提出一种基于维纳-辛钦定理计算光学相干层析成像(OCT)系统轴向分辨率δ_z的通用方法:对光源的功率谱密度分布进行傅里叶逆变换,得到其自相干函数,由其半峰全宽值来获得δ_z。利用该方法计算了高斯和非高斯分布光谱光源OCT系统的δ_z,通过与厂商给出的产品标称值相比较,验证了本方法对于高斯和非高斯分布光谱光源的正确性。以超宽带白光光源为例,使用滤光片滤除边缘部分光谱后形成非高斯分布光谱,搭建实验系统,实测δ_z,所得结果与本方法的计算结果较为接近,实验验证了本方法的正确性。本方法对于非高斯分布光谱光源OCT系统δ_z的计算结果,能为系统设计时的参数考虑与器件选择等提供依据。 相似文献

提出了一种基于光谱整形的频域光学相干层析成像分辨率增强技术。利用光源的自身谱形对探测的频域信号进行整形,以获得深度分辨率更高的空域信号。理论分析和模拟结果表明,对谱形为高斯型和非高斯型的光源,使用该技术均可提高分辨率。 相似文献

为了提高频域OCT成像系统的性能,提出一种复谱频域OCT成像方法。给出了系统结构及核心模块设计,从理论上论证了系统的设计原理。提出一种复振幅干涉光谱重构算法,并对该重构算法进行了理论分析。总结了该复谱频域OCT成像方法的实施步骤。利用复谱频域OCT的成像方法,进行了仿真试验。理论分析和仿真试验结果表明,利用该复谱频域OCT成像方法,无须使用参考相位移动或调制装置,所生成的被测样品OCT层析图,清除了复共轭镜像和寄生像的影响,能够反映被测样品的真实结构。 相似文献

光学相干层析成像的轴向分辨率和横向分辨率是互为独立的,其轴向分辨率由系统光源带宽和探测光束的聚焦条件共同决定,而横向分辨率由系统样品臂的聚焦条件决定. 提高光学相干层析成像的轴向分辨率的方法主要基于宽带光源技术以及变迹术与相干门相结合的方法,而这些方法对于横向分辨率并没有提高. 提出了一种通过光程编码与相干合成的方法,可以同时提高其轴向分辨率和横向分辨率. 通过在光学相干层析成像系统的样品臂中加入光程编码分束器形成多种对应不同光程延迟的有效响应函数,基于光学相干层析成像术固有的光程分辨能力可以得到同一样品对应于不同有效响应函数的多幅图像. 通过数字控制不同有效响应函数的相对贡献对其进行相干合成,可以同时实现轴向和横向的超分辨效果. 与以前的方法相比,光程编码与相干合成方法简单易行、成本低廉,不仅可以避免系统复杂和价格昂贵等不足,而且可以同时较大幅度地提高系统的轴向分辨率和横向分辨率.

采用频域技术的OCT系统,深度扫描信息由背向散射光谱的傅立叶反变换获得,简化了轴向扫描过程,从而使快速OCT成像成为可能.为了实现复杂生物组织的OCT快速成像,消除谱频域OCT的“混叠”现象、重建样品的真实层析结构,本文引入了相移干涉技术,构建了一套满量程复谱频域OCT实验系统,并为系统设计了特殊的分束镜和移相器,为最终实现复杂生物组织的OCT快速成像提供了条件. 相似文献

A white-light fibre-optic interferometer working in the spatial domain, using a special three-peak-wavelength LED as the light source, is presented. Based on the Gaussian spectrum distribution function, a simple spectrum decomposing method has been used to describe the special three-peak-wavelength LED source. Spectral phase in a white-light interferogram contains information about the absolute optical path difference (OPD) in the interferometer. Evaluation of spectral phase is therefore important in applications such as profilometry with white light. In spectrally resolved white-light interferometry (SRWLI) the white-light interferogram is spectrally decomposed by a spectrometer in order to determine this phase. Several single-frame techniques in SRWLI have been proposed for the evaluation of the phase including Fourier transform, Hilbert transform, spatial phase shifting, windowed Fourier transform and wavelet transform. In this paper we present a comparative study of these techniques in this application in relation to the temporal phase-shifting technique which is a multi- frame method. We developed a modified Hoffman contrast technique with a 12 ns pulsed incoherent extended white-light source that enables an easily interpretable visualization of ablation plumes with high resolution, a large dynamic range, and color information. By comparison, a conventional dark-field setup with a slitlike laser light source provides large sensitivity but a small dynamic range, and it is difficult to interpret the filtered images. 相似文献

We carry out polarization measurements using a coherent white-light continuum as a light source for channeled spectropolarimetry. The white-light continuum, whose spectrum ranges from the UV to the IR region, is generated in Kr gas by a terawatt femtosecond laser system. The complete set of Stokes parameters from 450-700 nm are reconstructed from one spectral measurement. Also, the effectiveness of channeled spectropolarimetry using a coherent white-light continuum is experimentally demonstrated with a highly attenuating sample whose transmittance is as low as 10(-6). 相似文献

We generated a white-light continuum array by directing femtosecond laser pulses into a liquid with a microlens array. Experimental evidence demonstrates that the spatial coherence is high within a single light source in the array. We also confirmed that all the light sources in the white-light continuum array are mutually coherent. The objective of this research was to investigate a new detection method using a thermal light source in a spectral domain
optical coherence tomography (SDOCT) operation to improve both image acquisition rate and axial resolution economically. A
tungsten halogen lamp was chosen as the illumination source and a Michelson fiber interferometer was employed to generate
the interference pattern of an object collected by a spectrometer; the inner structure of the object was obtained from the
interference pattern by a Fourier transform. An experiment was performed by measuring a thin film coated on a glass base with
the system, and the experimental results indicated that the structure of the thin film could be clearly observed as expected.
It was theoretically stated and experimentally verified that the technique was feasible and enables imaging to realize the

提出了一种新的白光非本征法布里-珀罗干涉(EFPI)光纤传感系统的干涉谱处理方法,在白光法布里-珀罗干涉光纤传感系统中,一个中心波长为850nm的发光二极管(LED)作为宽谱光源,HR2000高分辨力微型光谱仪用来测量返回的干涉光谱。通过跟踪干涉光谱中的特定谱峰点,法布里-珀罗干涉传感器的腔长值可以被解调出来。应用反向传播神经网络,解决了单峰测量方式的级次模糊问题。反向传播神经网络能够分辨出干涉谱中不同谱峰的干涉级次,因而可以进行多个谱峰的连续跟踪。从而实现了高精密度、大动态范围的测量。进行了基于这种干涉谱处理方法的白光法布里-珀罗干涉传感系统的应变测量实验。利用该传感系统实现了精密度达0.1με,500με范围的应变测量。 相似文献
