Several N‐lactosylated aryl thioureas and benzothiazolyl thioureas have been prepared by the condensation of hepta‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D ‐lactosyl isothiocyanate with aryl amines and 2‐aminobenzothiazole/substituted benzothiazoles. Hepta‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D ‐lactosyl isothiocyanate was prepared by the interaction of hepta‐O‐acetyl‐α‐D ‐lactosyl bromide and lead thiocyanate. The structures of these new N‐lactosides have been established on the basis of IR, NMR, and mass spectral studies. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The title compounds substituted 2‐lactosylthiothieno[2,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4‐ones 6 were synthesized by the glycosyl reaction and alcoholysis reaction of substituted 2‐thioxo‐thieno[2,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4‐ones 4 ,which is formed by the base catalytic and acetic acidify reaction of amino esters 2 with alkyl or arylisothiocyanates and hepta‐O‐acetyl‐lactosyl bromide in good yields. All of the compounds were confirmed by NMR, ESI‐MS, and elemental analysis.  相似文献

本文合成了并培养出了七-O-乙酰基—β—乳糖异硫氰酸酯的单晶,用X射线衍射分析了其晶体结构。结果表明,晶体为正交晶系,P212121空间群,a=1.23282(7),b=1.80012(10),c=1.85230(10) nm,α=β=γ=90°,V=4.1107(4) nm3,Z=4。电化学实验观测到单链DNA和双链DNA对该化合物的峰电流均有明显降低作用,表明化合物与DNA发生了静电作用。  相似文献

The synthesis of 1‐arylsulfonyl‐4‐(1′‐N‐hepta‐O‐acetyl‐β‐lactosyl)thiosemicarbazides by reaction of hepta‐O‐acetyl‐α‐D‐lactosyl isothiocyanate with substituted phenylsulfonyl hydrazines has been shown to occur in less than 1 min under microwave activation and 8 min under ultrasound irradiation at room temperature. It is noteworthy that when ultrasound and microwaves (MW) were utilized, a cleaner reaction accompanied with higher yields was observed.  相似文献

The reaction of 2,3,4‐tri‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D‐xylopyranosyl isothiocyanate ( 1 ) and 2‐amino‐4‐arylthiazoles ( 2 ) gave xylosylthioureas 3 . These thiourea derivatives reacted with alkyl/aryl amine in the presence of HgCl2 to give a new series of N‐alkyl/aryl‐N″‐(4‐arylthiazol‐2‐yl)‐N″‐xylosyl guanidines 4 . The structure of the title compound, C6H6OS, exhibits a flip‐type disorder of the thiophene ring [occupancy ratio = 0.848 (3):0.152 (3)], which is typical for many thiophene derivatives. The puckered thiophene ring is essentially coplanar with the plane formed by the non‐H atoms of the acetyl substituent, similar to its simple analogues, i.e. 3‐acetyl‐2‐carboxythiophene, 4‐acetyl‐3‐carboxythiophene and 3,5‐diacetyl‐2‐ethylamino‐4‐methylthiophene. In the crystal structure, molecules are connected by C—H...π hydrogen bonds, forming a sheet parallel to the (001) plane. Moreover, an inspection of the crystal lattice reveals that there are short S...O contacts connecting the molecules of adjacent sheets. Comparison of the title crystal structure with its simple 3‐methoxythiophene analogue shows a close similarity in the herringbone arrangement of molecules and in the presence of C—H...π interactions and S...O contacts.  相似文献

A series of novel N‐tert‐butyl‐N′‐thio[O‐(1‐methylthioethylimino)‐N″‐methylcarbamate]‐N,N′‐diacylhydrazines were synthesized by the reaction of chlorosulfenyl[O‐(1‐methylthioethylimino)‐N‐methylcarbamate] with N‐tert‐butyl‐N,N′‐diacylhydrazine in the presence of sodium hydride. The reaction of sulfur dichloride with O‐(1‐methylthioethylimino)‐N‐methylcarbamate (Methomyl) in the presence of pyridine to yield chlorosulfenyl[O‐(1‐methylthioethylimino)‐N‐methylcarbamate] was reported for the first time. X‐ray single crystal diffraction of N‐tert‐butyl‐N′‐thio[O‐(1‐methylthioethylimino)‐N″‐methylcarbamate]‐N,N′‐dibenzoylhydrazine demonstrated that the parent compounds N‐tert‐butyl‐N,N′‐dibenzoylhydrazine and O‐(1‐methylthioethylimino)‐N‐methylcarbamate were combined by N S N band to give the product. Their larvicidal activities against Oriental armyworm and Aphis laburni were evaluated. All of them exhibited excellent larvicidal activities against Oriental armyworm, with some of them showing higher larvicidal activities than the parent diacylhydrazines. Toxicity assays indicated that the products show knockdown activity for O‐(1‐methylthioethylimino)‐N‐methylcarbamate at higher concentration and insect growth regulators' activities of diacylhydrazines at lower concentrations. At the same time, the products possess insecticidal activities against the aphids. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A variety of novel O,O‐Diphenyl N‐(trichlorogermanyl)propiono‐α‐aminophosphonates were synthesized by the reaction of β‐(trichlorogermanyl) propionyl chloride with diphenyl α‐aminophosphonates in the presence of triethylamine. The structures of all of the products were confirmed by 1H‐NMR spectroscopy, elemental analyses, and IR spectroscopy. Data of 1H‐NMR and IR spectroscopic determinations indicated the title compounds to be pentacoordinated organogermanium compounds. Both title compounds, C9H14O3, display carboxyl‐dimer hydrogen‐bonding patterns. The 4‐acetyl isomer adopts a chiral conformation with negligible disordering of the methyl and carboxyl groups and forms centrosymmetric dimers across the b and c edges of the chosen cell [O?O = 2.667 (3) Å and O—H?O = 175°]. Intermolecular C—H?O close contacts were found for both carbonyl groups. In the 2‐acetyl isomer, there is no intramolecular interaction between the carboxyl and acetyl groups and the hydrogen bonding involves centrosymmetric carboxyl dimerization across the ab and ac faces of the chosen cell [O?O = 2.668 (2) Å and O—H?O = 173°]. The carboxyl group is negligibly disordered, but significant rotational disordering was found for the acetyl methyl group. An intermolecular C—H?O close contact was found involving the ketone group.  相似文献

A study on the synthesis of the novel cyclic α‐aminophosphonates and 2‐alkoxy‐2‐oxo‐1,4,2‐oxazaphosphinanes 4a‐r has been carried out. The title compounds were obtained in good yields by one‐pot procedure using o‐aminophenol, alkyl dichlorophosphinite, and ketones or benzaldehyde. One of their geometric stereoisomers was isolated and characterized. Configurations of 4k and one isomer of 4r have been established by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The synthetic methods provide an easy access to the organophosphorus heterocycles with the ring system mentioned above. The abnormal chemical shifts of alkyl‐substitute protons in 1H NMR spectra were given reasonable explanation. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Hexakis(2‐formylphenoxy)cyclotri‐phosphazene ( 2 ) was obtained from the reaction of hexachlorocylotriphosphazene ( 1 ) with 2‐hydroxy‐benzaldehyde. Hexakis(2‐[(hydroxyimino)methyl]‐phenoxy)cyclotriphosphazene (3) was synthesized from the reaction of 2 with hydroxlaminehydrochloride in pyridine. Hexasubstituted compounds 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 , and 10 were obtained from the reactions of 3 with methyl iodide, ethyl bromide, allyl bromide, propanoyl chloride, benzoyl chloride, and 4‐methoxybenzoyl chloride, respectively. Disubstituted product 7 was obtained from the reaction of 3 with chloroacetyl chloride. Pure and defined products could not be obtained from the reaction of 3 with acetyl chloride, benzyl chloride, and 2‐chlorobenzoyl chloride. The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis and IR, 1H, 13C, and 31P NMR spectroscopy. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In both the title structures, O‐ethyl N‐(2,3,4,6‐tetra‐O‐acetyl‐β‐d ‐gluco­pyran­osyl)­thio­carbam­ate, C17H25NO10S, and O‐methyl N‐(2,3,4,6‐tetra‐O‐acetyl‐β‐d ‐gluco­pyran­osyl)­thiocar­bam­ate, C16H23NO10S, the hexo­pyran­osyl ring adopts the 4C1 conformation. All the ring substituents are in equatorial positions. The acetoxy­methyl group is in a gauchegauche conformation. The S atom is in a synperi­planar conformation, while the C—N—C—O linkage is antiperiplanar. N—H?O intermolecular hydrogen bonds link the mol­ecules into infinite chains and these are connected by C—H?O interactions.  相似文献

In the title compound, C13H10O4, prepared by the condensation reaction between phthalic anhydride and pentane‐2,4‐dione, one of the acetyl groups in the pentane‐2,4‐dione fragment is almost coplanar with the isobenzofuran ring system, while the other group is twisted out of this plane by almost 80°. The corresponding C—C and C—O distances in the two acetyl units are consistent with dipolar delocalization into the coplanar unit only. There is no supramolecular aggregation of the molecules, but a number of rather short intermolecular contacts of C—H...O, O...O and O...C types occur.  相似文献

The trimethylaluminum‐mediated Michael addition of ethyl phenyl‐H‐phosphinate to 1,2‐dihydrophosphinine oxides ( 1A ) yielded 3‐(EtOPhP(O))‐1,2,3,6‐tetrahydrophosphinine oxides ( 4 ) in a selective manner, as a mixture of only two diastereomers. In the above type of reactions (e.g., in that of 1Aa and Ph2P(O)H), Me3Al could not be substituted by microwave irradiation due to low efficiency. Catalytic hydrogenation of the Michael adducts ( 4 ) led to 3‐(EtOPhP(O)‐1,2,3,4,5,6‐hexahydrophosphinine oxides 5 , in the case of P‐phenyl substituent ( 5a ), as a mixture of only two diastereomers, while in the instance of the P‐ethoxy derivative ( 5b ), as a mixture of four isomers. Stereostructure of the products ( 5 ) was substantiated on the basis of analogies and stereospecific NMR couplings. The predominant conformations of compounds 4a , 4b , 5a , and 5b‐1 were determined by HF/6‐31G* calculations. Reduction of P(1)–Ph heterocycles 4a and 5a by phenylsilane resulted in monodeoxygenation to afford P‐ligands 6 and 8 , respectively, that were protected as the corresponding phosphine boranes ( 7 and 9 , respectively). © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The reaction of heteroaroyl‐substituted heterocyclic ketene aminals with 2,3,4,6‐tetra‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl azide was investigated and a series of potential bioactive compounds, 1‐glucopyranosyl‐4‐heterocyclic‐5‐heteroaryl‐1,2,3‐triazoles, were obtained in good yields. Both the reaction rate and the yield were strongly affected by the heteroaryl and heterocyclic groups. In order to improve their water solubility, the deprotection of 1‐glucopyranosyl‐4‐heterocyclic‐5‐heteroaryl‐1,2,3‐triazole was carried out. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The bifunctional 3/4‐[acetyl]phenylsydnones 1a, 1b were subjected to a one‐pot ring conversion to 3‐[3/4‐acetyl]phenyl‐5‐methyl‐3H‐[1,3,4]‐oxadiazol‐2‐ones 2a, 2b , which on further bromination yielded the 3‐[3/4‐bromoacyl]phenyl‐5‐methyl‐3H‐[1,3,4]‐oxadiazol‐2‐ones 3a, 3b . Reaction of these compounds with thiourea yielded the 3‐[3/4‐(2‐aminothiazol‐4‐yl)]phenyl‐5‐methyl‐3H‐[1,3,4]‐oxadiazol‐2‐ones 4a, 4b . The other thiazole derivatives 5a, 5b–7a, 7b were prepared by using thiosemicarbazide, thioacetamide, and thiobenzamide, respectively. In another reaction of the bromoacetyl compounds ( 3a, 3b ) with 2‐aminopyridine and 2‐aminothiazole, the fused biheterocyclic compounds 3‐[3/4‐imidazo‐[1,2‐a]pyridine‐2‐yl]phenyl‐5‐methyl‐3H‐[1,3,4]‐oxadiazol‐2‐ones 8a, 8b and 3‐[3/4‐imidazo‐[2,1‐b]‐thiazol‐6‐yl]phenyl‐5‐methyl‐3H‐[1,3,4]‐oxadiazol‐2‐ones 9a, 9b were obtained. The 3‐[3/4‐(benzofuran‐2‐carbonyl)]phenyl‐5‐methyl‐3H‐[1,3,4]‐oxadiazol‐2‐ones 10a, 10b were obtained by treatment of compounds 3a, 3b with o‐hydroxy benzaldehyde. Most of these compounds exhibited antifungal activity greater than the reference drugs used. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Ketene generated from acetyl chloride or chloroacetyl chloride adds on indolyl Schiff's base double bond to afford 1‐butyl‐3‐substituted‐4‐(2‐aryl‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐2‐azetidinones in THF. The reaction proceeds stereospecifically via concerted trans [2+2] cycloaddition. The synthesized compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses and spectral data (IR, PMR, and mass). All synthesized compounds have been evaluated for antibacterial and antifungal activities, and 4g to 4l have shown promising results. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A simple synthesis of 2‐hydrazinylidene‐3‐hydroxy‐4H‐furo[3,2‐c]pyran‐4‐ones is described. A mixture of (isocyanoimino)(triphenyl)phosphorane, an aromatic aldehyde, and dehydroacetic acid (=3‐acetyl‐2‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐4H‐pyran‐4‐one) undergo a 1 : 1 : 1 addition reaction under mild conditions to afford the title compounds in excellent yields.  相似文献

N‐stearoylethanolamine (NAE18:0) was reacted with O‐alkyl O‐aryl chlorophosphate and a series of O‐alkyl O‐aryl O‐2‐(stearamido)ethyl phosphates were synthesized to explore their antifungal activity. Diastereoselective synthesis of diethyl Z‐1‐alkenylphosphonates from easily available diethyl thiocyanatomethylphosphonate and aromatic aldehydes has been developed. Olefination of the aldehydes occurs under mild conditions and affords the title compounds with moderate yields.
