激波与湍流相互作用(shock-turbulence interaction,STI)是空气动力学研究中的一个基础问题.基于格心有限差分法(cell-centered finite difference method,CCFDM)求解器Helios,采用五阶加权紧致非线性格式(weighted compact nonlinear scheme,WCNS)对各向同性湍流通过正激波的情形进行直接数值模拟(direct numerical simulation,DNS).对湍流相关物理量进行统计,分析结果表明,在湍流中波后的密度、温度和压力较无湍流情形下略小,而速度则略大,均在波后呈现短暂过冲然后缓慢向理论值逼近的变化趋势;波后流向雷诺应力突降随之快速增长又衰减,呈现非单调变化趋势,线性相互作用分析(linear interaction analysis,LIA)将其归结为波后能量从声模式转移为涡模式方式,与流向不同,横向雷诺应力突增后单调衰减,波后雷诺应力各向异性明显且随下游距离逐渐增强;波后湍动能突增后呈现非单调变化趋势;泰勒微尺度和Kolmogorov尺度过激波后均明显减小,说明波后湍流长度尺度变小,从而对波后网格的分辨率提出了更高的要求;密度、温度和压力过激波后脉动均方根均增加,密度和压力脉动强度减小,温度脉动强度增大.  相似文献

激波/湍流边界层干扰问题广泛存在于高速飞行器内外流动中, 激波干扰会导致局部流场出现强压力脉动, 严重影响飞行器气动性能和飞行安全. 为了考察干扰区内脉动压力的统计特性, 对来流马赫数2.25, 激波角33.2°的入射激波与平板湍流边界层相互作用问题进行了直接数值模拟研究. 在对计算结果进行细致验证的基础上, 分析比较了干扰区外层和物面脉动压力的典型统计特征, 如脉动强度、功率谱密度、两点相关和时空关联特性等, 着重探讨了两者的差异及其原因. 研究发现, 激波干扰对外层和物面压力脉动的影响差异显著. 分离区内脉动以低频特征为主, 随后再附区外层压力脉动的峰值频率往高频区偏移, 而物面压力脉动的低频能量仍相对较高. 两点相关结果表明, 外层和物面脉动压力的展向关联性均明显强于其流向, 前者积分尺度过激波急剧增长随后缓慢衰减, 而后者积分尺度整体上呈现逐步增大趋势. 此外, 时空关联分析结果指出, 脉动压力关联系数等值线仍符合经典的椭圆形分布, 干扰区下游压力脉动对流速度将减小, 外层对流速度仍明显高于物面.   相似文献

利用层析TRPIV测量水洞中平板湍流边界层3D-3C速度场的高分辨率时间序列数据库. 提出了空间局部平均多尺度速度结构函数的新概念, 描述湍流多尺度涡结构的空间拉伸、压缩、剪切变形和旋转. 用空间局部平均多尺度速度结构函数对湍流脉动速度进行了空间多尺度分解. 用空间流向局部平均多尺度速度结构函数, 根据湍流多尺度涡结构在流向的拉伸和压缩物理特征, 提出了新的湍流相干结构条件采样方法, 检测并提取了层析TRPIV数据中相干结构“喷射”和“扫掠”事件中的脉动速度、平均速度变形率、雷诺应力等物理量的空间拓扑形态. 通过研究平均速度变形率各分量与雷诺应力各分量之间的空间相位差异,肯定了壁湍流相干结构雷诺应力各向异性复涡黏模型的合理性.   相似文献

“激波?边界层分离”是航空气动领域的典型湍流非平衡流动问题, 准确模拟激波分离对于跨声速飞行器气动性能评估和优化设计具有重要意义. 然而传统涡黏性湍流模式中涡黏性系数的定义方式并不适用于非平衡流动, k-ω SST湍流模式为此引入的Bradshaw假设在应用于三维强逆压梯度和较大分离流动时反而限制了雷诺应力的生成, 导致包括k-ω SST在内的常用涡黏性湍流模式均无法对此类流动进行准确模拟. 同时, 现有的非线性雷诺应力本构关系也并不能有效提高模拟精度. 为此, 针对k-ω SST模式分别提出了基于Bradshaw假设和基于长度尺度的两种激波分离流动修正方法. 前者通过提高Bradshaw常数的方式放宽了对雷诺应力生成的限制, 后者则从湍流长度尺度概念出发, 利用混合长度理论、湍动能生成/耗散之比和一种新定义的长度尺度之比构造了ω方程耗散项修正函数, 提高了模式在三维激波分离流动中的建模长度尺度. 两种方法对ONERA M6机翼跨声速大攻角流动均能得到较雷诺应力模式更好的模拟结果. 进一步的雷诺应力分析表明, 三维激波分离流动中“主雷诺应力分量”的概念不再成立, 各雷诺应力分量大小接近. 网格收敛性分析、对其他攻角状态的验证以及湍流平板边界层壁面律验证进一步确认了所提出的两种修正方法的合理性、有效性和通用性.   相似文献

运用基于欧拉-欧拉方法的混合欧拉多相流模型结合雷诺应力湍流模型,对较大雷诺数下的水平固液两相湍流进行了数值计算,主要考察了以Kolmogorov尺度(约为2v/ur)为临界值的细小沙粒颗粒在5%的固相体积分数下对湍流场的调制及其减阻效应.研究发现,无量纲颗粒直径dp+≤2的小颗粒减小了固液两相湍流的雷诺应力,并且三个方向上的速度脉动也被不同程度地削弱;而dp+=4的大颗粒使缓冲层区域的雷诺应力稍增大,在增强法向速度脉动的同时对流向脉动有抑制作用,并且值得关注的是,较大颗粒的存在导致缓冲层中的部分区域出现了流变现象.在减阻方面,较小的颗粒(dp+≤2)有大致相同的减阻表现,而大颗粒(dp+=4)已经失去了减阻性能,总体上看,在所研究的情形下微颗粒的减阻性能随着其粒径的增大而降低.  相似文献

用IFA300恒温热线风速仪和×形二分量热线探针,以采样间隔小于最小湍流时间尺度的分辨率,精细测量了风洞中平板湍流边界层不同法向位置的瞬时流向、展向速度分量的时间序列信号.用子波分析辨识壁湍流相干结构猝发事件的能量最大准则,确定壁湍流相干结构猝发事件的时间尺度;用条件相位平均技术提取了相干结构猝发过程中流向、展向脉动速度分量条件相位平均波形,用互相关方法研究了相干结构猝发过程中流向、展向脉动速度分量条件相位平均波形的相位差关系及其对雷诺应力的影响,发现在缓冲层和对数律区,展向脉动速度与流向脉动速度的条件相位平均波形具有不同的相位;当两者相位基本一致时,雷诺应力达到正的最大值,此时湍流相干结构的产生非常活跃;当两者相位差分别集中在90°和270°附近时,雷诺应力的幅值减小并接近于零,此时湍流相干结构的产生和猝发都得到了抑制.  相似文献

用IFA300恒温热线风速仪和X形二分量热线探针以采样间隔小于湍流耗散时间尺度的分辨率精细测量了风洞中平板湍流边界层不同法向位置的瞬时流向、法向速度分量的时间序列信号。用条件采样和相位平均技术提取了相干结构猝发过程中相干结构剩余脉动雷诺应力和随机脉动对相干结构贡献的雷诺应力的条件相位平均波形。基于理论上对湍流相干结构动量方程中随机脉动对相干结构贡献的雷诺应力和相干结构剩余脉动雷诺应力项的分析,对两种雷诺应力项进行了对比研究。研究发现,相干结构剩余脉动雷诺应力项在数值上具有和随机脉动对相干结构贡献的雷诺应力相同的数量级,表明在相干结构动力学模型方程中,相干结构剩余脉动雷诺应力项并不像以前估计的那样可以忽略不计。  相似文献

提出了一种改进的虚拟单元浸没边界法, 并与一种高阶格式的有限差分算法相结合, 运用于求解超声速复杂几何绕流问题.该算法的核心思想在于在固体边界的内部和外部分别施加满足边界关系的作用点, 使得几何边界离散更加细化, 起到了壁面附近网格局部加密的作用.采用源空间内流体点作为反距离插值算法的重构点, 有效避免了插值点数目过少而与作用点相重合情况.通过对二维激波反射现象 (马赫数为 2.81) 和三维超声速球体绕流问题 (马赫数为 1.2) 的数值模拟, 与实验结果对比表明, 本文改进算法相对一般的虚拟边界法来说能显著提高数值精度, 减小计算误差.计算结果揭示了球体绕流中剪切层、压缩波系和尾迹的相互作用导致自由剪切层失稳的机理.剪切层厚度和湍流雷诺脉动经历了线性增长、大幅度震荡和小幅度波动三个阶段, 导致剪切层表面褶皱因子变化呈指数规律增长.其湍流结构表现出明显的各向异性, 具体在流向雷诺正应力在湍流脉动中占主导地位, 激波的压缩作用对不同方向雷诺正应力的影响存在空间迟滞效应.   相似文献

随着飞行马赫数的不断提高,空气的高温气体效应越来越明显,对高超声速飞行器的气动力/热特性产生重要影响.高温气体效应对气动力/热的影响机理复杂,影响参数众多,迄今为止国内外尚未完全研究清楚.发生高温气体效应时,多个非线性物理过程耦合在一起,地面试验和数值模拟无法将这些过程解耦,无法给出关键物理机理.为了解决这一问题,文章提出一种理论分析与数值模拟相结合的两步渐进新方法:先通过牛顿迭代法得到发生振动激发过程的斜激波无黏解;再将该无黏解的结果作为边界条件,求解边界层的黏性解.利用该方法研究了振动激发过程对二维斜劈的气动力/热特性的影响规律.研究结果表明,振动激发过程对斜激波后的温度、密度、马赫数、雷诺数和斜激波角影响较大,而对压力和速度影响较小.斜激波波后的无黏流动与边界层流动是耦合在一起的.发生振动激发后,斜激波波后雷诺数的增大会导致边界层厚度减小,结合多个物理量的变化,如速度增大和温度减小,共同对边界层内的摩擦阻力和气动热产生影响.对比完全气体的结果发现,振动激发使壁面摩阻升高,而使壁面热流降低.分别通过影响激波层和边界层,振动激发对摩阻的影响是弱耦合的,而对热流的影响则是强耦合的.  相似文献

The steady, developing turbulent flow in a circular-sectioned 180° bend has been investigated. The bend had a radius of 104 mm and a curvature radius ratio of 4.0 with long, straight upstream and downstream pipes. Measurements of the longitudinal, radial and circumferential components of mean velocity, and corresponding components of the Reynolds stress were obtained with a hot wire anemometer at a Reynolds number of 6×104 and at various longitudinal stations. The velocity fields of the primary and secondary flows and the Reynolds stresses were illustrated in the form of contour map or vector diagram. Moreover, the mean quantities characterizing the bend flow, i.e., the deflection of the primary flow in the cross section, the intensity of the secondary flow and the turbulence energy, were shown in a graphic form against the longitudinal distances. In the section upstream from a bend angle of about 60°, both the flows through the 180° and the 90° bend are closely similar in their behavior. In the section from the bend angle of 90°, the high-velocity regions, however, occur near the upper and lower walls as a result of strong secondary flow and the turbulence with high level emerges in the central region of the bend. Just behind the bend exit, an additional pair of vortices appears in the outer part of the cross section owing to the transverse pressure difference. In the downstream tangent, the flow returns slowly to the proper flow in a straight pipe, but it needs a longer distance for recovery than in the 90° bend. In this work, we use numerical simulation and linear inviscid theory to study the thermodynamic field generated by the interaction of a shock wave with homogeneous isotropic turbulence. Fluctuations in density, pressure, temperature and entropy can play an important role in shock-induced mixing, combustion and energy transfer processes. Data from shock-captured direct numerical simulations (scDNS) are used to investigate the variation of thermodynamic fluctuations for varying shock strengths, and the results are compared with linear interaction analysis (LIA). The density, pressure and temperature variances attain large values at the shock, followed by, in general, a rapid decay in the downstream flow. The rapid variation behind the shock makes it difficult to compare numerical results with theoretical predictions. A threshold method based on instantaneous shock dilatation is used to overcome this problem, and it gives excellent match between scDNS and LIA. We find cases with non-monotonic variation with Mach number as well as local peaks in density fluctuations behind the shock. These are explained in terms of the contribution of the post-shock acoustic and entropy modes in the LIA solution and their cross-correlation. Budget of the transport equations reveals interesting insight into the physics governing the thermodynamic field behind the shock wave. It is found that the variances are primarily determined by the competing effects of dilatational and dissipation mechanisms. The dominant mechanisms are identified for a range of conditions, and their implication for developing predictive models is highlighted.  相似文献

After a methane-in-air explosion in a coal mine tunnel, a secondary explosion of coal dust is prone to happen. The shockwave in the gas explosion produces a coal dust suspension, and the peak temperature band may detonate that suspension. This secondary detonation depends on the space-time relation between the shockwave and the peak temperature band. This paper presents a methodology to estimate the coupling relation between the air shockwave and high-temperature flow from the explosion of methane in air. The commercial software package AutoReaGas was used to carry out the numerical simulation for the explosion processes of methane in air in the tunnel. Based on the numerical simulation and its analysis, the coupling relation between the leading shock wave and high-temperature flow was demonstrated for a methane-in-air explosion in a tunnel. In the near field of the ignition point, the deflagration wave transmits energy by heat, and the temperature load is in the front of the pressure wave. With development of deflagration and deflagration-to-detonation transition, the corresponding mechanism of energy transmission is changed from heat conduction to shock compression, and a precursor pressure wave is formed gradually. The time interval between the precursor pressure wave and high-temperature flow behind the wave increases with distance. Attenuation of the precursor shock wave and high-temperature flow depends on the length of the methane-in-air space in a tunnel. Beyond the methane-in-air space, the quantitative relation of the time interval between the precursor shock wave and high-temperature flow with axial distance from ignition and the length of methane-in-air space was proposed.  相似文献

Passive wake control behind a circular cylinder in uniform flow is studied by numerical simulation for ReD ranging from 80 to 300. Two small control cylinders, with diameter d/D=1/8, are placed at x/D=0.5 and y/D=±0.6. Unlike the 1990 results of Strykowski and Sreenivasan, in the present study, the vortex street behind the main cylinder still exists but the fluctuating lift and the form drag on the main cylinder reduces significantly and monotonously as the Reynolds number increases from 80 to 300. Obstruction of the control cylinders to the incoming flow deflects part of the fluid to pass through the gap between the main and control cylinders, forming two symmetric streams. These streams not only eliminate the flow separation along the rear surface of the main cylinder, they also merge toward the wake centerline to create an advancing momentum in the immediate near-wake region. These two effects significantly reduce the wake width behind the main cylinder and lead to monotonous decrease of the form drag as the Reynolds number increases. As the Reynolds number gets higher, a large amount of the downstream advancing momentum significantly delays the vortex formation farther downstream, leading to a more symmetric flow structure in the near-wake region of the main cylinder. As the Reynolds number increases from 80 to 300, both increasing symmetry of the flow structure in the near-wake and significant delay of the vortex formation are the main reasons for the fluctuating lift to decrease monotonously.  相似文献

This work investigates the pressure amplification experienced behind a rigid, porous barrier that is exposed to a planar shock. Numerical simulations are performed in two dimensions using the full Navier–Stokes equations for a M = 1.3 incoming shock wave. An array of cylinders is positioned at some distance from a solid wall and the shock wave is allowed to propagate past the barrier and reflect off the wall. Pressure at the wall is recorded and the flowfield is examined using numerical schlieren images. This work is intended to provide insight into the interaction of a shock wave with a cloth barrier shielding a solid boundary, and therefore the Reynolds number is small (i.e., Re = 500 to 2000). Additionally, the effect of porosity of the barrier is examined. While the pressure plots display no distinct trend based on Reynolds number, the porosity has a marked effect on the flowfield structure and endwall pressure, with the pressure increasing as porosity decreases until a maximum value is reached.   相似文献

The temporal-spatial development of the flow pattern behind a shock wave emerging from open-ended and half-closed ducts at M0=1.15 to 3.0 Mach number is investigated both experimentally and numerically and the action of the diffracted wave on a barrier placed at different distances from the duct exit is studied. Flow toeplerograms are obtained and the pressure on the barrier is measured. The distinctive features of the interaction between the shock wave and a barrier mounted perpendicular to the duct axis are established. It is found that partial closing of the duct results in a decrease in the barrier pressure in the case of a strong shock (M0 > 2.2) and leads to a pressure decrease when a weak shock is diffracted (M0=1.1 to 1.7). A dependence characterizing the dynamic action of the shock wave on the barrier and specifying the threshold value of a combination of the shock Mach number and the distance from the barrier determining whether the pressure pulse on the barrier increases or decreases, is obtained.  相似文献

The reflection of a triple-shock configuration was studied numerically in two dimensions using the Navier–Stokes equations. The flow field was initialized using three shock theory, and the reflection of the triple point on a plane of symmetry was studied. The conditions simulated a stoichiometric methane-oxygen detonation cell at low pressure on time scales preceding ignition when the gas was assumed to be inert. Viscosity was found to play an important role on some shock reflection mechanisms believed to accelerate reaction rates in detonations when time scales are small. A small wall jet was present in the double Mach reflection and increased in size with Reynolds number, eventually forming a small vortex. Kelvin–Helmholtz instabilities were absent, and there was no Mach stem bifurcation at Reynolds numbers corresponding to when the Mach stem had travelled distances on the scale of the induction length. Kelvin–Helmholtz instabilities are found to not likely be a source of rapid reactions in detonations at time scales commensurate with the ignition delay behind the Mach stem.  相似文献

A physically based model for the shock Hugoniot of a powdered material is described which allows separate identification of the cold and thermal contributions to pressure and specific internal energy. Special features of this model are provision for the effects of porosity on the stress state and an empirically determined cold loading contribution to pressure. The model was tested against published Hugoniot data for iron and gave excellent agreement for shock pressures ranging from low to high values.This shock Hugoniot was used to explore the shocked state of 4 samples of iron powder derived from commercially available material. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of powder particle characteristics and initial starting densities on the shocked state.The powder samples investigated had a range of morphologies and sizes. Powders with either a large shape factor or high internal friction, as determined in shear cell experiments, exhibited a higher stiffness in the cold loading curve. In the shocked state, this translated into a higher cold component of pressure and energy than found in the other powders.The effect of initial powder density was studied by applying the Hugoniot model to two impact initiated shock loadings, one for a stainless steel flyer impacting at 0.5 km/s and one at the higher velocity of 2.0 km/s. Both were applied to iron powder targets preloaded to a range of initial densities. For a given impact event, the proportion of shock energy in the thermal mode was found to decrease with increasing initial density. This decrease was more pronounced at higher shock strengths. As a result of the decreasing component of thermal energy with higher initial density, there was a reduction in the continuum temperature behind the shock. However, the corresponding increase in the component of cold energy with the falling relative contribution from the thermal energy lead to increasing density behind the shock suggesting that there is a trade off in terms of temperature and density achievable with a given impact event.This article was processed using Springer-Verlag TEX Shock Waves macro package 1.0 and the AMS fonts, developed by the American Mathematical Society.  相似文献
