A new cross-linked polystyrene-supported thioanisole reagent is reported. This reagent incorporates the flexible JandaJel™ cross-linker and can be treated with methyl trifluoromethanesulfonate to form the corresponding sulfonium salt. This salt can in turn be deprotonated to form a polymer-supported sulfur ylide that is able to react with aldehydes and ketones to form epoxides. The thioanisole reagent can also be oxidized to form an insoluble sulfoxide reagent that is useful in Swern oxidation reactions. In these reactions, the polymer-supported thioanisole-based reagents can be recovered, regenerated and reused.  相似文献

A series of insoluble salts of Keggin heteropoly compounds were prepared and used as catalysts for the Mannich-type reaction of benzaldehyde, aniline, and cyclohexanone in water. Among them, Cs2.5H0.5PW12O40 showed excellent catalytic activity. Effects of surfactant, catalyst loading and temperature were studied to introduce the best reaction condition. The optimized reaction conditions were extended to Mannich reaction of various aldehydes, ketones, and amines in water. This rapid procedure afforded structurally divers β-amino ketones with major anti diastereoselectivity. Additionally, four new compounds were reported. The catalyst was recovered and reused for subsequent runs.  相似文献

Various ketones have undergone asymmetric trimethylsilylcyanation at room temperature with (CH3)3SiCN (TMSCN) in the presence of a chiral-supported Cu(salen) complex and Ph3PO as the catalyst. Aromatic, aliphatic, and heterocyclic ketones have been converted into the corresponding cyanohydrin trimethylsilyl ethers in 83?96% yields with 52?84% ee. Several factors concerning the reactivity and enantioselectivity have been discussed. A double activation where Cu(salen) plays the role of Lewis acid and Ph3PO acts as a Lewis base is reported. Poly(ethylene glycol) monomethyl ether (MeO-PEG) has been used as a soluble support while JandaJel (JJ) and Merrifield (MF) resins served as insoluble supports. Each polymer is linked to the salen catalyst through a glutarate spacer. The soluble catalysts were recovered by precipitation with a suitable solvent while the insoluble catalysts were simply filtered from the reaction mixture. The JandaJel-attached Cu(salen) catalyst could be used for five cycles with the retention of efficiency and the Merrifield-bound Cu(salen) catalyst was found to loose activity with each use.  相似文献

A simple, efficient, mild, and regioselective method for oxyiodination of carbonyl compounds has been reported by using NH4I as the source of iodine and Oxone® as an oxidant. Various carbonyl compounds such as aralkyl ketones, aliphatic ketones (acyclic and cyclic), and β-keto esters proceeded to the respective α-monoiodinated products in moderate to excellent yields. Unsymmetrical aliphatic ketones reacted smoothly yielding a mixture of 1-iodo and 3-iodo ketones with the predominant formation of 1-iodoproduct.  相似文献

Crosslinked co/poly(styrene-4-vinylpyridine)/ (1) was converted with hydrogen bromide or alkyl bromide to a pyridinium salt (2) which was further converted in water medium to various immobilized dichromates (3) with CrO3. The insoluble reagent containing 0.6–1.0 mmol of dichromate on a gram of resin (depending on the structure of the polymer backbone) oxidized several secondary alcohols to ketones. The rate of conversion of alcohols to ketones depended on the structure of the polymer backbone, the structure of the alcohol, and the amount of water (5% or 20%) occluded in the reagent 3.  相似文献

A homo-Michael addition reaction of lithium selenolates with 1-(1-alkynyl)cyclopropyl ketones and the subsequent reaction with electrophiles such as PhSeBr, NFSI and NCS is reported. Based on the nature of electrophiles, this reaction may afford highly substituted 1,2-allenyl ketones or furans (E(+) = PhSe(+)) and 2-alkynyl ketones (E(+) = F(+), Cl(+), active halides) as the final products, respectively.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A novel solid-phase self-organized catalyst of palladium nanoparticles was prepared from PdCl(2) with main-chain viologen polymers via complexation and reduction. This insoluble nanocatalyst nano-Pd-V efficiently promoted alpha-alkylation of ketones with primary alcohols in the presence of Ba(OH)(2).H(2)O under atmospheric conditions without organic solvents. The synthesis of 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones by cyclocondensation of anthranilamide with ketones in aqueous media using Hβ zeolite is reported. The scope of the reaction was explored by various ketones such as aromatic, aliphatic and cyclic ketones. Based on the preliminary mechanistic results, a tentative mechanism for the formation of 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones using zeolite catalyst (Hβ) is predicted. The reusability study, large-scale experiment and water as solvent showed significant benefits of this catalytic protocol in comparing to earlier methods.  相似文献

We report the development of direct catalytic, enantioselective, anti-selective Mannich-type reactions between unmodified ketones and alpha-imino esters under mild conditions. The reactions were performed using 5-10 mol % of (R)-3-pyrrolidinecarboxylic or (R)-beta-proline as catalyst in an environmentally benign solvent, 2-PrOH, at room temperature. The anti-Mannich products were obtained in good yields with high diastereo- and enantioselectivities (up to anti/syn >99:1, 99% ee). While (3R,5R)-5-methyl-3-pyrrolidinecarboxylic acid is an excellent catalyst for the anti-Mannich-type reactions of aldehydes, it did not efficiently catalyze the corresponding Mannich-type reactions of ketones; (R)-3-pyrrolidinecarboxylic acid did efficiently catalyze the Mannich-type reactions of ketones. (S)-Proline or (S)-2-pyrrolidinecarboxylic acid has been reported to catalyze the Mannich-type reactions of ketones to afford the syn-products. Thus, the position of the carboxylic acid group on the pyrrolidine ring directs the stereoselection of the catalyzed reaction, providing either syn- or anti-Mannich products.  相似文献

α-Alkyl dibenzyl ketones that are capable of undergoing both Norrish Type I and Type II reactions generally yield products of Norrish Type I reaction in organic solvents. These water insoluble ketones form water-soluble host–guest complexes with β and γ-cyclodextrins. Irradiation of the above β-cyclodextrin complexes in water leads to products of Norrish Type II reaction. This change in behavior between the guest alone in organic solvent and as host–guest complexes in water is consistent with the influence of other ordered media such as micelles and reactants such as benzoin alkyl ethers and alkyl deoxy benzoins.  相似文献

A complete study of the asymmetric addition of phenylacetylene to ketones catalyzed by Schiff-base amino alcohol-Zn complex is reported in this article. The Schiff-base amino alcohols were easily prepared from amino acids in three steps. When the amount of ligand was 1%(molar fraction), an e.e. value up to 94% was obtained. A series of practical chiral ligands were applied in the enantioselective addition of phenylacetylene to ketones without adding another stronger Lewis acid except zinc.  相似文献

Highly enantioselective aldol reactions of aldehydes with cyclic ketones catalyzed by a primary amine derived from cinchonine are reported. Aromatic aldehydes reacted with various cyclic ketones cleanly to afford the anti-aldol adducts in up to 99% yield, with good diastereoselectivities (up to 9 : 1) and excellent enantioselectivities (up to 99% ee).  相似文献

The development of enantioselective anti-selective Mannich-type reactions of aldehydes and ketones with imines catalyzed by 3-pyrrolidinecarboxylic acid and related pyrrolidine derivatives is reported in detail. Both (3R,5R)-5-methyl-3-pyrrolidinecarboxylic acid and (R)-3-pyrrolidinecarboxylic acid efficiently catalyzed the reactions of aldehydes with alpha-imino esters under mild conditions and afforded anti-Mannich products with high diastereo- and enantioselectivities (anti/syn up to 99:1, up to >99% ee). For the reactions of ketones with alpha-imino esters, (R)-3-pyrrolidinecarboxylic acid was an efficient catalyst (anti/syn up to >99:1, up to 99% ee). Evaluation of a series of pyrrolidine-based catalysts indicated that the acid group at the beta-position of the pyrrolidine ring of the catalyst played an important role in forwarding the carbon-carbon bond formation and in directing anti-selectivity and enantioselectivity.  相似文献

A novel procedure for the extraction of soluble, sparingly soluble and insoluble Cr(VI) from solid samples was presented. EDTA was added to an ammonia buffer commonly used only for the extraction of soluble and sparingly soluble Cr(VI). In the course of extraction in an ultrasonic bath cations which form insoluble chromates are complexed with EDTA while Cr(VI) is transferred to the solution. A concentration of EDTA equal to 0.01 mol L−1 was chosen. The presence of EDTA in the extraction solution enables not only dissolution of insoluble Cr(VI) but also, as reported previously in literature, minimises oxidation of Cr(III) to Cr(VI). The extraction procedure was optimised and applied to Cr(VI) determination in the paint chips real sample. The results obtained were compared with the results obtained using two other extraction procedures. The results show that the novel extraction procedure can be used for the extraction of soluble, sparingly soluble and insoluble Cr(VI) from real solid samples.  相似文献

Chiral α,α-diaryl ketones are structural motifs commonly present in bioactive molecules, and they are also valuable building blocks in synthetic organic chemistry. However, catalytic asymmetric synthesis of α,α-diaryl ketones bearing a tertiary stereogenic center remains largely unsolved. Herein, we report a catalytic de novo enantioselective synthesis of α,α-diaryl ketones from simple alkynes via chiral phosphoric acid (CPA) catalysis. A broad range of enolizable α,α-diaryl ketones are prepared in good yields and with excellent enantioselectivities. The described protocol also serves as an efficient deuteration method for the preparation of enantiomerically enriched deuterated α,α-diaryl ketones. Using the methodology reported, bioactive molecules, including one of the best-selling anti-breast cancer drugs, tamoxifen, are readily synthesized.  相似文献

Direct asymmetric aldol reaction of aryl ketones with aryl aldehydes catalyzed by chiral metal complex is reported for the first time herein. Two novel semicrown chiral ligands 1a and 1b were synthesized from (S)- and (R)-BINOL, respectively, and then employed to catalyze the direct asymmetric aldol addition of aryl ketones to aryl aldehydes. Introduced with 2.0 equiv of diethylzinc, 1b had higher enantioselectivity than 1a. Up to 97% yield and up to 80% enantioselectivity were achieved.  相似文献
