1,6-Dihydro-3-hydrozinocarbonyl-6-pyridazinone (compound 2) were prepared from α-ketoglutaric acid and hydrazine hydrate. A series of N-aryl-2-(1‘,6‘-dihydro-6‘-pyridazinone-3‘-carbonyl) thiosemicarbazides 3a-3f were synthesized from the reaction of aryl isothiocyanates with compound 2. The terminal compounds 1,3, 4-thiadiazole, 1,3,4-oxadiazole and 1,2, 4-triazol-5-thione derivatives were cyclized from compounds 3a-3f. Their structures were confirmed by IR,^1H NMR, MS and elemental analyses.  相似文献

Hydrothermal treatment of MCl2(M=Co or Cu), NH4VO3, and 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione(pdon) resulted in the formation of a duplex coordination polymer [Co(bpdc)(H2O)3]·H2O(bpdc=2,2′-bipyridine-3,3′-dicarboxylate) and a chain-like coordination polymer [Cu(bpy)V2O6](bpy=2,2′-bipyridine). X-ray single-crystal structural analysis shows that under hydrothermal conditions and in the presence of different transition metals, the organic reagent pdon was transformed in situ into bpdc and bpy, respectively. Mechanism of the in situ ligand synthesis reaction has been discussed.  相似文献

The reaction of Zn(ClO4)2·6H2O with 3,3'-bis(2-benzimidazolyl)-2,2'-dipyridine (L) gave a mononuclear zinc(II) complex: [ZnL2](ClO4)2·2DMF·4H2O, which was structurally characterized by EA, IR, UV, 1H NMR, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal (C54H54Cl2N14O14Zn, Mr = 1259.38) belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 20.874(2), b = 14.9953(16), c = 20.462(3) , β = 101.553(2)°, V = 6274.8(13) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.333 g/cm3, F (000) = 2608, μ(MoKα) = 0.548 mm–1, R = 0.0682 and wR = 0.1931 for 4984 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The Zn(II) is four-coordinated in a slightly distorted tetrahedral geometry through four N atoms from four benzimidazole units of two ligands. In the crystal lattice, the [ZnL2]2+ cations are linked to each other by extensive intermolecular hydrogen bonds between nitrogen atoms of benzimidazole rings, water and DMF molecules.  相似文献

The title compound, [Mn(4,4'-bpy)1.5(H2O)3](ClO4)'(4,4'-bpy)(L)·H2O(1), where L=2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid, was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a=2.929 9(6) nm, b=1.0364(2) nm, c=8.2220(1) nm, α=105.300(2)°,β=97.495(2)°,),=91.118(2)°, V=1.884 0(4) nm^3, Z=2, Mr=780.10, Dc=1.375 g·cm^-3,μ=0.483 mm-1, F(000)=812, R=0.055 4, wR= 0.135 2. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by three N atoms of three 4,4'-bipyridine ligands and three O atoms of water. The crystal and molecular structures of [(C3H7O)2PS2]2 (CCDC No.217201) were determined by means of X-ray crystallography. It crystallized in a triclinic system with space group P-1 and lattice parameters a=0.82794(3) nm, b=0.84764(2) nm, c=0.85034(3) nm, α=97.78(3)°, β=110.77(3)°, γ= 94. 95 (3)°,V= 0. 54701(9) nm3, Z= 1. In this molecule, the two diisopropyl dithiophosphate groups, [(C3H7O)2PS2]2,which are parallel to each other, are linked by an S-S bond and there exist inversion centers in the molecule.In the structure, the P=S bonds in the two dithiophosphate units are trans-oriented to each other.  相似文献

The syntheses, characterizations and in vitro cytotoxities of seven soluble silver (I) compounds (1–7) with 2,2′‐bipyridine (bpy), 5,5′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine (dmbpy) and 1, 10‐phenanthroline (phen) are described. Two of the complexes, [Ag(dmbpy)(NO3)] (1) and [Ag(dmbpy)]ClO4(2), have been structurally established by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, which reveals the silver(I) atom in compound 1 is in a Y‐shape coordination geometry with two N atoms (av. Ag? N = 227.8 pm) from a chelate dmbpy ligand and an O atom (Ag? O=221.8(4) pm) from a monodentate nitrate. The Ag(I) atom in compound 2 is three‐coordinated by three N atoms, two of which are from a chelate dmbpy, and one from an acetonitrile ligand. The seven compounds showed strong cytotoxities in vitro to both normal and carcinoma cells.  相似文献

The new synthesized ligand (DADMBTZ = 2,2′‐diamino‐5,5′‐dimethyl‐4,4′‐bithiazole), which is mentioned in this text, is used for preparing the two new complexes [Zn(DADMBTZ)3](ClO4)2. 0.8MeOH.0.2H2O ( 1 ) and [Cd(DADMBTZ)3](ClO4)2 ( 2 ). The characterization was done by IR, 1H, 13C NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and single crystal X‐ray determination. In reaction with DADMBTZ, zinc(II) and cadmium(II) show different characterization. In 2 , to form a tris‐chelate complex with nearly C3 symmetry for coordination polyhedron, DADMBTZ acts as a bidentate ligand. In 1 , this difference maybe relevant to small radii of Zn2+ which make one of the DADMBTZ ligands act as a monodentate ligand to form the five coordinated Zn2+ complex. In both 1 and 2 complexes the anions are symmetrically different. 1 and 2 complexes form 2‐D and 3‐D networks via N‐H···O and N‐H···N hydrogen bonds, respectively.  相似文献

The title compound, [Mn(C14H8O4)(C12H12N2)]n, with a novel three‐dimensional framework, has been prepared by a hydro­thermal reaction at 433 K. Each Mn atom lies on a twofold axis in a slightly distorted octahedral geometry, coordinated by two N atoms from two benzidine ligands and four O atoms from three symmetry‐related biphenyl‐2,2′‐dicarboxylate (bpdc) ligands. The benzidine ligands lie about inversion centres and the bpdc ligands about twofold axes. Each bpdc ligand is bonded to three Mn ions to form a continuous chain of metal ions. The bpdc ligands are accommodated in a series of distorted holes resembling hexagonal prisms.  相似文献

Two Ag(I) complexes, [Ag2(bobb)2]⋅(NO3)2 ( 1 ) and [Ag2(crotonate)2(aobb)]n ( 2 ) (bobb =1,3‐bis(1‐benzylbenzimidazol‐2‐yl)‐2‐oxapropane; aobb =1,3‐bis(1‐allylbenzimidazol‐2‐yl)‐2‐oxopropane), have been synthesized and characterized using elemental analysis, electrical conductivities, infrared and UV–visible spectral measurements and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Complex 1 is binuclear and three‐coordinated by two N atoms from two bobb ligands, while complex 2 is a unique metal organic compound with diamond‐like multinuclear Ag centers with each Ag bridged by two aobb ligands and two crotonate ions to form one‐dimensional single polymer chain structures and extended into two‐dimensional frameworks through π–π and intermolecular C─H⋅⋅⋅O hydrogen bonds. The adjacent Ag(I) centers are bridged by allyl from aobb which is not only a σ‐bonding ligand, but also a π‐acid ligand. The DNA binding modes of complexes 1 and 2 were investigated using electronic absorption titration, fluorescence spectra and viscosity measurements. The results suggest that the two complexes bind to DNA via an intercalative mode, and their binding affinity for DNA follows the order 2  >  1 . This is due to the chelating effects which can enhance the planar functionality of the metal complexes.  相似文献

Yellow needle‐shaped crystals of the title compound, {[Ag(C30H22N4)][Ag(NO3)2]}n, were obtained by the reaction of AgNO3 and 9,10‐bis(benzimidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)anthracene (L) in a 2:1 ratio. The asymmetric unit consists of two AgI cations, one half L ligand and one nitrate anion. One AgI cation occupies a crystallographic inversion centre and links two N‐atom donors of two distinct L ligands to form an infinite one‐dimensional coordination polymer. The second AgI cation lies on a crystallographic twofold axis and is coordinated by two O‐atom donors of two nitrate anions to form an [Ag(NO3)2] counter‐ion. The polymeric chains are linked into a supramolecular framework via weak Ag...O [3.124 (5) Å] and Ag...π (2.982 Å) interactions (π is the centroid of an outer anthracene benzene ring). The π interactions contain two short Ag...C contacts [2.727 (6) and 2.765 (6) Å], which can be considered to define Ag–η2‐anthracene bonding interactions. In comparison with a previously reported binuclear AgI complex [Du, Hu, Zhang, Zeng & Bu (2008). CrystEngComm, 10 , 1866–1874], this new one‐dimensional coordination polymer was obtained by changing the metal–ligand ratio during the synthesis.  相似文献

The solution reaction of AgNO3 and 2‐aminopyrazine (apyz) in a 1:1 ratio gives rise to the title compound, [Ag2(NO3)2(C4H5N3)2]n, (I), which possesses a chiral crystal structure. In (I), both of the crystallographically independent AgI cations are coordinated in tetrahedral geometries by two N atoms from two apyz ligands and two O atoms from nitrate anions; however, the AgI centers show two different coordination environments in which one is coordinated by two O atoms from two different symmetry‐related nitrate anions and the second is coordinated by two O atoms from a single nitrate anion. The crystal structure consists of one‐dimensional AgI–apyz chains, which are further extended by μ2‐κ2O:O nitrate anions into a two‐dimensional (4,4) sheet. N—H...O and Capyz—H...O hydrogen bonds connect neighboring sheets to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework.  相似文献

Reaction of AgNO3 and 2,2′‐bipyridine (bipy) under ultrasonic treatment gave the title compound, [Ag(C10H8N2)(NH3)]NO3. The crystal structure consists of dimers formed by two symmetry‐related AgI–bipy monomers connected through intra‐dimer π–π stacking and ligand‐unsupported Ag...Ag interactions. A crystallographic C2 axis passes through the mid‐point of and is perpendicular to the Ag...Agi(−x + 1, y, −z + ) axis. In addition, each AgI cation is coordinated by one chelating bipy ligand and one ammine ligand, giving a trigonal coordination environment capped by the symmetry‐equivalent Ag atom. Molecules are assembled by Ag...Ag, π–π, hydrogen‐bond (N—H...O and C—H...O) and weak Ag...π interactions into a three‐dimensional framework. Comparing the products synthesized under different mechanical treatments, we found that reaction conditions have a significant influence on the resulting structures. The luminescence properties of the title compound are also discussed.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, poly[[[μ3N′‐(3‐cyanobenzylidene)nicotinohydrazide]silver(I)] hexafluoroarsenate], {[Ag(C14H10N4O)](AsF6)}n, at 173 K exhibits a novel stair‐like two‐dimensional layer and a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework through C—H...Ag hydrogen bonds. The AgI cation is coordinated by three N atoms and one O atom from N′‐(3‐cyanobenzylidene)nicotinohydrazide (L) ligands, resulting in a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry. The organic ligand acts as a μ3‐bridging ligand through the pyridyl and carbonitrile N atoms and deviates from planarity in order to adapt to the coordination geometry. Two ligands bridge two AgI cations to construct a small 2+2 Ag2L2 ring. Four ligands bridge one AgI cation from each of four of these small rings to form a large grid. An interesting stair‐like two‐dimensional (3,6)‐net is formed through AgI metal centres acting as three‐connection nodes and through L molecules as tri‐linkage spacers.  相似文献

The title complex, [Ag4(C7H5O3)2(C8H6N2)4(C7H6O3)4], lies about an inversion centre and has a unique tetra­nuclear structure consisting of four AgI atoms bridged by four N atoms from two 1,8‐naphthyridine (napy) ligands to form an N:N′‐bridge and four O atoms from two salicylate (SA) ligands to form an O:O′‐bridge. The Ag atoms have distorted octa­hedral coordination geometry. The centrosymmetric Ag4 ring has Ag—Ag separations of 2.772 (2) and 3.127 (2) Å, and Ag—Ag—Ag angles of 107.70 (4) and 72.30 (4)°. All SA hydroxy groups take part in intra­molecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonding. In the crystal packing, the napy rings are oriented parallel and overlap one another. These π–π inter­actions, together with weak inter­molecular C—H⋯O contacts, stabilize the crystal structure.  相似文献

The title complex, [Ag2(C7H5O2)2(C18H18F2N2)]n, is a dinuclear silver(I) compound with one inversion centre between pairs of Ag atoms and another at the mid‐point of the central C—C bond in the butane‐1,4‐diamine moiety. Each of the smallest repeat units consists of two silver(I) cations, two benzoate anions and one N,N′‐bis(2‐fluorobenzyl­idene)­butane‐1,4‐di­amine Schiff base ligand. Each AgI ion is three‐coordinated in a trigonal configuration by two O atoms from two benzoate anions and one N atom from a Schiff base ligand. The di‐μ‐benzoato‐disilver(I) moieties are linked by the bridging Schiff base ligand, giving zigzag polymeric chains with an [–Ag⋯Ag—N—C—C—C—C—N–]n backbone running along the b axis.  相似文献
