结合激光特性和电视扫描成像原理,提出一种二维激光光栅扫描方案,并实际建立一套光栅产生系统。通过实验得到均匀的扫描光栅,测得一组实验数据。对实验数据进行处理得到了振镜偏转角度和扫描频率之间具体的函数表达式及其图像表示,进而推导得到光栅大小和扫描频率之间的函数关系式。另外,对扫描光栅的特征参数进行了分析。  相似文献

A new photodetection amplifier configuration with an amplification-type current-to-voltage converter is presented to realize a high-gain wideband amplifier. A high-speed 12-layer two-dimensional (2D) bar-code detection system (BCDS), consisting of the new photodetection amplifier and a raster scanner combined with a complementary light emission drive method for laser diodes, has been developed to provide both a highly effective scanning speed and multi-layer bar-code detection. The 12-layer 2D BCDS has shown 1,250 scan/s, which is two and a half times the scanning speed of a conventional bar-code detection system. Comparison with experimental results verified that Li’s scan pattern theory provides an accurate model for laser scanning beam traces obtained by the raster scanner. As theoretical evaluation of bar-code configuration in the new system, an optimum bar-code height per one-layer is given by a function of detection length.  相似文献

A single-photon imaging system based on compressed sensing has been developed to image objects under ultra-low illumination. With this system, we have successfully realized imaging at the single-photon level with a single-pixel avalanche photodiode without point-by-point raster scanning. From analysis of the signal-to-noise ratio in the measurement we find that our system has much higher sensitivity than conventional ones based on point-by-point raster scanning, while the measurement time is also reduced.  相似文献

A neoteric approach to interferometric phase imaging unencumbered by 2 pi phase ambiguities is presented. This technique utilizes an actively controlled angular displacement glass plate positioned in the reference arm of an environmentally stabilized pseudoheterodyne Mach-Zehnder interferometer. The plate is continually adjusted to maintain a constant interferometric output phase, as a phase object in the sample arm is raster scanned. Using a 632.8 nm source, unwrapped phase images of translucent samples ranging from approximately 150 nm to 1.5 microm thick were obtained. This system is incorporated into a conventional near-field scanning optical microscope, which permits simultaneous phase, intensity, and surface morphology studies.  相似文献

This Letter presents a useful method that combines the full range complex Fourier domain optical coherence tomography (OCT) with the ultrahigh sensitive optical microangiography (OMAG) to achieve full range complex imaging of blood flow within microcirculatory tissue beds in vivo. We propose to use the fast scanning axis to realize the full range complex imaging, while using the slow axis to achieve OMAG imaging of blood flow. We demonstrate the proposed method by using a high speed 1310?nm OCT/OMAG system running at 92?kHz line scan rate to image the flow phantoms in vitro, and the blood flows in tissue beds in vivo.  相似文献

 参照国际上对激光损伤阈值不同测量技术建立起来的相应检测规范和标准,分别采用1-on-1,S-on-1,R-on-1和光栅扫描共4种测量方式,在1 064 nm波长下对HfO2/SiO2周期性高反射薄膜进行了激光损伤阈值的测量研究。根据测量结果,比较并分析了这4种测量方式之间的差异,重点研究了R-on-1和光栅扫描测量方式中存在的激光预处理效应对薄膜损伤阈值的影响,以及辐照激光光斑尺寸与损伤阈值之间的联系,并讨论了光栅扫描方式中预处理效应与扫描间距和扫描能量密度梯度的关系。研究表明:R-on-1方式下测得的损伤阈值最高,光栅扫描和1-on-1次之,S-on-1最小;1 000个脉冲激光辐照下的累积效应不显著,并且在激光光斑尺寸的差异较小时,阈值与光斑尺寸的对应关系并不明显;光斑尺寸相同时,扫描光斑的间距越小,激光预处理效果越好。  相似文献

在论述重离子治癌照射的基本思想及其特点的基础上,着重对磁扫描照射野形成的两种技术路线——点扫描和栅扫描的优缺点进行了分析阐述.初步给出了 HIRFL上的重离子治癌终端磁扫描相关参数. The basic principle and characteristic of irradiation in heavy ion radiotherapy are introduced. Based on the basic principle and characteristic of irradiation in heavy ion radiotherapy, two magnetic scan methods for creating uniform irradiation field--the spot scan and the raster scan, are compared briefly. The parameter requests to the magnetic scanning system of the heavy ion radiotherapy facility planned in IMP(Institute of Modern Physics) are presented.  相似文献

采用单台阶能量光栅扫描以及R-on-1测试两种不同预处理方式研究了激光预处理技术对532nm HfO2/SiO2高反膜的阈值提升效果。用Nd:YAG二倍频激光对电子束蒸发制备的532nm HfO2/SiO2高反膜进行1-on-1损伤阈值测试,然后分别进行单台阶能量光栅扫描以及R-on-1测试。通过对损伤概率以及损伤形貌的分析,发现激光预处理能够去除薄膜内低阈值缺陷,达到提高损伤阈值的目的,损伤阈值分别提高38%和30%。  相似文献

为实现激光束对空域的有效扫描和探测,研究了栅形扫描、李萨茹形扫描、螺旋形扫描和六边形扫描四种常见的激光雷达扫描方式,推导了相应的扫描方程,讨论了参数的物理意义及调整方法;重点研究了栅形扫描和六边形扫描方式下光斑的分布情况,通过仿真分析了两种扫描方式下光束的漏扫率和重叠率,结果表明,在相同扫描条件下六边形扫描方式的漏扫区域最少。展示了基于上述研究内容的扫描控制系统实物图及扫描图案。分析总结了四种扫描方式的特点,给出了每种扫描方式的适用情况及使用建议。  相似文献

为了拓展荧光辐射差分(Fluorescence Emission Difference,FED)显微术的应用,使得该方法可以同时对生物样品的不同组织结构进行超分辨成像,本文对双色FED显微系统展开了研究。FED的基本原理是将实心光斑扫描得到的共焦显微图像减去空心光斑扫描得到的负共焦图像,以此获得超分辨显微图像。在对单色FED显微系统进行研究后,本文提出了一种可行的双色FED显微成像系统方案。实验结果表明,在488 nm和640 nm激发光下,该系统在荧光颗粒上分别实现了135 nm和160 nm的空间分辨率,另外也能对生物样品的不同组织进行多色同时超分辨显微成像,满足了实际应用的要求。  相似文献

Full-field optical coherence microscopy (FF-OCM) and optically sectioned fluorescence microscopy are two imaging techniques that are implemented here in a novel dual modality instrument. The two imaging modalities use a broad field illumination to acquire the entire field of view without raster scanning. Optical sectioning is achieved in both imaging modalities owing to the coherence gating property of light for FF-OCM, and a structured illumination setup for fluorescence microscopy. Complementary image data are provided by the dual modality instrument in the context of biological tissue screening. FF-OCM imaging modality shows the tissue microarchitecture, while fluorescence microscopy highlights specific tissue features with cellular-level resolution by using targeting contrast agents. Complementary tissue morphology and biochemical features could potentially improve the understanding of cellular functions and disease diagnosis.  相似文献

在太赫兹成像技术研究中,分辨率、成像时间和距离是非常关键的参数指标,为了推动太赫兹成像技术的实用化,特别是提高对隐藏危险物品的远距离快速预警检测能力,提出被动式远距离太赫兹快速扫描成像系统。该系统采用单个太赫兹探测器和光机扫描相结合的方式。扫描子系统中,将六面体转镜置于离轴三反镜系统的平行光路中,使扫描范围从广泛研究中采用的物空间转换到像空间有效缩小了扫描区域,缩短了成像时间。本套被动式扫描成像系统主要参数:探测器频率0.34 THz,成像距离10 m,视场1.51.5,成像分辨率3 cm,成像时间1 s。  相似文献

激光共焦扫描显微镜大多采用点共焦扫描成像形式,扫描机构复杂,成本高。新型的线结构光共焦显微成像技术是对样品进行线共焦成像,只需对样品进行一维扫描就可以得到整个平面的像。设计了线结构光共焦成像实验装置,进行了线结构光共焦显微成像实验。实验结果证明了线结构光共焦成像的可行性,杂散光明显地减少,提高了成像清晰度,并且有光学层析能力。采用低照度高分辨率CCD代替价格昂贵的像增强器大大降低了系统成本。  相似文献

In this paper, a theoretical model of the acquisition in intersatellite optical communications (IOC) is founded with the assumption that beacon pointing errors could be modeled as Gaussian random variables. An optimal scan method should be chosen according to the average acquisition time under a certain acquisition probability. With analysis of the most common scan methods during the establishment of IOC, the raster-spiral scanning can substitute the spiral scanning is found. The raster scanning and raster-spiral scanning are simulated using Monte Carlo method and the result shows the first one is optimal for acquisition in IOC.  相似文献

SHR22000是日本滨松光子学株式会社开发的人体全身用正电子发射断层扫描仪. 扫描仪具有32层探测器环, 二维采集可形成63个切片, 病人孔径为60cm, 单个体位数据采集时间为3—5min.扫描仪的轴向视野为22.5cm, 经5个体位可以完成全身扫描, 视野中轴10mm处平均横向分辨率可达到3.2mm. 本文依照国际标准IEC 61675-1(亦即GB/T18988.1-2003)规定的各项指标对该扫描仪的空间分辨率、灵敏度、散射和计数率特性以及复原系数进行了测试, 并给出结果数据.  相似文献

We describe a functional imaging paradigm that uses photothermal optical coherence tomography (PT-OCT) to detect indocyanine green (ICG)-encapsulated biocompatible poly(lactic-co-glycolic) acid (PLGA) nanoparticles embedded in highly scattering tissue phantoms with high resolution and sensitivity. The ICG-loaded PLGA nanoparticles were fabricated using a modified emulsification solvent diffusion method. With a 20 kHz axial scan rate, PT-OCT based on spectral-domain interferometric configuration at 1310 nm was used to detect phase changes induced by a 808 nm photothermal excitation of ICG-encapsulated PLGA nanoparticles. An algorithm based on Fourier transform analysis of differential phase of the spectral interferogram was developed for detecting the depth resolved localized photothermal signal. Excellent contrast difference was observed with PT-OCT between phantoms containing different concentrations of ICG-encapsulated PLGA nanoparticles. This technique has the potential to provide simultaneous structural and molecular-targeted imaging with excellent signal-to-noise for various clinical applications.  相似文献

A new three-dimensional (3D) optical fluorescent tomographic imaging scheme is proposed with structured illumination and spatial Fourierdomain decomposition methods for the first time. In this spatial Fourier-decomposition optical fluorescence tomography (SF-OFT), the intensity of focused excitation light from an objective lens is modulated to be a cosine function along the optical axis of the system. For a given position in a two-dimensional (2D) raster scanning process, the spatial frequency of the cosine function along the optical axis sweeps in a proper range while a series of fluorescence intensity are detected accordingly. By making an inverse discrete cosine transformation of these recorded intensity profiles, the distribution of fluorescent markers along the optical axis of a focused laser beam is obtained. A 3D optical fluorescent tomography can be achieved with this proposed SF-OFT technique with a simple 2D raster scanning process.  相似文献

提出了一种基于聚焦线性阵列探测器的快速光声计算机断层成像技术(光声CT).在光声二维图像重建中,根据阵列探测器机械扫描和电子扫描相结合的组合扫描模式,提出了改进的有限场滤波反投影重建算法.一方面该算法适合多元探测器旋转扫描模式,另一方面探测器的指向性函数作为反投影的权重因子提高了系统的横向分辨率.同时,该成像系统还利用柱面声透镜实现Z轴方向上的聚焦扫描以实现三维层析成像.实验中,这套成像系统空间分辨率达到0.2mm,Z轴方向分辨率为1.5mm,扫描一幅二维图像仅需150s,得到 关键词: 光声CT 有限场滤波反投影算法 声透镜聚焦 乳腺肿瘤检测  相似文献

 采用计算模拟的方法,研究了光栅式扫描预处理的扫描方式以及脉冲能量波动、定位误差对预处理效率的影响。研究发现,脉冲能量波动及其定位误差使预处理效率降低,同时其影响与扫描方式之间存在相互调制作用,因此可以通过选择合适的扫描方式以及扫描间隔来优化预处理流程,提高预处理效率。此外发现,光斑呈等边三角形排列时的预处理效率优于正方形。  相似文献
