The structure of 2-amino-4-aryl-1-arylideneaminoimidazoles in DMSO-d6 solution was investigated by means of NMR spectroscopic methods (1H, 13C, 15N). From these data the (E)-configuration at the excocyclic C=N bond and a strong preference for the conformer with the imidazole H-5 and the N=CH proton being spatially close (s-trans regarding the N–N bond) can be concluded. Reaction of the title compounds with acetic anhydride leads to mono and diacylation at the 2-amino group, whereas treatment with pivalic anhydride exclusively affords the corresponding monoacyl product. The mono- and diacylation products exhibit similar configurational and conformational properties as the parent compounds.  相似文献

The analysis of long-range spin-spin coupling 19F-1H and the other conformation-dependent parameters of 1H NMR spectra shows that aryl vinyl selenides like aryl vinyl sulfides exist as mixtures of s-cis and s-trans rotational isomers. The combined data of 1H and 13C NMR spectra reveal the increase in the torsional angle ϑ at the bond X-CH=CH2 (X = S, Se) in selenides compared to sulfides due to diminished interaction energy of the unshared electron pairs of selenium with the π*-orbitals of the double bond as compared to analogous interaction in sulfides.  相似文献

DFT calculations of electric field gradient (EFG) tensors at the sites of 14N, 17O, and 2H nuclei are carried out to characterize the hydrogen bond (HB) interactions in the sulfapyridine crystal structure. One-molecule (monomer) and hydrogen-bonded hexameric cluster models of sulfapyridine are constructed according to available X-ray coordinates where the proton positions are optimized. Then, EFG tensors are calculated for both monomer and target molecule in the hexameric cluster of sulfapyridine to show the effect of HB interactions on the tensors. The calculated EFG tensors are converted to the experimentally measurable nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR) parameters: quadrupole coupling constant (C Q ) and asymmetry parameter (η Q ). The results reveal different contribution of various nuclei to N-H⋯N and N-H⋯O HB interactions in the cluster where the N2 and O1 have major contributions. The computations are performed with B3LYP and B3PW91 functionals DFT method and 6-311+G* and 6-311++G** standard basis sets using the Gaussian 98 package.  相似文献

The 1H spin-lattice relaxation times of the proton-bearing groups and the 31P spin-lattice relaxation times in C-phosphorylated oximes R1C(=NOH)P(=O)R2R3 (R1 = Ph, R2 = R3 = OMe; R1 = Ph, R2 = OMe, R3 = OCH2CH2Br; R1 = PhCH2, R2 = R3 = OCHMe2) and dioxime R2P(=O)C(=NOH)(CH2)4C(=NOH)P(=O)R2 (R = OMe) in DMSO-d6 were measured. The characteristic reorientation times of the whole molecules were estimated using the measured values of the 1H relaxation times and the results of semiempirical PM3 quantum chemical calculations of the molecular geometries. The reorientation times were used to identify the contributions of different relaxation mechanisms to the rate of 31P spin-lattice relaxation. The anisotropy of the chemical shielding of 31P nuclei was evaluated from the difference between the 31P relaxation rates measured at 101.27 and 161.92 MHz.  相似文献

A new insoluble solid functionalized ligand system bearing chelating ligand group of the general formula P-(CH2)3-N[CH2CONH(C6H4)NH2]2, where P represents [Si–O] n polysiloxane network, was prepared by the reaction of the immobilized diethyliminodiacetate polysiloxane ligand system, P-(CH2)3N(CH2CO2Et)2 with 1,2-diaminobenzene in toluene. 13C CP-MAS NMR, XPS and FTIR results showed that most ethylacetate groups (–COOEt) were converted into the amide groups (–N–C=O). The new functionalized ligand system exhibits high capacity for extraction and removal of the metal ions (Fe3+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+ and Zn2+) with efficiency of 95–97% after recovery from its primary metal complexes. This functionalized ligand system formed 1:1 metal to ligand complexes.  相似文献

Structural, spectral, and thermodynamic characteristics of complex amidoboranes M2[M1(NH2BH3)4] (M1 = Al, Ga; M2 = Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs) were calculated by the B3LYP/def2-SVPD quantum-chemical method. The procedure for the synthesis of these compounds by reactions of alkali metal amidoboranes with aluminum and gallium chlorides was suggested and experimentally tested. Reaction products were characterized by the NMR and IR spectroscopy and X-ray phase analysis.  相似文献

Summary.  The two new compounds Mn(dien)2[MoS4] (1) and Mn(dien)2[Mo2O2S6] (2) (dien = diethylenetriamine) were prepared under solvothermal conditions. Both compounds were obtained as phase-pure products. The structures consist of new [Mn(dien)2]2+ cations and isolated tetrahedral [MoS4]2− (1) or [Mo2O2S6]2− (2) anions. Between the anions and the cations, hydrogen bonding is observed. Compound 1 crystallizes in the tetragonal space group I (a = 10.219(2), c = 9.259(2) ?, Z = 2), whereas 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c (a = 8.703(2), b = 18.390(4), c = 14.603(3) ?, β = 103.18(3)°, Z = 4). The thermal behaviour of the thiomolybdates was investigated using difference thermoanalysis (DTA) and thermogravimetry (TG). Both compounds decompose under argon with a single endothermic signal in the DTA curve (peak maximum: 252 (1) and 242°C (2)). Received November 5, 2001. Accepted December 27, 2001  相似文献

The results of 1H NMR and quantum chemical studies of hydrolysis of isobutylaluminum aryloxides are presented. According to the data of 1H NMR spectroscopy, the hydrolysis of monomeric diisobutylaluminum aryloxides (2,6-Bu2 t—C6H3O)AlBu2 i and (2,6-Bu2 t,4-Me—C6H2O)AlBu2 i occurs selectively at the Al—OAr bond to form the corresponding sterically bulky phenol and polyisobutylaluminoxane. At the molar ratios Al: H2O = 2, the formed sterically bulky phenol reacts slowly with diisobutylaluminum monoaryloxide to form isobutylaluminum diaryloxide. Dimeric aryloxide [(2-But—C6H4O)AlBu2 i]2 is not hydrolyzed under similar conditions. The quantum chemical calculations confirmed the experimental results: the hydrolysis at the Al—OAr bond has a lower energy barrier than that at the Al—C bond because of the formation of \({H_{{H_2}O}} \ldots {O_{O - Ar}}\) hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

1-Phenylthiotricyclo[4.1.0.02,7]heptane reacted with MeSO2Br and BrCH2SO2Br directly at mixing at 20°C in CH2Cl2 along a ionic (electrophilic with respect to bromine) mechanism affording a product of an antistereoselective addition to the central bicyclobutane C1–C7 bond of the norpinane structure. The reaction product contains the exo-oriented sulfonyl group in the geminal position to the SPh substituent. The structure of the adduct with MeSO2Br in a single crystal was determined by XRD analysis.  相似文献

Summary Heat capacity measurements of the two-dimensional metal-assembled complex, (NEt4)[{MnIII(salen)}2FeIII(CN)6] [Et=ethyl, salen= N,N’-ethylenebis(salicylideneaminato) dianion], were performed in the temperature range between 0.2 and 300 K by adiabatic calorimetry. A ferrimagnetic phase transition was observed at Tc1=7.51 K. Furthermore, another small magnetic phase transition appeared at Tc2=0.78 K. Above Tc1, a heat capacity tail arising from the short-range ordering of the spins characteristic of two-dimensional magnets was found. The magnetic enthalpy and entropy were evaluated to be ΔH=291 J mol-1 and ΔS=27.4 J K-1 mol-1, respectively. The experimental magnetic entropy agrees roughly with ΔS=Rln(5·5·2) (=32.5 J K-1 mol-1; R being the gas constant), which is expected for the metal complex with two Mn(III) ions in high-spin state (spin quantum number S=2) and one Fe(III) ion in low-spin state (S=1/2). The heat capacity tail above Tc1 became small by grinding and pressing the crystal. This mechanochemical effect would be attributed to the increase of lattice defects and imperfections in the crystal lattice, leading not only to formation of the crystal with a different magnetic phase transition temperature but also to decrease of the magnetic heat capacity and thus the magnetic enthalpy and entropy.  相似文献

Complexation behavior of NpO2 + with ortho-silicic acid (o-SA) has been studied using solvent extraction at ionic strengths varying from 0.10 to 1.00M (NaClO4) at pcH 3.68±0.08 and 25 °C with bis-(2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid (HDEHP) as the extractant. The stability constant value (log β1) for the 1:1 complex, NpO2(OSi(OH)3), was found to decrease with increase in ionic strength of the aqueous phase [6.83±0.01 at I=0.10M to 6.51±0.02 at I = 1.00M]. These values have been fitted in the SIT model expression and compared with similar values of complexation of the metal ions Am3+, Eu3+, UO2 2+, PuO2 2+, Np4+, Ni2+ and Co2+. The speciation of NpO2 +-o-silicate/carbonate system has been calculated as a function of pcH under ground water conditions. According to the 1H and 13C NMR data, bifurcated intramolecular hydrogen bond NH?N?HN in 2,6-bis(2-pyrrolyl)pyridine fixes its molecule in a conformation with syn orientation of the pyrrole rings. An analogous bifurcated hydrogen bond CH?N?HC is formed in 2,6-bis(1-vinyl-2-pyrrolyl)pyridine. 2-(1-Vinyl-2-pyrrolyl)-6-(2-pyrrolyl)pyridine is characterized by unsymmetrical bifurcated hydrogen bond NH? Crystalline adducts of zinc and copper(II) dithiocarbamate (Dtc) complexes with dialkylamines [M(NHR′2)(S2CNR2)2] (M = Zn, 63Cu, 65Cu; R = CH3, C2H5, or R2 = (CH2)4O; R′ = C2H5, C3H7) have been preparatively isolated. The structures and spectral properties of the adducts have been studied by EPR and 13C and 15N MAS NMR. Chemisorption of bases on powders of dinuclear dithiocarbamates leads to their dissociation into monomeric adducts. Computer simulation demonstrates that the experimental EPR spectra of isotope-substituted copper(II) adducts have an individual character. The geometry of the copper polyhedra is intermediate between a trigonal bipyramid (TBP) and a tetragonal pyramid (TP). The TBP and TP contributions have been quantified based on EPR data. 13C and 15N MAS NMR data show that the Dtc ligands incorporated into the zinc adduct molecule are structurally nonequivalent. The dependence of the isotropic 15N chemical shifts of the Dtc groups on the alkyl substituents at the nitrogen atom is interpreted based on the concept of joint manifestation of the (+)inductive effect of the alkyl substituents and the mesomeric effect of the Dtc groups.  相似文献

Compounds of the composition MIVWO6 (M = Li, Na) were prepared by solid-phase synthesis at 600°C. The compounds crystallize in the mineral brannerite structure type. The sodium derivative was prepared and identified for the first time. The crystal structures of the compounds were refined by the Rietveld method (space group C2/m).  相似文献

Hydromethoxylation of tricyclo[4.1.0.02,7]hept-1-yl and 7-methyltricyclo[4.1.0.02,7]hept-1-yl phenyl sulfones with methanol at 20°C in the presence of a catalytic amount of perchloric acid is initiated by the endo attack of proton at the C1 atom, and the subsequent cleavage of the side C1–C2 bond leads to formation of mixtures of diastereoisomeric exo-7-phenylsulfonyl-2-methoxybicyclo[4.1.0]heptanes, the endo-2 isomer prevailing. Probable factors responsible for the observed chemo-, regio-, and stereoselectivity of the addition are discussed.  相似文献

cis-[Co(bipy)2(CN)2] complex was successfully prepared from the reaction of [Co(CN)2] with 2,2′-bipyridine in ethanol 96%. The product of complex synthesized was light brown crystal with percent yield of 75.86%. The IR spectrum of this complex showed strong characteristics vibration band at 1471.9 and 1442.75 cm−1 for C=N stretching, 1664.57 cm−1 for C=C aromatic, 1600.9 cm−1 1 for HC=CH aromatic, 653.87 cm−1 for pyridine ring on 2,2′-bipyridine ligand, 3109.25 and 3080.32 cm−1 for C-H of aromatic ring. The thermogram of DTA-TG analysis showed 4 endothermic peaks at temperature of 53.4, 323.2, 444.2, and 526.4°C, where the bond breaking of the complex occurred at different temperatures. The result of moment magnet measurement of the complex showed that it was a high spin complex with moment magnet value of 3.68 BM, so it is a paramagnetic complex.  相似文献

The reaction of di-μ-chlorobis(1,5-cyclooctadiene)dirhodium with (4S, 5S)-2,2-dimethyl-4,5-bis(methylaminomethyl)-1,3-dioxolane (1) gave the complex [Rh(cod)(1)]Cl (cod is 1,5-cyclooctadiene). The composition of the complexes CoCl2 · L2 and [Rh(cod)(L2)]X (L2 = 1, (4S,5S)-2,2-dimethyl-4,5-bis(aminomethyl)-1,3-dioxolane, and (4S, 5S)-2,2-dimethyl-4,5-bis(dimethylaminomethyl)-1,3-dioxolane; X = Cl, TfO) was studied using IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. In the RhI cyclooctadienediamine complexes, the diene molecule forms a stronger bond with the metal atom than that in the cyclooctadienediphosphine analogs. Gas-phase infrared photodissociation spectroscopy is reported for the microsolvated [Mn(ClO4)(H2O) n ]+ and [Mn2(ClO4)3(H2O) n ]+ complexes from n = 2 to 5. Electrosprayed ions are isolated in an ion-trap where they are photodissociated. The 2600–3800 cm−1 spectral region associated with the OH stretching mode is scanned with a relatively low-power infrared table-top laser, which is used in combination with a CO2 laser to enhance the photofragmentation yield of these strongly bound ions. Hydrogen bonding is evidenced by a relatively broad band red-shifted from the free OH region. Band assignment based on quantum chemical calculations suggest that there is formation of water—perchlorate hydrogen bond within the first coordination shell of high-spin Mn(II). Although the observed spectral features are also compatible with the formation of structures with double-acceptor water in the second shell, these structures are found relatively high in energy compared with structures with all water directly bound to manganese. Using the highly intense IR beam of the free electron laser CLIO in the 800–1700 cm−1, we were also able to characterize the coordination mode (η2) of perchlorate for two clusters. The comparison of experimental and calculated spectra suggests that the perchlorate Cl—O stretches are unexpectedly underestimated at the B3LYP level, while they are correctly described at the MP2 level allowing for spectral assignment.  相似文献

Reaction of [Ru6C(CO)16]2− with an excess of AgX (X = Cl, Br or I) affords heteronuclear clusters of formula [{Ru6C(CO)16Ag2X}2]2− in 80% yield, which for X = I and X = Br/Cl were crystallographically characterised. The formation of the cluster was followed in solution using electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry (ESI-MS), which revealed the presence of a wide range of clusters with the general formula [{Ru6C(CO)16} x Ag y X z ](2x−y+z)− where x = 1 or 2, y = 1, 2, 3 or 4 and z = 0, 1 or 2. The high yield of the product despite the evident complicated solution speciation is attributed to selective crystallisation of the observed compound driving the equilibrium toward this product.  相似文献
