A novel diarylheptanoid, named Jugcathanin(1), along with two known diarylheptanoids(2,3), were isolated from the fresh pericarps ofduglans Cathayensis Dode. A known triterpene(4) and a known aphthaoquinone(5) were also isolated from the plant. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic studies. All the compounds exhibited moderate cytotoxicities against human Hela, HepG2, and HL-60 cell lines.  相似文献

Twelve novel dithiocarbamates containing 1,2,3-trizaoles group were prepared via one step starting from organic halides, dithiocarbamic acid prop-2-ynyl ester, and sodium azide, using a very simple catalytic system composed of copper(I) chloride and water at 70 8C. The structures of the new compounds were characterized and screened for their in vitro anti-tumor. Four of the compounds displayed varying levels of anti-tumor activity against the CDC25 B.  相似文献

Some biologically important tin(Ⅳ) complexes derived from 5,5-diethyl sodium barbital have been synthesized and characterized through various analytical and spectroscopic techniques such as IR, ^1H-, ^13C-NMR and ^119mSn mossbauer. On the basis of these spectroscopic techniques, octahedral geometry has been assigned to all the novel compounds. These complexes, soluble in DMSO and DMF, were screened against a wide range of microorganisms. The results proved that the diphenyltin(Ⅳ) and dibutyltin(Ⅳ) complexes exhibit excellent activity against all types of microorganisms, while the rest of the compounds show significant activity that can be used during the biological study.  相似文献

Two new β-hydroxy amino acid-coupled secoiridoids, named serinosecologanin (1) and threoninose- cologanin (2), were isolated from an aqueous extract of the flower buds of Lonicera japonica. Their uncommon structures including absolute configurations were determined by spectroscopic data analysis, and confirmed by semisynthesis from the co-occurring secologanin (3) and secologanic acid (4). Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited resistant activity against β-glucosidase from almonds and hesperidinase from Aspergillus niger, they also showed activity against the release of glucuronidase in rat polymorphonuclear leukocytes induced by the platelet-activating factor with inhibition rates of (34.9 ±3.1 )% and (53.6 ± 2.6)%, respectively.  相似文献

Isounonal-7-methyl ether(1) and chinendihydrochalcone(2) together with 8 known compounds were isolated from the stem barks of Desmos chinensis.Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic data.Compound 2 exhibited cytotoxic activity against MOLT-3 cancer cell line(IC50 7.16μg/mL) and antifungal activity against Pyricularia oryzae and Rhizoctonia solani with MIC values of 15.6 and 31.2μg/mL,respectively.  相似文献

A series of novel 2,5-disubstituted-1,3,4-oxadiazoles have been synthesized from long-chain alkanoic and alkenoic acids. The structures of these compounds have been elucidated by elemental and spectral (IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, MS) analysis. Furthermore, compounds were screened for in vitro antibacterial activity against the representative panel of two Gram-positive and two Gram- negative bacteria. All the synthesized compounds were also tested for their inhibitory action against five strains of fungus. The various compounds show potent inhibitory action against test organisms. 2007 Abdul Rauf. A series of novel azasterols 8a―8h and 10a―10c were synthesized from the key intermediate 6 by acylation and deprotection.Compound 6 was obtained through a series of reactions including Wittig reaction,etherification,ene reaction,oxidation,oximation and reduction.Structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR,MS and 1H NMR.Furthermore,all of these compounds were screened for in vitro antiparasitic activity against L.donovani.Among them,compounds 8h,10a and 10b showed a fair inhibition of leishmania promastigotes growth at 25 μg/mL,with potencies close to that of the reference drug,amphotericin B.The results provide a starting point for the development of novel drugs to treat leishmaniasis.  相似文献

A series of 4-aryl-6-aryloxymethylmorpholin-3-one derivatives were synthesized very efficiently from readily available starting compounds in two steps. Ring opening reactions of epoxides with aniline compounds on alumina gave corresponding β-aminoalcohols (3). The resulting β-aminoalcohols were reacted with 2-chloroacetyl chloride to yield the desired 4-aryl-6-aryloxymethylmorpholin-3-one derivatives (5). All compounds 5 were assayed for inhibitory activity against A549 lung cancer cell growth, and the inhibitory effect of the novel morpholin-3-ones on cell viability was dose-dependent.  相似文献

A serial of novel cercaricides that can self-diffuse on the water surface were designed and synthesized according to the special habit of cercariae larvae.These compounds were derived from niphensamide.While the compounds were dropped on the surface of water,the liquor diffused along the air-water interface and formed thin membranes floating on the water surface immediately.The strong cercaricidal activities against the cereariae larvae of Schistosome japonicum of these compounds have been revealed by further experiments.  相似文献

The phase behaviour of the middle-phase microemulsion for the quaternary system lauric-N-methylglucamide (MEGA-12)/n-butanollalkane/water has been studied with Winsor type, δ-γ, fishlike and novel ε-β fishlike phase diagrams. A series of phase inversions Winsor I (2)→Ⅲ(3)→Ⅱ ( 2 ) were observed for the three kinds of phase diagrams. The phase types, the phase volumes and the range of alcohol concentrations from the beginning to the end of the middle-phase microemulsion were obtained from Winsor phase diagram. From δ-γ, fishlike phase diagram, the physicochemical parameters, such as the mass fraction of n-butanol in the hydrophile-lipophile balanced inteffacial layer, A^s, the coordinates of the start and end points of the middle-phase microemulsion, and the solubilities of MEGA-12 and n-butanol in alkane phase were calculated. The novel ε-β fishlike phase diagram was also presented. From this kind of diagram, the above experimental phenomena were observed and the physicochemical parameters were calculated precisely. The novel fishlike phase diagram has advantages over the Winsor and δ-γ fishlike phase diagrams in the evaluation of the solubilization power of the microemulsion and calculation of the related physicochemical parameters.  相似文献

Two series of novel anthranilic diamides containing oxime ester and diacylhydrazine moieties were designed and synthesized.Their structures were characterized by melting points,1H NMR,13C NMR and high resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS).The single crystal structure of compound 7e was determined by X-ray diffraction and their evaluated insecticidal activity against oriental armyworm(Mythimna separata) indicates that some of the compounds exhibited moderate insecticidal activities.Among the 20 compounds,6a and 6b show 100% larvicidal activity against Mythimna separate Walker at the test concentration of 100 mg/L.  相似文献

A series of novel anthranilic diamides containing N-substituted arylmethyl moieties was designed and synthesized, in which the bond distance and conjugation pattern between pyrazole and pyridine rings contained in Chlorantraniliprole were changed. Their structures were confirmed by JH NMR, IR, elemental analysis or high resolution mass spectromentry{HRMS), and the conformation of compound 4d was confirmed by X-ray diffraction. The preliminary bioassay results indicate that all the target compounds exhibited moderate insecticidal activity against oriental armyworm at 200 mg/L and some of them presented favorable antitumor activities against human lung cancer cells(A549), liver cancer cells(BelT402) and colon cancer celIs(HCT-8) in vitro by microculture tetrazolium(MTT) method, among which compound 6j afforded the best anti-proliferative activity at 5μg/mL.  相似文献

Abstract: Ten novel 2-alkylthio-5-(3, 4, 5-tribenzyloxyphenyl)-1, 3, 4-oxadiazole derivatives (5a-j) were synthesized from methyl 3, 4, 5-trihydroxybenzoate by ethedfication, hydrazidation, cyclization and thioetherification reactions. The structures of 5a-j were confirmed by 1HNMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. The results indicated that most of the compounds 5 exhibited good fungicidal activities. The activity of 5h is higher than 90% against Fusarium oxysporum and Botrytis cinereapers in 50 mg/L.  相似文献

Two new diterpenes, 15-ethyl-18-methyl pinifolate (1) and 18-hydroxy-labda-8(17), 13E-dien-15-acetate (2), were isolated from the needles of Pinus sylvestris. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including 2D-NMR spectra. An efficient and feasible synthetic approach was developed for the synthesis of an array of new flavane derivafives from the substituted benzaldehyde with the reduction of chalcones and subsequent cyclization as the key steps. The purity and structure of the products were confirmed by the elemental analysis and a combination of its IR, ^1H and ^13C NMR, and mass spectra. These synthetic compounds were tested for xanthine oxidase (XO) inhibitions and antifungal actions against Candida albicans, Cryptococcus neoformans, Aspergillus sp. and Trichophyton rubrum. 7-Hydrazinocarbonylmethoxy-4'-methoxyflavane (9) was found to be the most XO inhibitory with IC50=76.4 μmol/L, and the most potent antifungal compound was 4'-hydrazinocarbonylmethoxyflavane (12) with minimal inhibition concentration MIC=8 μg/mL against Trichophyton rubrum.  相似文献

A series of four novel hydrazine-modified diamine conjugates (7a-b, 8a-b) were synthesized and evaluated for cytotoxicity against Melanoma B 16, α-difluoromethylornithine (DFMO)-treated B 16, spermidine (SPD)-treated B 16, Mouse leukemia L 1210 and Hela cell lines. Novel 2-aminoimidazolone derivatives were synthesized.Most compounds displayed strong anticancer activities against human carcinoma cells in vitro.Compounds 8a,8b and 8j exhibited optimal activity superior to 5-FU in most cancer cells tested.Especially,the lC50s of 8b(12.6-21.5μmol/L) against five tumor cells were 1 -4 fold less than those of 5-FU(18.4-56.1μmol/L) in vitro.Furthermore,comp以ound 8b could induce SMMC-7721 cell apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner.Therefore,our novel findings may provide a new framework for the design of new 2-aminoimidazolone derivatives for the treatment of cancer.  相似文献

The novel justicidin G analogue 13 and its phosphate ester 15 were synthesized as potential anticancer agents in several steps starting from commercially available methyl gallate and veratraldehyde. The cytotoxicity of the intermediates was tested against HCT-8, BEL-7402, KETR3, HELA, BGC-823, KB and MCF-7 cell lines by the MTT test, and compound 15 exhibited significant cytotoxicity in HELA and KB cell lines.  相似文献
