PC/ABS及PC/ABS/PE-g-MAH共混体系相容性的研究   总被引:18,自引:1,他引:17  
研究了聚碳酸酯与ABS(PC/ABS)及PC/ABS与马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯共聚物(PC/ABS/PE-g-MAH)共混体系的力学性能和应力开裂性能。用DSC和SEM研究了共混体系的相容性。结果表明:ABS的加入能提高PC的冲击强度,ABS的含量及品种影响PC/ABS合金的力学性能,ABS能提高PC的耐溶剂应力开裂性能。PC/ABS/PE-g-MAH共混体系的力学性能和相容性优于PC/ABS共混体系,  相似文献

New thermoset polymers prepared by cationic co-polymerization of tung oil with styrene and/or divinylbenzene were evaluated at different times after their preparation. The changes in the properties were correlated with the composition of the copolymers. The action of atmospheric oxygen on the fatty acid unsaturations produced chemical changes in these polymers, which affected the properties of the cured materials. These changes were analyzed by FTIR, dynamic mechanical properties and mechanical testing. An increase in the modulus with time for all the analyzed samples was observed, as well as a large effect on the glass transition temperature and, consequently, in the shape memory properties.  相似文献

采用Nd:YAG固体激光器在SrTiO3(STO)衬底上成功制备了具有c轴取向的过掺杂La1.8Sr0.2CuO4和欠掺杂La1.9Sr0.1CuO4超导薄膜。分别对薄膜的晶体结构、电学输运性能进行了研究。通过晶体结构分析表明超导薄膜沿<001>晶向生长,沉积后的薄膜超导转变温度(TC)随着薄膜厚度(20~200 nm)的增加而逐渐升高,显示薄膜由二维特征向三维特征过渡。在双层薄膜La1.8Sr0.2CuO4/La1.9Sr0.1CuO4结构中,其电学输运性能和所加电场的方向有很大关联,反映出电场的方向影响了超导薄膜中空穴载流子的扩散,进而影响了薄膜的超导转变温度和电学输运性能。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶模板法合成了CoFe2O4/BaTiO3(CFO/BTO)复合纳米管, 管的直径约为100、200和300 nm, 其长度约为100 μm. X射线衍射(XRD)和选区电子衍射(SAED)都显示复合纳米管中同时存在尖晶石相的CoFe2O4 (CFO)和钙钛矿相的BaTiO3(BTO), 进一步的透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究证实合成的纳米复合物具有明显的管状结构. 磁、电研究表明, 该复合纳米管的磁性与纯CFO纳米管的磁性相当; 而铁电性与纯BTO纳米管的铁电性相当.  相似文献

O-Dodecyl-N,N′-diisopropylisourea and O-tridecafluorooctyl-N,N′-diisopropylisourea were synthesized by reaction of hydrogenated or fluorinated alcohols onto diisopropylcarbodiimide in quasi-quantitative yields. Adding various hydrogen halides (HCl, HBr, or HI) onto these isoureas enabled one to obtain isoureas hydrohalides with tensioactive properties. The surface properties of both series of hydrogenated and fluorinated surfactants were studied and compared. The influence of the counter-ions onto the surface properties showed that the tensioactive properties were improved in the following increasing order: I < Cl < Br. Fluorinated isourea hydrohalides exhibited better surfactant properties than their hydrogenated homologues.  相似文献

采用低温冷冻的方法,通过改变聚乙烯醇(PVA)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘络合物(PVP-I)的配比、冷冻时间、冷冻-解冻循环次数,制备出一种可调控力学性能的PVA/PVP-I复合水凝胶.研究了该复合水凝胶的机械性能、微观结构、碘缓释性能和抑菌性质.研究结果表明, PVA/PVP-I复合水凝胶可调控的力学性质可以满足伤口敷料对水凝胶力学性质的需求;复合水凝胶的网络结构可以有效降低碘在紫外线下的分解速度,实现对碘的稳定保护作用及控制释放,从而发挥水凝胶持续抑菌性能,为抑菌水凝胶的设计制备提供了新思路.  相似文献

采用硬脂酸(SA)对纳米进行表面活化,考察了改性纳米CaCO3、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(PE-g-MAH)分别或共同添加到高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)中形成的复合塑料的拉伸性能.结果表明:用质量分数为7%硬脂酸改性的纳米CaCO3,能较好地促使无机粒子的分散和与HDPE的结合,提高复合塑料的拉伸性能.PE-g-MAH的进一步嫁接作用,可延长硬脂酸分子链,加强硬脂酸和基体树脂之间的缠结作用,从而显著提高了复合塑料的拉伸强度.  相似文献

在酸性溶液中利用溶胶凝胶-pH值控制两步法直接合成FexOy/SBA-15介孔分子筛,同时利用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、小角度X射线衍射(Low-angle XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)以及振动样品磁强计(VSM)对制备的各种SBA-15介孔分子筛进行结构以及性能的测试、表征。结果显示FexOy均匀地分散在SBA-15的骨架中,而且会对SBA-15介孔分子筛起钉轧作用。而后着重研究了FexOy的加入对SBA-15介孔分子筛的热稳定性、催化特性以及磁学性能的影响。FexOy的引入可以增加制备的SBA-15介孔分子筛的热稳定性;FexOy的引入可以改善SBA-15介孔分子筛的催化活性,得到了开口的、石墨化程度较好的纳米碳管。FexOy的引入使SBA-15介孔分子筛具有明显的铁磁性。  相似文献

The influence of photochemical aging of in situ polymerized PS/AES blends on their mechanical properties has been studied. The PS/AES blends were subjected to photochemical aging for 168 h and 720 h. Tensile properties and Izod impact resistance of aged and non-aged samples were evaluated. The mechanical properties of the PS/AES blends are influenced by the polymerization temperature and blend composition and represent a balance between the toughness of EPDM and the stiffness of SAN in the PS matrix. Even though the impact resistance and strain at break of HIPS are higher than those of the PS/AES blends, after the aging period all PS/AES blends showed higher strain at break than HIPS. PS/AES blends present higher photochemical stability than HIPS.  相似文献

The present work reports the optimisation of the composition and elaboration process of Ba6−2xLn2xFe1+xNb9−xO30 (0.6 < x < 1.0), a composite multiferroic below 440 K. Both firing and sintering conditions have been investigated in order to lower the two spurious phases content and to improve the ceramic quality. The Eu content has also been varied, with subsequent adjustment of cationic content to maintain charge compensation and site occupancies. The evolution of phase content, dielectric and magnetic properties has been evaluated with respect to these parameters. It was found that optimal processing parameters allow a significant improvement of dielectric properties but leave magnetic properties unaffected. Eu content modification impacts both the dielectric and magnetic properties of the TTB samples and changes their dielectric behaviour from ferroelectric to relaxor.  相似文献

This article highlights the history, synthetic routes, material properties, and scope of ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA)/clay nanocomposites. These nanocomposites of EVAs are achieved with either unmodified or organomodified layered silicates with different methods. The structures of the resulting polymer/inorganic nanocomposites have been characterized with X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. The addition of a small amount of clay, typically less than 8 wt %, to the polymer matrix unusually promotes the material properties, such as the mechanical, thermal, and swelling properties, and increases the flame retardancy of these hybrids. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Magnetic properties of the Al1−xGaxFeO3 family of oxides crystallizing in a non-centrosymmetric space group have been investigated in detail along with structural aspects by employing X-ray and neutron diffraction, Mössbauer spectroscopy and other techniques. The study has revealed the occurrence of several interesting features related to unit cell parameters, site disorder and ionic size. Using first-principles density functional theory based calculations, we have attempted to understand how magnetic ordering and related properties in these oxides depend sensitively on disorder at the cation site. The origin and tendency of cations to disorder and the associated properties are traced to the local structure and ionic sizes.  相似文献

The thermophysical properties of the hexane/hexan-1-ol/methylbenzoate ternary system and its binary constituents were studied at 298.15 K over the whole composition range. The excess and mixing properties calculated from the experimental values combined with the mixture activity coefficients deduced from the UNIFAC group contribution method were used to calculate the integrals of the Kirkwood-Buff fluctuation theory for the ternary system and the binary constituents. Also the local composition and the excess or deficit number of molecules around a central molecule have been determined. The volumetric properties for the ternary system and its binary constituents were correlated and predicted successfully with several cubic equations of state combined with two simple mixing rules. The structural and intermolecular interactions of the mixtures were analyzed on the basis of the measured and derived properties.  相似文献

Zwitterionic ammonium-substituted nido m-carborane (7-NH3-7,9-nido-carborane), a novel boron moiety for boron neutron capture therapy, was synthesized and its chemical properties were investigated. 采用共沉淀法制备了一系列不同铈添加量的CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3(CZA)储氧材料,并通过XRD、低温N2吸附-脱附、氧脉冲吸附(OSC)和H2-TPR等手段进行了表征。XRD结果表明,在1 000和1 100℃高温焙烧后,当CeO2添加量为8%时样品具有最好的结构稳定性能。N2吸附-脱附结果表明,CeO2添加量为8%时样品具有最好的织构性能,1 000℃时,比表面积和孔容分别为:136.6 m2.g-1和0.38 mL.g-1;1 100℃时,比表面积和孔容分别为:83.7 m2.g-1和0.23 mL.g-1。OSC结果显示,CeO2添加量为8%时样品具有最大的储氧量,1 000℃和1 100℃分别为70μmol.g-1和31μmol.g-1。H2-TPR结果表明,CeO2添加量为8%时样品具有最佳的还原性能。  相似文献

The phase diagrams of water-cyclohexane containing 5, 10, and 20 wt% sodium 1,2-bis(2-ethylhexyloxycarbonyl)-1-ethanesulfonate (Aerosol OT, AOT) as a function of temperature were studied. There is the water phase in which AOT is dissolved and a large amount of oil is solubilized at higher temperature, and the oil phase in which AOT is dissolved and a large amount of water is solubilized at lower temperature. It is evident from the phase behavior that the hydrophile-lipophile property of AOT is well balanced. Accordingly, the phase diagram and properties of AOT solution are affected rather sensitively by the addition of a small amount of hydrophilic or lipophilic additive or by temperature. Careful elimination of inorganic salts also influences markedly the solution properties of AOT. Thus, the addition or removal of known amounts of inorganic salts, such as Na2SO4 is also very important to control the solution properties related to practical applications. In this context phase diagrams of both carefully purified and commercial AOT with or without additives have been determined.  相似文献
