In this work, SiO2/Nb2O5/ZnO prepared by the sol‐gel processing method was used as substrate base for immobilization of the protoporphyrin‐IX ion. Iron(III) ion was inserted into the porphyrin ring (SiNbZn‐PPFe). A simple square wave voltammetry method based on a composite sensor carbon paste electrode of this material, designed as EPC‐SiNbZn‐PPFe, was developed and validated successfully for the determination of L‐tryptophan (Trp). The optimum conditions were obtained by using sensor modified with 18.00 mg SiNbZn‐PPFe material, 12.00 mg graphite powder and 6.0 μL mineral oil and phosphate buffer 0.3 mol L−1 pH 7.0. The sensitivity of the sensor was found to be 0.523 AL mol −1, linear range from 10 to 70 μmol L−1 and limit of detection of 3.28 μmol L−1. Therefore, the developed method was successfully applied for the Trp determination in real samples of pharmaceutical formulation and can be used for routine quality control pharmaceutical formulations containing Trp.  相似文献

This paper demonstrated using polyethylenimine (PEI)‐functionalized graphene (Gr) incorporating tin oxide (SnO2) hybrid nanocomposite as a platform for nonenzymatic H2O2 electrochemical sensor. The results of UV‐vis spectroscopy and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) confirmed the simultaneous formation of tin oxide (SnO2) nanocomposite and reduction of graphene oxide (GO). Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images showed a uniform distribution of nanometer‐sized tin oxide nanoparticles on the grapheme sheets, which could be achieved using stannous chloride (SnCl2) complex instead of tin oxide as precursor. The electrochemical measurements, including cyclic voltammetry (CV) and amperometric performance (I‐t), showed that the PEI‐functionalized Gr supported SnO2 (SnO2‐PEI‐Gr) exhibited an excellent electrocatalytic activity toward the H2O2. The corresponding calibration curve of the current response showed a linear detection range of 9×10−6∼1.64×10−3 mol L−1, while the limit of detection was estimated to be 1×10−6 mol L−1. Electrochemical studies indicated that SnO2 and functionalized Gr worked synergistically for the detection of H2O2.  相似文献

In this work, an electrochemical sensor was constructed by applying two successive thin layers of glycine‐carbon nanotubes mixture and β‐cyclodextrin (CNTs‐Gly)/CD over glassy carbon electrode surface for some neurotransmitters determination. A host‐guest interaction between CD and neurotransmitters molecules is expected and resulted in enhanced sensitivity, selectivity and stability of sensor response. Other components of the sensor are crucial for the unique electrochemical response. Carbon nanotubes allowed large surface area for glycine distribution that provided hydrogen bonding to CD moieties and contributed to facilitated charge transfer. It was possible to determine 3,4‐dihydroxy phenyl acetic acid (DOPAC) in the linear range of 0.1 μmol L−1 to 80 μmol L−1 with detection limit of 9.40 nmol L−1, quantification limit of 31.5 nmol L−1 and sensitivity of 4.16 μA/μmol L−1. The proposed sensor was applied in synthetic cerebrospinal fluids samples using random standard addition method. Also, the proposed sensor was used to determine DOPAC in presence of common interferences and acceptable recovery results were achieved for its analysis in real blood serum. Figures of merit for (CNTs‐Gly)/CD composite in terms of precision, robustness, repeatability and reproducibility were reported.  相似文献

A sensitive electrochemiluminescence (ECL) biosensor for the specific DNA sequence of hepatitis C virus (HCV) was developed based on the efficient quenching effect of the ferrocene cluster functionalized gold nanoparticles (Fc@AuNPs) on the ECL of electrodeposited silica@Ru(bpy)32+-chitosan-graphene oxide nanocomposite (SiO2@Ru−CS−GO). Graphene oxide (GO) can accelerate electron transfer rate, thus improving the ECL of Ru(bpy)32+ on electrode surface. The molecular beacons (MB) was fixed to SiO2@Ru−CS−GO by glutaraldehyde (GA) using the Schiff reaction between amino groups of chitosan (CS) and MB. The ECL of SiO2@Ru−CS−GO was depressed greatly by the Fc@AuNPs labelled at the end of MB, then, a stronger ECL was observed when the distance between Fc@AuNPs and SiO2@Ru−CS−GO increased after the hybridization of target DNA with MB. Under optimum conditions, the restored ECL intensity increased linearly with the target DNA concentration in the range of 1.0×10−16∼1.0×10−10 mol ⋅ L−1, and the limit of detection (LOD) is 1.4×10−17 mol ⋅ L−1. The proposed method exhibits acceptable stability and reproducibility. In general, the constructed HCV biosensor can be used for the sensitive detection of HCV in human serum, suggesting potential application prospects in bioanalysis.  相似文献

A novel electrochemically activated doped Ta2O5 particles modified carbon paste electrode (EA‐Ta2O5‐CPE) was prepared and applied for selective and sensitive determination of chrysin. X‐ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) techniques and cyclic voltammetry (CV) were used to characterize the Ta2O5 particles and investigate the electrochemical response of the sensor. Compared with bare CPE, the doped Ta2O5 modified electrode got much more porous by electrochemical treatment and exhibited larger effective surface area, more reactive site and excellent electrochemical catalytic activity toward the oxidation of chrysin. Under optimum conditions by LSV, the oxidation peak currents responded to chrysin linearly over a concentration range from 5.0×10−8 to 7.0×10−6 mol L−1 with a detection limit of 2.0×10−8 mol L−1 (5.08 ng mL−1). The fabricated sensor showed anti‐interference ability against the biological common interferents (i.e. baicalein, baicalin) and provided to be reliable for the determination of chrysin in Chinese medicinal herb Oroxylum indicum and chrysin capsules samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

In this work, a dual-functional electrochemical sensor has been proposed based on Sn-doped defective Bi2S3 (TDDB) microspheres, which exhibited the excellent electrochemical performance on Pb(II) and H2O2 detection. The TDDB offered a satisfied detection limit of 8.0 nM towards Pb(II) with a sensitivity of 96.7 μA ⋅ μM−1. As a H2O2 sensor, a high sensitivity of 3540 μA mM−1 cm−2 was obtained in a linear range from 0.45 mM to 10 mM with a detection limit of 10 nM. Moreover, the electrochemical detection of Pb(II) in Taihu Lake and H2O2 in human serum was achieved with high reliability and good recovery.  相似文献

In this work, we described an electrochemical sensor using a nanocomposite based on graphene oxide (GO), silver nanoparticles (AgNP), and disordered mesoporous silica (SiO2), which was used for the determination of bisphenol A in water samples. Initially, the hybrid material SiO2/GO was synthesized via sol-gel process, subsequently decorated with AgNP with an approximate 20 nm particle size prepared directly on the surface of the SiO2/GO using N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF) as an agent reducer. A glassy carbon electrode was modified with SiO2/GO/AgNP and used in developing a sensitive electrochemical sensor for the determination of bisphenol A in phosphate buffer 0.1 mol L?1 (pH 7.0). The detection limit was 45.2 nmol L?1 with a linear response range between 1.0 × 10?7 and 2.6 × 10?6 mol L?1 and a sensitivity of 1.27 × 10?7 A mol?1 L. Finally, the optimized electrochemical sensor was used for the quantitation of endocrine interfering in natural waters.  相似文献

The present work describes the development of a photoelectrochemical sensor based on titanium dioxide, cadmium telluride quantum dots and the tris (2,2′-bipyridyl) ruthenium(II) chloride complex for detection of Isoniazid (INH). The Ru(bpy)32+/CdTe-QDs/TiO2/FTO photoelectrochemical platform was characterized by scanning electrochemical microscopy, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and amperometry. The photoelectrochemical sensor presented two linear ranges for INH concentrations ranging from 0.5 to 150 μmol L−1 and 150 to 1270 μmol L−1, with a theoretical detection limit of 0.02 μmol L−1. The sensor was successfully applied for the determination of INH in drugs samples used in the treatment of tuberculosis.  相似文献

Herein, co-electrodeposition of AuNPs and ERGO onto GCE was conducted to prepare the modified electrode, GCE/AuNPs-ERGO. The poly(indole-5-carboxylic acid) (P(In-5-COOH) was then coated onto the GCE/AuNPs-ERGO with the help of electropolymerization. FT-IR, FE-SEM and EDX, and XRD techniques were employed to characterize the prepared nanocomposite. The nanocomposite modified electrode (GCE/AuNPs-ERGO/P(In-5-COOH)) was examined for the electrochemical reduction of H2O2 using chronoamperometry. A high reduction current for H2O2 was observed due to the synergistic effect between AuNPs-ERGO and P(In-5-COOH). The proposed sensor demonstrated a wide linear range of 0.025–750 μmol L−1, with a LOD of 0.008 μmol L−1 at −0.4 V. Furthermore, the developed sensor was applied for the detection of H2O2 in fetal bovine serum and urine samples.  相似文献

Development of nanocomposite based electrochemical sensors for detection of toxic chemicals describes an environmentally benign strategy for monitoring the health of ecosystem. Herein, we reported in situ preparation of graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) decorated Ag2S/NiFe2O4 nanocomposite sensor by facile precipitation method. The electrochemical studies demonstrated efficient electrocatalytic activity of ternary nanocomposite pasted glassy carbon electrode (g-C3N4@Ag2S/NiFe2O4/GCE) for selective detection of formaldehyde. Moreover, fabricated sensor exhibit rapid amperometric response with excellent selectivity, remarkable sensitivity (1681 μA mmol L−1 cm−2) and lower detection limit (LOD: 1.63 μmol L−1). It is noteworthy to mention that sensor exhibits good operational and long-term storage stability.  相似文献

Mesoporous carbon ceramic SiO2/50 wt % C (SBET=170 m2 g?1), where C is graphite, were prepared by the sol‐gel method. The materials were characterized using N2 sorption isotherms, scanning electron microscopy, and conductivity measurements. The matrix was used as support for the in situ immobilization of Mn(II) phthalocyanine (MnPc) on their surface. XPS was used to determine the Mn/Si atomic ratios of the MnPc‐modified materials. Pressed disk electrodes were prepared with the MnPc‐modified matrix, and tested as an electrochemical sensor for nitrite oxidation. The linear response range, sensitivity, detection limit and quantification limit were 0.79–15.74 µmol L?1, 17.31 µA L µmol?1, 0.02 µmol L?1 and 0.79 µmol L?1, respectively, obtained using cyclic voltammetry. The repeatability of the proposed sensor, evaluated in terms of relative standard deviation was 1.7 % for 10 measurements of a solution of 12.63 µmol L?1 nitrite. The sensor employed to determine nitrite in sausage meat, river and lake water samples showed to be a promising tool for this purpose.  相似文献

Abstract

A novel amperometric sensor of hydrogen peroxide was constructed. Hemoglobin (Hb) was successfully immobilized on nanometer‐sized SiO2, which was supported by chitosan. Chitosan was acted as dispersant. The determination of hydrogen peroxide was performed in the presence of an electron mediator hydroquinone. Hb immobilized on the SiO2/chitosan composite film displayed excellent electrocatalytical activity to the reduction of H2O2. The linear range of detection towards H2O2 was from 6.25×10?7 to 1.63×10?4mol/L with a detection limit of 1.8×10?7mol/L (S/N=3). The apparent Michaelis‐Menten constant (K app M) was found to be 0.75mmol/L.  相似文献

A new electrochemical sensor based on Fe3O4@SiO2‐PANI‐Au nanocomposite was fabricated for modification of glassy carbon electrode (Fe3O4@SiO2‐PANI‐Au GCE). The Fe3O4@SiO2‐PANI‐Au nanocomposite was characterized by TEM, FESEM‐EDS‐Mapping, XRD, and TGA methods. The Fe3O4@SiO2‐PANI‐Au GC electrode exhibited an acceptable sensitivity, fast electrochemical response, and good selectivity for determination of quercetin. Under optimal conditions, the linear range for quercetin concentrations using this sensor was 1.0×10?8 to 1.5×10?5 mol L?1, and the limit of detection was 3.8×10?9 mol L?1. The results illustrated that the offered sensor could be a possible alternative for the measurement of quercetin in food samples and biological fluids.  相似文献

It is significant to develop a point-of-care testing (POCT) method for rapid detection of medicinal molecules. In this paper, a graphdiyne (GDY)-ionic liquid (IL) composite was prepared via one-step facile ultrasound preparation process and then modified on gold (Au) electrode surface by simple casting method. Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were used to characterize the morphology of GDY-IL composite. Cyclic voltammetric results proved that GDY-IL composite on the electrode surface could effectively improve electron transfer rate, which meant that GDY-IL composite had high conductivity with big surface area. Finally, the modified electrode exhibited excellent performances for rutin detection with wider linear range (8.0×10−9 mol L−1–2.0×10−6 mol L−1 and 2.0×10−6 mol L−1–1.5×10−4 mol L−1) and lower detection limit (2.7 nmol L−1, 3S0/S). The Nafion/GDY-IL/Au electrode showed good sensitivity and high selectivity, which was satisfactory in analytical application to real samples. Therefore, the GDY-IL composite modified electrode has the potential applications in the POCT for electrochemical analysis of various medicinal molecules.  相似文献

A novel synthesized tetraamino cobalt(II) phthalocyanine monomer was used for the fabrication of a sensor by electrochemical polymerization. A disposable electrochemical sensor based on the use of a screen printed carbon electrode covered with an electropolymerized film of tetraamino cobalt(II) phthalocyanine for the determination of L-dopa in pharmaceutical tablets and biological samples was described. Cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were performed for the characterization of the bare and modified electrode. For the electrochemical detection of L-dopa differential pulse voltammetry was used. The proposed method exhibits a good response towards electrooxidation of L-dopa in the linear concentration range: from 0.1 to 1000.0 μmol L−1 in BRB pH=2.0, with a detection limit of 0.03 μmol L−1 and from 1 to 1000 μmol L−1 in PBS pH=7.4, with a detection limit of 0.33 μmol L−1. Due to the fact that the developed sensor was applied in two different types of real samples, two buffer media were used, BRB pH=2.0 for pharmaceutical and urine samples and PBS pH=7.4 for whole blood samples. The proposed pCoTAPc/SPCE was successfully applied for the determination of L-dopa in pharmaceutical tablets, urine and in whole blood samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A novel electrochemically treated ZrOCl2 doped carbon paste composite electrode was easily prepared by directly incorporating ZrOCl2 into graphite powder after with an electrochemical treatment for the first time. This sensor showed sensitive voltammetric sensing for daidzein. The surface morphology and electrochemical properties of the electrode were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The electrochemical behavior of daidzein was investigated in detail. Under the optimized conditions, the response currents were linearly related to daidzein concentrations in the range of 3×10?8 to 2×10?6 mol L?1 with a detection limit of 1×10?8 mol L?1 in phosphate buffer solution with pH 2.5. The proposed sensor was also applied to the determination of daidzein in pueraria, pharmaceutical preparations and human uric sample with satisfactory results.  相似文献

The preparation and characterisation of a new composite electrode with Co3O4 particles-modified multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) and poly(phenosafranine), as well as its novel application for the voltammetric detection of rutin was described. The resulting composite electrode was characterised using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). In the optimised experimental conditions, the oxidation peak current (Ipa) of rutin showed a linear increase in concentration, between 0.008–0.6 and 0.80–6.0 μmol L−1, with a detection limit of 0.00379 μmol L−1. Due to its good selectivity and stability, the composite electrode was successfully applied in detecting rutin in pharmaceutical formulations.  相似文献

The new nanocomposite was characterized by Transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive X‐ray analysis and cyclic voltammetry. The response of the modified electrode to H2O2 was examined using amperometry at ?0.45 V vs. Ag/AgCl in a buffer solution at pH 10.0. The developed sensor displayed linear concentration ranges of 0.5–10.0 and 10.0–10000.0 µmol L?1 with a detection limit of 0.3 µmol L?1. The proposed sensor displayed good selectivity for H2O2 detection in the presence of common interferences such as ascorbic acid.  相似文献

A novel sensor architecture based on thin film of tapioca decorated within nitrogen‐doped titanium dioxide (N‐TiO2) nanoparticles is reported. The nanostructures were characterized by scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, X‐rays diffraction and voltammetric techniques. The proposed electrode was used for detection of low concentrations of 17‐β estradiol in without purification step, which was investigated by using linear sweep adsorptive stripping voltammetry. Under optimal conditions, the analytical curve was linear over a 17β‐estradiol concentration range of 9.9×10−6 to 1.4×10−5 mol L−1, with a detection limit of 1.7×10−7 mol L−1. The tapioca and N‐TiO2 nanoparticles homogeneous film was applied for detection of 17‐β‐estradiol in tap water and synthetic urine samples, which presented satisfactory results.  相似文献

Prussian blue nanoparticles (PBNPs) have peroxidase-like activity for H2O2. However, PB alone have poor electrochemical performances. Herein, a strategy was proposed by direct in-situ growth PBNPs onto gold nanowires (AuNWs) surface to obtain the peroxidase-like activity with about 4.05 times higher than that of PBNPs alone. PBNPs@AuNWs was employed to construct a non - enzymatic electrochemical H2O2 sensor with the detection limit of 5.3×10−9 mol/L (S/N=3). The sensor was successfully used to detect H2O2 in human serum samples or secreted from living HeLa cells. It may be a competitive candidate for H2O2 assaying in biological samples or cellular investigation.  相似文献
