 1, There is an inorganic [Mo3S13]2‐ core composed of a Mo3‐triangle, a μ3‐S atom, three doubly bridging disulfide and three terminal disulfide. An exploration of the cadmium‐L system under hydrothermal condition, has led to the isolation of a novel framework {[Cd(L)0.5(H2O)3]}n ( 1 ) (H4L = 4,4'‐diazenediyldiphthalic acid). Single‐crystal X‐ray analysis reveals that it crystallizes in the triclinic space group P‐1. a = 5.746(3) Å, b =6.526(4) Å, c = 14.701(8) Å, α=92.348(8), β = 99.622(6), γ=106.877(7)°. A novel complex, namely [RuII(PPh3)(CO)(H)(Hbpdc)]·2MeOH ( 1 ) (H2bpdc = 2,2′‐bipyridyl‐5,5′‐dicarboxylic acid), has been synthesized from the reaction of H2bpdc with [RuII(PPh3)3(CO)(H)2] in methanol under mild condition and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, ESI mass spectrometry, and single crystal X‐ray diffraction. The structure shows that the complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell parameters a = 11.8984(13) Å, b = 16.5180(18) Å, c = 25.5322(19) Å, β = 115.302(4)°, V = 4536.6(8) Å3, Z = 4. This compound features a 1‐D supramolecular chain constructed via hydrogen bonds. Its photophysical properties have been investigated in MeOH solution and in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Single crystals of a novel nonlinear optical organometallic compound CLTC, ([(18C6)Li][Cd(SCN)3]), were grown from aqueous solutions via evaporation technique and characterized by IR spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis and X‐ray single‐crystal diffraction. By X‐ray single‐crystal structural analysis it is revealed that the compound crystallized in a noncentrosymmetric space group Cmc21 of orthorhombic system with cell parameter a = 14.767(3) Å, b = 15.454(3) Å, c = 10.644(2) Å, V = 2429.0(8) Å3 and Z = 4. The thermal stability and thermal decomposition of CLTC crystal were investigated by means of thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis. The second harmonic generation (SHG) efficiency was measured using the Kurtz and Perry powder technique. It was shown that the value of the SHG efficiency of CLCT powder was about 2 times higher than that of potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP). (© 2009 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. A Si modified Ge10 cluster with structure Na4(Ge,Si)9O20 (denoted as HUT‐1) was synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis at 160 °C with a sodium silicate source. The compound was characterized by single crystal, powder X‐ray diffraction and TGA‐DSC analysis. HUT‐1 crystallizes in space group I41 (80) with calculated unit cell (a=14.966(5) Å, c=7.343(2) Å, V=1644.8(9) Å3), which has the same structure as Na4Ge9O20. HUT‐1 has a high Si/Ge ratio with an approximate formula of Na4Ge7.68Si1.32O20. Single crystal X‐ray structure refinements together with results from X‐ray powder diffraction (XRPD) confirm the occupancy of Si at two tetrahedral sites. (© 2010 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. A novel coordination polymer, [Ni(dppz)(oba)(H2O)]·0.5H2O (dppz = dipyrido[3,2‐a:2′,3′‐c]phenazine and oba = 4,4′‐oxy(bisbenzoate)) has been synthesized through hydrothermal method and characterized by IR, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 23.163(5), b = 18.211(4), c = 14.460(3) Å, α = γ = 90°, β = 100.45(3)°, V = 5998(2) Å3, Z = 2. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.0866 (wR2 = 0.1836). An exploration of the cobalt‐OH‐BDC‐bpp system under hydrothermal conditions, has led to the isolation of a novel framework [Co(OH‐BDC)(bpp)0.5(H2O)]n (OH‐BDC = 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid, bpp = 1,3‐bi(4‐pyridyl)propane). Single‐crystal X‐ray analysis reveals that it crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n. a = 10.235(8) Å, b =17.882(14) Å, c = 14.291(11) Å, β = 92.107(9)°.The cobalt ions are linked into an extended helical chain via OH‐BDC and mono‐coordinated bpp ligands through hydrogen‐bonding interactions. The title compound, C22H19N5O2, was prepared and its structure was determined by X‐ray diffraction [CCDC 216074]. The compound crystallizes from ethanol in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121, with unit cell parameters: a =10.048(1) Å, b = 13.935 (2) Å, c =14.607(2) Å, Z =4, and V=2045.3(5) Å3. The crystal structure was solved by direct methods and refined by full‐matrix least‐squares to a final R‐value of 0.0516 with 3621 unique reflections. The central six‐membered ring of the compound has a boat conformation and is not homoaromatic, in which adjacent atoms N1 and N4 deviate from the plane of the ring by 0.4546(33) Å and 0.3786(33) Å, respectively. The ternary compound Cu2SnTe3 crystallizes in the Imm2 (Nº 44) space group, Z = 2, with a = 12.833(4) Å, b = 4.274(1) Å, c = 6.043(1) Å, V = 331.5(1) Å3. Its structure was refined from X‐ray powder diffraction data using the Rietveld method. The refinement of 25 instrumental and structural variables led to Rp = 10.2%, Rwp = 11.8%, Rexp = 7.7%, RB = 10.6%, S = 1.6 and χ2 = 2.6, for 5501 step intensities and 163 independent reflections. This compound is isostructural with Cu2GeSe3, and consists of a three‐dimensional arrangement of slightly distorted CuTe4 and SnTe4 tetrahedra connected by common corners.
