Coordination‐driven self‐assembly of differently shaped di‐ to hexavalent crown‐ether host molecules is described. A series of [21]crown‐7‐ and [24]crown‐8‐substituted bipyridine and terpyridine ligands was synthetized in a “toolbox” approach. Subsequent coordination to 3d transition metal and ruthenium(II) ions provides an easy and fast access to host assemblies with variable valency and pre‐defined orientations of the crown‐ether moieties. Preliminary isothermal calorimetry (ITC) titrations provided promising results, which indicated the host complexes under study to be suitable for the future investigation of multivalent and cooperative binding. The hosts described herein will also be suitable for the construction of various multiply threaded mechanically interlocked molecules.  相似文献

An umpolung Mannich‐type reaction of secondary amides, aliphatic aldehydes, and electrophilic alkenes has been disclosed. This reaction features the one‐pot formation of C N and C C bonds by a titanocene‐catalyzed radical coupling of the condensation products, from secondary amides and aldehydes, with electrophilic alkenes. N‐substituted γ‐amido‐acid derivatives and γ‐amido ketones can be efficiently prepared by the current method. Extension to the reaction between ketoamides and electrophilic alkenes allows rapid assembly of piperidine skeletons with α‐amino quaternary carbon centers. Its synthetic utility has been demonstrated by a facile construction of the tricyclic core of marine alkaloids such as cylindricine C and polycitorol A.  相似文献

Mild and regiocontrolled synthesis of a multisubstituted furan is achieved through Pd(OAc)2‐catalyzed room‐temperature condensation of an alkynylbenziodoxole, a carboxylic acid, and an enolizable ketimine, which contribute to C1, CO, and C2 fragments, respectively, to the furan skeleton. The reaction tolerates a broad range of functional groups in each of the reaction components, and enables highly modular and flexible synthesis of variously substituted furans. The reaction is particularly effective for the rapid generation of tri‐ and tetraarylfurans and furan‐containing oligoarylenes without relying on conventional cross‐coupling chemistry.  相似文献

A novel copper(I)‐catalyzed three‐component reaction for the efficient synthesis of 3‐amino‐2‐pyrones and 2,5‐dihydrofurans from propargyl alcohols, aldehydes, and amines has been developed. The starting materials are easily available and the scope of this method is broad. Through mechanistic studies, it is believed that the three‐component reaction consists of an A3‐coupling to propargylic amine, alkyne–allene isomerization, and intramolecular cyclization of the allenol to form a furan. In case of using ethyl glyoxalate as the aldehyde, a ring‐opening, lactonization, and isomerization process affords the 3‐amino‐2‐pyrones.  相似文献

A highly chemo‐, diastereo‐ and enantioselective catalytic method that efficiently combines a silyl hydride, vinyl‐B(pin) (pin=pinacolato) and (E)‐1,2‐disubstituted allylic phosphates is introduced. Reactions, best promoted by a Cu‐based complex with a chiral sulfonate‐containing N‐heterocyclic carbene, are broadly applicable. Aryl‐, heteroaryl‐, alkenyl‐, alkynyl‐ and alkyl‐substituted allylic phosphates may thus be converted to the corresponding homoallylic boronates and then alcohols (after C−B bond oxidation) in 46–91 % yield and in up to >98 % SN2′:SN2 ratio, 96:4 diastereomeric ratio and 98:2 enantiomeric ratio. The reasons why an NHC−Cu catalyst is uniquely effective (vs. the corresponding phosphine systems) and the basis for different trends in stereoselectivity are provided with the aid of DFT calculations.  相似文献
