X射线荧光光谱法测定混合稀土氧化物中稀土分量   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
建立了X射线荧光光谱法测试稀土氧化物中稀土分量的方法,讨论了样品制作方法,提出用聚四氟乙烯制作样品底座,分析试液1 mL滴入样品底座的吸附滤纸上,烘箱或红外灯下烘干,6 μm聚脂薄膜扣住测量,样品底座不吸附试样,吸附滤纸的位置及平整性由于内标的补偿不影响分析结果的准确性,初步探讨了薄试样的基体效应,测试的稀土含量范围为:La2O3 0.01%~50%,CeO2 0.01%~15%,Pr6O11 0.01%~12.5%,Nd2O3 0.01%~40%,Sm2O3 0.01%~40%,Eu2O3 0.01%~10%,Gd2O3 0.03%~40%,Tb4O70.01%~5%,Dy2O3 0.05%~10%,Ho2O3 0.01%~4.5%,Er2O3 0.01%~8%,Tm2O3 0.01%~2%,Yb2O3 0.01%~8%,Lu2O3 0.01%~1.5%,Y2O3 0.5%~80%,测试结果与外检吻合.方法易于操作,重现性好,适应范围广,测试了大量其他物料成分,可满足定量分析要求,已作为常规分析手段.  相似文献

In this paper the possibility of obtaining accurate estimates of parameters of selected peaks in the presence of unknown or uninteresting spectral features in biomedical magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) signals is investigated. This problem is denoted by frequency-selective parameter estimation. A new time-domain technique based on maximum-phase finite impulse response (FIR) filters is presented. The proposed method is compared to a number of existing approaches: the application of a weighting function in the time domain, frequency domain fitting using a polynomial baseline, and the time-domain HSVD filter method. The ease of use and low computational complexity of the FIR filter method make it an attractive approach for frequency-selective parameter estimation. The methods are validated using simulations of relevant (13)C and (31)P MRS examples.  相似文献

A new microphone system was developed to monitor the human voice near the microphone in a noisy environment. The system is equipped with two special functions in addition to the usual microphone functions: reduction of air-blow effects by the mouth and focused reception to a sound source. A wind filter was developed to reduce the air-blow effects from the mouth during speaking. This filter is a plate perforated by an array of small holes; the method used to design the filter is also presented. To achieve focused reception, four microphones were used in conjunction with a new signal-processing method. The proposed signal-processing method effectively increases the directivity in the desired direction. Additionally, it provides the system with focusing on the source since the source is located adjacent to the system. A prototype of the proposed system was fabricated and subjected to performance tests. The results showed that air-blow effects can be reduced by up to 20 dB and the directional gain is more than 4 dB. The proposed microphone system shows such good performance that it can be used in mobile phones for whispering communication.  相似文献

A simple method to mechanically induce a long-period fiber grating (LPFG) by a grooved plate is improved. The transmission spectra of a grating under different pressures and other types of gratings are experimentally investigated. This method is simple and reconfigurable and offers large spectra tunability. This type of LPFG has potential applications in gain flattening in erbium-doped fiber amplifiers (EDFA) and will be of particular use in filter design.  相似文献

We present a new method of superresolving pupil-plane filter design in confocal microscopy in which we specify the properties of the desired point-spread function and use an optimization procedure to determine a suitable pupil-plane filter. 为了利用声场中少量测点声压数据精确重建复杂结构的辐射声场,提出了源强密度声辐射模态分析理论和声场重建公式.在结构表面定义的空间上,利用以源强密度分布函数为参量的结构辐射声功率泛函表达式定义了一个线性自伴正辐射算子,该算子的特征函数为结构的源强密度声辐射模态.然后通过对矩形平板和带有半球帽的圆柱体的源强密度声辐射模态的分析,证明了源强密度声辐射模态具有空间滤波特性,并利用该性质建立了声场重建公式.球体仿真和平板实验验证了所提出的声场重建方法的可行性和稳健性.基于源强密度声辐射模态的声场重建方法简单,利用较少测点数据就可以获得较高的声场重建精度,特别适合于复杂结构的低频声场重建.  相似文献

We propose a method to improve the resolution of near-field optical system with a solid immersion lens by using a multiphase level Fresnel zone plate. The analyses are based on scalar angular spectrum theory. The results show that the multiphase Fresnel zone plate can not only decrease the spot size but also decrease the sidelobe intensity and enhance greatly the diffractive efficiency compared with annular amplitude filter or binary 2-, 3-, 4-zone phase filter.  相似文献

We propose a new detection method for ultrasound-modulated optical tomography that allows us to perform parallel speckle detection with optimum shot-noise sensitivity, using a CCD camera. Moreover, we show that making use of a spatial filter system allows us to fully filter out speckle decorrelation noise. This method is confirmed by a test experiment.  相似文献

The parametric (or model-based) approach to NMR spectroscopy suffers from two general problems: it is sensitive to modeling errors and requires knowledge of the number of resonances present in the compound(s) under analysis. The nonparametric approach has neither of these drawbacks and it may also be computationally simpler than the parametric approach. However, if not applied properly, the nonparametric approach may yield significantly less accurate spectroscopic results than the parametric approach. In this paper we introduce a high-resolution nonparametric methodology for NMR spectroscopy based on the adaptive filter bank approach. The main salient feature of the new approach is that it provides 2D spectra versus both frequency and damping, as opposed to the classical 1D frequency spectra routinely used in NMR spectroscopy. To show the power of our new nonparametric approach we compare its performance with the ultimate performance of the parametric approach. We use both simulated and real NMR signals in our numerical performance study.  相似文献

针对汽油苯含量的快速分析问题,提出了基于低分辨率色散型拉曼光谱仪的新的检测方法。由于色散型拉曼光谱中存在着严重的测量噪声和荧光背景干扰,应用多项式平滑滤波除噪声和迭代多项式拟合基线校正方法减少荧光背景的干扰。随后,分别采用岭回归、主成分回归、偏最小二乘回归方法,对炼油厂的汽油样本建立了三个苯含量的快速分析模型并对其进行验证。实验表明,基于低分辨率色散型拉曼光谱仪进行汽油苯含量分析,结合常规建模方法,重复性和再现性均满足SH/T0713—2002标准的要求,此外由于其具有低成本、小型易携带等优点,适用于日常快速分析。  相似文献

We demonstrate a new type of high-performance long-period fiber grating based on arc-induced periodic microbends. The fabrication method is simple and does not require special fibers. Flexibility in controlling the filter parameters makes it possible to produce arbitrary filter profiles by use of a simple apodization technique, which is difficult to do with conventional long-period gratings.  相似文献

An efficient calibration method has been developed for broad-bandwidth cavity enhanced absorption spectroscopy. The calibration is performed using phase shift cavity ring-down spectroscopy, which is conveniently implemented through use of an acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF). The AOTF permits a narrowband portion of the SC spectrum to be scanned over the full high-reflectivity bandwidth of the cavity mirrors. After calibration the AOTF is switched off and broad-bandwidth CEAS can be performed with the same light source without any loss of alignment to the set-up. We demonstrate the merits of the method by probing transitions of oxygen molecules O2 and collisional pairs of oxygen molecules (O2)2 in the visible spectral range.  相似文献

The most important point in the medical use of radiation is to minimize the patient entrance dose while maintaining the diagnostic information. Low-energy photons (long-wave X-ray) are unnecessary among diagnostic X-ray because they are mostly absorbed and increase the patient's entrance dose. The most effective method to eliminate the low-energy photon is use of a filtering plate. Using a filter appropriate for the image will maintain diagnostic value. Obtaining an effective image allows comparison of the resulting images in a logical objective way. This experiment was performed to determine the quality of image dosimeter when there is no filter, and when 2 mm Al, 0.1 mm Cu + 1 mm Al, 0.2 mm Cu + 1 mm Al filters are used. Using TORECK PD-8100 dose area products meter placed on top of an abdominal phantom, we measured the dose when the filter changes in this condition 85 kVp, 40 mAs, anode angle 13, source image distance 100 cm, 20 cm × 20 cm. We used the SRS-78 program for accurate comparison because we could not evaluate the difference in the image optically. The spectrum changed due to the emission of X-rays as the filter changed. We observed that the use of a filter eliminated the low-energy photons and revealed continuous X-ray and special X-ray. Therefore, the experiment highlighted the advantages of filters and confirmed that there are no changes in the quality of image through signal to noise ratio, peak signal to noise ratio, root mean square error comparison. We found that the use of filter did not lead to distortions in the image or drop in diagnostic value while minimizing the radiation dose. This means that it can help manage long-term patient dose. We conclude that we need to recommend the use of the filter as it reduces the area of dose.  相似文献

Solid-state NMR spectroscopy of half-integer quadrupolar nuclides has received a lot of interest recently with the advent of new methodologies and higher magnetic fields. We present here the extension of our previous low temperature method to an 18.8T system. This new probe entailed a total redesign including a cross coil and variable capacitors that are operational at cryogenic temperatures. The limitations to sensitivity are also discussed; including a new diode network, the utilization of a cryogenic band pass filter, and the consequences of the RF profiles of the coil. Further, details of the spectroscopy of quadrupolar nuclei in a protein are discussed, such as the observation of the outer transitions and how to distinguish them from the desired +/-1/2 transition.  相似文献

(1)以型号316不锈钢金属板为研究对象,对薄膜法X射线荧光光谱测量中,样品检测位置的选择进行研究,确定了最佳的样品检测位置为样品距离X射线管和探测器水平基线1 cm处,并且与X射线管和探测器水平基线成16°角度。(2)以工业环境空气重金属污染物Pb,Cd,Cr为主要分析对象,在有铅板防护情况下进行薄膜法X射线荧光光谱测量研究,发现X射线会穿透样品薄膜而继续激发防护铅板,使得滤膜背景光谱中有较强的铅谱线干扰,会对实际样品中铅元素的测量产生影响。在薄样和防护铅板之间加上一层隔离材料,可有效避免防护铅板中铅谱线对样品测量产生的干扰。(3)以型号316不锈钢、黄铜、铝材、紫铜和聚四氟乙烯几种硬质隔离材料作为铅板内衬材料进行选择研究,结果表明:紫铜的X射线荧光光谱中所含元素的谱线最少,谱图中没有出现重金属Cr,Cd,Pb的谱峰,并且能量较高部分靶材散射光谱强度较弱,对实际样品中重金属元素Cr,Cd和Pb的测量不会产生干扰,作为铅板的内衬金属材料可以避免防护铅板中铅元素谱线的干扰,是最佳的薄膜法X射线荧光光谱分析中铅板的内衬金属材料。该研究为组装及搭建便携式大气及水体重金属X射线荧光光谱分析仪提供了重要的理论依据。  相似文献

机械抖动激光陀螺新型信号处理方法的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对高速采样低通滤波的线性脉冲响应(FIR)滤波器在机械抖动激光陀螺(MDRLG)信号处理中存在着较大的时延,限制MDRLG在快速跟踪中的应用,基于相关滤波技术提出了一种新的信号处理方法。对这一方法的基本理论进行了分析,并基于Labview实现了仿真。相关滤波后,激光陀螺输出中的抖动信号衰减了约41dB,还不能达到激光陀螺应用的要求,可以适当加一低阶的FIR低通滤波器去除抖动剥除后剩余的抖动成分和高频噪声。在静态条件下用这三种信号处理方法分别对激光陀螺零偏进行了测试。相关滤波法所测得零偏稳定性(1σ00)比50阶FIR滤波器差了将近三倍,相关滤波后再经过22阶的FIR低通滤波测得的零偏稳定性比50阶FIR低通滤波器的测试结果大了不足0.001°/h,延迟时间却从4.9ms减小至2.1ms。  相似文献

滤光器在光谱学、光学测量和激光物理中有着极其重要的应用。全息滤光器是一种新型滤光器,特别是利用重铬酸明胶(DCG)记录的全息透射式窄带滤光器,其主要特点为对主谱线有很窄的带宽。文章主要用紫外-可见分光光度计测定用DCG记录的透射式全息窄带带阻滤光器的光谱特性,测量结果分析表明,滤光器在可见光区域(400~800 nm)对其中心波长的相对透射率小于2%,其他谱线的相对透射率大于85%。且滤光器有较窄的带宽,其半宽度小于12 nm,十分之一宽度小于15 nm。对氩离子激光(Ar+)主谱线514.5 nm有优良的滤光特性。  相似文献

The Penning-trap mass spectrometer SHIPTRAP at GSI is designed to provide clean and cooled beams of singly charged radioactive ions produced in fusion-evaporation reactions and separated in-flight by the velocity filter SHIP. The scientific goals include mass spectrometry, atomic and nuclear spectroscopy, and chemistry of transuranium species which are not available at ISOL- or fragmentation facilities Penning-trap based mass measurements on radionuclides relies up to now on the destructive time-of-flight ion-cyclotron-resonance method. One of the main limitations to the experimental investigations is the low production rate of most of these exotic nuclides, for which the use of this detection scheme is not applicable. A sensitive and non-destructive method, like the narrow-band Fourier Transform ion-cyclotron-resonance technique, is ideally suited for the identification and characterization of these species. A new cryogenic trap setup for SHIPTRAP exploiting this detection technique as well as some results of first preparatory tests are presented.  相似文献
