自石墨烯被发现以来,各种具有新奇特性的二维材料受到了越来越多的关注。Janus型二维材料具有不对称的表面特性,这种特殊的结构往往具有独特的电学、磁学与光学性质,使其成为近年来材料科学领域研究的热点。本文搭建了Janus型结构CrXX’(X/X’=S,Se,Te)(CrSSe, CrSTe, CrSeTe),研究了体系的电学、磁学、光学性质,并探究了双轴应变对其电学、磁学、光学性质的影响。结果表明,CrSSe、CrSTe与CrSeTe均呈现金属性,都是电子的优良导体,三种体系的电子结构对外加应变具有很好的鲁棒性。CrXX’(X/X’=S,Se,Te)具有本征铁磁性,并且通过施加双轴应变可对其磁矩进行调控。此外,三种体系均具有较高的居里温度,特别是CrSTe的居里温度可达310 K。CrXX’(X/X’=S,Se,Te)还具有优异的可见光与紫外光吸收性能,应变可对其光吸收系数进行调控,并且压应变与拉应变可分别使其吸收谱线向短波与长波方向移动。本文的工作为进一步研究二维Janus单层CrXX’(X/X’=S,Se,Te)在新型室温自旋电子器件领域的应用提供了理论支持。  相似文献

Two new 5‐substituted 1,3,4‐thiadiazole‐2‐carboxylate esters have been synthesized via ring closure of appropriate tricarbonyl precursors using Lawesson's reagent. The chemistry described is the first report of such methodology in the organic literature. The new materials display broad smectic C phases and show considerable potential for use in electrooptic display devices.  相似文献

In this paper, the results of a dielectric absorption study for 4 nonanoate 4’ cyanobiphenyl are presented. For electric field E perpendicular to director n, a very distributed domain can be observed. It can be interpreted as resulting from the superposition of rotation and libration movements of the molecule and of intramolecular movements. For E parallel to n, the reorientational movement of the molecule is observed. The activation energy of this mechanism is lower in SmA phase at T > 30°C than in nematic phase. Moreover, if T < 25°C the activation energy increases. These variations seem to be characteristic of a partially bilayer SmA phase with the appearing of monolayer Sc domains at T < 25°C.  相似文献

A new diphosphine disulphide compound with the formula C27H26O2|P2S2, was synthesized from the reaction between PPh2SCl and 1,3-propanediol and characterized with different spectroscopic methods. Its structure has also been studied by X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group $P\bar 1$ . Pentavalent phosphorus atoms in the molecule are in distorted tetrahedral environments.  相似文献

Abstract  The general expressions for the compliance Young’s modulus E(hkl) and Poisson’s ratio υ(hkl,θ) along arbitrary loading direction are given for orthorhombic crystals. The representation surface for which the length of the radius vector in the normal direction of the (hkl) plane equals to E(hkl) and representation curve for which the length of the radius vector with angle θ deviated from the reference directions and equals to and respectively, are constructed for 12 orthorhombic crystals Aragonite, Baryte, Celestite, Iodic acid, Magnesium sulfate, Rochelle salt, Sodium tartrate, Strontium formate, Sulfur, Topaz, α-Uranium and Zinc sulfate. Single crystals of N’-[(E)-(4-bromophenyl) (phenyl) methylidene]–4-methylbenzenesulfonohydrazide (4BBTH), having potential applications in nonlinear electro optic field. The structure is elucidated by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The functional groups are identified by FT-IR analysis. The band gap energy is estimated using diffuse reflectance data by the application of Kubelka–Munk algorithm. Third-order nonlinear optical properties of the grown crystal were derived by employing a single beam Z-scan technique. Theoretical calculations were performed using density functional theory (DFT) method. Estimated large first-order molecular hyperpolarizality of 9.79 times of urea, suggests a charge transfer atmosphere facilitating micro level nonlinearity.GRAPHICAL ABSTRACT  相似文献

<正>疫情蔓延却挡不住时代悦动的脉搏,随着2022年新春钟声的敲响,《人工晶体学报》也迎来了创刊50周年。20世纪60年代后期,位于北京郊区的原国家建材局人工晶体研究所为了方便所内技术交流,创办了内部刊物《人工晶体译丛》,主要刊载所内技术人员翻译的国外相关领域最新进展。到1972年,期刊刊登范围逐步扩大,陆续刊出所内研究简报、研究论文等,同时也报道国内相关团队的研究近况,遂更名《人工晶体》。时值我国国防工业建设高潮,与国防工业关系密切的人工晶体材料正取得日新月异的发展,水晶、金刚石、云母三大合成晶体相继研发成功并走向市场,激光晶体、非线性光学晶体、闪烁晶体、压电晶体等一大批晶体合成成功,晶体界急需一本自己的专业期刊方便国内同行的交流。在老一辈晶体专家吴乾章等的共同倡议和努力下,《人工晶体》确定为中国硅酸盐学会晶体生长与材料专业委员会的代表会刊,从此走上时代舞台,肩负起传播中国晶体文化,引领中国晶体科技发展的历史使命。1989年,《人工晶体》更名《人工晶体学报》。  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound (1, C27H40O 1/8 H2O) synthesized via photo-induced electron transfer promoted biomimetic cascade cyclization, is reported. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c, with cell parameters a = 53.982(4), b = 7.1889(6), c = 11.170(1) Å, = 96.86(1). The structure adopts a fully trans-fused ring junction with all methyl groups axially oriented. The geometrical aspects associated with 1 were discussed and compared with the previously determined X-ray data for structurally analogous compounds.  相似文献
