采用Kalman滤波方法进行钟差参数计算和预报时, 需确定Kalman滤波噪声协方差矩阵. 针对这一问题, 提出了一种新的卫星钟差Kalman滤波噪声协方差估计方法, 通过建立新息的相关函数序列与未知的噪声参数间的线性函数模型, 采用最小二乘法进行噪声参数估计. 采用精密钟差数据进行钟差参数估计和预报分析, 结果表明, 该方法具有较好的收敛性, 并与顾及随机噪声模型的开窗分类因子自适应抗差估计方法进行对比分析, 验证了新方法的正确性和有效性.  相似文献

Characteristics of the 2011 Tohoku Tsunami have been revealed by collaborative tsunami surveys extensively performed under the coordination of the Joint Tsunami Survey Group. The complex behaviors of the mega-tsunami were characterized by the unprecedented scale and the low occurrence frequency. The limitation and the performance of tsunami countermeasures were described on the basis of tsunami surveys, laboratory experiments and numerical analyses. These findings contributed to the introduction of two-level tsunami hazards to establish a new strategy for tsunami disaster mitigation, combining structure-based flood protection designed by the Level-1 tsunami and non-structure-based damage reduction planned by the Level-2 tsunami.  相似文献

简要地介绍了海啸与地震海啸的成因、特点,分析了影响地震海啸的重要因素,阐述了海啸预警的物理基础.以2004年12月26日苏门答腊-安达曼MW9.0特大地震及其激发的印度洋特大海啸为例,说明除了地震的大小、地震机制、震源深度以外,震源破裂过程也是影响地震激发海啸的重要因素.通过对苏门答腊-安达曼特大地震及2005年3月28日苏门答腊北部特大地震进行分析对比,探讨了海啸地震的特征,阐明了进一步深入研究海啸地震的特征及其激发海啸的机制对于预防和减轻海啸灾害的重要意义.  相似文献

A new method for the specification of initial conditions in the tsunami problem is suggested. The initial elevation of a water surface is determined from the solution of the three-dimensional problem in the framework of potential theory with account for both the horizontal and vertical components of the bottom deformations and the distributions of depths in the vicinity of the source. Two-dimensional distributions of the vertical total electron content in the ionosphere above the Japan under-sea mega-earthquake on March 11, 2011 are reconstructed using high-temporal-resolution (2-min) data from the Japan GPS network. A diverging ionospheric perturbation with multicomponent spectral composition is identified emerging after the main shock. The disturbances in the ionospheric electron concentration caused by acoustic gravity waves generated by the earthquake-related processes. The initial phase of this disturbance can be used as a marker in the tsunami early warning systems. The surface energy of the earthquake estimated from the amplitude of the ionospheric disturbance is close to the estimate based on the seismic data. Other disturbances (ionospheric responses to the Rayleigh and tsunami waves, a solitary ionospheric pulse) are also analyzed. Physical interpretation of the identified ionospheric disturbances is presented.  相似文献

The March 2011 Mega-Tsunami in eastern Japan damaged at different degrees the black pine (Pinus thunbergii) forests along the coast. In order to evaluate the recovery of black pine four years later, tree-ring samples from 9 trees for the period 2002–2014 were analyzed for ring growth and stable isotopes (δ13C, δ15N and δ18O). The results showed that annual tree-ring width decreased approximately 70?% from the year 2011 to 2014 compared to the period previous to the tsunami (2002–2010). The multiple isotopic analyses showed that the reduction in growth was caused by soil salinity that prompted stomatal closure and an abrupt increase of tree-ring δ13C. Sea water deposition in the soil did not affect tree-ring δ18O values. Two years after the tsunami, decreasing tree-ring δ13C values caused by apparently photosynthetic recovery did not translate into radial tree-growth, indicating a possible shift in carbon allocation to foliage and mainly roots as a defense mechanism to sodium toxicity. The dual δ13C-δ18O model explains neither the limited growth nor the subsequent recovery in δ13C. Similarly tree-ring δ15N indicated that there was no difference in nitrogen availability before and after the tsunami, suggesting that nutrients were not a limitation but rather soil salinity.  相似文献

High frequency multi-GNSS zero-difference applications like Precise Orbit Determination(POD)for Low Earth Orbiters(LEO)and high frequency kinematic positioning require corresponding high-rate GNSS clock corrections.The determination of the GNSS clocks in the orbit determination process is time consuming,especially in the combined GPS/GLONASS processing.At present,a large number of IGS Analysis Centers(AC)provide clock corrections in 5-min sampling and only a few ACs provide clocks in 30-s sampling for both GPS and GLONASS.In this paper,an efficient epoch-difference GNSS clock determination algorithm is adopted based on the algorithm used by the Center for Orbit Determination in Europe(CODE).The clock determination procedure of the GNSS Analysis Center at Shanghai Astronomical Observatory(SHAO)and the algorithm is described in detail.It is shown that the approach greatly speeds up the processing,and the densified 30-s clocks have the same quality as the 5-min clocks estimated based on a zero-difference solution.Comparing the densified 30-s GNSS clocks provided by SHAO with that of IGS and its ACs,results show that our 30-s GNSS clocks are of the same quality as that of IGS.Allan deviation also gives the same conclusion.Further validation of the SHAO 30-s clock product is performed in kinematic PPP and LEO POD.Results indicate that the positions have the same accuracy when using SHAO 30-s GNSS clocks or IGS(and its AC)finals.The robustness of the algorithm and processing approach ensure its extension to provide clocks in 5-s or even higher frequencies.The implementation of the new approach is simple and it could be delivered as a black-box to the current scientific software packages.  相似文献

海洋光学浮标在水色遥感现场辐射定标和数据真实性检验、海洋科学观测、近海海洋环境监测等方面有重要应用价值。采用子母浮标技术设计了海洋光学浮标系统,该系统可同步测量海面和海水近表层及真光层的光谱辐照度和光谱辐亮度分布、水体光谱吸收/散射系数,以及风速风向等辅助参数。浮标利用GPS定位,采用低功耗的PC104嵌入式电脑作为控制核心实现数据的自动采集,采用CDMA/GPRS无线网络与海事卫星两种方式实现数据和指令的实时传输。近海试验表明,设计的子母浮标能较好地满足水下光辐射测量对浮标姿态和稳性的要求,系统的数据采集和远程传输技术可靠,光学仪器防污染技术能确保光学浮标长期有效地工作。  相似文献

Summary As part of the MICMET regional project in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, an automatic system for the collection of micrometeorological data from a network of remote and impervious stations has been set up by adopting the Meteosat Data Retransmission System (DRS) for communications. To this end, a programmable data controller has been implemented over an RS-232 data link between the collecting station and the DCP (Data Collection Platform). In this paper, some details of both the electronic apparatus and the software program have been reported. An appropriate coding and decoding algorithm was used to recover the messages returned from satellite containing certain errors. The rate of success for the interpretation of satellite messages at the test station of Udine-Rizzi was greater than 90%. A two-way satellite time and frequency transfer(TWSTFT) device equipped in the BeiDou navigation satellite system(BDS)can calculate clock error between satellite and ground master clock. TWSTFT is a real-time method with high accuracy because most system errors such as orbital error, station position error, and tropospheric and ionospheric delay error can be eliminated by calculating the two-way pseudorange difference. Another method, the multi-satellite precision orbit determination(MPOD)method, can be applied to estimate satellite clock errors. By comparison with MPOD clock estimations, this paper discusses the applications of the BDS TWSTFT clock observations in satellite clock measurement, satellite clock prediction, navigation system time monitor, and satellite clock performance assessment in orbit. The results show that with TWSTFT clock observations, the accuracy of satellite clock prediction is higher than MPOD. Five continuous weeks of comparisons with three international GNSS Service(IGS) analysis centers(ACs) show that the reference time difference between BeiDou time(BDT) and golbal positoning system(GPS) time(GPST) realized IGS ACs is in the tens of nanoseconds. Applying the TWSTFT clock error observations may obtain more accurate satellite clock performance evaluation in the 104 s interval because the accuracy of the MPOD clock estimation is not sufficiently high. By comparing the BDS and GPS satellite clock performance, we found that the BDS clock stability at the 103 s interval is approximately 10.12, which is similar to the GPS IIR.  相似文献

海洋环境噪声是多种自然噪声和人为噪声的复杂组合,其谱级大小和频率组成是影响声纳系统探测性能的重要参数,由于海洋环境噪声时空域特性是非常复杂的,因此需要对海洋环境噪声进行长时间和大范围的观测才足以分析其特性。本文通过在多剖面水下浮标平台基础上集成声学测量系统,研制出了一种具有海洋环境噪声监测能力的水下声学浮标平台,该浮标平台可多次上浮、下潜,具备原位坐底和定深漂流两种工作模式,能够连续观测海洋环境噪声时长多达几个月。利用2019年8月在南海海区组织的多台水下声学浮标组网试验数据,分析了不同频率海洋环境噪声谱级随时间变化特性,数据处理结果符合海洋环境噪声典型变化规律,试验表明,水下声学浮标可作为一种潜在的优势水下无人移动平台,用于长期监测海洋环境噪声特性。  相似文献

A compact and broadband circularly polarized (CP) annular ring antenna with wide beam-width is proposed for multiple global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) in the L1 band. The annular ring is excited by two modified L-probes with quadrature phase difference. It has a 36.3% 10-dB return loss bandwidth and a 13% 3-dB axial ratio bandwidth, because of the orthogonal L-probes with 90° phase difference. The measured peak gain of the antenna is 3.9 dBic. It can detect the satellites at lower elevation as its half power beam-width (HPBW) is 113° in both the x-z and y-z planes, achieving a cross-polarization level of larger than 25 dB. Noticeably, the antenna achieves 89% size reduction compared with the conventional half wavelength patch antennas. It can be used in hand-held navigation devices of multiple GNSS such as COMPASS, Galileo, GPS and GLONASS.  相似文献

针对海洋监视卫星遥感图像的特点,提出了一种基于感兴趣区域的自适应遥感图像近无损压缩算法。该算法利用红-黑小波提升方法检测出目标的边缘,采用阈值法将目标和背景分割,使用外接矩形来描述目标,从而自动确定感兴趣区域。感兴趣区域采用Rice无损熵编码方法,背景区域采用比特平面编码的有损压缩方法。实验结果表明,该算法能有效地划分感兴趣区域,其压缩比较无损压缩有了很大提高,目标无失真,整幅图像的峰值信噪比都在40dB以上。算法的计算复杂度较低,易于硬件实现,而且还具有自适应性和数据包独立的优点,适合于海洋监视卫星遥感图像近无损压缩应用。  相似文献

叶面积指数(LAI)是目前最常用的农业生态监测指标,可以为农作物的病虫害监测、作物长势监测、碳循环、生物量估算及作物估产提供依据。植被指数(VI)是卫星LAI产品生产的重要数据源,但不同VIs对植被LAI的响应特征具有一定的差异性。以江西省水稻为例,基于实测光谱提取了水稻实测VIs,结合实测LAI,讨论了归一化植被指数(NDVI)、增强型植被指数(EVI)、土壤调节植被指数(SAVI)和修正的土壤调节植被指数(MSAVI)四种常见VIs对LAI的响应特征,并与MODIS LAI备用算法的计算结果进行了对比分析,研究了不同VIs用于LAI产品反演的可行性及存在的问题。通过对不同实测VIs-LAI模型精度的评估,分析其应用于LAI反演的适应性,结果显示EVI,SAVI和MSAVI比NDVI有更好的适应性,其中EVI效果最优。此外,通过对比MODIS LAI备用算法查找表,发现针对MODIS LAI备用算法中草地与谷物作物这一地表覆盖大类,在LAI>4时,NDVI出现饱和;而实测水稻作物的NDVI在LAI>2时开始出现饱和;且当NDVI相同时,查找表LAI远大于实测LAI,MODIS备用算法中使用的地表覆盖产品分类过粗可能是造成这一结果的主要原因。因此MODIS LAI备用算法在该区域水稻LAI监测中可能产生较大误差,有必要改用其他VIs优化该备用算法。通过对比分析四种VIs模型对LAI的预测误差,发现EVI,SAVI和MSAVI精度明显优于NDVI,基于EVI的模型平均预测误差仅为MODIS LAI备用算法的1/6,基于实测NDVI反演算法的1/2,因此设计基于EVI的LAI算法对LAI的反演精度有一定的提升空间。  相似文献

Two-dimensional and one-dimensional models are used to evaluate the seashore effects of the tsunami generated by an asteroid hitting the deep water in the Eastern region of the Black Sea. The shallow water theory has been used to describe tsunami propagation. The distance between the impact point and the nearest coast is about 150 km. The effects on the coastal regions depend on many factors among which the most important is asteroid size. The tsunami generated by a 250 m asteroid reaches the nearest dry land location in 20 minutes and needs about two hours to hit all over the Black Sea coast. The horizontal inundation length is also known as run-in or run-off distance, according to the direction of water movement. The run-up values may be up to 39 m in the Eastern basin and a more than ten times smaller in theWestern region. The Northern part of the Black Sea coast is not affected by the tsunami. The run-in values of a tsunami generated by a 1000 m diameter asteroid are sensibly larger than the similar values associated to a 250 m diameter asteroid. The run-in strongly depends on the distance from the impact position to the shore and on coastal topographical profile. For instance, the run-in distance in case of a tsunami generated by a 250 m size asteroid is 0.1 km (at Varna), 0.5 km (Ordu), 0.7 km (Yalta) and 1.4 km (Sochi). In case of the 1000 m diameter asteroid the run-in distance is 0.7 km (at Varna) and 2.9 km (Yalta). The results accuracy is also discussed.  相似文献

建立了一种求解标准对力模型的新迭代方法。该方法基于标准对力模型的多项式方案,为球形和形变系统提供了方便的初始值预测。特别是对于大尺寸系统,该方法将求解k对多项式的系统方程式简化为分步求解1对多项式系统的迭代过程,并通过快速Newton-Raphson以及Monte Carlo采样算法逐步提供初始值预测。通过扩展,本算法还可用于解决Gaudin型量子多体问题,例如考虑超过100条轨道、50对的大尺寸系统,以及超形变核、核裂变的研究中。A new iterative approach for solving the standard pairing problem is established based on polynomial approach. It provides an efficient way to derive the particle-number conserved pairing wave functions for both spherical and deformed systems, especially for large-size systems. The method reduces the complexity of solving a system for k-pairs polynomial equations into a system for one-pair polynomial equation, which can be efficiently implemented by the Newton-Raphson algorithm with a Monte Carlo sampling procedure for providing the initial guesses step by step. The present algorithm can also be used to solve a large class of Gaudin type quantum many-body problems as a more than 100 orbitals and 50 pairs system such as super-heavy nuclei and nuclear fission.  相似文献
