利用加速器提供的非全裸重离子束 (q=1 - 4)轰击氦、氖和氩原子 ,研究了由非全裸离子引起原子多重电离的有效电荷效应和电荷交换效应 .提出用一个有效电荷来等价描述非全裸入射离子对靶原子的作用 ,将描述全裸离子 -原子碰撞过程的物理模型推广到处理非全裸离子 -原子碰撞过程 ,采用轨道贯穿模型对有效电荷的内在物理机制进行了解释 ,提出一种新的理论方法将多重电离中俄歇过程的贡献予以扣除 .通过研究发现 ,扣除俄歇过程贡献后 ,多重电离截面随入射离子q/ v的变化与多步过程的预言相符.The partially stripped C q+ , O q+ and F q+ ions (q=1-4) delivered by a 2×1.7 MV tandem accelerator were employed to bombard He, Ne and Ar targets. The cross section ratios of multiple ionization to single ionization were measured for different collision systems by using time of flight technique. 利用2~8 MeV的Naq+、Clq+(q=2,3,4,5)轰击氦原子,对碰撞的直接多重电离过程进行研究.实验采用反冲离子-散射离子飞行时间符合技术,通过反冲离子飞行时间谱区分不同价态反冲离子;利用静电偏转和位置灵敏探测技术区分不同电荷态散射离子;结合CAMAC-PC多参数获取系统得到一定价态散射离子所对应的反冲离子电荷态分布谱;经分析该谱得到直接多重电离截面与直接单电离截面之比R21.讨论了R21随入射离子速度和电荷态的变化关系.  相似文献

双电荷离子Ar~(2 )和He、Ne原子碰撞中,存在着三种碰撞激发过程,一是双电子俘获激发过程,二是单电子俘获激发过程,三是直接激发过程。实验用光学多道分析系统(OMA)对这些过程进行了光学测量,得到了ArⅠ、ArⅡ、NeⅠ、NeⅡ、HeⅠ、HeⅡ谱线的发射截面,并对这些发射截面进行了比较,发现在入射离子速度相同的情况下,Ar~(2 ) Ne碰撞体系的发射截面要比Ar(2 ) He碰撞体系的大。OMA的光谱波长范围是200—800um。入射离子Ar(2 )的能量范围是140—340keV。  相似文献

The ratios of transfer ionization (TI) to single-electron capture (SC) cross sections have been measured for the collisions of partially stripped Cq+ ions (q=1--4) with He. The collision velocity ranges from 0.7 to 4.4v0 (v0 is the Bohr velocity). The projectile-ion and recoil-ion coincidence technique is used to separate the processes of TI and SC. The ratios reach the maximum when the velocity is about 3.7v0 This can be explained qualitatively based on the two-step mechanism. The experimental results are also compared with the results calculated using the classical trajectory Monte Carlo (CTMC) method. The CTMC results are in agreement with the experimental data basically. The discrepancies in higher velocity region are interpreted by the effective charge effect.  相似文献

The values of direct double- to-single ionization ratio R of helium atoms induced by C^q+, O^q+ (q = 1 -4) ions at incident energies from 0.2 to 8.5MeV are measured. Based on the existing model (Shao J X, Chen X M and Ding B W 2007 Phys. Rev. A 75 012701) the effective charge of the projectile is introduced to theoretically estimate the value of R for the partially stripped ions impacting on helium atoms. The results calculated from our "effective charge" model are in good agreement with the experimental data, and the dependence of the effective charge on the ionization energy of the projectile is also discussed qualitatively.  相似文献

The ratios of the cross section of the transfer-ionization to the single-electron-capture of Argon induced by C q+ (q = 1, 2, 3) ions are measured by means of position sensitive and time-of-flight techniques. In this paper a projectile ion-recoil ion coincidence technique is used to investigate the transfer ionization processes in collisions of 0.22--6.30~MeV C^{q + } ions and 0.25--6.35~MeV O^{q + } ions (q=1, 2, 3, 4) with the He atom separately. The cross section ratio f of transfer ionization to single electron transfer is measured, and the dependence of f on both charge state q and energy E of the projectiles is investigated. The electron-structure and the mechanisms leading to transfer ionization affect the dependence of f on q and E. Our measurements, along with other data published previously, suggest a similar dependence of f on charge state and energy of projectile for partially stripped ions over a large energy range. The maximum value of f is approximately 0.17q^{0.60}; the energy corresponding to maximum f is about 160q^{0.60}~keV/u.  相似文献

We investigate the single-electron loss processes of light charged ions (Li^1+,2+, C^2+,3+,5+, and O^2+,3+) in collisions with helium. To better understand the experimental results, we propose a theoretical model to calculate the cross section of projectile electron loss. In this model, an ionization radius of the incident ion was defined under the classical over-barrier model, and we developed "strings" to explain the processes of projectile electron loss, which is similar with the molecular over-barrier model. Theoretical calculations are in good agreement with the experimental results for the cross section of single-electron loss and the ratio of double-to-single ionization of helium associated with one-electron loss.  相似文献

本文利用经典过垒电离模型(Class Over Barrier Ionization)处理100-400ke V/amu强扰动区(q/v1)的不同价态非全裸离子Cq+(q=1-4)与全裸离子H1+,He2+,Li3+与He原子碰撞过程.发现相同价态下,全裸离子的双单电离截面比R21明显低于非全裸离子,原因在于两者的电子结构明显不同.非全裸离子的外壳层电子在碰撞过程中会有一定几率过垒,这在以往的研究中并未考虑.利用模型计算结果与实验数据的比对,估计入射离子第二有效电荷,最终确定入射离子在电离过程中的第一和第二有效电荷.  相似文献

In this preliminary work, using a 3-state diabatic molecular expansion without any excited channels, we have studied within the semiclassical impact parameter approximation the single charge transfer process He2++He(1s 2)→He+(1s)+He+(1s). Our results agree very well with experiment, which demonstrates the usefulness of this type of diabatic molecular basis in doubly charged ion-atom collision systems.  相似文献

介绍了离子-原子碰撞过程中双微分绝对截面的计算方法.利用符合技术测量了中能区C3++Ne碰撞系统的纯电离微分绝对截面. 将实验结果与多体经典蒙特卡罗方法计算结果进行对比后发现,纯电离截面随入射能量变化的趋势基本一致,对理论与实验产生差异的原因作了分析. 对多重电离的电离机制分析表明:高价态的反冲离子主要来自于俄歇贡献;随着入射能量的升高,电子-电子间的库仑作用也逐渐显现. 此实验方法可以用于相同实验装置上的各种反应出射道的绝对截面测量,入射离子种类及入射离子能量范围将得到拓展. 关键词: 离子-原子碰撞 绝对截面 纯电离  相似文献

: Multiple electron transfer processes are studied for Arq+n- Ne (q= 8, 9, 11, 12) collisions by using multi-parameter coincidence techniques. Various electron transfer processes are identified experimentally and the related cross-sections are measured. The dependence of transfer ionization cross-sections on the recoil charge states is compared with the results from the modified molecular classical overbarrier model.
