采用PLASIMO程序模拟了入口处Ar流速对多级弧放电产生的非热平衡Ar等离子体特性的影响。模拟结果发现:从入口处到出口处,沿中心轴线,压强逐渐降低,电子平均能量基本保持不变。当流速一定时,从器壁到中心轴线处,电子数密度呈增大趋势;从入口处到出口处,电子数密度呈先增大后减小的趋势;当流速分别为50,100,150和200 cm3/s时,电子数密度最大值分别为10.131021,16.311021,18.981021和26.331021 m-3;随着流速的增大,其电子数密度逐渐增大。当流速一定时,从器壁到中心轴线处,电子温度逐渐增大;从入口处到出口处,电子温度呈先增大后减小再增大的趋势,并在中心轴线处距入口55~60 mm有最大值,当流速分别为50,100,150和200 cm3/s时,其最大值分别为1.299,1.234,1.157和1.132 eV;由于入口处和器壁处的电子温度都为0.517 eV,所以随着Ar流速的增大,其电子温度逐渐减小。当Ar流速一定时,从器壁到中心轴线处,离子温度逐渐增大;从入口处到出口处,离子温度呈先增大后减小的趋势,并且在中心轴线距入口20~30 mm离子温度取得最大值,当流速分别为50,100,150和200 cm3/s时,离子温度最大值分别为0.815 6,0.907 02,0.975 2和1.014 eV。随入口处流速的增大,电弧腔体内的离子温度逐渐增大。 相似文献

A detailed understanding of anode heat transfer is important for the optimization of arc processing technology. In this paper, a two-temperature chemical non-equilibrium model considering the collisionless space charge sheath is developed to investigate the anode heat transfer of nitrogen free-burning arc. The temperature, total heat flux and different heat flux components are analyzed in detail under different arc currents and anode materials. It is found that the arc current can affect the parameter distributions of anode region by changing plasma characteristics in arc column. As the arc current increases from 100 A to 200 A, the total anode heat flux increases, however, the maximum electron condensation heat flux decreases due to the arc expansion. The anode materials have a significant effect on the temperature and heat flux distributions in the anode region. The total heat flux on thoriated tungsten anode is lower than that on copper anode, while the maximum temperature is higher. The power transferred to thoriated tungsten anode, ranked in descending order, is heat flux from heavy-species, electron condensation heat, heat flux from electrons and ion recombination heat. However, the electron condensation heat makes the largest contribution for power transferred to copper anode. 相似文献

This paper proposes a simple collisional-radiative model to characterise capacitively coupled argon plasmas driven by conventional radio frequency in combination with optical emission spectroscopy and Langmuir probe measurements. Two major processes are considered in this model, electron-impact excitation and the spontaneous radiative decay. The diffusion loss term, which is found to be important for the two metastable states (4s[3/2]2, 4s'[1/2]0), is also taken into account. Behaviours of representative metastable and radiative states are discussed. Two emission lines (located at 696.5 nm and 750.4 nm) are selected and intensities are measured to obtain populated densities of the corresponding radiative states in the argon plasma. The calculated results agree well with that measured by Langmuir probe, indicating that the current model combined with optical emission spectroscopy is a candidate tool for electron density and temperature measurement in radio frequency capacitively coupled discharges. 相似文献

The dominant process in relaxation of DC glow discharge between two plane parallel electrodes in argon at pressure200 Pa is analyzed by measuring the breakdown time delay and by analytical and numerical models. By using the approximate analytical model it is found that the relaxation in a range from 20 to 60 ms in afterglow is dominated by Ar+2ions,produced by atomic-to-molecular conversion of Ar+ions in the first several milliseconds after the cessation of the discharge.This conversion is confirmed by the presence of double-Gaussian distribution for the formative time delay, as well as conversion maxima in a set of memory curves measured in different conditions. Finally, the numerical one-dimensional(1D)model for determining the number densities of dominant particles in stationary DC glow discharge and two-dimensional(2D) model for the relaxation are used to confirm the previous assumptions and to determine the corresponding collision and transport coefficients of dominant species and processes. 相似文献

为了提高等离子体废物处理效率,根据磁流体动力学理论,利用计算流体力学软件FLUENT,采用磁矢量势的方法对直流双阳极非转移型电弧等离子体炬进行了二维轴对称数值模拟。计算中采用了SIMPLE算法。数值模拟得到了等离子体的温度、速度等分布。结果表明,等离子体的温度随着轴向距离的增加而减小,随弧电流增加而增加;其速度随着轴向距离的增加而先增大后减小,随弧电流增加而增加;等离子体炬出口处的温度和速度随着径向距离的增加而减小。这些结果与实验结果基本相符。 相似文献

通过电弧模型与熔池模型耦合数值模拟,研究了氩弧和氦弧特性及其对SUS304不锈钢钨极惰性气体保护(TIG)焊熔池形貌的影响.通过比较氩弧和氦弧的温度轮廓线以及阳极表面电流密度和热流密度分布发现,氦弧的径向距离比氩弧收缩明显,导致更多热量传递给阳极.模拟了氩弧和氦弧下浮力、电磁力、表面张力和气体剪切力分别对熔池形貌的影响.结果表明:不论是在氩弧还是在氦弧下熔池中表面张力是影响熔池形貌的最主要驱动力.在氩弧下,影响熔池形貌的另一个重要的驱动力是气体剪切力,而氦弧下则是电磁力.由于电磁力引起的内对流运动增加了熔深,从而导致相同氧含量时氦弧下的熔深和焊缝深宽比要高于氩弧下的熔深和焊缝深宽比.随着氧含量的增加,氩弧和氦弧下的焊缝深宽比均先增加而后保持不变.焊缝深宽比的模拟结果与实验结果符合较好.

An arc plasma can present various forms under the influence of an external magnetic field. In this study, a magnetically rotating arc plasma generator has been developed to produce three arc modes, namely rigid arc, distorted arc, and diffuse arc, which are obtained by controlling the gas flow rate. The evolution of these arc modes are experimentally studied and discussed. Results show that, as the gas flow rate increases, the arc mode is first transformed from the rigid to the distorted mode, and then to the diffuse mode. Comparisons show that the location of the arc attachment is a key factor in determining the rigid and distorted modes. The diffuse arc is observed under larger gas flow rates, but the completely diffuse arc can exist only within a narrow range of gas flow rates. Compared to the distorted arc, the diffuse arc has not only better stability but also a wider high‐temperature plasma zone, which indicates that the diffuse mode may be more useful in industry. 相似文献

A model is built to study chemical processes in atmospheric plasmas at low altitude (high pressure) and at high altitude (low pressure). The plasma lifetime and the temporal evolution of the main charged species are presented.The electron number density does not strictly obey the exponential damping law in a long period. The heavy charged species are dominant at low altitude in comparison with the light species at high altitude. Some species of small amount in natural air play an important role in the processes. 相似文献

Using real experimentally obtained integral values, the paper deals with modelling of electric arc stabilised by flowing gas.
Attention is focused namely on approximate estimation of radiation coefficient of argon. A designed model of electric arc
burning in argon of atmospheric pressure inside arc heater’s anode channel is described. The model makes it possible to compute
axial and/or radial dependencies of some quantities of interest (temperature, velocity, electric field intensity, arc radius,
etc.), and subsequently to judge energy exchange between the arc and its surroundings. Sets of model’s input data, including
arc voltage, arc current, argon flow-rate, and flow-rates and temperatures of water cooling individual parts of the arc heater,
have been measured during numerous experiments. In a studied case with relatively high argon flow-rate, radiation has been
found to be prevailing mechanism of energy transfer from arc to anode channel walls. Based on this finding, techniques have
been designed for simple approximate estimation of radiation coefficient of argon in a limited extent of temperatures. As
an example, they have been tested on a particular set of measured and computed data. Argon radiation coefficient estimated
in this way has been compared with the results of theoretical computations carried out by other authors. Considering simplifications
used and differences between a real situation and an ideal theoretical model, agreement of the results is within satisfactory

The process of graphene cleaning of a copper film by bombarding it with Ar_(13) clusters is investigated by the molecular dynamics method.The kinetic energies of the clusters are 5,10,20,and 30 eV and the incident angles are θ= 90°,75°,60°,45°,and 0°.It is obtained that the cluster energy should be in the interval 20 eV-30 eV for effective graphene cleaning.There is no cleaning effect at vertical incidence(θ =0°) of Ar_(13) clusters.The bombardments at 45° and 90° incident angles are the most effective on a moderate and large amount of deposited copper,respectively. 相似文献

A comparison has been made between some kinds of configuration temperatures of the argon II spectrum and the temperatures of the atoms, ions and electrons for a hollow cathode, low-pressure, magnetically-confined, argon arc discharge in the 10–80 A current region. We found that thermalization by heavy particle collisions does not occur within the 4p group of the argon II spectrum (excitation energies 19·22-19·97 eV). and that relative line-intensity measurements over a large spectral range of 19–25 eV give hardly any relevant information on the electron temperature. Our conclusion is that the population densities of the excited levels are mainly determined by the excitation cross-section functions for the levels concerned. Furthermore, we have compared published transition probabilities (to 1970) for the argon II 4p group transitions. The mean values were obtained for 31 transitions with uncertainties (with two exceptions) between 1 and 20 per cent. 相似文献

The Stark broadening of ArI 7147.04, 7272.93, 7067.2, 6965.43 Å lines was investigated in a wall-stabilized argon-arc plasma. The temperature was varied from 10,100 to 12,500°K, and the electron density from 1.9 to 8.8×1016 cm-3. In the observed plasma conditions, the last two lines were self-absorbed owing to their optical depths. Correction to the optically thin line was made, and the quadratic Stark effect halfwidths were compared with Griem's theoretical halfwidths. Within the limits of experimental error, the halfwidths of lines of 7147, 7273, 6965 and 7067 Å were found to be in agreement with theory. 相似文献

The temperature as well as specific and integrated powers of energy mechanisms for sustaining a steady equilibrium arc discharge in a cylindrical channel in argon and carbon dioxide under atmospheric pressure are determined by solving the Elenbaas-Heller equation for various values of current I and radius R. The results of computations are represented in the form of state diagrams intended for estimating the main energy parameters of electric arcs for preset values of I and R. For carbon dioxide, the effect of screening of the heat conduction mechanism at the discharge boundary, which is due to a peculiar temperature dependence of radiation properties, is detected. 相似文献

对感应耦合氩气热等离子体的速度分布特性以及各操作参数对等离子体速度分布的影响进行了细致的研究。研究结果表明,与直流电弧热等离子体相比,感应耦合热等离子体速度小,弧流集中,速度峰值出现在等离子体炬下游,在线圈段上游出现明显的回流现象。此外,送气流量、感应电流等操作参数对等离子体速度分布有明显影响。研究结果可为等离子体球化粉末颗粒及其他应用提供理论指导。 相似文献

本文采用二维自洽完全流体模型,针对阳极为通孔的高气压微腔放电结构,研究了微腔放电的参数特性.数值计算得到了氩气压强为100 Torr,放电稳态时的电势分布、电子数密度分布和电子温度分布等重要参数.模拟结果表明放电区存在显著的阴极鞘层结构,电子数密度的峰值达到1020 m-3,电子温度的量级为几个eV至十几eV,该结论与实验结果相一致.数值模拟合理的解释了微腔放电的基本原理.
