用MP2/LanL2DZ方法优化C(AuPH3)4[1a(C4v); 1b(Td)], [C(AuPH3)5]+[2a(C3h); 2b(Cs)]以及[C(AuPH3)6}]2+[3a(C2h); 3b(C2v)]的结构, 得到的几何参数与实验值相符. MP2水平下的自然键轨道(Natural bond orbitals, NBO)分析表明, Au具有d(sp)杂化性质, 其中(sp)具有s-p混合的轨道性质; 沿C-Au辐射方向形成的σ键和切向Au-Au之间的弱吸引相互作用使得整个分子稳定. 化合物1a, 2和3具有2或3个二电子三中心键, 表明该类化合物具有与传统C化学不同的电子结构和立体化学构型. 相似文献

The pressure shifts of the first three bands appearing in the visible spectra of [Pt3(CO)6]2−n (n = 3–5) have been measured in solution over the range 0–10 kbar. The reactions of CuCl and tBuTeSiMe3 in the presence of phosphine ligands result in the formation of four new Cu/Te cluster complexes, [Cu18Te6(TetBu)6(PPh2Et)7], [Cu19Te6(TetBu)7(PEt3)8], [Cu27Te15(PiPr2Me)12] and [Cu58Te32(PtBu2
nBu)14], which have been structurally characterized by single crystal structural analysis. The former two clusters show a layer-type tellurium frameworks in which the copper atoms are asymmetrically spread. The latter two clusters possess a tellurium framework in a body-centered Te14-Frank-Kasper polyhedron or a Te28 polyhedron with four interstitial tellurium atoms and belong to mixed-valence Cu/Te compounds. 相似文献

Using ESR and IR spectroscopy, the structures of >Si(O–C·=O)(CH2–CH3) (1) and >Si(CH2–CH·–CH3)(CH2–CH3) (2) radicals were deciphered. The directions and kinetic parameters of reactions of intramolecular rearrangements in these radicals were determined. The reactions of hydrogen atom abstraction in radical (1) from the CH2 and CH3 groups were studied. It was found that the endothermic reaction of hydrogen atom abstraction from the methyl group occurs at a higher rate than the exothermic reaction with the methylene group. The differences are determined by changes in the size of a cyclic transition state. Based on the experimental data, the strengths of separate C–H bonds in surface fragments are compared. The rearrangement >Si(CH2–CH·–CH3)(CH2–CH3) >Si(C·(CH3)2)(CH2–CH3) was discovered and its mechanism was determined. One of its steps is the skeletal isomerization Si-

The stable acetone molecule clusters have been studied by using Beeke's threeparameter(B3LYP)density functional theory(DFT)with standard 6-31G(d)basis set.The calculated results show that the optimal structures of acetone clustets are cyclic and the cycles become larger and larger with the increase of cluster size.The strongest vibration peaks for neutral clusters are C=O stretching vibration.The C=O stretching peaks of cyclic acetone clusters split into double ones when n≥3,the frequencies are red-shifted and corresponding intensities increase with the increase of cluster size. 相似文献

We test several binning techniques to obtain mode-specific final-state distributions for polyatomic reactions. Normal mode analysis is done after an exact transformation to the Eckart frame. Standard histogram binning (HB) and three different variants of the energy-based Gaussian binning (1GB) are employed to obtain the probabilities of the vibrational states. We consider the two major issues of the polyatomic quasiclassical product analysis, i.e., (1) rounding the classical action to the nearest integer can result in unphysical states and (2) the normal-mode analysis can break down for highly distorted geometries. We show that 1GB can handle issue 1 when the total vibrational energy is evaluated in the normal mode space using the harmonic approximation and both issues 1 and 2 can be solved when the total vibrational energy is calculated exactly in the Cartesian space. We found that anharmonicity in the quantized energy levels does not have a significant effect on the final-state distributions. Quasiclassical trajectory calculations are performed for the reactant ground-state and bending-excited Cl((2)P(3/2)) + CH(4)(v(4/2) = 0, 1) → H + CH(3)Cl reactions using an ab initio potential energy surface. The product analysis techniques are successfully applied to the CH(3)Cl product molecules and some qualitative features of the results are discussed. 相似文献

IR spectra of 1-germatranol, 1,1-quasi-germatrandiole, 1,1,1-hypogermatrantriole with a general formula (HO)4?n Ge(OCH2CH2) n NR3?n (n = 1–3) are obtained. At the B3LYP/aug-cc-pVDZ density functional level the equilibrium structures and vibrational spectra of these compounds along with their hydrogen-bonded dimers are calculated. Based on the calculations the band assignment is performed in the IR spectra of 1-germatranol, 1,1-quasi-germatrandiole, and 1,1,1-hypogermatrantriole. The existence of dimers is manifested in the IR spectra as the absence of bands in the frequency ranges characteristic of the bending vibrations of Ge-OH groups and the presence of bands in the vibrational range of hydrogen-bonded germatranyl groups. 相似文献

Heating a mixture of M(CO)6, M = Mo or W, and 2-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazole, PBI, in THF under reduced pressure gave the tetracarbonyl monosubstituted derivative M(CO)4(PBI). Spectroscopic studies showed that these complexes have octahedral structures with two axial and two equatorial carbonyl groups, the PBI ligand occupying two equatorial positions. A computational study of the intramolecular pnicogen bond in PHF? (CH2)n? PHF (n=2–6) systems was carried out. For each compound, two different conformations, (R,R) and (R,S), were considered on the basis of the chirality of the phosphine groups. The characteristics of the closed conformers, in which the pnicogen interaction occurs, were compared with those of the extended conformer. In several cases, the closed conformations are more stable than the extended conformations. The calculated interaction energies of the pnicogen contact, by means of isodesmic reactions, provide values between ?3.4 and ?26.0 kJ mol?1. Atoms in molecules and electron localization function analysis of the electron density showed that the systems in the closed conformations with short P ??? P distances have a partial covalent character in this interaction. The calculated absolute chemical shieldings of the P atoms showed an exponential relationship with the P ??? P distance. In addition, a search in the Cambridge crystallographic database was carried out to detect those compounds with a potential intramolecular pnicogen bond in the solid phase. 相似文献

Three new tin coordination compounds (4,4'-Hbipy)2[Sn2(C2O4)3] ( 1 ), (4,4'-H2bipy)[Sn(C2O4)2] ( 2 ), and SnCl2(4,4'-bipy) ( 3 ) were synthesized under hydro-(solvo-)thermal conditions and their crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 exhibits a ionic structure based on discrete [4,4'-Hbipy]+ cations and [Sn2(C2O4)3]2– anions. These two units are linked via N–H ··· O hydrogen bonds to form a pseudo-one-dimensional zigzag hydrogen-bonded chain. In compound 2 , four-coordinate Sn atoms form monomeric tin dioxalato complexes, which are connected to the doubly protonated [4,4'-H2bipy]2+ cations through N–H ··· O hydrogen bonded to give a one-dimensional zigzag hydrogen-bonded chain. Compound 3 forms a three-dimensional hydrogen-bonded network, in which 1∞[SnCl2(4,4'-bipy)] linear chains are interconnected to each other by C–H ··· Cl hydrogen bonding. The solid-state UV/Vis/NIR diffuse reflectance spectroscopy shows that three compounds are broadband semiconductors. The thermogravimetric analysis evidences the thermal stability of the three compounds up to 175, 201, and 246 °C, respectively. 相似文献
