Reaction of [(μ-SCH2)2NPh]Fe2(CO)6 with Ph2PCH2PPh2 in the presence of Me3NO·2H2O gave the title complex [(μ-SCH2)2NPh]Fe2(CO)5(Ph2PCH2PPh2)(1)in 78% yield.The new complex 1 was characterized by elemental analysis,spectroscopy and X-ray crys-tallography.It crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1 with a = 10.832(2),b = 12.003(2),c = 15.579(3),V = 1785.6(6)3,Z = 2,C32H26Fe2NO5PS2,Mr = 819.40,Dc = 1.524 g/cm3,μ(MoKα)= 1.064 mm-1,F(000)= 840,T = 113(2)K,the final R = 0.0543 and wR = 0.1218 for 6203 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)).The Ph2PCH2PPh2 ligand resides in an axial position of the square-pyramidal coordination sphere of the Fe atom and trans to the benzene ring in order to reduce the steric repulsion between Ph2PCH2PPh2 and the benzene ring.  相似文献

The title compound [Mn(O2CMe)2(phen)2] (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) 1 has been synthesized and structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of orthor- hombic, space group Pbcn, with a = 12.554(4), b = 10.168(3), c = 17.704(5) , V = 2259.7(12) 3, Z = 4, C28H22MnN4O4, Mr = 533.44, Dc = 1.568 g/cm3, F(000) = 1100, Rint = 0.0242, T = 293(2) K and μ = 0.631 mm–1. The final R = 0.0687 and wR = 0.1960 for 2046 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structure of the complex consists of one Mn(II) core coordinated by two bidentate-bound CH3COO- groups and two η2-phen groups forming an eight-coordinate geometrical configuration.  相似文献

The title complex has been obtained by the reaction of copper nitrate tri-hydrate with 4-abaH (4-abaH=4-aminobenzonic acid) and phenanthroline in ethanol solution,and its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography with the following data: monoclinic,space group C2/c,Mr=1266.13,Cu2C52H54N10O20,a=25.884(5),b=10.205(2),c=20.849(4) ,β=106.34(3)°,Z=4,V=5284.7(18) 3,F(000)=2616,Dc=1.591 g/cm3,μ=0.896 mm-1,the final R=0.0441 and wR=0.1148 for 4200 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the molecule of the title complex,the asymmetric unit contains one half molecule. The Cu(Ⅱ) atom is five-coordinated by a terminal water molecule,a bidentate phenanthroline and two monodentate 4-aminobenzoate ligands forming a square pyramidal coordination environment. The two bridging 4-aminobenzoate ligands result in a dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) cluster with a short Cu–Cu distance (3.048 ) and a π-π stacking between the adjacent phenanthroline rings (2.96 ).  相似文献

A new two-dimensional polymeric manganese compound [Mn(PhCOO)2(4,4'-bi-pyridine)]n 1 has been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in space group Pbcn with a = 18.7158(2), b = 11.6919(3), c = 9.4799(2) , V = 2074.42(7) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 453.34, Dc = 1.452 g/cm3, μ = 0.670 mm-1 and F(000) = 932. The final refinement gave R = 0.0458 and wR = 0.1439 for 1358 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The complex consists of repeating units of Mn(PhCOO)2(4,4'-bipyridine). Each Mn center is six-coordinated by four carboxylate O atoms of four benzoate anions and two pyridyl N atoms from bipy ligands to furnish a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. The two adjacent Mn atoms are connected by a pair of μ1,3-carboxylate groups to form infinite chains, which are further interlinked by bipy to complete a 2D grid network. The magnetic property of the polymeric complex has also been investigated.  相似文献

A new tri-nuclear mixed metal thiolate complex [Ag(PPh3)2]2[Ni(edtO2)2] 1 has been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal diffraction.The molecule has a crystallographic inversion centre occupied in the central Ni(II) atom and the two silver(I) atoms are related by the inversion centre.The unique structural feature is that one of thiolates of each edt ligand has been oxidized to sulfinate from the precursor [Ni(edt)2]2-to the neutral linear trinuclear complex.The crystal structure belongs to the monoclinic system,space group P21/n with a = 13.581(11),b = 12.239(9),c = 22.316(17) ,β = 103.08(2)o,V = 3613(5) 3,Z = 2,Mr = 1571.87,Dc = 1.445 g/cm3,μ = 1.046 mm-1,F(000) = 1604,T = 293(2) K,the final R = 0.0652 and wR = 0.1499 for 6776 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).  相似文献

The title compound,a mixed(phthalocyaninato)(porphyrinato) yttrium double-decker complex 1,has been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction method.Crystal data:monoclinic,space group C2/c,Z = 8,C79H52Cl10N12O4Y,Mr = 1676.74,a = 38.217(3),b = 18.9867(13),c = 26.200(3) ,β = 128.0190(10)°,V = 14977(2) 3,Dc = 1.487 g/cm3,μ(MoKα) = 1.196 mm-1,F(000) = 6808,R = 0.0745 and wR = 0.2208 for observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).X-ray analysis reveals that the coordination polyhedron adopts a slightly distorted square-antiprismatic structure around the metal center.Both phthalocyanine and porphyrin ligands are saucer-shaped,with the skew angle of the two ligand planes approximately 45°.  相似文献

A mercury coordination polymer [Hg3(TizT)2I6]n (Mr = 1921.72, TizT = 2,4,6- tri(imidazole-1-yl)-1,3,5-triazine) containing a 40-membered macrocycle which was constructed by four TizT ligands and four mercury(II) iodide molecules had been synthesized by the reaction of HgI2 with TizT. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H NMR spectra and X-ray crystallography. The crystal of the complex belongs to the monoclinic system and C2/c space group with a = 35.840(5), b = 8.169(5), c = 14.980(5) , β = 104.466(5)°, Z = 4, V = 4247(3) 3, Dc = 3.006 g·cm-3, μ = 15.223 mm-1, F(000) = 3384, Rint = 0.0504, wR = 0.0833 and constructs a chair-like conformation of cyclohexane one by one, which forms a 1-D polymer through the fashion of fused ring aromatic hydrocarbon. The hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions shape the 2-D network structure. The two compounds excited weak fluorescence.  相似文献

A new Eu(Ⅲ) complex, {[Eu(tta)2(C2H5OH)(NO3)]2(bmp)}·bmp(tta = 2-thenoyltrifluoro- acetonate, bmp = 2,2'-bipyrimidine), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, luminescence and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic P21/n space group, with a = 11.894(6), b = 14.235(8), c = 19.078(10) , β = 103.423(9)o, V = 3142(3) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 1721.10, Dc = 1.819 g/cm3, F(000) = 1696, the final R = 0.0452 and wR = 0.1398 for 5375 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). In the complex, each Eu(Ⅲ) ion is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from two tta ligands and two nitrogen atoms from a bmp ligand, three oxygen atoms from one NO3- anion and one ethanol molecule, forming a distorted tricapped trigonal prism geometry. Luminescence measurement indicates that the europium complex is a strong red emitter in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Four novel Cu(Ⅰ) complexes,[Cu(o-PYO)(PPh3)2]BF4(1),[Cu(o-PYO)(DPEphos)]BF4(2),[Cu2 (o-PYO)(PPh3)3(CH3CN)](BF4)2(3) and [Cu2(o-PYO)(DPEphos)2 ](BF4)2(4) (o-PYO=2,5bis(pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole,PPh 3=triphenylphosphine,DPEphos=bis(2-(diphenylphosphanyl)phenyl)ether),have been synthesized and characterized by 1 H NMR,elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The central cuprous ions in all complexes are surrounded by N and P atoms to form a distorted tetrahedral geometry,although one of the cuprous ions in complex 3 is coordinated by a PPh3 and an acetonitrile molecule due to the steric hindrance and weak coordination ability from monodentate PPh3 ligand.The UV-vis absorption spectra in CH2Cl2 show the characteristic metal-to-ligand charge transfer (MLCT) absorption bands in the region of 360-480nm.Four Cu(I) complexes exhibit yellow to orange-red phosphorescence with the emission maximum at 572,577,562 and 597nm,respectively in the solid state.  相似文献

The complex [Cd(bbb)Cl2]·DMF·H2O, where bbb is 2-(2-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)benzyl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazole, was synthesized and characterized by X-ray single-crystal structure analyses. For the complex: C24H25Cl2CdN5O2, Mr = 598.77, crystal system, triclinic, space group P1, a = 9.9878(12), b = 10.0008(12), c = 13.2217(15) , α = 80.674(2), β = 72.158(2), γ = 86.776(2)°, V = 1240.5(3) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.598 g/cm3, λ = 0.71073, μ(MoKα) = 1.127 mm–1, F(000) = 600, S = 1.04, R = 0.0905 and wR = 0.3088 for 4805 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). It is a neutral complex. The distorted tetrahedral geometry of cadmium ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of ligand and two chloride ions. The complex emits blue green luminescence with emission peaks at 480 nm in DMF solution.  相似文献

The crystal structural analysis shows that the cobalt atom is coordinated with three oxygen atoms from two p-methylbenzoic acids and one water molecule and two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2'-bipyridine,forming a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The crystal belongs to triclinic,space group P1 with a = 7.8043(7),b = 10.4069(9),c = 14.3658(13) ,α = 105.3170(10),β = 96.877(2),γ = 96.7580(10)o,V = 1103.56(17) 3,Mr = 539.96,Z = 2,Dc = 1.625 g/cm3,μ = 1.050 mm-1,F(000) = 550,the final R = 0.0324 and wR = 0.0952. In the crystal,the structure consists of discrete molecules containing a five-coordinate copper(Ⅱ ) in a distorted square pyramidal configuration. Intramolecular O-H···O hydrogen bonds,weak intermolecular C-H···O hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking link the molecules into a one-dimensional chain structure. The study on the title complex has been performed with quantum chemistry calculation by means of G03W package on the Lanl2dz basis set. The stabilities of the complex together with the orbital energies and composition characteristics of some frontier molecular orbitals have been investigated.  相似文献

The synthesis,the crystal structure and the reaction of the hetero-binuclear complex[MnRe(CO)6(μ-SH)(μ-SC(H)PPr^i3)(PPh3)] are reported.The results of single crystal X-ray structure analysis showed that the fragments Mn(CO)3 and Re(CO)3 were bridged by SH and SC(H)PPr^i3.The title complexes can react with Bu^nLi and RX forming complexes MnRe(CO)6(μ-SR)(μ-SC(H)PPr^i3)(PPh3)](R=Me,CH2CH=CH2,SnBu3^n).  相似文献

A one-dimensional chain-like coordination polymer [Mn(phen)(2,4,6-TMBA)2(H2O)]n has been synthesized from 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid, 1,10-phenanthroline and anhydrous manga- nese(Ⅱ ) sulfate and then characterized. Crystal data for this complex: tetragonal, space group I41, a = 2.05643(16), b = 2.05643(16), c = 1.3939(2) nm, V = 5.8946(11) nm3, Mr = 579.54, Z = 8, Dc = 1.306 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.490 mm-1, F(000) = 2424, S = 0.985, the final R = 0.0411 and wR = 0.0950. The Flack factor is -0.01(2). The crystal structure shows that two neighboring man- ganese(Ⅱ ) ions are linked together by one bridge-chelating 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic group, forming a one-dimensional chain structure. The manganese(Ⅱ ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of one 1,10-phenanthroline, three oxygen atoms from three 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acids and one water oxygen atom, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltametric behavior of the complex was also investigated.  相似文献

The title complex [Fc(OCH3)PS2Ir(cod)] (1, Fc = Fe(η5-C5H4)(η5-C5H5), cod = 1,5-cyclooctadiene) has been prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 12.5567(5), b = 13.5197(5), c = 11.7833(4) , β = 99.651(2)°, V = 1972.06(13) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 611.52, Dc = 2.06 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 7.775 mm·1, F(000) = 1184, S = 1.063, the final R = 0.0199 and wR = 0.0468 for 4063 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I) and 227 variables. The molecular structure of 1 shows that the central iridium atom is chelated by the [Fc(OCH3)PS2]-ligand via two sulfur atoms and coordinated by one η4-cod molecule via four carbon atoms in a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The average Ir-S and Ir-C bond lengths are 2.3712(8) and 2.122(3) , respectively.  相似文献

By use of a new ligand containing both salicylic acid moiety and salicylaldehyde Schiff base moiety, 5-(2-hydroxybenzylideneamino)-2-hydroxybenzoic acid (H3L), a linear trinuclear Mn(II) complex was prepared. This complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 12.0196(7), b = 13.7440(13), c = 15.7554(14) , α = 111.529(3), β = 96.691(2), γ = 94.802(2)o, C96H100Mn3N6O32, Mr = 2014.64, V = 2382.0(3) 3, Z = 1, μ = 0.478, Dc = 1.404 g/cm3, F(000) = 1049, R = 0.0554 and wR = 0.1610 for 8973 observed reflections (I 2σ(I)). The complex consists of a trinuclear cluster and two solvate ethanol molecules. Three linearly disposed Mn atoms, with an inversion center on the central one, are bridged by six carboxylate groups from six bulky mono-anionic ligands (H2L–), and the octahedral coordination spheres for each of the metal centers are thus formed, with the aid of additional ligation of two small molecules (ethanol and water) to both ends. The magnetic properties of the title complex are also included in this paper.  相似文献

The title compound of Cu(C14H9O3)2(C5H5N)2(C2H5OH)2(1) was synthesized via the hy- drothermal reaction of CuCl2·2H2O and 9-hydroxy-fluorene-9-carboxylic acid(HHF) with pyridine, and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a = 8.8302(12), b = 10.1625(14), c = 12.2708(17), α = 86.207(2), β = 69.562(2), γ = 64.932(2)o, V = 930.3(2) 3, Z = 1, Mr = 764.30, Dc = 1.364 g/cm3, F(000) = 399, S = 1.059 and μ(MoKα) = 0.644 mm-1. The final R = 0.0459 and wR = 0.1274 for 3414 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The copper atom is six-coordinated by two oxygen atoms from two different 9-hydroxy-fluorene-9-carboxylate ligands, two pyridine nitrogen atoms and two ethanol oxygen atoms, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The extensive O–H···O hydrogen bonding connects the molecules to form a one-dimensional chain structure. Between adjacent one-dimensional chains, a two-dimensional layered structure was formed by fluorene ring π-π packing interaction. Between the layers, a three-dimensional structure was formed through the π-π packing interaction of the pyridine ring. Moreover, the thermal stability and photoluminescent property of the complex has been investigated.  相似文献

A novel lanthanide-organic framework compound [La(seb)(Hseb)(H2O)]n (H2seb = sebacic acid) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P with a = 8.5849(7), b = 9.0641(8), c = 15.4049(13), α = 98.1830(10), β = 100.6870(10), γ= 97.5650(10)°, Z = 2, V = 1150.44(17) 3, Dc = 1.612 g/cm3, Mr = 558.39, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 , μ = 1.903 mm-1, F(000) = 568, R = 0.0219 and wR = 0.0507 for 3797 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structure contains edge-shared chains of [LaO8(H2O)] tricapped trigonal prisms that propagate along the b axis. In aliphatic ligand participation, complex 1 exhibits a three-dimensional supramolecular framework. Moreover, the thermal stability of complex 1 has been investigated.  相似文献
