从光物理出发,综述了近几年富勒烯「60」的光化学反应研究进展。C60能发生诸多的光化学反应:(1)光氧化;(2)光氢化还原;(3)「2+2」光环化加成;(4)与叔胺的光加成;(5)与氨基酸的光加成;(6)与金属有机化合物的光加成。  相似文献

Chiral fullerene–metal hybrids with complete control over the four stereogenic centers, including the absolute configuration of the metal atom, have been synthesized for the first time. The stereochemistry of the four chiral centers formed during [60]fullerene functionalization is the result of both the chiral catalysts employed and the diastereoselective addition of the metal complexes used (iridium, rhodium, or ruthenium). DFT calculations underpin the observed configurational stability at the metal center, which does not undergo an epimerization process.  相似文献

The solvent-free mechanochemical reaction and the liquid-phase reaction of C60 with ethyl 2-diazopropionate prepared in situ or preformed from alanine ethyl ester hydrochloride and sodium nitrite have been investigated. Methanofullerene 1 and fulleroids 2 and 3 from these reactions were obtained, meanwhile the pyrazoline intermediate was not observed. Fulleroids 2 and 3 can be converted to methanofullerene 1 in refluxing toluene.  相似文献

Fullerene derivatives with different addition patterns exhibit different physical, chemical, and biological properties, which are important for fullerene applications. Novel and rare 1,2,3,16‐functionalized [60]fullerene derivatives having a five‐membered heterocycle fused to a [5,6]‐junction were obtained with high regioselectivity by electrochemical derivatization of a [60]fulleroindoline. The product structures were determined by spectroscopic data and single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. The obtained high regioselectivity was rationalized using theoretical calculations.  相似文献

Rhenium Dicarbonyl‐Nitrosyl Complexes with Imidazole Different rhenium‐dicarbonyl‐nitrosyl complexes with imidazole (Im) as monodentate ligand have been synthesized and characterized, starting from [NEt4][ReCl3(CO)2(NO)] and [ReCl(μ?Cl)(CO)2(NO)]2. Whereas the complexes [ReCl2(Im)(CO)2(NO)] and [ReCl(Im)2(CO)2(NO)]+ were achieved in high yields, the complex [Re(Im)3(CO)2(NO)]2+ with three imidazole ligands could only be isolated after complete removal of all halide ions (with AgBF4) in low yield. The synthesis of a corresponding 99mTc‐dicarbonyl‐nitrosyl complex with imidazole opens a new perspective for such compounds as potential radiopharmaceuticals and alternatives to the already established 99mTc‐tricarbonyl complexes.  相似文献

富勒烯衍生物纳米颗粒水悬液对细菌生长的抑制作用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
富勒烯纳米颗粒的生物学效应受到了广泛关注。本文首次测定了二加成亚甲基富勒烯[60]二膦酸四乙酯(bis-methanophosphonate fullerene, BMPF)的纳米水悬液(nano-BMPF)和富勒醇纳米水悬液(nano-fullerol)对细菌生长的影响。结果显示,nano-BMPF和nano-fullerol在黑暗条件下可抑制革兰氏阳性菌金黄色葡萄球菌的生长,且呈现浓度梯度依赖性,半抑制浓度IC50值分别为9.1 μM和4.2 μM;nano-fullerol对金黄色葡萄球菌生长的抑制可能与活性氧无关, nano-BMPF对金黄色葡萄球菌生长的抑制则可能与超氧阴离子自由基(O2.-)有关。在黑暗条件下二者对革兰氏阴性菌大肠杆菌的生长无影响。以上结果表明,这2种富勒烯衍生物纳米颗粒作为抗生素在生物医用领域具有潜在的应用前景。  相似文献
