A novel route for the synthesis of thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-7-ones and pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-2-ones from acetylated 2aminothiazoles and 2-aminopyridines under Vilsmeier conditions has been developed.The plausible mechanism has also been proposed.  相似文献

The reactions of 2-cyanomethylbenzimidazole with polyfluorobenzoyl chlorides afforded 2-(1,3-dihydrobenzimidazol-2-ylidene)-3-oxo-3-polyfluorophenylpropionitriles. Refluxing of the latter compounds in acetonitrile in the presence of DBU or in dimethylformamide in the presence of amines gave rise to fluorine-containing derivatives of benzimidazo[1,2-a]quinolone.  相似文献

Pyrimidinone is one of the important nitrogen containing heterocycles due to their wide range of bioactivities. An efficient silver-catalyzed intermolecular cyclization of 2-aminopyridines with various alkynoates has been developed. 2-Substituted 4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-ones containing a wide range of functional groups are synthesized in the standard conditions. This transformation is conducted under convenient conditions and affords products in good yields.  相似文献

Reactions of 2-(3,3-diamino-2-cyanoprop-2-enylidene)indolin-3-ones with amide acetals afforded derivatives of 3-aminomethyleneamino-2-cyano-9-oxo-9H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]indole and 3-amino-2-cyano-9-oxo-9H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]indole. The rate and pathway of the reaction depend on the reagents and solvents. The formation schemes for the compounds obtained were proposed. Their structures were proven by IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry and confirmed by independent syntheses. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidinium salt derivatives 2a–f were prepared in good yields by condensation of 2-aminopyridine with 2-substituted vinamidinium salt derivatives 1a–f. The purity and the structure of the synthetized compounds were ascertained by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, infrared, and NMR (¹H and ¹³C 400?MHz) spectroscopy.  相似文献

An efficient method for the synthesis of novel benzo[b]pyrido[3',2':4,5] thieno[2,3-e][1,6] naphthyridine-8-one derivatives has been developed using a Pictet-Spengler reaction between 4-(3-aminothieno[2,3-b]pyridin-2-yl)quinoline-2-ones, which could be obtained from the alkylation of 4-bromomethylquinoline-2-ones with 3-cyanopyridine-2-thione followed by a Thorpe-Ziegler isomerization, and aromatic aldehydes under p-TsOH as catalysis in good yields.  相似文献

The one-pot, multicomponent synthesis of imidazopyridine and pyridopyrimidine fused heterocyclic systems from readily available diamines, l,l-bis(methylthio)-2-nitroethene, cyanoacetohydrazide and aromatic aldehydes in good to high yields is described. This protocol has the advantages of simple work-up, mild reaction conditions, absence of catalyst and provides an entry point to fused heterocyclic structures.  相似文献

In this work, synthesis of pyrido[2,1-a]isoquinolines and pyrido[1,2-a]quinolins in excellent yield using multicomponent reaction of phthalaldehyde, methyl amine, methyl malonyl chloride, alkyl bromides, and triphenylphosphine in the presence of catalytic amount of Fe3O4-MNPs with aqueous sodium hydroxide at 80°C was investigated. The reduction of ferric chloride solution with Clover Leaf water extract caused to synthesis of magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (Fe3O4-MNPs) as a green method. As well, antioxidant activity was studied for the some newly synthesized compounds such as 6a , 6c , 9b , and 9c using the DPPH radical trapping and reducing of ferric ion experiments and comparing results with synthetic antioxidants (TBHQ and BHT). As a result, compounds 6a , 6c , 9b , and 9c show good DPPH radical trapping and excellent reducing strength of ferric ion.  相似文献

Under regular heating and microwave irradiation, 3-alkyl substituted imidazo[1,5-a] pyridines were synthesized from 2,2'- pyridil, di-2-pyridyl ketone and aliphatic aldehydes in the presence of ammonium acetate and acetic acid. Compared to the traditional heating condition, the reaction time under microwave irradiation was shorter and 3-alkyl imidazo[1,5-a]pyddines were given in higher yield.  相似文献

A series of molecules of therapeutic interest, possessing the new skeleton of 1H-benzo[c]pyrido[2,3,4-kl]acridine with acyl or aminoacyl and methoxy or aminoalkoxy substituents on the aromatic homocycles were synthesized by means of a Friedl?nder-type reaction. The requisite 5-aminodihydroquinoline-4-ones 1, whose preparation is described, were reacted with the appropriate alpha-tetralones 2 using an acidic catalyst (PPTS) under azeotropic conditions. Optimized reaction time and yield depend on temperature, which must not be below 90 degrees C.  相似文献
