本文报道利用578.4nm的脉冲光泵浦,在室温和77K下,观察到LiYF4:Nd3+单晶中的上转换蓝光。由发光强度与泵浦光强度平方的直线关系,确定此上转换过程是双光子过程.通过对吸收谱和激发谱以及衰减曲线的研究,确定其上转换激发机制为两步激发和能量传递上转换。 相似文献

Spectroscopic properties of flashlamp pumped Nd3+:YAG laser are studied as a function of temperature in a range from-30?C to 60?C. The spectral width and shift of quasi three-level 946.0-nm inter-Stark emission within the respective intermanifold transitions of4F3/2→4I9/2are investigated. The 946.0-nm line shifts toward the shorter wavelength and broadens. In addition, the threshold power and slope efficiency of the 946.0-nm laser line are quantified with temperature.The lower the temperature, the lower the threshold power is and the higher the slope efficiency of the 946.0-nm laser line is,thus the higher the laser output is. This phenomenon is attributed to the ion-phonon interaction and the thermal population in the ground state. 相似文献

Compared to AgNbO_3 based ceramics, the experimental investigations on the single crystalline AgNbO_3, especially the ground state and ferroic domain structures, are not on the same level. Here, based on successfully synthesized AgNbO_3 single crystal using a flux method, we observed the coexistence of ferroelastic and ferroelectric domain structures by a combination study of polarized light microscopy and piezoresponse force microscopy.This finding may provide a new aspect for studying AgNbO_3. The result also suggests a weak electromechanical response from the ferroelectric phase of AgNbO_3, which is also supported by the transmission electron microscope characterization. Our results reveal that the AgNbO_3 single crystal is in a polar ferroelectric phase at room temperature, clarifying its ground state which is controversial from the AgNbO_3 ceramic materials. 相似文献

We examined a 1514 nm eye-safe passively Q-switched self-optical parametric oscillator. The nonlinear crystal is an a-cut Nd:MgO:PPLN crystal, and the size of the crystal was 6 mm × 2 mm × 30 mm with 0.4 at.%Nd~(3+) doped and a grating period of 29.8 μm. When the crystal absorbed 12.8 W, the output maximum singlepulse energy reached 39 μJ, and a pulse width of 6.1 ns at a repetition rate of 5.4 kHz was obtained.The peak power was 6 kW, giving a slope efficiency of 42%. 相似文献

用水热法合成了Y0.8-x-yF3∶Gdx3+,Yb0.23+,Tmy3+纳米晶的上转换发光材料。在典型的Y0.595F3∶Gd0.2003+,Yb0.2003+, Tm0.0053+纳米微晶中,在980 nm激光激发下,观察到了Tm3+的紫外、紫色上转换发射明显增强和来自于Gd3+的6D9/2、6IJ、6P5/2及6P7/2能级到基态8S7/2能级的紫外发射。通过比较Y0.8-x-yF3∶Gdx3+ ,Yb0.23+,Tmy3+纳米晶样品的上转换发光性质以及Tm3+和Gd3+中一些激发态的能级寿命,借助于能级图描述了Yb3+-Tm3+-Ga3+之间的有效的能量传递过程。 相似文献

利用高温烧结法制备了铕/铋铕共掺硼硅酸盐玻璃系列样品,测量了样品的激发光谱、发射光谱和声子边带谱,利用Eu3+离子作为探针进一步研究了敏化剂Bi3+的掺入对Eu3+发光的影响.结果表明:本文制作的玻璃样品的电子-声子耦合系数比以往报道过的硼铅等玻璃材料的值都要小,但在硼硅酸盐玻璃中掺入Bi3+会使Eu3+的无辐射跃迁概率增加;Bi3+对Eu3+有敏化作用,Bi3+的掺入使材料的共价性增强,对称性降低,这又使得Eu3+的发光整体变强.所以,在硼硅酸盐玻璃体系中,Eu3+发光的增强不仅仅是由于Bi3+对Eu3+的能量传递,而是以上各因素综合作用的结果. 相似文献

With tin diselenide(SnSe_2) film as a saturable absorber(SA), the passively Q-switched self-frequency doubling(SFD) lasers were realized in Nd~(3+):ReCa_4O(BO_3)_3(Re = Y, Gd) crystals. For Nd:YCa_4O(BO_3)_3 crystal, the maximum average output power at 532 nm was 19.6 mW, and the corresponding pulse repetition frequency, pulse duration, single pulse energy, and peak power were 17.6 kHz, 91.9 ns, 1.1 μJ, and 12.1 W, respectively. For Nd:GdCa_4 O(BO_3)_3 crystal, these values were 14.5 mW, 22.1 kHz, 48.7 ns, 0.66 μJ, and 13.5 W. 相似文献

为研究Yb~(3+)离子浓度变化对Tm~(3+)离子在蓝色波段荧光强度的影响,以NaF和La(NO_3)_3为原料,采用水热法制备了Tm~(3+)和Yb~(3+)共掺的Tm~(3+)/ Yb~(3+)∶LaF_3纳米颗粒.用X射线衍射对LaF_3纳米颗粒进行表征的结果显示,纳米晶体结构呈六方相.透射电镜的观测结果显示,纳米颗粒样品大小均匀、分散性良好.在波长为800 nm的激光激发下,观测到了上转换蓝光发射,其中包括波长为474 nm和479 nm的较强的荧光辐射(相应的跃迁为~1G_4→~3H_6)和波长位于450 nm的强度较弱的荧光发射(相应的跃迁为~1D_2→~3F_4).通过观测不同Yb~(3+)离子浓度条件下共掺Tm~(3+)/Yb~(3+)∶LaF_3样品的荧光光谱,研究了Yb~(3+)离子掺杂浓度对于Tm~(3+)离子的荧光发射的影响,并探讨了产生这种现象的原因.研究结果显示,对于~1G_4→~3H_6跃迁产生的荧光发射(474 nm),当Yb~(3+)离子浓度增大时,反向能量传递速率的增加导致了荧光强度的增大.然而,当Yb~(3+)离子浓度增大到一定程度时,Yb~(3+)离子激发态能级寿命的减少将引发荧光强度的下降.相比较而言,Yb~(3+)离子的浓度的变化对于~1D_2→~3F_4跃迁产生的位于450 nm处荧光强度的影响较弱. 相似文献

The effect of melt pretreatment of Ce~(3 ): YAP and (Ce~(3 ) Nd~(3 )): YAP and their growth ambient gases on the quality of the crystals are described. Firstly, a superheating pretreatment of YAP melt is adopted in a nitrogen atmosphere containing a little oxygen to eliminate carbon; then the YAP melt is superheated in a reduction atmosphere to fully reduce Ce~(4 ) ions into Ce~(3 ) ions in the melt. Finally, in a growth atmosphere of pure nitrogen, high quality Ce~(3 ): YAP and (Ce~(3 ) Nd~(3 )): YAP single crystals with high Ce~(3 ) concentration with only few light scattering centers were grown. 相似文献

The effect of Er3+ ion concentration on transient and steady-state behavior in 45-nm Er3+ :YAG crystal is investigated. It is shown that by changing the signal field, the coherent field and the concentration of Er3+ ions in the crystal, the absorption, dispersion, and group index of the weak probe field can be adjusted. Also, it is found that the probe absorption occurs in the presence of population inversion and probe amplification is obtained in the absence of population inversion. 相似文献
