The alkaloids imperialine, imperialone, peumisine, petiline, petilidine, and the new bases petisine (I) and petisinine (III) have been isolated from bulbs ofPetilium raddeana (Regl.) Vved. From the epigeal part ofPetilium raddeana have been isolated the known alkaloids edpetiline and edpetine and the new base petisidinone with mp 217–219°C, [α]D 0° (c 0.169; chloroform), C27H39NO3 (I). When the known alkaloid petisidine was oxidized, a product identical with petisidinone (I) was obtained. Thus, the structure of (I) has been established as 26,23-nitrilocholestane-3,6,22-trione. Details of the IR, PMR, and mass spectra of (I) are given.  相似文献

Summary From the epigeal part ofHaplophyllum perforatum growing on the northern slopes of the Babadag range we have isolated the known alkaloids evoxine, 7-isopentenyloxy--fagarine. methylevoxine, evodine, skimmianine, glycoperine, haplamine, and haplopine and the new alkaloids haplofidine, triacetylglyoperidine and monoacetylglycoperidine. Diacetylglycoperine has been detected in the mixture of bases.It has been established that in the epigeal part, with the growth of the plant the amount of evoxine and its analogs decreases and the amounts of skimmianine, glycoperine, and haplofidine increase. The greatest number of alkaloids is found in the flowering period.It has been shown that haplofidine has the structure of 8-isopentenyloxy-4-methoxy-furanoquinoline, and triacetylglycoperine that of 4, 8-dimethoxy-7--L-triacetylrhamnosyloxy-furanoquinoline.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, Tashkent. In addition to the alkaloids known previously from this plant, haplofoline and folifine, from the epigeal part ofHaplophyllum foliosum we have isolated norgraveoline with mp 288–289°C (decomp. from acetone), and myrtopsine with mp 201–202°C (from chloroform), [α]D-5° (c 0.05; methanol), which were first obtained fromHaplophyllum dubium andMyrtopsis sellingii, respectively. We have confirmed by the PMR-spectroscopic method the positions of the substituents in the dihydrofuran ring of myrtopsine suggested previously on the basis of biogenetic considerations. In addition, it has been established that the substituents are present in the trans form. This is the first time that myrtopsine has been detected in plants of the genusHaplophyllum.  相似文献

从中国南海西沙群岛采集的海绵Spongiaobligue中分离得到系列生物碱,报道了两种吡咯并内酰胺生物碱aldisin(S-Ⅰ)和2_bromoaldisin(S-Ⅱ),用IR、MS、HNMR、CNMR和二维核磁共振谱(DEPT,H-HCOSY,HMQC,HMBC)等波谱数据确定了它们的结构。  相似文献
