通过在一种真实煤灰中添加不同的氧化物或直接用氧化物配制合成灰,探究了不同灰成分对灰熔融特性的影响规律。利用Fact Sage 7.0对不同灰分的熔融过程进行了热力学模拟,通过熔融过程中的矿物质变化为各种灰成分对熔融特性的影响规律提供理论依据。结果表明,氧化钠对灰熔点的降低作用源于钠长石和霞石对钙长石的取代;氧化镁含量的增加对灰熔点起先降低后升高的作用,当氧化镁含量超过一定时,产生的镁橄榄石能够升高灰熔点;硫对灰熔点的升高作用源于镁橄榄石和硫酸钙对透辉石的取代;氧化钙含量的增加对灰熔点起到先降低后升高的作用,当氧化钙含量超过一定时,硅从熔点较低的矿物质迁移到熔点较高的矿物质中,升高了灰熔点。在与硅氧单元体结合的过程中,氧化钠优先于氧化钙;与氧化钙和硅氧单元体结合的氧化物的优先级为:氧化铝氧化镁氧化铁。  相似文献

长治煤与生物质混合灰熔融特性研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用灰熔点测定仪、X射线荧光仪、X射线衍射仪和FactSage软件相结合对生物质(花生壳、稻壳)与高灰熔点长治煤混合灰的熔融特性及其熔融机制进行了研究。结果表明,两种生物质灰都可以降低长治煤的灰熔融温度,花生壳灰助熔效果优于稻壳灰,这主要与它们的化学组成和赋存形态有关。低熔点长石类矿物(钙长石、钠长石)和白榴石的生成是花生壳与长治煤混合灰熔融温度降低的主要原因;长石类矿物的生成及其与SiO2结合生成的低温共熔物引起稻壳与长治煤混合灰熔融温度降低。热力学计算表明,在碱性氧化物Na2O、CaO、K2O存在时,SiO2和Al2O3优先与其反应生成低熔点硅铝酸盐,一定程度上抑制了高熔点莫来石矿物的生成,从而起到助熔作用。混合灰的熔融过程可以分为含钾矿物熔融和含钙矿物熔融两个阶段,两类矿物熔融顺序:含钾矿物先于含钙矿物。  相似文献

在管式炉中,研究了煤灰对玉米秸秆焦在不同气化条件下钾的固留率和灰渣熔融性的影响。采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)、X射线衍射(XRD)以及灰熔点测定仪等检测表征手段对气化灰渣中的钾元素含量、矿物质组成以及其熔融点进行了分析。实验以高岭土为参考,研究发现,煤灰如同高岭土具有一定的固钾能力,且随着添加量的增加钾固留率呈现增加的趋势,同时灰渣熔点也得到了提升。灰渣产物的XRD组成分析表明,挥发至气相中的钾以及灰渣中以熔融态存在的钾盐与煤灰中的硅铝化合物反应生成了高熔点的KAlSi_3O_8、KAlSi_2O_6和KAlSiO_4,从而达到固钾的效果并提升了灰渣的熔点。  相似文献

Instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) was used to analyzed Nigerian bituminous coal and ash. Good statistical agreement (p0.05) between the literature and reported elemental values of USGS AGV-1 sample was found. Many elements were determined in the coal with some enrichment in the coal ash. Arsenic was measured only in the ash while Hg was present only in the coal. Coal ashing at 800°C contributed to a loss of Hg in the ash. Al, Na, Mg, Ti, Fe, which are major elements were found in the coal as expected, with slight enrichment in the ash. Ca and Si were only obtained in the ash. High ash Al (14.9±0.19%) and Si (25.3±4.11%) levels are of concem due to possible cases of pneumononiosis from inhalation of the particulates. Graphical illustration of the lanthanide concentrations peaked at Ce with a decrease from Sm to Lu. U and Th were also present in the samples showing slight enhancement in the ash. Comparatively low coal elemental values, notably S(1.8%), highly advocate this coal as a good quality fuel-coal.  相似文献

This paper analyzes the effect of fly ash chemical character on early Portland cement hydration and the possible adverse effects generated by the addition of gypsum. Behaviour was analyzed for pure Portland cements with varying mineralogical compositions and two types of fly ash, likewise differing in chemical composition, which were previously characterized under sulphate attack as: silicic-ferric-aluminic or aluminic-silicic ash in chemical character, irrespective if they are in nature, siliceous or siliceous and aluminous materials according to the ASTM C 618-94a. The experimental results showed that water demand for paste with a normal consistency increased with the replacement ratio in fly ash with a more aluminic than silicic chemical character, whereas it declined when silicic-ferric-aluminic ash was used. On the other hand, the differences between the total heat of hydration released at the first valley and the second peak also clearly differentiated the two types of ash. While the relative differences increased in the more aluminic than silicic ash, they declined in the more silicic than aluminic. In another vein, the findings indicate that within a comparable Blaine fineness range, the reactive alumina (Al2O3r−) content in pozzolanic additions has a greater effect on mortar strength than the reactive silica (SiO2r−) content, at least in early ages up to 28 days. Finally, the adverse effect generated in the presence of excess gypsum is due primarily to the chemical interaction between the gypsum and the C3A in the Portland cement and the reactive alumina (Al2O3r−) in the fly ash.  相似文献

Rice husk ash fired at different temperatures, 450, 700 and 1000°C, was mixed with different concentrations of lime (molar lime/silica ash ratio of 0.2, 0.5 and 1.0). Each dry mixture was first ground and hydrated in the suspension form (water/solid ratio = 10) for various time intervals within the range of 1 to 365 days. The surface properties of the unhydrated and hydrated samples were studied by means of nitrogen adsorption measurements. The results indicated that the surface areas and total pore volumes of unhydrated solid mixtures and hydrated lime-rice husk ash samples, prepared with lime/silica ash ratio of 1.0, decrease with increasing firing temperature of rice husk ash. The effect of varying the lime/silica ash ratio of the solid mixture on the surface area and pore structure was fully discussed. The results of surface area and pore volume measurements could also be related to the crystal structure of silica produced from rice husk ash.  相似文献

根据煤灰中硅铝含量及硅铝比对煤灰进行分类研究,构建了灰熔融点和黏度与组分关系的优化模型,并对宽组分范围的煤灰熔点、黏度关系进行探讨。获得了更加精确的灰熔点预测模型,全液相温度模型预测误差为±40℃,实验值和预测值的标准误差为25℃。采用修正的Urbain模型和Roscoe模型相结合,模型预测值和实验值吻合较好,低黏度下对数黏度的预测值和实验值误差为±0.1;高黏度下黏度的预测值和实验值误差为±0.2。结果表明,基于煤灰组分分类的拟合结果优于涵盖宽组分的模型。  相似文献

The total ash and acid-insoluble ash contents of Chinese materia medica (CMM) have been widely used as one of the indices to illustrate the quality as well as purity of herbal medicines. Such an approach has also been adopted by many official organizations in writing monographs for pharmacopoeia worldwide. In the present study, a full validation on the methodology was conducted with the inclusion of various commonly encountered matrices in herbs, namely, leaf, flower, fruit, stem and root. The practice ensures method suitability for a wider scope of matrix variation in CMM. Moreover, in order to comply with the technical requirement of International Organization of Standardization 17025 quality assurance system, the concept of measurement uncertainty has also been incorporated in the present study. 以山西"两高"煤为研究对象,考察了洗选改变灰分对添加助熔剂Ca CO3的影响。研究发现,随着洗煤灰分的降低,煤灰中二氧化硅含量及硅铝比(Si/Al)降低,煤灰流动温度降低至液态排渣气流床气化所需温度时,Ca CO3的添加比例与洗煤高温下生成的矿物质种类及其含量相关,经过洗选降低灰分后的FH与SH洗煤,通过添加一定比例的助熔剂Ca CO3,高温下煤灰渣类型由结晶渣变为玻璃体渣,排渣温度范围宽,能够很好地满足气流床气化液态排渣的要求,洗选与添加Ca CO3助熔剂配合使用的方式,可以有效调控山西"两高"煤灰流动性质。  相似文献

Most of the dyes are organic compounds, with different degree of polarization and different groups with various steric effects, making their complete biodegradation slow or even impossible. Adsorption on fly ash and fly ash based substrates represents a possible alternative for simultaneous removal of dyes and heavy metals form wastewaters resulted in the textile industry. Adsorption (under visible light) and adsorption and photodegradation (under UV irradiation) studies were done on Methylene blue solutions and on their mixtures with heavy metals (copper and cadmium), in systems using fly ash as single substrate, or mixed with a wide band gap semiconductor (TiO2). The titanium oxides and hematite content in fly ash proved to be responsible for photodegradation processes even in the absence of the TiO2 powder, confirming that modified fly ash is a viable candidate in developing up scalable processes for advanced wastewater treatment. The kinetic and thermodynamic studies allow to calculate the parameters and to describe the complex mechanisms, involving competitive adsorption.  相似文献

Hydrothermal solidification of municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) fly ash has been conducted under saturated steam pressure at 200 °C for up to 48 h with quartz addition. To enhance the strength of solidified specimens further, the raw fly ash was pre-treated by water-washing and mixed with NaOH solution (2 M) as reaction solvent. Experimental results showed that curing time and temperature had significant effects on strength development. Strength development was found to be mainly due to tobermorite formation, and addition of quartz and NaOH solution promoted tobermorite formation. The raw fly ash could also be used as an additive to solidify MSWI bottom ash, and with raw fly ash addition (10%) the flexural strength of solidified specimens reached more than 21 MPa, suggesting high potential to recycle 100% MSWI ash (e.g. as 10% fly ash + 90% bottom ash). Leaching tests were conducted to determine amounts of heavy metals dissolved from solidified specimens. The results showed that under the hydrothermal conditions of this study, leaching of heavy metals was very low. As such, the hydrothermal processing method might have high potential for recycling/reusing MSWI fly ash on a large scale.  相似文献

A plasmonic photocatalyst composite based on Ag@AgCl and fly ash cenospheres was successfully prepared through a two-step method. X-ray diffraction analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, and diffuse reflectance ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy were used to determine the structure and optical properties of the Ag@AgCl-doped fly ash cenospheres (denoted Ag@AgCl/FAC). SEM micrographs showed that Ag@AgCl was well deposited on the surface of the fly ash cenospheres. Photocatalytic experiment results showed that the degradation ratio increased with increasing dosage of Ag@AgCl/fly ash cenospheres; proper concentration of pollutant was important for the photocatalytic reaction for given amount of catalyst. Moreover, improved degradation of rhodamine B was observed at acidic conditions under visible-light irradiation. This excellent catalytic ability is mainly attributed to the formation of Ag nanoparticles on the surface of the fly ash cenospheres and the high separation efficiency of photoelectron–hole pairs.  相似文献

We have developed a flame‐retardant polycarbonate resin whose flame retardancy is greatly enhanced by adding fly ash (a by‐product from thermal power plants). Fly ash with comparatively small average particle sizes (<10 µm) raised the flame retardancy of polycarbonate because of the hydrogen bond that forms between the polycarbonate and the hydroxy group on the fly ash surface. This bond primarily improves the heat resistance of the polycarbonate and also isomerizes the polycarbonate to promote carbonization. The polycarbonate with 25 wt% of the fly ash showed good other main characteristics, such as mechanical properties and moldability, comparable to those of a flame retardant polycarbonate reinforced with glass fiber, used for electronic products such as desktop computers, etc. Applying the fly ash eliminates the need to use current retardants such as organic halogen compounds and thus promotes the perceived environmental safety of flame‐ retardant polycarbonate. In addition, being able to use less raw resin by adding the fly ash means that less energy is required to manufacture flame‐retardant polycarbonate. Copyright © 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

226Ra and232Th specific activities in coal from Maamba Collieries in Zambia have been measured at 46±8 and 56±9 Bq kg–1, respectively. These values are nearly two and a half times larger than the world average for coal and are close to those for lignite or brown coal. Determination of specific activities in coal waste at Maamba and coal ash at the fertilizer factory in Kafue showed enhancement factors of 2.6 and 2.0, respectively. These values are well within the world range of enhancement factors in coal ash.  相似文献

Owing to poor bonding between coarse fly ash particles and hydration products, gap-graded blended cements with fly ash usually show lower compressive strengths than Portland cement. Surface cementitious properties of coarse fly ash were improved by dehydration and rehydration processes in the present study. The results show that during the calcination at 750?°C, C?CS?CH gel is mainly transformed into a new nesosilicate, which is similar to a less crystalline C2S. The formation of melilite from hydration products is also noticed at 900?°C, however, this will not contribute to rehydration of calcined fly ash. Rehydration of new generated nesosilicate on the surface of coarse fly ash leads to a better bonding between coarse fly ash particles and hydration products. As a result, both early and late mechanical properties of gap-graded blended cements containing 25% cement clinker and 39% calcined coarse fly ash are higher than those of 100% Portland cements.  相似文献

对玉米秸分别与两种煤以不同比例混烧生成的混烧灰进行了荷电特性研究。利用法拉第杯荷电量检测系统和静电低压撞击器(ELPI)测量了混烧灰的总体荷质比及分级荷质比,并借助于成分分析及形貌分析结果讨论了其影响机理。结果表明,随着生物质掺入量在混烧燃料中的增加,混烧灰的成分组成发生变化,使得其介电常数变大,比电阻增大,表面吸附能力增强,从而使混烧灰的总体荷质比有一定的上升趋势。对混烧灰的分级荷质比测量结果表明,排除灰样粒径的影响,生物质的掺入使得混烧灰的荷电能力得以增强,但影响相对较小,颗粒粒径是影响混烧灰荷电能力的主要因素。  相似文献

Municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) significantly reduces volume and mass by as much as 80%, prolonging the life span of landfills. The concentration of heavy metals in the ash and their ability to leach into ground water is a serious concern when siting and designing MSWI ash landfills. Improved technology captures most heavy metals in the ash. The distribution of elements among the different ash particle sizes was determined by NAA. The bottom ash residue was separated into fractions ranging from 9.5 mm to 0.3 mm. The fly ash was separated into fractions from 250 m to 20 m. Landfills usually bury a mixture of both. The combined ash was separated into fractions over the entire range from >9.5 mm to <20 m. Thermal and epithermal neutron irradiations of size fractionated MSW bottom, fly and combined ash were performed to determine the distribution of various metals within the ash. Compared to normal soil, the ashes contained elevated amounts of numerous elements. Concentrations of the more enriched elements (Ag, Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg, Sb, Se, Sr and Zn) in fly ash were of particular interest as source markers.  相似文献

以小麦秸秆、马尾藻和山苦荬等三种富含碱金属和碱土金属的生物质为原料,研究了在500、600和815℃下制得的生物质灰对神府煤焦加氢气化的催化作用。结果表明,随着制灰温度由500℃升高至815℃,灰产量减少,且灰中的碱金属和氯元素的含量降低;当制灰温度达到815℃,生物质灰出现明显的熔融现象;600℃灰样对神府煤焦加氢气化具有较好的催化作用,催化效果随灰样添加比例增大而增强。山苦荬灰催化作用较好,而马尾藻灰催化作用较弱。小麦秸秆灰中较高的硅含量和马尾藻灰中较高的氯含量是其催化作用较弱的主要原因;氯元素会加剧碱金属的挥发,弱化与其结合的碱金属的催化效果,对碱金属催化所产生的抑制作用比相同摩尔数的硅更加明显。  相似文献

Decomposition of diethyl phthalate (DEP) exposed to a coal fly ash has been investigated in water by measuring UV-VIS spectra and GC-MS. Alkaline constituents eluted from the fly ash in the liquid phase gradually hydrolyzed DEP to produce monoethyl phthalate and/or phthalic acid. These products were adsorbed on the fly ash and decarboxylated into ethyl benzoate and benzoic acid, respectively, followed by decomposition into benzenes and/or the other compounds of lower molecular weight. The fly ash acts as not only an adsorbent but also a decomposer.  相似文献

对两种原始煤灰进行混合,并分别搭配不同的添加剂,得到3种元素组成相同的煤灰,灰熔点测试结果显示,三者的灰熔点存在较大差异。结合X射线衍射技术和SEM-EDX(扫描电子显微镜与能谱联用)分析了3种煤灰(>800 ℃)在高温时的矿物质转化过程。结果表明,不同的灰熔点调控手段对不同煤的影响是不同的。原因是高温时矿物质组成不仅与煤灰化学元素组成相关,更与元素在矿物质中的赋存状态有关。两者共同决定了煤灰的熔融特性。  相似文献
