Palladium‐catalyzed regio‐, diastereo‐, and enantioselective allylic alkylation of β‐ketocarbonyls with Morita–Baylis–Hillman adducts has been developed using a spiroketal‐based diphosphine (SKP) as the ligand, thus affording a range of densely functionalized products bearing vicinal tertiary and all‐carbon quaternary stereodyad in high selectivities. The utility of the protocol was demonstrated by the facile synthesis of some complex molecules by simple product transformations.  相似文献

A powerful and concise synthesis of directly linked porphyrin‐BODIPY hybrids has been demonstrated, which consists of condensation of directly linked meso ‐pyrroyl NiII‐porphyrin with arylaldehyde, oxidation with p ‐chloranil, and complexation with BF3⋅Et2O. Synthesized hybrids include porphyrin dimer 6Ni , trimers 8Ni , 9Ni , tetramer 12Ni , pentamer 16Ni , hexamer 13Ni , and nonamers 17Ni and 18Ni . The structures of 6Ni , 9Ni and 12Ni were unambiguously confirmed by X‐ray diffraction analysis. Some NiII porphyrins were effectively converted to the corresponding ZnII porphryins. In these hybrids, the pigments are three‐dimensionally arranged with a face‐to‐face dimeric porphyrin unit in a well‐defined manner, featuring their potential as light‐harvesting antenna and functional hosts.  相似文献

The platinum complex cisplatin is in worldwide use since 1978 as anticancer agent. Disadvantages of the cisplatin therapy are both drug resistance and severe side effects. To avoid these drawbacks several strategies have been developed in tumor research. Patients treated with second‐generation platinum complexes experience already less severe side effects. Organometallic and coordination complexes with different metals can be used to target DNA as well as overexpressed proteins and enzymes in cancer cells. In contrast, delivery systems for anticancer drugs target cancer cells, while being selectively accumulated in tumor tissue.  相似文献

tBu2P–PLi–PtBu2·2THF reacts with [cis‐(Et3P)2MCl2] (M = Ni, Pd) yielding [(1,2‐η‐tBu2P=P–PtBu2)Ni(PEt3)Cl] and [(1,2‐η‐tBu2P=P–PtBu2)Pd(PEt3)Cl], respectively. tBu2P– PLi–PtBu2 undergoes an oxidation process and the tBu2P–P–PtBu2 ligand adopts in the products the structure of a side‐on bonded 1,1‐di‐tert‐butyl‐2‐(di‐tert‐butylphosphino)diphosphenium cation with a short P–P bond. Surprisingly, the reaction of tBu2P–PLi–PtBu2·2THF with [cis‐(Et3P)2PtCl2] does not yield [(1,2‐η‐tBu2P=P–PtBu2)Pt(PEt3)Cl].  相似文献

A novel palladium‐catalyzed [4+1] spiroannulation was developed by using a C(sp3)?H activation/naphthol dearomatization approach. This bimolecular domino reaction of two aryl halides was realized through a sequence of cyclometallation‐facilitated C(sp3)?H activation, biaryl cross‐coupling, and naphthol dearomatization, thus rendering the rapid assembly of a new class of spirocyclic molecules in good yields with broad functional‐group tolerance. Preliminary mechanistic studies indicate that C?H cleavage is likely involved in the rate‐determining step, and a five‐membered palladacycle was identified as the key intermediate for the intermolecular coupling.  相似文献

Hydrocarbon‐bridged Metal Complexes. L Dicarbonyl Cyclopentadienyl Pyridoyl Iron Complexes as Ligands Dicarbonyl‐cyclopentadienyl‐2‐ and 3‐pyridoyl‐iron (L1, L2) and 2,6‐dicarbonyl‐pyridine‐bis(dicarbonyl‐cyclopentadienyl‐iron) (L3) function as ligands in metal complexes and the N,O‐chelates [(OC)4M(L1)] (M = Mo, W, 8 a, b ) and [(Ph3P)2Cu(L1)]+BF4 ( 9 ) were prepared. Monodentate coordination of L1 and L2 through the pyridine N‐atom occurs in the palladium(II) complexes [Cl2Pd(PnBu3)(L1)] ( 10 ), [Cl2Pd(PnBu3)(L2)] ( 11 ) and [Cl2Pd(L2)2] ( 12 ). Ligand L3 forms the O,N,O‐bis(chelate) [Cl2Zn(L3)] ( 13 ). The crystal and molecular structures of L1, 8 b (M = W), 9–11 and 13 were determined by X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献
