A new cobalt( Ⅱ ) complex [Co(μ-phth)(imi)2]n (phth = o-phthalato, imi = imidazole)has been synthesized by the reaction of CoCl2 with disodium o-phthalate and imidazole. The crystal structure of the compound has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group Pn with a = 8.405(1), b = 9.995(1), c = 9.996(2) (A),β= 104.479(2),V= 813.0(2) (A)3, Dc= 1.467 g/cm3, C14H12N4O4Co, Mr= 359.21, F(000) = 366,μ = 1.079 mm-1, Z = 2, R = 0.0483 and wR = 0.1209 for 1583 observed reflections (Ⅰ> 2σ(Ⅰ)). In the title complex, the Co(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by o-phthalate ligands in a bidentate mode, producing a zigzag infinite chain structure. Each four-coordinated cobalt( Ⅱ ) center was coordinated by two oxygen atoms and two nitrogen atoms to give a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The chains are linked by hydrogen bonds between oxygen atoms belonging to carboxylate groups and hydrogen atoms of imidazole molecules, forming an unusual two-dimensional coordination polymer.  相似文献

Two novel coordination compounds of Zn(Ⅱ) with Ph3P (CH2)2CO-2(L), namely, [ZnL4(H2O)2]·(ClO4)2·2H2O(compound 1) and [Zn2Cl4(μ-L-O,O′)2](compound 2), have been prepared. The single crystal X-ray structure analysis of these compounds indicates that in compound 1 the Zn(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by four monodentate carboxylato groups on the equatorial plane and two aqua ligands occupy the axial coordination positions. The pendant oxygen atoms form strong hydrogen bonds with the aqua molecules which results in the stability of this structure. In compound 2, two Zn(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by a pair of carboxylato groups, showing a skew-bridge mode, and thus enabling a long Zn(Ⅱ)…Zn(Ⅱ) separation. As we know, it is a dinuclear coordination compound with the longest Zn…Zn separation.  相似文献

Two new different Cu(Ⅱ) MOFs with the same 1,3,5-tris(1-imidazolyl) benzene(tib) ligand {[Cu(tib)2]·(H2O)2·Br2}n(1) and {[Cu2(tib)·Br·Cl]·2Br}n(2) were obtained by one pot synthesized of tib with CuBr in the presences of HCl and water. X-ray single crystal diffraction analyses indicate that both complexes 1 and 2 have two dimensional frameworks containing different building blocks. Each Cu(Ⅱ) atom in complex 1 is coordinated by four N atoms from different tib ligands. However, there are two different cryptographic Cu(Ⅱ) atoms in complex 2, one is four coordinated by two bromine atoms and two N atoms from different tib ligands, the other is six coordinated by two chloride atoms and four N atoms from different tib ligands. The thermal gravimetric analysis of complexes 1 and 2 are depicted in the paper.  相似文献

The two title compounds obtained by solid state reaction at high temperature were char-acierized as isomorphism by single--crystal X--ray diffraction. The space group of both crys-tals is C_(2v)~4-Pma2, with lattice constants a = 7.955(1), b=6.258 (1), c=7 .203(2)A forI, and a =7.914 (1), b=6.237 (1), c=7.236 (1) ? for Ⅱ, Z=2. The structures were de-termined by normal method and refined to the final R = 0.074 and 0.083, respectively. Theresults show that the structure may be regarded as building by cluster unit with formulaNi_2M_2Te_4 (M =Nb or Ta) in which two Ni atoms and two M atoms form a rhombus, whilethe Te atoms are distorted tetrahedrally coordinated with both kinds of metal atoms. In thecluster unit there exist interactions between Ni atoms as well as between Ni and M atoms. In addition, all the cluster units are linked together not only by bridging Te atoms, but alsoby weaker metal-metal interactions, so as to form two--dimensional network. Therefore, thestructure may be represented by the for  相似文献

A novel ligand N-ethyl-1,10-phenanthroline-2-methanamine and its Ni(Ⅱ) complex have been synthesized. The crystal structure of the complex has been determined by X-ray diffraction method. The Ni(Ⅱ) is five-coordinated by three nitrogen atoms from the ligand and two Cl- anions in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal environment: the N(2), Cl(1) and Cl(2) in equatorial plane; the N(1) and N(3) in axial positions. The UV-spectra and IR-spectra of the ligand and its Ni(Ⅱ) complex were recorded and discussed. The thermodynamic properties of the ligand with various bivalent metals were studied by potentiometric titrations and the order of the stability constants is in agreement with the Irving-Williams order in coordination chemistry. The reaction of 5-sulfosalicylic acid(H3-SSA) with o-phenanthroline(Phen),NaOH,and Mcl2(M=Zn,Cu) affords Zn(H-SSA)(Phen)(H2O)2(1) and Cu(H-SSA)(Phen)(H2O)2 (2),respectively ,compounds 1 and 2 are characterized by elemental analysis,IR,fluorescence spectra and single crystal Xray diffraction analysis. The X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that compounds 1 and 2 are isostructure. The 5-sulfosalicylic acid ligand loses two protons at the sulfo-group and carboxylic group during the reaction. The Zn(II) and Cu(II)ions are sixcoordinated and adopt distorted octahedral geometry, which are surrounded by two N atoms from Phen, two O atoms from two water molecules, one O atom from-SO3 group and one oxygen from carboxylic group of the other H-SSA.Compounds 1 and 2 have unprecedented one-dimensional linear chain formed by a repeating mononuclear structureal unit.which is bridged by H-SSA.The fluorescence intensity of 1 and 2 is stronger than that of Phen and H3-SSA at 400nm.The lowest excited single states of these complexes are assigned as mainly Phen localized 1(π π),The antibacterial activity test shows that compounds 1 and 2 strongly inhibit the growth of Streptococcus haemolyticus,Straphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.  相似文献

Using 4-[(1-naphthylamino)phenylmethylene]-5-methyl-2-phenyl-2H-pyrazol-3(4H) one (L), its Co(Ⅱ) complex was synthesized and characterized by IR and UV in which the ligand as a -1 valence bidentate with Co(Ⅱ) form 2∶1 complex. X-ray structure analysis indicates that the Co(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with oxygen atoms of pyrazolinon, nitrogen atoms of imine and oxygen atoms of DMF molecules to form a distorted six-coordination octahedron. π-π reciprocity and aromatic stack interaction are observed. There are no intra- and inter- hydrogen bond in the crystal and the complexes are held together by electronic and Van der Waals forces.  相似文献

A new Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Zn3(btec)(OH)2(H2O)2]n (1, btec = 1,2,4,5- benzenetetracarboxylate) has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The title compound crystallizes in mono- clinic, space group C2/c, with a = 19.580(3), b = 5.0137(8), c = 15.975(3), β = 121.629(2)°, V = 1335.3(4)3, C10H8O12Zn3, Mr = 516.27, Z = 4, Dc = 2.568g/cm3, μ = 5.419 mm-1, F(000) = 1016, R = 0.0590 and Rw = 0.1279 for 1110 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis shows that the asymmetric unit of the title compound contains two crystallographically unique Zn(Ⅱ) atoms which are connected through the bridging carboxylate oxygen atoms of the btec ligands and μ2-bridging oxygen atoms of water molecules to generate an infinite one-dimensional chain. The adjacent chains are linked together through the benzene rings of the btec ligands to form a two-dimensional polymeric network. The adjacent two-dimensional layers are further connected together by the benzene rings of btec ligands to give the final three-dimensional structure. The benzene rings act as pillars between two layers.  相似文献

Abstract

The reaction, in water, of Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) and Cd(II) ions with sodium ampicillinate at room temperature has allowed isolation of dimers with the following general formula [M(amp)Cl]2 × nH2O (n = 1.5?3.2). The complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, conductivity measurements, magnetic susceptibilities and spectroscopic methods (IR, Raman, EPR and UV-Visible). A dinuclear structure based on octahedrally coordinated metal ions is proposed.  相似文献

A novel discrete dinuclear metaUacyclic copper(Ⅱ) complex, [Cu2L2(H2O)2]·3H2O (1) has been firstly prepared where L is derived from the 1 ; 2 condensation of 2,2'-bipyridyl-3,3'-diformylhydrazide and acetone during the formation of the complex. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis determines that the complex consists of dinuclear metallacyclic units [Cu2L2(H2O)2] where two metal centers are linked together through two bis(chelating) bridge ligands L to form a bizarre cavity with size 0.9417 nm× 0.4999 nm× 0.6930 nm. Interestingly, the metal coordination also creates hydrogen bond sites that further aggregate these metallacycles into a 3D supramolecular structure with 2D perpendicular hydrophilic tunnels in crystal.  相似文献

A novel naphthalenediol‐based bis(salamo)‐type tetraoxime compound (H4L) was designed and synthesized. Two new supramolecular complexes, [Cu3(L)(μ‐OAc)2] and [Co3(L)(μ‐OAc)2(MeOH)2]·4CHCl3 were synthesized by the reaction of H4L with Cu(II) acetate dihydrate and Co(II) acetate dihydrate, respectively, and were characterized by elemental analyses and X‐ray crystallography. In the Cu(II) complex, Cu1 and Cu2 atoms located in the N2O2 sites, and are both penta‐coordinated, and Cu3 atom is also penta‐coordinated by five oxygen atoms. All the three Cu(II) atoms have geometries of slightly distorted tetragonal pyramid. In the Co(II) complex, Co1 and Co3 atoms located in the N2O2 sites, and are both penta‐coordinated with geometries of slightly distorted triangular bipyramid and distorted tetragonal pyramid, respectively, while Co2 atom is hexa‐coordinated by six oxygen atoms with a geometry of slightly distorted octahedron. These self‐assembling complexes form different dimensional supramolecular structures through inter‐ and intra‐molecular hydrogen bonds. The coordination bond cleavages of the two complexes have occurred upon the addition of the H+, and have reformed again via the neutralization effect of the OH?. The changes of the two complexes response to the H+/OH? have observed in the UV–Vis and 1H NMR spectra.  相似文献

The synthesized cobalt(II) and nickel(II) complexes {[M(hmt)2(H2O)4][M(H2O)6]}(SO4)2·6H2O [M?=?Co(II) (1) and Ni(II) (2), hmt?=?hexamethylenetetraamine] share the same general formula and chemical name {[bis(hexamethylenetetraamine)tetraaquametal(II)][hexaaquametal(II)]} disulfate hexahydrate. Complexes 1 and 2 have been characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, thermal analysis and magnetic moment determination. Each complex has two different cationic complexes co-crystallizing with the sulfate anions. The crystal structure of 1has been determined. Both complex cations in 1 have distorted octahedral geometry and they are linked to the sulfate anions through the coordinated and lattice water molecules. Each sulfate anion is hydrogen bonded to ten water molecules; two of its oxygen atoms have two hydrogen bonds each while the other two oxygen atoms have three hydrogen bonds each. The three uncoordinated nitrogen atoms of hmt in each [Co(hmt)2(H2O)4]2+ cation are hydrogen bonded to water molecules of adjacent [Co(H2O)6]2+ cations. The thermal decomposition of 1 has been investigated further by analyzing the FTIR spectra of the residues formed from each decomposition step, and the data have contributed to establishing the thermal decomposition pathway of both 1and 2.  相似文献

At room temperature, the chain-like polymeric copper (II) complexes bridged by bis (diphenylphosphino oxide) ethane (dppeO2), [Cu(dppeO2)X2]n[X=Cl(1), Br(2)] have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, 31P NMR, TG-DTA and X-ray analysis for [ CuBr2 (dppeO2) ] n The chain is composed of subunits containing tetrahedron coordinated copper (II) atoms. The four-coordinated copper (II) atom is ligated to another four-coordinated copper (II) atom through dppeO2. The coordination sphere of copper(II) atom is completed by two monodentate bromide and two oxygen atoms from bridging dppeO2. The novel mixed ligand complexes [M(bpy)(phen-dione)](PF6)2 (M?=?Zn(II), Cd(II) and Hg(II), bpy?=?2,2-bipyridine and phen-dione?=?1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and electronic absorption spectroscopies. The ν(C=O) of coordinated phen-dione in these complexes are very similar to the free phen-dione ligand showing that phen-dione is not coordinated to metal ion from its C=O sites. Absorption spectra of the complexes show two absorption bands for intraligand transitions. These absorption bands show dependence to the dielectric constant of solvent. These complexes exhibit an intensive fluorescence band around 535?nm in DMF when the excitation wavelength is 260?nm at room temperature. The fluorescence intensity of these complexes is larger than that of the free ligand.  相似文献

The title complexes [M(ImH)4(tfbdc)(H2O)] ( 1 : M=Co; 2 : M=Ni) (ImH=imidazole, tfbdc=2,3,5,6‐tetrafluoroterephthalate) were synthesized by the reaction of M(OAc)2·4H2O, H2tfbdc and ImH in water solution. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, thermogravimetric analysis, cyclic voltammetry and X‐ray single crystal structure analysis. Structural analysis reveals that 1 and 2 possess isostructure: monoclinic, P21/c, Z=4. M(II) ion in complexes 1 and 2 has a distorted octahedral geometry coordinated by one oxygen atom from water, one oxygen atom from tfbdc2? and four nitrogen atoms from ImHs. They are discrete zero‐dimensional molecular complexes. And the adjacent monomeric components are connected by hydrogen bonds to form a supramolecule. Electrochemical properties of the complexes 1 and 2 show that electron transfer of M(II) between M(III) in electrolysis is a quasi‐reversible process.  相似文献

Four Co(III), Zn(II), Pd(II) and Cd(II) complexes with ligands derived in situ from acetylpyridine and ethyl hydrazinoacetate or hydrolysed ethyl hydrazinoacetate were prepared. An X-ray structural analysis showed that the Co(III) complex is octahedral with two tridentate (E)-2-[N′-(1-pyridin-2-yl-ethylidene)hydrazino]acetate (apha) ligands, each forming two five-membered rings with the metal ion. In the tetrahedral Zn(II) complex, only a single apha ligand was coordinated, in the same way as that in the Co(III) complex. In the case of the tetrahedral Cd(II) complex the non-hydrolysed form of (E)-2-[N′-(1-pyridin-2-yl-ethylidene)hydrazino]acetic acid ethyl ester (aphaoet) coordinated as a bidentate and the two remaining coordination sites were occupied by Cl? and CH3COO? ions. In addition, the square-planar neutral Pd(II) complex was synthesized, having the same bidentate as in the Cd(II) complex and two Cl? ions in the remaining coordination sites. Due to their being diamagnetic, all four complexes were characterized by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

A tetradentate N-donor ligand 1,4-bis[2-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazolato]butane (L) was prepared for construction of a coordination framework. Three one-dimensional coordination polymers {[M(II)L(NCS)2](DMF)2} n (M(II) = cadmium(II), 1, zinc(II), 2, manganese(II), 3) were obtained by reaction of metal ions and L in the presence of KSCN in DMF/water. The complexes are isostructural and consist of 1D zigzag [M(II)L(NCS)2] n chains and DMF molecules. Within the chains, the metal atoms are each octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of L and two N atoms of the SCN? anions. Complexes 1 and 2 in the solid state at room temperature exhibit intense photoluminescence at 453 and 433 nm, respectively.  相似文献
