本研究以羧化多壁碳纳米管与Nafion复合修饰玻碳电极(GCE),构建了COOH-MWCNTs/Nafion/GCE传感器,以KI作为增敏剂,建立了检测水体中Pb^(2+)、Cd^(2+)的简易电化学分析新方法。在pH=5.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,I-浓度为0.04 mol/L等最佳条件下,Pb^(2+)、Cd^(2+)分别在25.0~400μg/L和15.0~450μg/L的质量浓度范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,检出限分别为3.2μg/L和1.3μg/L。用该方法检测水样中Pb^(2+)、Cd^(2+)并进行加标回收实验,Pb^(2+)的回收率为93.5%~105.9%,Cd^(2+)的回收率为94.7%~108.7%,满足分析要求。对传感器的电化学性质进行了初步的探讨。  相似文献

邻氨基苯酚改性壳聚糖树脂的制备及吸附性能的研究   总被引:13,自引:0,他引:13  
本文制备了一种邻氨基酚改性壳聚糖树脂,用红外光谱和扫描电镜表征其结构,研究了该树脂对金属离子Cu^2 、Pb^2 、Ca^2 的吸附性能。结果表明,改性壳聚糖树脂为蜂窝状多孔微球树脂,平均戏约250μm,不溶于水、酸、碱,其对金属离子的吸附在pH=4时,2h基本达到平衡,对金属离子Cu^2 、Pb^2 、Ca^2 的静态饱和吸附量分别为2.95mmol/g、1.95mmol/g、1.32mmol/g。  相似文献

采用间歇法,利用黄孢展齿革菌菌丝球吸附溶液中的Pb^2 和Cd^2 ,研究Pb^2 和Cd^2 共存体系中吸附初速率随初始浓度的变化规律。实验结果表明,少量Cd^2 的存在促进其对Pb^2 的吸附,并提高吸附初速率,但随着Cd^2 初始浓度的增加,促进作用逐渐减弱并转为抑制作用;Cd^2 的吸附初速率随着Pb^2 初始浓度增大而减小;Pb^2 和Cd^2 的吸附初速率都随自身初始浓度的增加而增大。  相似文献

改性壳聚糖的制备及对Cu2+Pb2+的吸附研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
用巯基乙酸作为巯基化剂,对壳聚糖进行改性,选择了巯基化的条件.实验表明,在浓度为188mg/L的铜溶液中,CTS-SH的最大吸附率达90.3%以上,吸附容量为27.76mg/g,在浓度为203mg/L的铅溶液中,对铅的最大吸附率达到99%以上,在浓度为1.015g/L的铅溶液中,最大吸附率达95.5%.此时的吸附容量为97.4mg/g,吸附容量大于147.2mg/g时的吸附率为36.3%.经XRD及EMS图片的分析,可以看出,改性壳聚糖在吸附前后,结构发生了改变.  相似文献

本文研究羧甲基壳聚糖对Pb^2 的吸附作用,探讨反应时间,离子强度,溶液的PH值、羧甲基取代度,温度等因素对吸附性能的影响,结果表明羧基是吸附Pb^2 的主要活性基团,羧甲基壳聚糖对Pb^2 的饱和吸附量为3.1083mmol/g,吸附Pb^2 的能力比壳聚糖,水溶性低聚壳聚糖强。  相似文献

CMC-Na/DETA-B62型蛇笼树脂对金属离子的吸附性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文研究了自合成的蛇笼型螯合树脂-二乙烯三胺交联甘油环氧树脂/羰甲基纤维素体系对Cd^2 ,Pb^2 ,Fe^2 的吸附量,吸附动力学,等温吸附过程等静态吸附性能,同时研究了pH值等因素对吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明,该树脂对Cd^2 具有较强的吸附选择性,能在Cd^2 ,Pb^2 ,Fe^2 3种离子共存时选择吸附Cd^2 ,其选择性系数分别为Kcd^2 /pb^2 =3.77,Kcd^2 /Fe^2 =9.61。该树脂对上述3种离子的吸附量可分别达4.00,1.06,0.42mmol/g。该类树脂可用于含重金属离子污水的处理和金属离子的分离等方面。  相似文献

研究了自合成的巯基树脂对重金属离子Pb^2 、Cu^2 、Cd^2 .Ni^2 、Co^2 的吸附容量、吸附动力学、等温吸附过程等静态吸附性能,同时研究了影响吸附的因素和吸附机理.结果表明,该树脂对软酸型重金属离子吸附容量高.pH=5.0-5.7,低温有利于吸附,树脂对各重金属离子等温吸附在实验浓度范围内均符合Langmuir和Freundnch方程.吸附机理研究表明,巯基与重金属离子发生了离子交换和配位反应,化学吸附起支配作用。  相似文献

利用改性皮革胶原纤维作为水体中重金属离子的富集材料,研究了该材料对水体中Cd^2+、Cr^3+、Pb^2+、Ni^2+、Co^2+等重金属离子的分离富集能力。实验表明,在pH4~7的酸性和中性的条件下,该材料对重金属离子的富集量最大。其中,Cr^3+在pH4~5时富集率达到100%;Co^2+、Ni^2+在pH6~7时富集率达到100%左右;Cd^2+和Pb^2+在pH8~9时富集率达到100%左右;在混和溶液中和存在络合配位体时,可以通过控制待测液的酸度对水体中的重金属离子进行选择性吸附。通过样品的分析,可以利用改性皮革胶原纤维作为测定水体中的重金属离子的吸附剂,对水体中的重金属离子进行分析测定。  相似文献

通过简单便捷的方法合成出了单质硫改性的CuS空心球纳米材料(CuS@S HSs),并研究了该材料对水中典型重金属污染物Hg^2+的吸附富集性能及机理。研究结果表明,当硫的投料质量比值(wS/wCuS))为30%时,CuS@S HSs对Hg^2+的吸附量高达1207mg·g^-1,较未负载单质硫时提高了229%。CuS@S HSs可以在15 min内将水中超过99%的Hg^2+富集分离。最重要的是,在多种重金属离子(Pb^2+、Ni^2+、Cd^2+、Cr^3+)共存的情况下,CuS@S HSs对Hg^2+表现出优异的单一选择吸附性。  相似文献

以交联甘油环氧树脂交联的聚乙烯醇(PVA)为笼树脂,羧甲基壳聚糖(CCTS)为蛇树脂制备了具有蛇笼结构的复合螯合膜,研究了其对Cu^2 、Ni^2 、Pb^2 、Fe^3 、Zn^2 ,Hg”^2 、Cd^2 等金属离子的吸附性能,研究表明,该树脂对Cu^2 、Ni^2 、Pb^2 有较好的吸附性能,其中PVA是对Cu^2 的吸附的主要贡献者,而CCTS则是在对Ni^2 的吸附中起主要作用。该树脂可以用于含Cu^2 废水的处理。  相似文献

Copper ion (Cu2+) is one of the heavy metal ions which has been considered as a severe pollutant affecting the environment and human health. Therefore, it is necessary to detect Cu2+ sensitively and conveniently in food and drinks. However, the gold standard method that inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP‐MS) is expensive equipment required and time‐consuming. In this work, a highly sensitive and facile electrochemical method was studied to directly determine the concentration of Cu2+ without cumbersome modification on the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE). In the presence of ferric ion (Fe3+), Cu2+ could play a role of catalyst in the detection system, and the electrochemical signal of differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) response to Cu2+ could be amplified obviously. Under the optimal conditions, a good linear relationship was obtained in the range of 1 nM to 5 μM with a detection limit of 57.5 pM (S/N=3) were obtained. Besides, the proposed method has good applicability for the detection of Cu2+ in tap water. Furthermore, the copper complex was detected and the results were indicated the proposed method was effective and sensitive.  相似文献

采用螯合电导滴定法研究了聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)与Zn2 、Cd2 的配合过程,提出了PEI与各种金属离子所形成螯合物的可能结构;通过γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷媒介,将PEI偶联接枝在硅胶微粒表面,制备了复合型螯合吸附材料PEI/SiO2;研究了PEI/SiO2对Zn2 、Cd2 等重金属离子的吸附性能。结果表明,水溶性聚胺PEI与Zn2 、Cd2 等离子都能定量地形成四配位的水溶性螯合物,且配合过程速度较快;PEI/SiO2复合型螯合吸附材料对Zn2 、Cd2 都具有强的螯合吸附能力;等温吸附数据符合Langmuir方程,且吸附容量随温度升高而增大;pH对吸附过程有很大的影响,pH=7时,吸附容量最高。  相似文献

已有研究普遍认为铅离子(Pb2+)诱导富G适体链形成的G-四链体(Pb2+-G4)比钾离子(K+)诱导富G适体链形成的G-四链体(K+-G4)更为稳定,因而Pb2+可以置换K+-G4中的K+,而且K+的存在不影响Pb2+-G4的稳定性。有趣的是本研究发现K+ (20 μmol∙L−1–1 mmol∙L−1)不仅可以诱导10 µmol∙L−1 Pb2+稳定的T2TT(Pb2+-T2TT,杂合G4结构)发生构型转换,甚至还可取代Pb2+-T2TT中的Pb2+,形成K+稳定的T2TT (K+-T2TT,平行G4结构),最终转化形成的K+-G4结构与单独K+诱导富G适体链形成K+-G4的构型基本一致。随后,进一步考察了另外7条富G适体链,发现这一转化过程具有一定的普适性。该研究结果为理解G4构型转化以及内嵌离子交换提供了新的视角,也为拓展G4在生化分析和生物领域的应用提供了新的理论基础。  相似文献

A fluorescent sensor based on diarylethene has been designed and synthesized. The sensor not only exhibited excellent photochromic properties, but also has distinguishing ability for Ca2+ and Sr2+ from other metal ions. Upon addition of Ca2+ and Sr2+, its emission intensity enhanced 27-fold and 24-fold respectively, accompanied by the emission peak shifted from 439 nm to 484 nm for Ca2+, and to 479 nm for Sr2+. The 1:1 stoichiometry between the sensor and the two ions was confirmed by Job's plot and HRMS. The LOD for Ca2+ and Sr2+ was determined to be 9.4 × 10?8 mol L?1 and 7.2 × 10?8 mol L?1, respectively. Furthermore, the sensor was applied in the detection of Ca2+ and Sr2+ in practical samples successfully.  相似文献

Thermodynamics of the binding of Ni(2+), Cu(2+) and Zn(2+) to bacitracin A(1) was studied by capillary electrophoresis measuring the peptide effective mobility at different pH in the presence of increasing concentration of the three ligands. The affinity follows the order Ni(2+) > Cu(2+) > Zn(2+), with association constant values of (2.3 +/- 0.1)x10(4), (4.9 +/- 0.2)x10(3), and (1.5 +/- 0.1)x10(3) M(-1), respectively. The only model able to rationalize mobility data implies that metal ion binds to the P(0) peptide form. Moreover, mobility values indicated a change of bacitracin A(1) acidic properties on Ni(2+) and Cu(2+) binding, with a shift of the pK(a) of N-terminal Ile-1 from 7.6 to about 5 and of the pK(a) of the delta-amino group of D-Orn-7 from 9.7 to about 7. Even though on Zn(2+) binding a shift of the N-terminal Ile-1 pK(a) was observed, restrictions in the pH range suitable for investigation, due to precipitation phenomena, did not allow establish if the shift of D-Orn-7 lateral chain pK(a) also occurred. Nonetheless, if present, the shift should be limited to the 7.8-9.7 range. Mobility data indicated that the Stokes radius of the complexes is ca. 3 A lower than that of the free peptide. The present results indicate that metal-ion binding to bacitracin A(1) is more complex than previously assumed.  相似文献

Metallothionein, a class of low molecular weight, metal- and cysteine-rich Proteins, are postulated to play a central role in metal-related biological processes such as the detoxification of Cd2+and Pb2+. The thermal Properties of the interactions of rabbit liver Zn_7MT2 and apo-MT2 with Cd2+ and Pb2+ were studied using isothermal titration calorimeter. The same product Cd_7MT formed in the reactions of Cd2+ with Zn_7MT2 and apo-MT2, while the reactions of Ph2+ with Zn_7MT2 and apo-MT2 Produced two MT species Ph_7MT and Ph_7MT'. The thermodynamic parameters (△H、 △G、 △S, etc. ) for the reactions of MT with 1 mol metal ions were measured at 293.15 K, pH 4.70. All of these reactions are spontaneous, exothermic processes. The values of △G and K show that Cd2+ is more affinitive to MT than Ph2+. The equilibrium constants K of the replacement reactions of Zn_7MT2 by 1 mol Cd2+ and Pb2+ are 2. 7×105 and 1. 3×105 respectively, that means the concentrations of free Cd2+ and Pb2+ are depressed to about 1. 0×10-5 after the reactions with Zn_7MT2. These data can be used to evaluate quantitatively the ability of MT in Cd2+ and Pb2+ detoxificatio.  相似文献

在室温下的NaOH水溶液中Zn2 + 和Cu2 + 对胆红素 (BR)的荧光性质有显著的影响作用 .前者表现出荧光增强作用 ;后者表现出荧光猝灭作用 .本文进一步探讨了BR与Zn2 + 、Cu2 + 混合液的荧光和紫外可见光谱性质 .结果显示 ,当溶液中维持足够的Zn2 + 浓度时 ,Cu2 + 的荧光猝灭作用可受到有效抑制 ;在BR -Zn -Cu体系中Zn2 +优先于Cu2 + 与BR作用  相似文献

Ab initio potential energy curves and coupling matrix elements of the molecular states involved in the collision of the N4+(2s)2S and B3+(1s2)1S multicharged ions on the helium atom or molecular hydrogen have been determined by means of configuration interaction methods. The total and partial electron capture cross-sections have been evaluated in the frame of a semiclassic approach in the 1- to 100-keV laboratory energy range and compared to experimental data. 石墨粉氧化后,在氮气气氛下,快速高温剥离制得石墨烯纳米片。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、拉曼(Raman)光谱、傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱和氮气吸附-脱附等分析手段对石墨烯样品进行了表征。这些分析测试结果显示:石墨烯样品主要由很薄的1-4层石墨组成,呈褶皱状态,比表面积为628.5 m2·g-1。研究了石墨烯吸附水溶液中的Pb2+和Cd2+的pH值、吸附时间、吸附温度和金属离子初始浓度等影响因素, Pb2+和Cd2+的最大吸附量分别为460.20和72.39 mg·g-1。结果表明,热剥离法制得的高质量石墨烯纳米片可以作为一种高效的从水中去除Pb2+和Cd2+的吸附材料。  相似文献
